    Hi,

    I am a customer of Rcom for almost a year now and the singal strength is very poor and i am facing frequent call drops even though i have raised a compliant about this in the RCOM customer care this issue is not resolved
    As my house in the second floor RCOM is expected to provide better signal strength .

    Please do the needful. to get this resolved ASAP

        I have received repeated calls from reliance customer care stating that their is outstanding payment of Rs. 1900/- approx against my surrendered no. kindly note that i have paid Rs 1300/- towards full & final payment to reliance after receipt confirmation from Mr. Amit from your Janakpuri service branch head. He clearly mentioned that after paying Rs. 1300/- this number will be terminate. Therefore after confirming the same on phone to me he has send our executive Mr. Manik on same day & collected cash amount of Rs. 1300/-. Cash receipt slip already sent you on mail.
        please do the needful action immd.

          I requested cancellation to customer care representative in the month of august for the postpaid connection #[protected].

          Mistake: did not note OR ask my request number.

          I stopped using the connection after the billing cycle. now I have got the same Bill 600/- again which I denied to pay.

          I am getting recovery calls as if I have done crime. Above all it has generated two bills and the late fee total 1400/-.

          Honestly I have done what was needed for cancellation and I had received call for cancellation verification too.

          Note: I didn't do any misbehavior for any of the follow up calls, Constantly I am begging them to verify my customer care call details for the information. Infact they are just doing same everyday and asking me to pay the bill of 1000/- and close the case.

          Please help me.

          Today I received reply to my email & a call follow up from social media team.

          Representative said she has forwarded it to concerned team for waivers on settlement amount which she yet to confirm. Expecting an early closure of this case.

          No Updates so far..

          I did not opt for 4G upgrade and I haven't even used the SIM(I can show you the cover and SIM ) which I had received. I am liable to pay for what I have utilized in August Bill(Its mentioned in the bill)...

          Waive off the other things and confirm it to me so that I will pay and close the case.

          I will not pay any amount until unless I get confirmation.

          Today I got a call.. here it goes:
          They are asking me to pay 713/- after waivers but no guarantee for cancellation, shamelessly saying to pay but no HELP about stopping the bill generation. No confirmation either.

          See guys I will pay the August bill 613/- to the max & that is full and final. I need your confirmation about complete full stop on the bills...

          I dint use your stupid false 4G up-gradation at all. My usage is only 300/-

          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

          Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

            I applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they said that coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said they don't know and they don't even care i asked its your job to answer us hland he said they are getting paid tois to sell electronic not for distributing sims and suggested me very gently to contact costumar care its happed last week since then i contacting jio costumar care but they not responding i tried through phone, email and twitter surprisingly in twitter every complaint been answered besides this coupon redeemed complaints i just want to know is some one taken sim on my coupon code or its problem with boo service

I never showed it to anyone.. So I contacted customer care, they told to reach you.. And so u can able to give any offering of giving different code...             Same case happened with me, I think lots o[censored]sers are facing this issue as local stores are exploiting these, these are very easy to get exploited. If Reliance wants to gain genuine consumers, they should really take this up.
            Same problem. Store people suggested me to try on another phone. Only option I had was my wife's iPhone but the enrollment process was not so straight forward and no one knows how to. I'm stuck.

            Am still wondering how could a code get expired overnight !!! Hate Reliance for making me stand for 2hrs and made me realize this fact.
            I have not shared the copon code with anyone. When I went to the store they said that coupon code is already redeemed.How come is this possible.Is it some technical fault.How can I get the sim with this coupon. On calling customer care, they said nothing can be done, try with other handset but this is not the solution.
            This seems to be common grievance for everyone. I am more concerned that the code i generated which eventually got hacked was already linked with my Aadhar. I have filed FIR against reliance and sent the same to UIDAI, as this concern my personal security. Shame on you Reliance, and your heedlessness of safety of Indians!

              When I was start data services, in my SIM there are approx 200 mb are left but.when I check balance after 2 days I will lose my approx150 RS .that's why now I think I will change to another sim

                I bought a new SIM card from Madhapur Reliance communication store. They activated it for 2 days and deactivated without notifying any reason. Every time when I visit/call this store they will say "In an hour SIM will be activated" but it will not. It has been around 4 weeks from now. I have never seen such time for activating a single Sim card in any of the mobile company!. Really not so fair.

                    number but they didnt cancel my number and than give me cancel requst id.they told that in 7 working days

                        Now i have received your mail like bill is 494/-, i have not received this bill and telling will take legal action

                        I have enough proof to file a complaint and i have used july 6th to july 2016 send this 10 days bill i will pay
                        My monthly bill is 600rs but how it will be 494/-

                        End me proper bills

                        Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
                        Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

                        However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

                        My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

                        Dear Appellate Authority,

                        Is this a joke?

                        Aug-Sep bill was for

                        15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
                        I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

                        Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

                        1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
                        2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted

                        Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

                        Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

                        My bill should have been Rs.699, I've already paid Rs.3222.

                        Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522

                          Dear sir/ma’am,

                          I got a call from one of your executive regarding new connection of reliance postpaid number, the plan detail what i have been told by your executive ie: 499 plan (1500 = local std call, 200 = msg, 10 gb data 3g) i agreed based on the mention tariff and he has given me an option to choose one number out of 4 numbers (The number i have selected is [protected]) and he asked me to pay rs: 300/- for this sim along with my document adhaar card copy & office id copy (Payment recipt is attached herewith).

                          Next day “27th sep 2016” he called and ask me to pay rs 2300/- for same number, i got surprised & denied to pay the big amount, i asked him to return my amount which i have paid (Rs. 300/-).

                          He was giving me threat that the amount will not be returned at all, if you want to get your money back you are free to raise your complaint to court, the recoded conversation between me and your executive is attached herewith.

                            Mai kai problems ko face kar raha hu...

                            1) jaldi call nahi lagti.

                            2) network fluctuation

                            3) customer care (*333 and 198) nahi lagta

                            4) koi bhi *121 and *129 ka access nahi kar sakta.

                            5) mera cell mostly time busy rahta hai

                            6) kai baar dusre reliance no. Se complain likhwayi koi fayeda nahi.

                            7) call drop sabse jayada case mere no. Par hai... Mera no 13 saal
                            Purana hai relince 4g me change hone ke baad service kharab ho gayi

                              I had used reliance mobile broadband connection no[protected] for which I requested disconnection on 22nd Aug 2016 and the same was confirmed over the phone that services will be disconnected within 7 days. I was told by Customer care executive to clear current outstanding which I cleared on 22nd Aug 2016 . However I have been receiving bills after bills since then. I have not used the services after 1st July 2016.

                              I called reliance customer care executives on 22nd of Aug regarding the last bill and i told them that i have relocated from Delhi to Ghaziabad. So i don't want to continue reliance broadband service. They said just clear the last outstanding of Rs 1134 and it will be deactivated. I called them four times on that day (Interaction Id's [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) but suddenly today on 28th Sep 2016 i got a call from reliance and they said your last bill is generated and you have to pay this even you are not using it.

                              I called them again on 28th of Sep (Interaction Id- [protected], [protected]) and now they are saying yes you called us on 22nd of Aug but those calls were regarding your bill not for deactivation or termination of the services. Today again i requested to close the connection but i don't thing they will close it.

                              It's highly unprofessional. It's showing that your customer care executives are sleeping on duty they didn't listen anything and write whatever they want. Please remove this kind of staff it will be beneficial for you and for existing customers as well.

                                Hello Reliance Communication customer care,

                                Sorry for saying this, I am totally disappointed for your data card working & customer care service,

                                I have been purchased reliance Wi-Fi Data card ([protected]) Feb.2016 and till have not get proper 3G data service. Multi time I complaint your customer care, but no one taking responsibility for this network down. I paid the 4 months bill amount honestly with network issue, but customer care member can’t properly answer my query. So I cant pay the bill amount INR 1500/- last 2 months. Your peoples call me continuously (more then 20-30 hours) I have been connect my call for this bill payment issue. I properly explain my issue each time of my call with your care members, they gave different stupid suggestion for my issue, list below:

                                1. Please pay your bill, then deactivate your dongle.
                                2. We transfer your call my higher authority for query clarification.
                                3. We cancel of your payment, then you activate / deactivate your modem
                                4. We migrated to 4G JIO, so please buy 4G dongle
                                5. Simply throw your old dongle, buy new 4G dongle & SIM (Pay INR1800/-)
                                6. Most of guys not answer my call. Only listen my radio voice

                                Then no one create compliant for network issue until this time, I latterly know, this peoples are blame me, because reliance to move 4G side then it will not concentrate 3G /2G.
                                Yesterday I have a call from your legal advact side, she seid that you quicly pay your bill amount, otherwise you will suffer for legal Court action (without respect speech)
                                Today morning I call your customer care member, these person’s can’t properly answer my call. Your so will not be check your details, so you face lehgal action.number has been deactivated for bill issue.

                                We can’t able to check my data card status & any other details for de activated my call.

                                Still, I am ready to pay your bill within hours, but please give me proper 3G networks for my dongle. Otherwise I can’t pay this bill.

                                Please think my point of view, I have 1500 spent for this dongle with in 3 months, this migrate to new one so how can I purchase new one for your service.
                                I had consumed 2G data from your network (Not 3G), so please give your suggestion for this issue.

                                  I had purchased the datacard from Reliance [protected]
                                  only in the month of June 2016 and have been paying the bill well within the due date however last two months I had not used the datacard because they immigrated to 4G, they insisted in buying a new instrument, now only I bought for Rs.2500 now they are forcing the customer to upgrade and forcing us to buy the new instrument.

                                  It is no where logical, I didnt use since then they are keep charging me the monthly rental for the datacard not used and sending messages threatening legal actions will be taken.

                                  I needed justice for a customer who has not defaulted so far harassing like this

                                      I had been charged for late fee payment in the month of july 2016 for the month of jun 2016.

                                      I had deposited the bill on 29th jun 2016 at reliance customer care and i had bill of the 29th jun. But they didn't submit it in there server and my landline get disconnected on 07th july. Then i contact the local customer care and then they updated it to there server. But i got the late fee payment charge in the month of july 2016.

                                      I wrote to reliance customer care and the reliance appellate authority but yet didn't get any update.
