Hi sir. I live in surat city.i m a reliance cutomer from last 4 month. My phone num is[protected]. My phone was dead from 6 th sept 2016. I did complaint about it. On 9th they closed complaint without resolving my problem . i again did complaints to customer care nd written mail to their customer care department. Yet no response. They just say will b solved will b solved.nd it 17 days. Now nd no one is assisting. While they took 6 month charges in advance.i will suggest all to not to take connections from reliance communications. Worst service in country.

    This in reference to an earlier complaint i made about paytm. i received a call frm reliance executive to upload my bank statement and here i am doing so

    It is about a bill payment of reliance bill of Rs550 i made using paytm with registered mobile no [protected] and mail id - [protected]@gmail.com with my Canara Bank card no having last 4 digits 2459. I didn't check whether it was successful or not and that was my only fault. After a month I got to know that no such payment has been made but money was deducted from my Bank account. My paytm account also doesn't show any transaction while money has been deducted from my bank account. On contacting paytm, they assured me the matter will be looked into, but what they did was delayed the time and give me false details. I am sending you the picture of my bank account details and the reply i got from paytm. Kindly look into the matter.

      I had a landline number [protected]. I was told that i need to change the instrument and the number because you were changing over to 4g. I did not want to do it and i requested discontinuation of my subscription immediately after i paid my dues in mid-august and this was acknowledged by your office. I kept on receiving calls for more payment although my connectionmiyo no longer existed. Sri sumeit khandelwal of customercare confirmed that no payment is due from me and that i should ignore such calls and that he would take steps to refund money due to me as a result of any deposit made by me at the time i became a customer. But the harassment from your billing section continued who threatened legal action if i do not pay rs. 482 immediately. To avoid further harassment i sent a cheque for this amount about a week ago & they have received it. It is surprising that a renowned company like yours can cause so much harassment for a paltry sum which also i do not owe! Please ensure that such harassment of your customers does not take place in future & take steps to refund the money due to me.

        My data card service has been terminated on July and even after termination they are generating the bill for August and September. Even after writing and calling rep to resolve the issue, no care to respond properly.

        Can i have someone to help me here, Im willing to pay if i have used the service, they keep on generating bill for unused service which is not far.

        This is causing unwanted pressure for me and im unable to concentrate on daily work. Your help is much appreciated.

        Attached the last email i sent to customer care

        I have been saying it from the month of July to terminate the service and close the billing .I have not used the service from July, for what reason you are asking me to pay the bill.

        many phone call received by me & everytime i discussed the issue regd. disconnection but no action & Its really embarrassing that no one understand the issue. Check the usage reports and say me for what reason i have to pay the bill.

        Request you to kindly look in to this matter on priority.

        Threatening received from this no-[protected] today approx. 3.53PM from Reliance. Pay your pending amount with in 7 days otherwise we will send a notice through court Delhi already lodged a case.
        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

        Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

          Reason: Broadband not working, Regular downtime every month which lasts at-least a week,

          My Broadband connection to the above mentioned user id stopped working on 13/9/16, I tried to get in touch with the customer service but no use.
          Since the last time i had the same issue i was told that this kind of issue will never happen again, and was promised a call back on July 5th 2016, but i never got any call.
          This is issue has happened so many times so i am not wasting any more time in this, i want my connection to be terminated, because i am not planning to waste any more time on a service which will not be working for months.

            In sep 2015 i converted the services from postpaid to prepaid through reliance store at hadapsar, pune. today i received an email from (reliance ;) to appear lok adalat for paying an outstanding bill of rs 4914 /- caf no #[protected], mdn no # [protected]. it is really harassing email like this being a loyal costumer form 5 years. so please verify and fix that problem.

              I am continuously following with Reliance for discontinuing my Number ([protected]) with reliance & get it PORT to other network.(Reason behind this is 1 - At the time of beginning of porting my number to this network it was committed to me for monthly rental of Rs 499 + Tax's but bill were getting generated as for coming as Rs 599 + Tax's without updating me, 2 - Continues Network issue at my office)
              From Last 2 Month I was trying to get it Port to other network but every time it is getting rejected without informing me. Porting duration is 7 days but every 15 days later i.e after Porting code getting expired respective company confirming that they trying to for the same but it is not getting approved from Reliance and again i generating & sharing the porting code.
              I pre-paid the bill of Rs 500/- for the hope of getting ported but didn't worked & for the particular month Bill got generated stating due of Rs188/- (as Rs 500/- already paid) & for the same I haven't done the payment I received call from the reliance executive for pending due I clearly stated her I don't want to continue with you deactivate the SIM I will paid the dues. Later my number got suspended against unpaid Bill & few days later Bill got generated of Rs 188 + 792/- so I decide to speak to CSE on *222 shared my details & asked for discontinuation procedure executive told me i need to clear the due of Rs 980 /- once it is cleared i have to call him to de-activate the SIM that's it.
              On[protected] I done the payment of Rs 980/- & called to CSE on *222 executive stated now i have to pay some charges didn't cleared for what & when I asked him to transfer the call to senior he placed my call on Hold for more than 10 min, I again called on same number even this time executive was not giving clear detail's after continuously calling multiple times for more than 30 min one executive stated (this was talking literally like bouncer or rowdy guys from recovery dept.) he is taking request of de-activation & it will take more 7 days & for which i have to pay the due of active day's. & then the call was disconnected.
              Maybe this is the procedure of discontinuation.
              But later something pinched & again i called on *222 & politely asked him the procedure of discontinuation this guy stated "" Just need to pay discontinuation charges of about 40/- or 50/- & callback them again for discontinuation then they will transfer to another dept.for disconnecting the same days but as it was late evening he suggested to call in morning after 8am as concern team will be available from 8 am to 8pm
              I will do the same as i wan to discontinue.
              I request you to take call recording from Callcentre as a proof & take strict action on this False statement's, poor network, unreliable behavior & untrustworthy call centre.

                Hi,

                I am so fed up with the kind of treatment & service I am actually getting and now not getting due to your 4G upgrade.

                I bought this with a scheme o[censored]nlimited 3G internet for 1 year with a payment of 6500 which promised me speed o[censored]pto 14mb (I never got good speed or network called so many time query unresolved). However one fine day I got a call from reliance to upgrade to 4G or else my service will discontinue I told them that I have paid for 1 year how can you disconnect my service but Customer service guy told me as per company policy you are force to opt for 4G. I ignored that call and my wifi service was disconnected.

                I have to reach to Reliance Gallery and they inform me that I have to buy a new reliance Mifi to upgrade to 4G and retain service I ask them to retain my service on 3G service they informed me 3G & CDMA service is closed as per Govt rules Hence I have no option but to buy a new WIFI and retain my service. So finally I bought a new WIFI of 2800 and my service was retain after calling up the customer care.
                Finally one fine day I was billed[protected] which I have not yet recieved and my service was barred within 10-15 days. So when I tried to call the customer care guys they were not sure what happen. I walked to the reliance cust care gallery and I was told this was bill because when I upgrade to 4G my plan was also change to 5GB every month, I told them I was not informed about the same plan before when I came to buy a new WIFI and I was told I have raised a complaint and the bill will be waived. I was shock to see the bill which gave me a discount of 637 for remaining 4-5 month rental as a goodwill from reliance for my 3G cdma plan service I do not know how to react I spoke to nodal officer, customer service guy, 198 and all the source everytime they fake me with a complaint is raised and will get back to me but no response. In the mean time my wife is getting harrasing call for payment of the same or else face the consequence no manner to speak to a lady.

                In short I was cheated by reliance 6500 for wifi +2800 for 4G wifi and no 1 year free net provided plus they are asking me to pay more money for there fault and abusing my wife.I will not keep quite and take this case further to the court if required.

                Today same thing happened to the limit of bakwaas service postpaid connection [protected] which was ask to upgrade to 4G forcingly I did not want the service and my connection was disconnected with no intimation causing loss in business and other difficulties.

                Please advise where this need to be taken further to get justice.I have some recorded conversation which I may use as evidence.

                  I am a customer of reliance communication since 2004. i subscribed to my reliance mobile no. [protected] along with my wife's mobile number [protected] (both of cdma technology, post paid). due to certain unresolved billing problem, we cancelled the mobile number [protected] and my mobile number continued to be used by my family till date. reliance communication changed this plan to 4g sim on 04 june 2016 stating that the billing plan will be same as that of cdma plan and till change over is not affected, no bill will be raised. there was no communication possible from this phone number due to disturbed connection status, in spite of complaining to customer care many times. however, we received a bill of rs.514.32 on 25 jun 2016 and we paid the bill with an amount of rs. 520/- on 26 jun 2016. there was no speech / call possible from this number due to very poor signal and customer care and reliance web outlet personnel could not solve the problem. they kept on telling that there is some server problem due to change over and everything will be alright within few days. on 15 jul 2016, we received a message from reliance communication that " please pay the amount of rs. 610.67/- by 15 jul 2016". surprised by this, we ignored this message as there was no service from this phone number possible still. on 26 jul 2016, we received another message "dear user, rs 593.48/- is overdue on your account. please pay immediately to enjoy uninterrupted service". on 31 jul 2016, we received another message " dear user, rs. 1209.83/- is overdue on your account please pay immediately to enjoy uninterrupted service". the outgoing call service was stopped by reliance communication. we ignored the message as there was no service on this phone number. on 10 august 2016, we received another message “dear customer, please pay rs. 1209.83/- to continue enjoying incoming service”. after two days, the incoming call was also stopped. on 17 september 2016, we received a call from ms aashi sharma, reliance communications. after explaining to her about problem, she told us that, “please make the payment of rs 700/-, rest amt will be waived off rs 876/-. after making the payment, your number shall be activated”. she sent an email also confirming her words. accordingly, we made the payment and received the payment confirmation message also. i confirmed the same to all addressees through email. however, my number was not activated. on checking with customer care at around 07:49 pm today, mr sunil of reliance customer care told that the services will not be started until entire payment of the balance amount is also made by me. surprised by this, on 18 september 2016, i complained to customer care and all concerned to do the needful at the earliest. but, till date, the services have not been activated on my number and there was no response from anyone from reliance communications.

                    When i m trying to call any number then call not be connected to that number. Jio company always said that.'this root of line are busy.'...20-30 time i m calling any number.. Why such type of problem should be create... So solve the problem.. If jio company is no.1 company in world.. Then why such problem is continuously occurred.. What can i m doing.                       I have got JIO sim Dt:20.08.2016 i didn't got my sim activated till now.

                      And latest i got a message from my number that

                      Dear Customer, Due to overwhelming response to our Jio Preview Offer, there may be some delays in activating your connection. We will inform you via SMS once your JIO number [protected] is ready for televerification. Thank you, Team Jio.

                      I tried to call toll free number of JIO sim [protected] but i couldnt reach . i tried many times to speak to your customer care but didn't connected with you.

                        I have two questions:

                        (1). When you have sold the plan it was a CDMA, then in the middle of my 2 year tenure Reliance chooses to change its dam network .. and throw me in to the dirt of GSM - poor connectivity & Network, isn't that wrong?

                        (2). As per my Plan I can use unlimited internet at 3g speeds for 2 years, please note the word "UNLIMITED" here, then why the hell am I not getting speed, each time I check its wondering at 0.01 MBPS and the guys at your pathetic call center don't know how to talk, how can they even understand my issue. Have registered so many complaints, but no action - AT ALL.
                        I am receiving msgs like
                        - You have used 90% of your 4g data (how the hell, my plan is unlimited, 90% of what..???)
                        - You have exhausted your data limit now speed will throttle at 144 kbps (what is this ... ??)
                        .. And when I call to customer care (actually it should be named as customer harassment center), they say "we will resolve this in next 72 hrs".
                        Kindly refund back my remaining money and cancel the no. OR give me the committed speed ... don;t fool around with me, I will take this higher courts if required.

                        I got a call from your team.

                        My problem is that I have paid around INR 42, 000 upfront for 2 years CDMA plan which has unlimited 3g internet. Then why do I have a limited quota of internet on my plan, and that is also of 953 MB..not even 1 GB, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!! Please tell me what should I call Reliance ... a never to choose company.

                        Well i assure you that is what I will do and tell everyone I talk to in this regard.

                        Further on this, I was told on the call that a new plan for migration is not "UPDATED ON THE SYSTEM" hence, PLEASE WAIT. Okay, how long ..? .. THAT WE CANT TEL YOU! ..

                        PATHETIC Reliance is giving me just 953 MB of internet, and expects me to be loyal to them. Go to hell, I curse you that your company falls apart and your sons have to beg on road, probably then you might realize the value of money that your are taking from us.

                        Going to higher courts for justice, this is a fraud of highest order - WILL NOT SETTLE THIS HERE.

                          I was using reliance wipod dongle([protected]) with postpaid connection.
                          I have requested for the closure of this connection as I am not using internet and I am not interested in 4g upgrade.
                          Request id is[protected].
                          The dongle doesn't work since past 3 months.
                          Still I am billed by Reliance for giving me zero data and zero service.
                          The customer care guy asked me to pay a very unfair amount of Rs.1730 to close the connection!!
                          Even after paying this amount in August, still I received a bill for the month of September!!!

                          Your disservice is discouraging me to be a future customer. Please desist and close the connection immediately.

                            सर 12/08/16 को में अपने फ़ोन में 50 रुपे का बैलेंस डलवाया था पर 30 रुपे काट लिए गए इसके बाद मैने कंपनी में फोन लगाया तब उन्होंने बताये की कोई सर्विस लग गयी हे तब मैने उनसे कहा आप इसे हटा दे और दुबारा एसे कोई चीज न लगे उन्होंने मुझे ये बताया की सर अब एसा नहीं होगा इसके बाद मैने 19/09/16 को फिर बैलेंस डलाया तो फिर 30 रुपे काट लिए गए सर जबकी मैने एसी कोई भी सर्विसे नहीं लगाई थी सर मै बहुत गरीब आदमी हु आप कृपया मुझे मेरे रुपे वापस कर दे सर इस संबंध में मैने आनेको बार टेलीफोन अधिकारियो से बात करे की कोसिस करी पर उन्होंने बतमीजी से बात करते हुए ये कहा की हम कुछ नहीं करेंगे जाओ जहा जाना है उन्होंने कहा इतनी परेशानी है तो दुसरे कंपनी की सिम ले लो सर मै शुरू से ही रिलांस कंपनी की सिम का इस्तेमाल कर रहा यही वो कंपनी है जिसने सभी गरीब आदमी के हाथो में मोबाइल थमाया था और आज आप हमी लोगो से इतनी बतमीजी से बात कर रहे हो सर आप मेरे पेसे वापस कर दो प्लीज् मेरा मोबाइल नंबर है : [protected]

                              I was asked to migrate from CDMA to 4G as reliance was about to shutdown their CDMA services .What was promised is the same 40 GB plan(1149INR) which I was using earlier in CDMA will be continued in 4G too for existing customers .They made me to get a 4G DONGLE for 1600INR/- .For the past three months I have been paying the bill amount without being able to use the internet properly as this was the time where migration happened and they apologized for it.I waited in the hope to get the same 40 GB plan in 4G but was extremely cheated .They had given 3 GB plan that too for 850 rupees. .If they are not able to provide what they have promised to retain existing customers, why do they ever promise.Complete cheating .Customer care people are highly irresponsible .Huge money loss.I have requested them to terminate the service now .

I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                              Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                                Received your bill of Aug18 to sep17 2016 -Amount of Rs 575.52+Rs 100 late fee.Please clarify regarding the late fee of Rs 100.You have cleared my last month bill(July 18-Aug 17 2016) issues on sep 13th only.I paid the bill amount of Rs 689 on16th of Sep.But again your putting fine of Rs100 Aug18 to sep17 2016 month bill as a late fee.You have taken a 25 days to clarify my complaint and charging me for late fee.
                                Seocnd thing my data card services not working from august 21 to Sep 17.It is again started from Sep 18th cycle only.How i can pay for non working 27 days monthly rental?Every month this issues continuing.Your cusotmer care[protected] not giving any solutions for the same.
                                Please resolve my complaints before due date and offer me a better plan too continue your datacard.

                                  Based on agreement and consequence offer from mr. rjeev kumar c/o reliance 3g solution, who came to came across a advt in ananda bazar newspaper in which it was sritten "call [protected] for reliance company mobile tower installation on residential site monthly rent is 95, 000 and get advance 1 core and job for one person with salary 15000".

                                  When i contacted the advertiser they told me to deposit 4500/- towards areal and satellite survey for our site eligibility. they gave me an a/c no. pnb a/c. no., [protected] sursh sharma, branch –faridabad. i deposited the amount on at pnb a/c. after this they send a agreement copy, term & condtion paper. after three days i got an aggrement papers in speed post courier at my address in which it was communicated that my place has been selected by the company and they asked to pay rs. 48500/- installation of reliance tower can be started and you will get a cheque of 70 lacs as a advance money.

                                  In the hope of getting rs. 70 lacs i deposited rs. 48500/- in. pnb a/c. no., [protected] sursh sharma, branch –faridabad

                                  After few days later, we have received another phone call from reliance 3g soulation saying that another 140, 000/- has to be paid for a 2 % transaction tax charges and if it is not paid within 24 hours the agreement will be cancelled and the amount already paid will not be refunded back. we have made the payment in same account number.

                                  Again after few day later, they inform us another 66400/- has to be paid for transportation charge which is refundable once tower installation complete. i have made this payment as soon as possiable.

                                  All invoice’s & offer copy has been attached for your ready reference

                                  After that the mobiles were switched off. the company site became still accessible and the persons fled away. thus i feel duped and fell to the mobile tower fruadsters. my humble request is the so called company by name "reliance3gsolutions, based at faridabad

                                    In the month of June, I got call from customer care executive stating that I need to buy new 4G dongle to continue service and also they promised only 4G Migration but I can continue with the same plan ( day time 5 gb + night time 5gb = 500 rs rental).

                                    After 4G migration, reliance have changed my plan to 2GB with the rental of 500 and in the month of august 2016 they overcharged me ( 2118 RS) stating that i exceeded my data limit.There is no intimation on this.And barred my service.

                                    I spoke to cc executives many times but after waiting for morethan 3 weeks no response from them.

                                    As a customer, I need to ask few question on this:

                                    1.As a customer, its my rights to choose data plan based on my usage, who are you to select/change plan for me without intimation
                                    2.Two days prior to my payment due date, cc executive called me to pay bill of 2118 Rs, where you guys went on these days without solving my query.
                                    3.Though my credit limit is 1600 Rs, how can you charge me 2118 Rs.?
                                    4.Why you given false promise that your plan will not change after migration to 4G.

                                    I will not pay my bill until unless im provided my old plan and revised bill. I have proof of my utilized data value which is less than 2GB sent from reliance side. Then could they charge for over value.
