Reliance netconnect who failed to provide the service from june 2016 but generated bill against me without providing mere service as agreed to me.

Since reliance netconnect was moving to 4g service, you have stopped providing net connectivity to my datacard rim no: [protected] from june 2016 (and to all the netconnect+ customers). but i paid the bill of 690 upto the month of july 2016.in-spite of several call to customer care (most of the time call was not taken or call been disconnected abruptly by your customer representatives) to waive the bill amount or to provide the net connect, reliance fails to respect the agreement of providing basic internet service for my datacard. but claims to charge the bill against me with out providing any mean service.

I really challenge you to provide the proof that datacard netconnect service was provided to me from mid of june to september 2016. later when i try to reach your customer care, they asked me to upgrade my sim to 4g to get continous support. i bought the 4g sim it was not activated yet. when tried to reach customer care again for this, they asked me to pay the bill of august 2016 which was generated.

Some customer care representative even said, the bill was waived off and i can get internet service once my 4g gets activated. but 4g was never been activated rather i got my sep month bill. again when i reached the customer care i was told i will be receiving 25% bill waiver on my 4g connect for 6 month but i have to pay the current bill. but i don't believe your fake promise as your customer care representative keeps of giving new freebies on their won. i asked to disconnect my current datacard connection. now the outstanding amount reaches to 1385 rs. this bill amount was slashed on my where reliance never provided any data or network service to my rim as agreed.

So i reached nearest reliance store to discard my connection. my request was taken and was said that i will be receiving a final call by a week... but has not got any call regarding cancelling of my connection. rather i started getting this demand notice for collecting outstanding bill & few hoax call where the call was disconnected once i said hello to the call.

I will raise a complaint against you on consumer court & complaint board of india. i ready to face ur legal notice in court where i will sure prove that you have not given service to me but claims to charge on me for this unfair demand.

    Respected sir,
    Several reminders send reliance company and asked to stop my connection reliance connection. No [protected], which was stopped permanently of 03 g service from reliance. Thy least bother to stop my connection. Inst ed of stop the connection still generating the bill on my connection and passing the continue sms alerts. Kindly take necessary action to resolve the issue

      I had given a request for termination of my netconnect connection in july. I sent a couple of mails, no action was taken. Then i personally called the customer care, visited the reliance store. Everywhere i get to hear under processing but no resolution. But, they sincerely send me a bill every month and ask me to pay for it, though there is no service provided. Now it is really frustrating and when i say them i will complain about this to consumer forum, they say rudely go and complain and we are not scared. They have a lost a sincere customer in me, and all my friends. It may not make any difference to them as they are multi millionaires, but they surely lost the trust of the customers.       Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
      Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

      However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

      My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

      Dear Appellate Authority,

      Is this a joke?

      Aug-Sep bill was for

      15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
      I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

      Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

      1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
      2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
      3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted

      Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

      Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

      My bill should have been Rs.699, I've already paid Rs.3222.

      Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522.
      They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

      Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

        Jio reliance

        Sir,
        I am using relience jio no. [protected]. I have been facing some problem since last four days and
        But there is no response from relience jio

        My outgoing had been stopped for two days when tried to call customer i was not able to call.
        Jio data speed not getting. Network is looking full.

        Recently i purchased new 4g handset for using jio sim but now jio giving more trouble.

        Now i have many problem but when i called jio customer care no one attend my call.

        I have also writted emails also but there is no response. My jio number is [protected].

          Hello,

          I have written 5 emails to customercare and 3 emails to appellate authority karnataka.
          I have been requesting for termination of my connection bearing number [protected] since sep 8, 2016 through an email to [protected]@relianceada.com.

          Had two rounds of chats as well on sep 9 and sep 29.

          I called twice to the number [protected] this morning, sep 30, 2016. After choosing the language (English and kannada once each) and on further selection of '1' for mobile internet connection, the call is disconnected.
          Request ids raised on sep[protected] and sep[protected].

          No one has provided me the service request or complaint id for the email dated sep 8, sep 9, sep 23 and sep 27.

          As per the suggestion from amit on chat on sep 29, i am writing to you all again. Please terminate the connection as on sep 8, re-work on the bill and respond.

          Do not expect too many follow ups.

          I am facing the same problem from July. They simply send a bill and demand payment of the same. Above that they have the audacity to say I can give any complaint and they are not scared of that. I do not understand if I am paying my hard earned money for the services I am not offered. So it feels like a charity that I have to pay to. Really frustrated with it

            I renaissance brand promotions (i) pvt. ltd. want to inform you that i am a user of reliance wireless connection since last year. i have paid all my bills accordingly. but once reliance decided to stop their cdma connections our number was automatically shut down.
            Afterwards reliance executives approaches us through several callings that a free gsm connection is being provided to the customers, but they did not come up with the connection. after several days they again visited and took all related documents promising that the same number changing some initial digits only will be provided to us, but after collection of documents they vanished. we tried calling them but all they provided us was dates after dates. again they came up and provided a landline and asked for money to change the number as the previous one, which was stated as free of cost before. so we denied to take the connection. the given us a bill for all the time the number was not being used. we called their senior staffs to help us out with the problem and take away their payment but they did not response.
            Once again one of their executive visited on 13/08/2016 and again approached for the connection and convinced to provide all related documents once again. and charged rupees 500 to provide the connection.
            ]again they are calling and mailing saying that they are from reliance legal office and forcefully asking me for paying the bill amount of 2218/-. the number [protected] is calling and threatening with legal acts. we told them to send any of their executives to make us understand the bill, but they did not listen.
            My questions are;
            1. dont the customers have the right to know about their bill details?
            2. if before selling their service reliance staffs visit our office repeatedly, then why not after selling the same?
            3. reliance cdma was cancelled without notifying the customers then why should we pay for the services we did not use?

            I am attaching the receipt of the new connection and will pay only after the detail bill summary from reliance communication.

                I'm use a reliance mobile no. The 19sep2016 i call to customer care than i concern to vijay at 5:27 pm and collect to information to against my account. Vijay say you are no active any service and due to any balance. After than i recharge rc-40 that i received to tt40 std 30/min and 1 gb data but this rc only active my call rate my balance redeem in same day 40 rupes and active automatic any service in dil-dosti activate in 08:08pm 18sep16 (Why i'm active this service) and i don't received my 1 gb data i want to refund my balance and 1 gb data pack.
                20sep16 i'm take to emergency loan but this loan is loss same date why?
                I'm want to refund my balance. And am many time call to call center but there no action to my call. Second time call are black list.
                I'm rember you i also complaint to ashok consumer portel. Please take fast action to againt my compalint

                  Hi,

                  Due to huge tariff and my existing Plan got expired after many calls and escalations I got my actual bill amount and I have paid my last billed amount Rs. 1149/- and request to cancel my Data Card [protected]. While talking to the customer care person she informed that when cancellation request taken after with in 15 days will be taken for service cancellation and customer need to pay amount of 7 days billing which Rs. 691/-.

                  It is literally shocked with me that why I need to pay that much amount after cancelled my service. For post paid obviously they can ask some minimum amount after cancellation, but Rs. 691/- is very difficult to pay from Customer.

                  Now a days all private telecommunication network service providers are sucking money from their Customers since Mobile network and Internet are become essential sources.

                    The over calculation of 4g data usage on wipod service. Yesterday night (28.9.16) while sleeping i was having 500 mb data remaining and i switched on the wipod modem on morning 29.9.16 after some time all data got finished and connection got disconnected. Then i again recharged account on morning 10.00 am (29.9.16) with rs. 251 for 1 gb and checked carefully the usage of data on your web browser interface on evening the data usage was 251 mb for text browsing only... I found that even after switching off all wifi connected devices or while keeping on wifi services on connected devices and even though i'm not browsing on any device connected or not using internet at all then also the system keeps calculating uploading or downloading usage of data. Kindly correct this matter as soon as possible otherwise thousands of customers will get over charged in short period. Its very sad matter. Kindly forward my this suggestion to technical suggestion as soon as possible. Also no data balance checking facility available as well as no any sms data balance checking facility or toll free customer care facility working... Very sad... Trai or telecommunications department should keep strict vigilance or intervene as soon as possible...

                      I got a barcode on my phone but when i did go to the store to avail the sim i found that it has already been redeemed by someone.. The jio office people said nothing can be done about it. Like what the hell? Its my phone my bar code and someone else is using the sim on my barcode. Please look after this matter and make me issue a new barcode so that i can use jio services on my phone.

                        My internet broadband is not working around 2 months, every-time when i called to customer care, they just said they will soon resolve my problem. But now it is 2 months already passed and my bill is generated continuously without using internet.

                        My customer id is[protected] and net is not working properly from 8th of august 16 i. E. Last month. I have lodged many complaints regarding this to your customer care and every-time they say, they will resolve problem in 24 hrs... Now at this time, how many 24hrs have been passed but no resolution yet.

                        Many a times i told your cc executives at least ask your lineman to visit physically and personally to see what is the problem and where problem is coming from, that adsl or dsl whatever is not coming.

                        But no one listens yet. Your internet is now most frustrated experience that i had yet.

                        Let me know what to do in this matter.

                          Please note we have received abnormal bill 2602.00 in April month for Unused data connection in mobile which was not at all requested for data connection automatically it is connected with in 3 days we have complained to cancel the connection of this service but customer care not taken any action when we have not paid the bill that time collection dept sent a notice and called by asking orally to pay final amount 1500.00 and assured that they waive off balance amount and we agreed to settle the payment to escape from these customer service harassment and notices on July month but again in Aug month started sending Legal email notices to pay balance amount 1102.00 which is absolutely cheating customers.

                          Hence request to waive off the balance amount 1102.00 as assured by customer care/Collection Dept.

                            I am one of your post paid holder since 14years.
                            Recently I.e on 15th sep I had requested for international roaming, I have been told by your representative Reha to pay deposit of 5000 so it will get activated..but since I was having flight on same day mid night I told her I won't be able to pay...she suggested me that i can pay once I land to Germany..I agreed and she said she will keep my international roaming activated...but due to some reason I didn't able to do online payment of 5000 so post 16th my incoming outgoing including net data services stopped. On 16th I got only one incoming call from india which was not more than 3-4 minutes.
                            In my entire trip to Europe I used airport rail and hotel free WiFi..
                            When I landed to Mumbai on 23rd sep evening 11:30pm I found my national incoming outgoing including net data not working so I called *222 your representative could not able to answer my query and said to visit reliance store..today when I visited one of your store located sakinaka junction have told me my service is barred n told me to pay payment of 1691 post that it will start but even after payment, service not started, I again visited after 1 hr and they told me it is barred due to international roaming used for which payment of 39000 is due.
                            I was shocked to hear since my roaming was activated only on 16th in that also only one incoming call which went for 3-4 minutes, charged me Rs.39000.
                            Post that my service was barred ..could you please justify me, on what basis this 39000 charged???
                            I have been infomred in after complaint raise in 3 days time my serivce will be activated but till date it is barred.
                            I am not going to pay for the service which i have not used..this is clear cut cheating with customer
                            You please help to get this resolve.

                                I AM A DISCIPLINED CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE COMM. SINCE LAST 14 MONTHS

                                ON 29 Aug I have given request for change of my plan from 1299/- to 299/- and same was changed on 31 Aug 16 and I received a sms for same...

                                But on 01 Sep to 21 Sep 2016 my plan was again change back to 1299/- without my knowledge and permission..

                                for which I have raised complaints:-
                                1. Comp No[protected] and resolution was given that It was done due to technical problems.
                                2. Comp No[protected] and till now no resolution is given whereas it is told that it will be given within 2 days almost 12 days passed...

                                Now sir I am charged with excess bill or approx 1150/- Rs in this Sep month bill...
                                which I have not used even...

                                The costumer care given always gives silly excuses... without any satisfactory reply...

                                Now I request you to please solve my issues as are...

                                Issues:-
                                1. Why my plan was changed without my permission...?????
                                2. Why No resolution is given after many calls and complaints and so much time...????
                                3. My excess bill charged should be refunded back...????

                                please do me needful and this is my third mail to you without any reply...

                                I am serving in Air Force and a disciplined costumer ...

                                  I am due for 1 GB per month w.e.f 14.01.2016
                                  I am not able to access internet through data card nor it is showing balance of data on my services
                                  as per your information I have upgraded it to 4G sim and now my account shows Rs 183 as negative
                                  I expect you to stand for your commitment i.e I should get 1 GB per month for life time
                                  I feel I am cheated, I lost money for CDMA data card hardware ( Rs. 1500/- ) and Rs. 3001/- one time payment : total Rs 4501/- is big big loss for comma person, and Big Reliance industries is taking us for jolly ride.

                                    Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service for Rs. 90 is due on 25/03/2016.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free).

                                    The next day I have been charged 90 rupees for the service which I never used. After making the call to saal center the representative was rude. I want refund coz renewal of 90 Rhodes doesn't make any sense. U got to be kidding me. Refund on priority.

                                      I was using reliance netconnect dongle and internet service for CDMA was closed in Bangalore from 7th July 2016 and there was no service / signal after 7th July.

                                      I have NOT migrated to new 4G, also NOT taken any SIM.

                                      After service was stopped I called customer care several times to close my account - there was no response at all for several days, it just went to queue and waiting for several hours. I also sent mail to immediately deactivate and close account and to send me final bill for clearing - even here there was no response.

                                      I received bill for July and on august 5th I HAVE PAID that as the final bill . But still I started getting bill for which there was no service at all.

                                      Visited reliance store and they refused to take requests for account closure and asked to call customer care.

                                      After few days when customer care received calls, they refused to take closure request stating reasons like ' termination team not available', ' application down' etc ..many times.

                                      When a particular service is closed and there is no service and customer has not taken any SIM and NOT migrated to new service, why is the monthly bills getting generated and sent to customer ?

                                      Please note, I have already cleared the final bill in August after your service was closed in July .

                                      My netconnect number [protected] was closed through termination request ID SR#[protected] .

                                      But still I am getting calls and notice mails to pay the amount

                                      please take a complaint for Bill waiver for month when there was no service / signal and close all related communications for this account .

                                      Till now I have not received any call on the number which is registered with you, please take all the details as detailed above and create a complaint ASAP and provide me the complaint number
                                      They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                                      Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

But after activation he give Rs 699 plan. I lost my previous Rs 149 Aircel plane. Now I call in customer care or write a mail. Also I give WhatsApp conversation screen short. Now other vendor saying after 3 month u can port this nuber.I am not able to afford of Rs 699 plan. If close this number then I lost my number then I lost communication with my family & friend. So please help me.

                                        Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
                                        Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

                                        However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

                                        My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

                                        Dear Appellate Authority,

                                        Is this a joke?

                                        Aug-Sep bill was for

                                        15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
                                        I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

                                        Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

                                        1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
                                        2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
                                        3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted

                                        Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

                                        Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

                                        My bill should have been Rs.699, I've already paid Rs.3222.

                                        Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522
