Many phone calls from this Phone no. [protected] come and said your problem solve in 24 hours, but till today dosn't solve. Last 48 Days.

I have wrote many emails. But there is no solution. Only assurance give me that solve your problem many time but no result.

    Hi, my datacard no is : [protected]

    I upgraded to 4g and taken Reliance 4G LTE wi-pod.

    Initially they said that, my plan will not change I used to get only 281/- when I was using 3g Postpaid datacard.

    But now I got the bill 1135/- which is not intimated.

    And even if I try to call customer care they are not responding.

    Reliance cheating every customer by launching 4g. I am planning to drop from this plan.

    And I bought 4g dongle for 1600/-, who will pay this amount to me.

    I request to take necessary action, otherwise Reliance will loose its brand.

      Reliance is notorious in activating services without customer's request and charging them silently. This is absolutely looting us.

      I have suffered thrice already and recently (on-Sep-2016) got a similar issue. I got an SMS stating my "ISD facility has been activated upon my request".

      I tried to call the customer care guys to update the issue. Unfortunately they have removed the option to talk to people. The damn machine recorded voice throwing options (which are mostly useless for a customer) without any one to talk to the customer care guy.

      I have got similar issue on the same day to my cousin's number. So, it is the evidence that it is purely an intentionally created trouble.

      I have the following experience and frustrations which I want to share.

      1. They have removed the option to talk to a customer care executive.
      2. They don't have any option to get the complaint number etc., as a proof that we have raised our issue.
      3. After they have moved from CDMA to the GSM, the coverage issues, call drop issues have raised tremendously and reliance is simply don't care to deal with these things.
      4. Reliance is now in competition with BSNL in providing substandard services and no customer care at all.
      5. Am seriously thinking about leaving from Reliance network.

      Someone from the reliance end had called me and confirmed that this issue will be solved for sure. When I asked him "what if they can't?". He had asked me to call him at the same number from which he called me (+[protected] Chennai number I guess).

      Till now I haven't yet got the sms stating the issue resolved. When I called that fellow at the said number, no one picked up the call. That bugger must be a cheat .

      Worst thing is, I have got an another sms stating STD facility has been enabled.

      Am damn sure that I would like to quit from these useless network.

        I had recently upgraded my reliance wifi to 4G and i have been using 799 plan. For the past 2 days i was not able to connect to my 4G dongle. After so much of trouble and retries managed to reach the customer care service(that barely connects). On connecting with them I was informed that my plan has been changed to 1100 with 5GB o[censored]sage post which I wont be able to connect to the dongle until my next bill cycle. It is really unfair that you guys have not informed your customer regarding the tariff(Absolutely poor tariff)change.

        Adding to the above details, the 1st month bill generated after 4g upgrade is ₹3050. I was never intimated that this is no more an unlimited plan and I have to pay the amount for excess usage. I called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding this. Since I didnt receive any response I called back and the representative simply said that request was closed since it was taken wrongly. I just would like to ask. Is this the way you treat your customers ? Then, another complaint created on sep21 and ETA provided was sep24. Still it is not resolved. I have been trying to reach the customer care in every possible way. But I ended up not able to connect. I have the logs for every calls/messages, time you guys took to respond and promises made to me regarding the waiver. Inspite of all these proceedings I was threatened that I will have to pay the penalty if the bill is not paid before the due date. Who is responsible if the solution is not provided at the promised date ? I have been using reliance for last 6 years. Never thought to quit this network.

        Note: The same request is still pending since last month with social media team as well. Please find the attachment which was published saying no change in tariffs.

          I had held a datacard of reliance communication having an mdn number [protected] for which the account no. Was[protected]. Although had communicated to reliance in october and november 2015 to disconnect the services, the same was verbally promised to be done by the call centre bur was initiated. Hence, i stopped using the datacard. When i checked the datacard, it was disconnected in december 2015. Unfortunately, i was billed even during this time.
          Now, suddenly in 2016, i started getting notices from some advocate of high court residing at mira road called shahdab peerzade. Hence wrote to reliance customer service but received no response. I waited for over a week and then mailed to the appellate at reliance for which i received an answer after longlong time and that too just directing me to pay with no response to my questions. Hence, once again i asked the appellate not to beat around the bush but to read my mail carefully and answer it properly. Received no response for the mail for a long time but instead was sent an e-mail notice from shahdab peerzade of om sai associates asking me to pay rs. 1531/- else face a legal action. Please note that the initial communication came directly under his name with no association to om sai associates.
          All my mails have the following essence:
          That i was not liable to pay because despite communicating to reliance for the termination of services via call centre and mail in october and november 2015, and the call centre promising the disconnection, the same was not terminated. Instead, was mailed a bill month on month for which i thought was irrelevant to communicate as these people did not understand. Now, my question is why have i been sent a bill when the request was given for termination? Why weren’t the request for termination answered? Why am i billed for non-usage and after the disconnection from reliance?
          Reliance communications team and mr. Anil ambani is your company adapting hooliganism, that too with a customer who had requested disconnection of reliance services and forcing him/her to pay dues which are not really dues. If not, why is the team not reverting to the customers questions in a relevant manner?
          Let me be very clear, why am i being made to pay for the mistake of the team at reliance for not disconnecting the services? However, i am willing to overlook and pay rs. 600 for one month only.

          Btw, am charged for an extra month despite termination. Also, on several occassions i had asked for discontinuation because the net would not connect and the service was pathetic. Despite all this i continued paying and finally had to put a stop to it.

            I have been writing emails and no one from Reliance is bothered to respond. Inspite they keep sending system generated emails. Also in day I get atleast two calls from the customer care executives asking me to pay the bill. They do not understand the problem. Their job is to just do followup. This is really pathetic.

            Hi All,

            My name is Naveen Kumar S and I'am using Reliance data card No: [protected] for more than 2 years. So far not even a single time I have defaulted my data card payment. You can always go back and check my payment track record. For the last 15 days I'am unable to connect to the net. I spoke to my local reliance outlet and they are saying for everybody it is the same problem and further I will have to contact reliance customer care only.

            I then tried reaching the customer care executive on the toll free number[protected] and ended up waiting in the queue for long. I still did not give up and kept trying. Finally, I could speak to one lady who is not capable of handling the call. She just kept saying "Sir sorry for the inconvenience" without understanding the problem and finally ended the call without providing any solution. I understood through some of my friends that Reliance is upgrading from CDMS to GSM and to get the net connected back I will have to buy another dongle which will cost me Rs. 1500.and the dongle which I'am presently using will be a scrap. Please do not forget that I have paid INR 1500 to get the connection. I seriously don't understand as to why you people fool around with the customer like this ??

            I did not expect such a bad response from Reliance and team. Anyway with high disappointment, I would like to inform you people that I'am no more interested in continuing your service and also will not be paying the bill generated for the month of June 2016.

            Note: My net is already disconnected for more than 15 days. It was disconnected abruptly without any prior intimation to me. So blankly do not generate another bill.

            Hi,

            I have been getting calls from the customer care executives everyday. Atleast 2 different people call me everyday asking me to pay the bill. I'am seriously sick of answering the calls. None of them are bothered to update the database with the information. Last week one lady called me stating that she is not from the customer care and from the collection department. I explained the entire scenario (pls read the above email). Finally she said she will waive off the unused and provide the fresh bill. I was willing to pay that difference amount if it is feasible. So far I have not received any calls nor emails on this.

            I then called up Ms. Asha @ [protected] (Supposed to be the Manager) and explained her the whole story and have provided my data card number for her reference. She said she will sort it out within an hour. She has also not come back. I have also sent her an SMS.

            Is there any responsible person who can handle my case effectively. With this kind of response, your people are thretening me that you will file a legal case.

            Note: If this does not get resolved in the next 24hrs, I will be filing a case against reliance customer care for tourchering me everyday with calls.

                What a pathetic experience using reliance broadband. Connection is not working from past 6 days and in spite of complaining so many times through calls & mails.My complaints no. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected].

                      Dear team 😤My Reliance GSM mobile number [protected]. First I got harassed by closing Vodafone to mnp reliance, sim was activated about after 3 week. Now incoming and outgoing has been stopped without any information. When I went to Reliance customer care, they said me to provide document. I gave document on today. But till not working. Due to this my important mobile number is disabled for almost 3 days. I have got vast economical loss due to this bad culture of this telecom service.                       Dear team 😤My Reliance GSM mobile number [protected]. First I got harassed by closing Vodafone to mnp reliance, sim was activated about after 3 week. Now incoming and outgoing has been stopped without any information. When I went to Reliance customer care, they said me to provide document. I gave document on today. But till not working. Due to this my important mobile number is disabled for almost 3 days. I have got vast economical loss due to this bad culture of this telecom service.                           I was using a reliance wipod datacard, that I have lost 2 months back. Reliance keeps on generating bill for the same even after multiple remainders and complaints. They were not ready to take cancellation request until I pay the bill.So I paid Rs.1950 and sent an email requesting cancellation on 24th Aug 2016. Now again Reliance has generated the bill and asking me to pay the due for this month. I have called the customer care again today ( 25th Sep 2016) to disconnect the connection, but they are not ready and they want me to pay the due again. Why should I pay due for something that I am not using. I have sent an email last month to disconnect, Please help me to get away with the connection and reliance for ever.

                            This is very disappointing, I am suffering with the srvice from one the most repute ted businessman's company in India.

                            Struggling just to use my phone smoothly, have taken many follow ups but my problem is same moreover pathetic customer service and poor representative you have for customer query resolution.

                            Every time person calls me to ask the problem every time I inform that I am not getting the network in my office inside or outside, they only says we will resolve it and THEY EVEN DONT CARE TO TAKE THE ADDRESS.

                            WHY RELIANCE MAKING FOOL OF PEOPLE !!!

                            Why I have to beg for the service I am paying for.. ?

                            I had to take other operator's SIM to talk. if you cant resolve the issue then allow me to port it out to other network.

                            Please do resolve my problem, I am suffering a lot due to this. I dont need your any representative's call anymore. they all are there to meke fool of customer. Hope to receive a call from a responsible person

                              I have a complain to make and it is about a recharge I did around at 11:57 on (20/9/16) of amount Rs 80 which I didn't get after recharging it. A message came after the recharge of Rs 80 that says "Dear Customer, .your account has been recharged with Rs .01, Amount payable is Rs78 Thank you.Reliance".

                              I got an amount of .01 when I recharged an amount of Rs 80 which is totally disappointing.

                                This is regarding the Reliance Wi-pod connection which I got last year and this year I was forcibly made to move onto 4g as they were not going to provide the services on the CDMA dongle that I had brought. I was also promised that I would be continuing the same plan on my new Wi-pod. But that never happened. And on their own whims and fancies they have switched my plan, but I was told the bill will be same as the CDMA connected Wi-pod.

                                After getting the dongle it was not functioning for 15 days and on calling the customer care do not have the courtesy to listen to the problem and then resolve it. Hence I have stopped using the dongle and switched over to other network.Now Reliance Service Provider has threatened me to proceed against me with legal action.

                                I am not ready to pay the bill to the extent that the service provider as demanded. I am willing to pay the bill for 15 days (proportionately) only as I have used your services (Approx Rs. 575.00). Just giving me a bill of 3530 for the service which I have not used is not the way you demand money from the people. People will pay for the service what we have used, we are not here to pay just randomly.

                                    I was using reliance netconnect dongle and internet service for CDMA was closed in Bangalore from 7th July 2016 and there was no service / signal after 7th July.

                                    I have NOT migrated to new 4G, also NOT taken any SIM.

                                    After service was stopped I called customer care several times to close my account - there was no response at all for several days, it just went to queue and waiting for several hours. I also sent mail to immediately deactivate and close account and to send me final bill for clearing - even here there was no response.

                                    I received bill for July and on august 5th I HAVE PAID that as the final bill . But still I started getting bill for which there was no service at all.

                                    Visited reliance store and they refused to take requests for account closure and asked to call customer care.

                                    After few days when customer care received calls, they refused to take closure request stating reasons like ' termination team not available', ' application down' etc ..many times.

                                    When a particular service is closed and there is no service and customer has not taken any SIM and NOT migrated to new service, why is the monthly bills getting generated and sent to customer ?

                                    Please note, I have already cleared the final bill in August after your service was closed in July .

                                    My netconnect number [protected] was closed through termination request ID SR#[protected] .

                                    But still I am getting calls and notice mails to pay the amount

                                    please take a complaint for Bill waiver for month when there was no service / signal and close all related communications for this account .

JIO officials has not provided reason of rejection.
                                      when i am tired and asking for returning my KYC documents, Mr. Mishra has advised on 24.09.2016 that KYC documents can not be returned because company have some restriction.
                                      My question is, who will taking responsibility for not misusing of my KYC documents for any other purpose.
                                      now i am not interested for taking JIO sim, kindly arrange to provide my KYC documents or certificate that my KYC is not being using, it is kept only for record.

                                        Fake employee... process initiated for mnp when i received call from reliance com,
                                        Their representative came at home, charged 300 rupees for mnp and take away photocopy o[censored]id, rent agreement and voter id card.
                                        Since then 2 months has gone but port out din't happen so far. either the call or representative were fake or reliance comm is not interested to give the connection. at leaser user should be informed about the situation.
