I am trying to visit various Reliance digital stores nearby my location from past 1 month to get my free JIO Sim for which I have already generated Barcode in mobile. But these people and company have simply fooled us. Initially they were giving excuses that SIM is not in stock and almost i have to return back.
Then now just 1 days back I went to digital store express in BTM and Koramangala. They are now giving stupid reason that only Karnatak AADHAR card holder will get Jio SIM and not any other state aadhaar card.

To my knowledge nothing of this sort is mentioned in company website and no such terms and conditions are mentioned.
Also if we go after 12 PM no one gives SIm and they simply give reasons server is down we cannot issue SIM.
Why is the server of company so poor and why is this condition not mentioned in company website?

It clearly seems that either the company or these dealers are simply harassing people and wasting our time. They somehow don't want to issue sims and they are imposing there own invalid reasons to stop people from taking SIM.
This is simply harassing customers

    Dear ambani sir, i got jio sim 20 days ago but still it is not activate.
    I went to counter but they told come later or come tomorrow, even they didn't listen my problem.
    I m from kathua -184104
    Jammu and kashmir.
    My jio sim no. Is [protected]

    Imsi [protected]

    The main problem is lack of expirience of distributors.
    And in kathua district there is only one counter, more than ten lakh people are here in kathua. How they can mnage with one counter.

      Reliance has failed to take up necessary actions on their part to port my no. To jio
      I tried to contact reliance communications for 100 times in past few days, on their customer care, but no one attends my call
      I request you kindly look into the concern and plz order reliance to do the needful immediately

          I have been receiving the same calls again and again asking for the money that i do not owe??? Mdn [protected], i had a credit balance on my account for 750/- when i last used the connection, u took away that money from my account and took about 3 months to process the request for termination and now you are asking for money??? You have sent me two mails one confirmation of termination second apologising for the confusion and then stating you are now about to process the termination and then you have posted my details to the recovery agents asking for money without even resolving the issue??? Who is responsible and who is going to pay for the time and energy that you are consuming because of the incompetent services you provide?

                I wish to convey that again the device[wipod-[protected]] is not working and on checking it was showing data allotted has been exceeded.
                I am not clear about the plan which i am in now. I have been paying rs.861/- every month and unable to use the device for more than a week - getting message "data limit exceeded". I never faced such issues with previous dongle. Kindly clarify on the same.
                Also 3gb data was not at all used by me with in the short duration[24sep16 to 01oct16] as my consumption is very minimal.
                Kindly look in to my issues and address it immediately. As i said earlier, i am using it for my official purpose and it is affecting my performance to a great extent.

                  Sir, im was a Aircel customer...but i converted my network in reliance because i thought u will provide good service...but i was wrong...
                  Yesterday i got a msg that u will get all calls @ 5/min with recharge of 26...so i recharged with Rs.26 but im not getting the service...and whenever i call custo.er care they dont even solve problems...ur customer care is the WORST...i[censored] cant solve my problem then bye bye to Reliance...

                      I am a reliance FWP customer The company has stopped is CDMA system and upgraded to new 4G system for which we are asked to buy new wireless telephone set I have not opted for new set and my old handset is not working for last 6 months In spite of this company is charging me rental charges of the phone which is dead, I want to surrender the connection however neither any of customer care is taking my complaint nor any reliance service station Can anybody guide me to surrender my connection?

                        I have availed r2r 500 min free per month after paying 4444/- for my reliance cdma no [protected] which was supposed to be valid till 2022 but all of a sudden the company have stopped giving 500 r2r free minutes and breached the terms of service and inspite of repeated reminders to their customer care and even appellate authority of reliance no responses other than standard answer that it is as per company policy and within its rights.
                        This is nothing but cheating and fraud with consumers like myself

Sir mujhe company Ke taraph se ek mobile Aur ek scanner sim batne Ke lie diya gya hai. But Sir mujhe sirf char din hi sim diya gaya (26/08/16-29/09/2016).
                          Maine sabhi company Ka kam chhor Ke Jio Ka sim batna suru kia bahot se customer aane lage.. Maine socha market me achchi pakad ban jaegi to bad me achcha rahega. Lekin sir jab customer aane lage to Maine sim Ke lie bola lekin hajipur office se koi response nahi mil raha hai. Nahi t.m sir koi response lete hai nahi fos koi response leta hai. Jabki market me dharalle se 500 rs me sim becha ja raha hai aur waha pe sim ki koi kami nahi jai. Kya sir mujhe sim islie nahi diya jaa raha hai ki Maine unko paise nahi diya. Agar sir nahi hi dena tha to sirf char din Ke lie hi kyu diyaa gaya. Aur jaha paisa se sim mil raha hai waha ksise available rahta hai?

                            I purchased new Le2 mobile and downloaded my app my jio and registered for new sim 4G .The barcode was visible .I could no register for new Sim due to long que. In couple of days the barcode is not visible. The toll free number for customer care is not reachable even after waiting for 15 minutes. The [protected]@jio.com gives same reply due to overwhelming response there will be delay in giving reply.complaint no #1389266and #1445092. I am not able to get jio sim . The customer care is very poor.Problem is not resolved.

                                Sub: discontinuaton of gsm number and explanation as well as request for return of money taken unknowingly.

                                Sir,
                                This is in context of expressing big disappointment & complaint against the extra money taken unknowingly and discontinuation of further gsm number services.
                                We have been using cdma no. 32993076 under the name of manu seth, r – 67 model town, delhi for the past 10-12 years.
                                Upon conversion to gsm sim, we have taken no. [protected] under rs 1200/month plan approx but its blunder that one more no. I. E. [protected] have been linked to our account knowingly or unknowingly about which we have no idea.
                                After period of 1 month, we received a bill amount rs 1463 which we deposited without checking any details considering that our plan of rs1200 plus tax would be equivalent to same.
                                Next month, bill of rs 2528 was given which was upsetting as our plan was for 1264 only. The same day we check and it was complete letdown to know that of rs 2528, rs 1264 was for our number i. E.[protected] and rest rs 1263 was for another number i. E. [protected] which was not ours.
                                This let us to check the previous month’s bill too that also mentioned that of rs 1463, rs 731 was for our number and rs 731 for another unknown linked number.
                                Above mentioned mishap is well brought to the notice of mr. Lokesh, reliance web world, connaught place, near zakir husain college. Mob no.-[protected], 30320097 mail id lokesh. [protected]@relianceada.com wherein he paid least attention in solving the matter and later on avoiding our calls as well. This kind of service is uncalled for in spite of mistake/cheating at your end.

                                We had registered the complaint twice regarding the same at customer care on phone complaint no’s[protected] and[protected] & deposited the amount of rs 1264 next month as per our plan on 3 sept 2016.
                                In spite of this, our number was discontinued from your side paying no attention to complaint and not intimidating us anything in this regard.
                                So, hereby we request you this time to discontinue our number permanently as we are no longer willing to take this casual attitude and request you to kindly return rs 731 taken extra in the month of july-aug on account o[censored]nknown linked number.
                                All the necessary documents/bills showing usage of two numbers are attached herewith for your convenience.
                                Hoping that you will look into the matter and give us reasonable explanation for the same if at all you are worried about and do the needful..

                                    I am Manoranjan Dhal from Faridabad. I have a address of Adhaar from Odisha thats why I am unable to get a sim in Delhi NCR.

                                    It feels like in a country, different region and feel like a refuge.. no use of Adhaar here. As Adhaar number is unique for Indians. Just tell me for Sim I need to spent some amount in train ticket then, I will apply Odisha for it... is it sounds so beard.. You people using PM as brand ambassador and treating in diffent way so shame on you oh sorry for us...

Date of birth is 01/06/1973. Now performing duty in CISF at CIS[censored]nit OIL Duliajan. My PAN Card No. is ANCPG7302G, My father name is Dukha Gouda is not live, member of SBI Duliajan Bazar copy of first page alongwith Photo and last transaction which are I submitted. But still now My jio No. is not activated.

                                      Tele verification completed on 01/10/2016 but not activate due final message not obtained. CAF No. is ASP01DS51W. I had submitted a colour copy of Pan card and front page and last transaction of SBI Duliajan Bazar Card alongwith 05 recent pass photo in uniform. I am a citizen of India and performing duty in CISF at CIS[censored]nit OIL Duliajan. In spite of it my above jio No. not activated, so I am very upset about it. please resolve it.
