We 3 people have ported our numbers to reliance after getting a call from ishika, misti enterprises delhi who told us jalsa plan with unlimited everything despite of asking several times she confirmed the plan as unlimited and also told us that 300/- would be refunded in first 3 months our number got activated after facing a lot of problems and than we got to know that this is a fake plan we contacted mr. Rahul tandon mailed him each and every detail with proofs attached and worst problem is that we are not even able to use this as they have huge call drops are we doing a charity to reliance when i called them up regarding a complaint they say maam it wud b solved but no action is taken after repeated complaints.. Is reliance party to this fraud?

    I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] with rs 149 (GPRS pack) on 14 sept, 2016 and rs 200 (top up recharge) on 16 sept, 2016. Even after GPRS recharge internet is not working and as i recharged rs 200 after 2 days they deducted the complete balance. I called customer care on 198 with my no. [protected], they blocked customer care on my no. and i visited reliance customer care at sec8, rohini delhi, they told we cant help you and spoke rudely with me and told talk to customer care. Today i called again customer care they told we cannot help you as we can help you within 3 days of balance deductions and all and blocked customer care on my no. again. Please help me. I am not able to use internet as it is not working and also i am not able to make calls as they had deducted my complete balance of rs200 to zero. No one either reliance customer care and service centre people are helping me with my complaint.

      I am one of the unfortunate customers duped into take a broadband connection by Reliance Broadband executives. They promised me at my doorstep that they provide 4 mbps speed and that they have flawless network system and many other attributes that make Reliance the only company that I would regret if I avoid it. They promised to give connection in two working days. Believing them, I paid connection charges, one month advance rental and deposit through cheque and they promptly encashed it. It took them 4 days and repeated calls from my end to get a working connection. Everything worked fine for the first day and then started the problem. Whenever there is a power shutdown, no matter full day or for even five minutes, their internet connection too would go offline. And on some days, it would simply go offline for days together even without any power shut down. I registered a complaint it with the sales executive since I could not ever get connected to their customer care service since their IVRS system could never recognize me by the given subscriber ID or my registered mobile number (but later they promptly mailed me the first month bill and their executives from their head office called me over phone regarding my complaints, wonder how this is possible!!!).

      As such, frustrated for over 2 months, I preferred to cancel the subscription and mailed them to which they promptly replied that they will set right all my complaints and requested me to carry on. Believing that they will rectify the problems, I waited for one more billing cycle only to find myself fooled and now even their executives do not attend my calls to their mobile.

      Again, my e-mail war started and they agreed to cancel the subscription and said their executive will get in touch with me within 48 hours but that has not happened even past that deadline. Don't know how this will end.

        I have bought Reliance 3G dongle for 1599 and I have activated 3001 life time plan (that is each month I will get 1GB data till 2024) but last three months I can't able to use my 3G dongle. Your customer support team aborted my call twice. I got really irritated upon your service team.I have invested (1599+3001=4600). So pls give me proper response.

        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

        Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

          Hi Team,

          I have faced the below issue while upgrading to Reliance GSM(4G). Please have a look on urgent basis.

          1) I have moved to Reliance store on 31st August for up gradation to Reliance 4G (Near Guru Harkrishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar). They told me it will be upgraded in 4 Hours. However it got upgraded on 6th Sept after a week when I have gone recharge of 1 GB. Moreover Store was not picking my call and I have face a lot issue due to it. Attached are the call details of the store for the reference.

          2) After Up gradation, I am not able to recharge 2G or 3G plan, as I am not finding the speed up to the mark. neither I can switch back to Reliance 3G.

          3) I am afraid to tell consumer have been cheated because no matter which speed I am getting but I have to pay for 4G only.

          4) No consent or agreement has been signed if consumer has been agreed on it, as they can't do 2G/3G recharge after that.

          5) I have done 2 times recharge of Rs 39.00(200 MB) but I am not getting the 4G balance details Nor store is able to help me out.

          6) I am not able to connect on 198 nor *333 to customer care.

          I would request you to please help me out on the above issue as I have got cheated and unfair practice from Reliance and no corporation received from Reliance Store. it could be easily seen in screenshot.

          Please let me know if you required any additional details.

              Hi team,

              I have taken reliance broad band internet service on march-april 16 time frame. But because of very frequently internet issues i have decided to discontinuing the net services. For that i have sent mail from registered mail address multiple times, called in customer care but they always come up with
              "sorry for inconvenience" message. As a result although i have requested fairly days before of my bill generated date but i have received new bill for this month as well. When i again mentioned them in mail that i am not going to pay bill as i have requested for discontinue of net service before bill generation date then come up with wrong information that i have said in telephonic confirmation that i want to continue. But i never said so. I am using postpaid connection and can prove that i only said to discontinue the service. I have all mail and their mail response proof as well.
              Please guide me. I dont want to pay bill without using internet and also when i have submitted cancellation request before time. This is their negligence that they are not processing and forcing now to pay bill.

                  I have paid rs 310 amount to recharge [protected] on 2nd sep 2016 from net banking but still recharge is not done.

                  I've been following up with reliance and sent email to "[protected]@relianceada.com" but still haven't got any response from them.

                  I even shared my account statement for amount deduction still reliance not even care to respond.

                  Its been more than 20 days and now reliance customer care not even responding on call.

                    From, v k ravichandran, chennai reliance 4g data sim no.[protected], contact no.[protected] : while switching over to 4g, i was told that i will remain in 40 gb unlimited pack which existed in 3g plan and required to pay only rs.1, 144/- (one thousand one hundred and forty four only) by the customer care centre, nungamabakkam, chennai. whereas, the bill was generated to rs.1, 998/-. on approaching it was informed that there is no 40 gb plan on 4g and on having consumed more data, the bill has been raised to 1, 998/-. when i countered that the non-existence of 40gb plan was not informed while migrating and reluctant to pay the bill and requested for adjustment. the customer care also admitted that the fault was at their end and assured to take the matter for waiving of the excess amount. it will not be out of place to note that there are so many other customers, who are facing the same problem. finally, i was allowed to pay rs.1, 144/- and i chosen 5gb plan on 4g. the service was not provided. after making payment when the service resumed on 19.08.2016, it lasted only for 8-10 days and on 28th august, 2016 again got de-activated. on approaching, it was informed that i have exceeded the data, hence 5gb will be credited only on the billing data i. e.18th september, 2016. i was issued with a bill for rs.4, 226/- with last date of payment on 06th october, 2016. it is seen that the 5gb rate is only 1, 144/- and charged in excess. therefore, the bill may be revised and actual bill only (5gb) may be issued to continuously utilise the services. if no communication is received, no payment shall be done and dongle will not be used.

                      It is continuation of my complaint on this forum on 17.09.2016,

                      As discussed with your customer support team, I have paid Rs.3164 today and received the acknowledgement also. At least now you can terminate this number since I don't want your very worst service.

                      Please find the below mail which was happened on 17.09.2016.

                      I have purchased a reliance dongle with no.[protected]. This was taken with unlimited plan under 40 GB with Rs.999/- scheme. Without intimating to me it was converted to Rs.1000/- for 5GB plan. They have not sent any email/sms etc. I have already sent 13 email regarding this to reliance customer care id including Mr.Anil Ambani email id and TRAI id for terminating my dongle immediately and ready to pay Rs.1148/- since it was a bill for last two month to me. Already two times I have went to their direct reliance customer care office in 100 feet road, Coimbatore and they are not ready to provide any details. I request you to terminate this number immediately and confirm. I am ready to pay Rs.1148/- only even though I purchased a dongle for Rs.2800/- cost only on July 2016 end it is 100% lost to me.

                        Myself kumud ranjan had ported my rim no [protected] to the smart after the temination of services of rim, after that my sim hadt working properly, i contacted reliance main office in kanke road ranchi, it denied for changing the sim, i had complained four times for sim related issue, it asked to purchase in the reliance store.
                        but my big question is here that i had complined too many times for the same issue, and from the day first the sim is not working properly then why reliance is not taking responsability for that.
                        i want to replace the sim from reliance itself without paying any cost because it hadnt working right from day first.
                        kindly see this issue immediately, and whatever your intiative regarding this kindly convey me on my no [protected], so that i can move foorward to the higher authority after your clearfication.

                        reliance had called me and told that tell the name who had given you the sim, IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT I ASKED THE GIRL TO TELL YOUR NAME AND MOBILE NO(IT IS REDUCLEUS) reliance associate had told me to tell the name otherwise i dont help you, just go to the reliance store and purchase the new sim, this is reducleus behaviour of reliance, finally it denied to replace the sim free of cost.this is the reliance which is cheating the customer in this way. i move this matter to the consumer court then reliance have to reply it.

                          I had a reliance dongle with number [protected], while reliance was migrating to 4g as, they shut my services down without information and instead sent me a bill two months later whereas my account had a credit balance of rs. 750 when i had last used it, now they are constantly calling me for money, despite having explained them many many many times, they still keep calling, on the other hand, they have assured me many times that they would look into the matter, i don't understand the matter, they are forcing me to pay despite having not given any service all that time??? can someone suggest a good way to deal with such exploitative methods and harassment?

                          Ever since I have posted a complaint on this forum for my MDN [protected], RELIANCE HAVE BEEN calling me either for recovery or for resolving the issue with ABSURD IDEAS like : RELIANCE ASKING ME TO OWN UP FOR THE FAULT THAT THE FORGOT TO PRICES MY COMPLAINT ON TIME AND THUS I MUST SAY THAT I JUST PLACED A COMPLAINT AND NOT BEFORE, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN I HAVE WRITTEN ATLEAST 50 EMAILS TO THE ORGANISATION INCLUDING APPEALLATE AUTHY THEN Why Doesn't Reliance send anything in writing??

                          Instead of calling me with assurances and then Saying something else on calls asking for money, why cannot you resolve the issue by sending in black and white on my email address, whatever you have to say so that I can keep them for records too...

                          I have been receiving the same calls again and again asking for the money that I do not owe??? MDN [protected], I had a credit balance on my account for 750/- when I last used the connection, u took away that money from my account and took about 3 months to process the request for termination and now you are asking for money???
                          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

                          Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

                            As a reliance customer for more than ten years, i would like to mention that my reliance sim card needed a replacement due to mishandling. I approached reliance stores, maniktola, kolkata on 21.9.2016 around 12 p. M. They verified my identity from the computer data base and asked me to come in the afternoon for getting a new sim. When i again went to this shop in the afternoon with all the required papers, they declined to provide me sim card and in a very rough manner said that it is not possible for them to comply with all the requests and their stock of sim is nil and also they are not sure about when sim would be available at this store.
                            I reminded them that they are representing a renowned company but they said it's the normal practice.
                            Today i. E. 22.09.2016 morning i got a different dealing at kankurgachi reliance store who did the whole thing for me within 15 minutes.

                              Again debited approx 220rs why this happening to me again n again.
                              Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              beetween 20th to 22th sep was automatically dedect approx 220 rs from my main balance when i was on roaming n also 198 was not working i was unable to call any helpline no of reliance gsm i was back to mumbai on 25th n i was call to customer care on 26th but coustomer care siniour n juniour both exacutive was not launch my complaints bcoz they only 3 day prevous details only they said me to send me an email which i alredy sended but till now their is no response ...

                              can any one help me regaurding this ????

                                I had put lots of email to [protected]@relianceada.com for not receiving my bills neither in email nor physical.

                                I cant understand why it is so!!!

                                I had called more than 1 fourteen times to call center and registered my complain but still it is unsolved also note that i had visited local office at pn marg jamnagar office and every time person who is available is given an answer please put a complain to customercare number or email id. we can resolve.

                                  My name is sarthak
                                  i am use reliance broad band recently. i am install this service reliance sales officer. the sales office did't tell me for installition time . in your area having some DLC down issue. today i taught with the Sale officer then he said he i am install 90% braodband in mansrover any body not telling me about this.DLC down issue .he is know about DLC down issue but not Telling me.
                                  i complain to the customer care about net in 6 september they are arrange a techinal member call he is said sir we dont know how much time the issue taking time.3 times i am going in the office they are said please give me 24 hours time we resolve the problem .i compain about this issue 3 times but without asking me the company close my compain. till i am facing the same issue

                                      Hi,

                                      I have opted for reliannce data card number [protected] on april 2016. The guy who sold this data card told me i would receive minimum of 4 to 14 mbps speed. When i got this card it is too slow and it connecting @ 1 kbps. I have give numberous complaints and didn't get proper response. Now i have received final bill of rs 2510/- in which i never used reliance for my internet needs. I would like to raise complaint against reliance communications as well the person who sold the number to me (His number is [protected]). Please help on this regard. I don't want that instrument and wanted to return it as well. Need your kind guidance in resolving this issue asap,

                                      I am a reliance broadband user userid is[protected].
                                      This is my third complaint regarding the non working of connection.
                                      i am facing frequent disconnection...
                                      and my plan is of 4mbps but the speed i am receiving is 0.5 mbps...
                                      The worst service of reliance is not expected.
                                      I request either provide me permanent resolution.
                                      They are doing this fraud to everyone.                                         महोदय मैंने दिनांक 16 सितंबर 2016 को रिलायंस सेंटर भरतपुर से जियो सिम कार्ड का नया कनेक्शन लिया था जिसकी रेफरेंस ID NO000008XWK5 है। उक्त सिम कार्ड आज दिनांक[protected] तक एक्टिवेट नहीं हुआ है। रिलायंस सेंटर से भी कोई संतोषप्रद जबाब नहीं मिल रहा है तथा भरतपुर सेंटर का गार्ड कर्मचारियों से बात करने नहीं देता है और ग्राहकों को गेट से ही वापिस कर देता है। कृपया उक्त सिम कार्ड को एक्टिवेट करवाने की कृपा करें।
