I am highly highly disappointed by the services reliance communication is providing. Just for the sake of brand loyalty i changed my number thrice sticking to the same network (Reliance) but the problem remains same.
I really can't understand how and why unnecessary services gets activated on their own and balance gets deducted.
Whenever i try to contact customer care executives either they are not reachable, or they fail to resolve my issues.
Now they have figured out a new way to trick the customers. On the name of transferring calls to authorities they put us in hold and return back. We stupidly continue to listen hopefully to computed voice saying "all oir customer care executives are busy plz stay on line, your call is important to us" but even after the wait of about half hour nobody bothers to check that someone is waiting with extreme patience.
I would like to mention some names whom i spoke with in the last one week but none of them resolvedy issue and trtried to trtrick me in thr above mentioned manner.

    Within last 20 days i have lost almost 160rs of my balance without any reason. whenever i call customer care centre they use to talk about any hungama services (service which i have never subscribed) and refund 10rs instead of proper loss of around 40 to 50rs each time.
    This happens several times with me but from last month it's happening frequently. so i hope i will get a proper solution for that with all my balance what i have wasted without any reason.

      Got a new Reliance Broadband Connection. Within a few days, it stopped working. I logged complaint, but no one came. I tried again but no one came. I talked to customer care executives & higher authorities, but again the result is zero. They loge complaint, thats it. No one shows up to repair the issue. I have loged 8 complaints so far, still no response from their side. I suggest to reconsider before opting for relaince broadband. What's the point i[censored] pay and still suffer without internet. Local providers are way better. At least they would show up at ur place to see what the problem is.

        #reliancemobile recieved bill of more than 5000, without usage as service was block due to over limit. No information prodives on plan change cheating customer with #4g worse service ever. 4g is to harass customers.

          My name is ajay pokhriyal

          I am using a reliance cdma postpaid dongle (Broadband) which now known as 4g.

          When i have purchased this device the plan was ncplus5gbul_599 but when the reliance company shutdown the cdma network they have provide gsm of reliance 4g and told me that the your plan will be same, after that my device was disconnected for more than 1 month due to 4g upgradation.

          But the plan was change to volume.4g_1100_5gb.5gb without informing me.

          The company has changes the plan without informing me.

          The customer is using this plan due to his old plan which is provided by the reliance company but without customer consent or permission the plan has been changed

          If a customer is using postpaid plan he has right to take permission or information of any plan changes

          Kindly request reliance company to provide me my old plan and take complain as priority and provide me my resolution.

          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have deactivated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the deactivation by calling the customer care (call recording available). On 29th july 2016, i got a bill for the same number. The customer care people will disconnect the line when we call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation. The real cheating fraud company.

            Dear sir,

            I was using relaince cdma ([protected]) connection for last five years and i am very happy with it. but things got changed when cdma to 4g upgrade process started. since july 2016 i am facing connectivity issues regularly (network slowness, no network signal). whenever i contacted the customer care they said this is due to 4g upgrade please be patient... this issue will sorted out asap. i have waited for one and half months and at last my new 4g data card came alive on 8th aug 2016 but only for two days. now the both cdma & 4g data card not working, i have been trying to contact customer care for last 4 days, my call never getting through.. and the calls gets dropped every time. now i don't know when will i get back the internet service.

              My reliance post paid data card no.[protected] reliance promised no plan change, rentals, benefits post 4g migration through e mail and in person (Executives in store, e mail copy attached) but post migration my account section shows this "volume. Ltereliance3_999_unlimited.25gb" where i was on truly unlimited plan in tamil nadu & chennai telecom circle (Screen shot attached) hope reliance keeps up promises and does not do any thing that hurts me and customer who have migrated to 4g. Kindly clear my doubt.

              I am also affected by this false promise by Reliance. Now I have been forcibly moved to a lower benefit plan for which I am complaining to the customer care team. The only reply is that CDMA plans cannot be migrated to 4G.

                I called Reliance customer care regarding the network problem and why internet is not working. The complain was booked in the morning and till night same problem exist. Then I called customer care again. Talked with RAMSINGH, ASISH and they transferred the call to Senior department Mr Naren. And he advised me to close the connection. But why?

                  I am from chennai and i have been using reliance pro 3 data card for about 1.5 years, as of june reliance forced me to buy their 4g wipod for 899 and the showroom manager as well as their customer care rep told that the plan will never change and i can continue 40gb for 999.

                  However this morning the wipod got disconnected and the automated voice is saying that my unbilled amount is 2, 800 i got shocked and i went to thier show room, the manager asked to call the customer service number but reliance[protected] is not letting to speak with a representative.

                  Because reliance told me (Show room manager as well as reliance customer care executive) that plan will never change, i bought the wipod since they promised me that for existing users plan will never change.

                  I have all the call recording for the same, why reliance is doing this kind of cheating, i need a response from reliance and so my plan 40gb for 999 should remain the same.

                  Therefore please forward this complaint to reliance, thank you very much

                    For my reliance wipod (now wipod 4g|lte) last billing period (24th june to 24th july) service was not provided completely due to 3g to 4g upgrade. i got service only for 5-6 days in that billing period, but now they have sent the invoice asking to pay the full bill for the entire month were they didn't provide service. now they are calling me asking to pay bill. the people who called me also agreed there was service interruption due to upgrade but they says still i have to pay bill. this is not the way a customer should be treated. ref. complaint number i raised for poor service:[protected]

                    Today, without any intimation my service is disconnected saying I haven't paid last month's bill. Really irritating behaviour from customer service.
                    If we try to call the help desk number[protected] nobody will attend the cal also. Every time I called them, call gets disconnected after making me wait for 25-30min.

                      Reliance com has disconnected CDMA services without any intimation to customer and one day phone goes dead with no reception. I waited couple of days thinking it will be fine. checked all my payment to ensure I am not at fault... but still, connection is not up. When I tried to reach their customer care number, it didn't get through.

                      Post writing an email, they wrote back after 10 days almost suggesting you can shift to GSM now!!?? Wondering when they can diligently send monthly bill to email, why couldn't they send one email with details a month back or one call to keep the customer informed!! Shamelessly, for the days they have not provided me with service, they have generated the bill and been sent without to email effectively!!!

                          From past three days my internet is not working. I try calling up Reliance customer care number but no one bothers to attend calls.

                          When I call up ZTE customer care (who supplies the hardware to Reliance) they say call us between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. When they work only during those times then whom should we contact during such situations?

                          For my office activities, I have to use internet and these people without notification disconnect my internet connection though I am paying my bills at the correct time. Their customer care do not respond, whom should I contact then? My only requirement is uninterrupted internet connection but these service providers are not providing even that correctly.

                          Like call drop penalty, the Supreme Court should also penalize such service providers for denying us the service they promised during the time of selling their product to us.

                            This is to inform you that the internet connection is not available for the past one month. Even for last month there was no connection. I received a call som NMfrom you asking me to go to an authorised dealer and fill out a form for 4G . It was done. For the past several weeks there was no internet. I have decided not to continue with your service. I was given the connection with lofty promises. But there was no proper service. Kindly refund the amount collected from me for the connection. Without prejudice to my right to claim damages for your deficiency in service, I request you to withdraw the bill for July, 2016 served on me through Mail and stop further correspondence or contact.

                              Mera name mevaram varma hai aur main ek railway me worker hu me bihar se hu aur mujhe Karnataka me job mili hai.
                              Friday ko mere [protected] reliance no pe morning ko ₹100 deduction hua to maine 198 pe call kar ke rezan pucha to koi thik se answer nahi mila aur call ended ho gaya mene dobara call lagaya to language ko problem ho gaya vo Kannada me baat kar rahe the hum ko Kannada nahi aati to maine kaha koi hindi agent ko call transfer kar do to 10 min ke waiting ke baad call connect hua aur check kar ke bataya ki aapne ISD call kiya hai. Maine kaha ki hamara abroad me koi friends or family nahi hai to call kar ne ka saval ni nahi hai bohat bahes ke baad me maine kaha vo ISD number do to unhone kaha vo nahi hai. Last me maine kaha aapke senior se call transfer karo to us ne kaha ki yaha koi senior nahi hai maine kaha ki main aapke khilaf complete karuga to us ne kaha jaha complete karna hai vaha karo lekin amount refund nahi hoga aur call kat di.
                              Maine wapis 198 pe call kiya to customers care se call connect hi nahi ho raha hai maine 2 din se continues try kiya lekin still abhitak call connect nahi ho raha hai.
                              Sir meri aapse Request hai mai ek aam aadami hu apne ghar family members se door rozi ke chakar me idhar aaye hai koi urgent ghar me baat karni ho is ke liye hamesa balance full raheta hai aur aisa hi company wale wrongly deduction kar te rahe to kaisa...? Meri aapse request hai mera deduction amount refund karvaye...

                                  I have been exiting user of Reliance Netconnect Dongle (No. [protected]) from last 4 to 5 years with 1GB unlimited plan for a monthly rental of Rs.250/- when 4G launch I called to customer care not and they told me that your existing plan same plan switch over Reliance 4G. When 4G services starts on Month of July again I called to customer care no.to know about 4G plan and rent and tariffs and they told me your existing rent plan continue to 4G plan and initially 4GB data provided per month. When I received my monthly bill of 4G data card bill I was shocked to see my data card bill plan is Rs, 1100/- per month, Why without customer consent Monthly rent imposed to me and no communication from Reliance communication side not call received from Reliance communicatons side, that means your cheating your customer. When Yesterday I called customer support just they said we are regret about this but in mean time why I should pay Rs. 1100/- per month. Kindly resolve my complaints and till the time I will not pay data card bill. My data card no. [protected].
                                  Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Reliance will just give a call and close the complaint without resolution.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I got very much disappointed with ur customer care reps..Thing is that I have recharged my number for 3G data worth rps 197 on 08 Aug 16. I have not gotten any benefit till date.Several time I talked with CC but nobody gave me assurance.Now I realize that ur so called company is behaving like thief and act as barbarian/Ruffian..I request you to kindly intervene into the matter and do the needful.My reliance prepaid number is [protected] and complain number is[protected]. kindly look into the matter and reconcile my benefit.                                       Recently i recharged wid movienet plan 122 .which gives 1gb alltime data and 1 night. While using betwn 12:07am to 1:30am my data was cut from alltime..i did check my data at 12:07 just to see if m charged from alltime data..wn i called customer care one of dem said assam circle doesnot hv da offer..aftr conversation he transferred da call to his senior.who said m lodging a complaint.wn i asked da complaint no he asked me to wait and never really spoke..wn in da morning i called dey said u Hv not accessed data at nyt tym.

                                        Hi,

                                        Am a customer using reliance data card form last 1.5 years, for which they charge 1100 around for unlimited 3G. I choose relaince only because of this plan. Although it was 3G net speed will be pretty good only upto browsing, download will be utter slow.

                                        And later, in month of May i got a mail from relaince that there has been a upgrade to 4G and i was directed to buy a new device to use that 4G service. and i was promised that "All my benefits and cost relating to that shall remain same".It was clear that i need to get a device with extra cost and i can use the 4G service with same plan as earlier.

                                        And now after purchasing the plan was changed from Unlimited 4G plan as promised to 5GB 4G for Rs.1100(the amount which i was paying earlier). This is ridiculous. First with out any intimation they changed the plan without intimation. If i had known that my plan will change i would not have upgarded for 4G atall.

                                        Like me now every other customer is suffering from same issue, this is unacceptable.

                                        I would like this forum to please direct the reliaince communication to offer benefits as promised to all customers and pay the damages for this irresponsible gesture towards customer.


                                        Am here attaching the details of information received for me via email about the upgrade of plan.

                                        One of the customer care executive called me 2days back just to enquire about the problem, they promised me to call back with 24 hours but thy never turned up.
