My reliance phone number is [protected]. That was a CDMA prepaid Reliance connection for last ten years. However consequent upon migrating the CDMA to GSM all customers were given free 4G SIM, since Reliance was phasing out old CDMAs. Accordingly, I had sent the number for activation but it is not working and as good as dead.
I am not able to use that.

    Hi team,

    I purchased a reliance wipod for wifi three months back and they were telling that future we will upgrade to 4g and you will get a good speed for the internet connection.

    Past three days the device not working when we check with the reliance provider they are telling that this device will no more work since they are converting from cdma to gsm. So in this case we need to get a new device and sim card. Nobody informed us that this device will not work in future when we purchased this device. Now they are asking us to spent another 3000 rupees for getting a new device. Reliance doing fraud and cheating the customers where they haven't provided any information now they need us to pay more it's completely a fraudulent activity. I need my money back or they need to replac my old one with the new one. Don't know how they can cheat the customers like this, i have all proofs when i purchased this device and all the bills related to this.

      I have been purchases reliance jio lyf handset from “akshay mobile shop, shivaji chowk, behind monginis store, shrirampur”.
      On 14-aug-2016 documents submitted, & prior informed to retailer that please activate on emergency basis but yet not activated,
      & when i ask for concern company employees or distributor’s contact details for further clarification then he told me no company employees are here.
      & distributor from rahuri operation shrirampur market, shrirampur is far 40 km from rahuri.

      If company’s tse/tsi/tso or else not available at perticullar location then why your operations are there?

        On my reliance gsm no [protected] i was having balance around rs.177 and than after one hour it reduced to rs.77 even when i didn't called and not used any mobile data and when i checked my account informations i found adpaystrmgmlysubs service is activated on my no. I have tried to contact to customer care but failed to get refund my amount of rs. 100

          Consumers are not left with choice but to buy new devices to continue availing services.
          Bill plans are changed without any logical explanation and without communicating it to consumers.
          If a customer wants Service provider to resend those mails which gave update about change in bill plan. its not done.
          Bill plan can not be changed till next billing cycle without any reason and explanation.
          Can not convert existing postpaid connection to prepaid connection.
          Can not Surrender existing connections and buy new prepaid connection.
          Consumer can not choose products as per their choice and convenience.

          My hsd no. Is not getting migrated to 4G. Reliance stores, customer care and even appellate authority are not having any appropriate answer. Simply, the reliance company is a great cheater. No value for customers. Those who are appointed for the solutions they themselves dont know anything.

            [protected]:actually my plan (499) is unlimited, i got bill around 1000. I called customer care (08/17/2016). I got very bad response from that agent. He threatened me and also he added more packs to my plan, telling very bad languages..
            These kind of activities are really unacceptable.. Company like reliance having workers like this, very dissapointing

            hi Ravindra buddi, better you dont go for this network. they changed my plan without my information. CC is not responding and not taking any action.
            Rcom agents are behaving very rude recently and I have my doubts about Rcom will try to settle this amicably

              I am using reliance dongle [ post paid ] past five to six year. Due to up-gradation from your side you people told to take 4g sim and wipod device.
              Issue 1: with out any clear communication you people stooped my broadband connection on this month 10-aug-2016 [ [protected] ].
              Issue 2: i have order wipod device on 10 aug 2016 in http://shop.rcom.co.in website payment also made, but till now no response from you side regarding device when it will reach [ order referrence :bosnpmyhi ]. No responce from customer care also

              What is the final solution from your side

                I'm using relaince truly unlimited plan 999 from past 7 months. Before 4g upgradation some lady from relaince called and told that plans won't change if i upgrade to 4g. After 4g started they automatically changed my plan to 25gb. This was cheating and i don't trust this network anymore. So i wanted to terminate my connection so i called customer care and after half hour they'll pick and say termination department is not available now this happened to me 5 times till now but now i'm not even able to reach the costumer care executive it'll automatically disconnect the call saying thanks for calling relaince customer care. Worst network and worst service. I want to terminate my connection. Call me on my alternate number and terminate my account.

                    What is this?

                    I am old user, wrong plan activated.

                    I got the assurance from mail, customer care that there wont be any change in data plan, rental and benefits.

                    Earlier 40gb plan for rs 999/-
                    Wrong plan activated.

                    Its really bogus and malafide working.

                    I am not liable to pay this.

                    O right plan should be activated.

                    Migration of cdma to 4G data plan

                    Beware

                    misguiding,
                    overcharging,
                    malafide working
                    wrong plan activation,
                    bogus billing,
                    change of plan without your knowledge ( company can't change ur plan before 6 months without notification, if customer wants to change)

                    Telecom act :

                    • The Service Providers must inform the customer in writing, within a week of activation of service, the complete details
                    of his tariff plan. In addition, as and when there are any changes in any aspect/item of tariff in the chosen package, the
                    operator shall intimate, in writing, such changes to those subscribers whose tariff packages undergo a change.

                    • A tariff plan once offered by a service provider shall be available to a subscriber for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of his enrolment into that tariff plan. During this 6 months period, the service provider is free to reduce the tariff;
                    but increase in any item of tariff in the plan is not permitted. However, the subscriber is free to choose any other
                    tariff plan even during the 6 months period.
                    • Customer has the right to move from one tariff to another plan offered by his service provider any time without having
                    to pay any fee for the migration. A subscriber's request for a change of tariff plan shall be accepted and implemented
                    immediately or from the start of the next billing cycle.
                    No 1 Fraud in Telecom Industry in World and Millions of Customers are affected and TRAI and DoT are mute spectators. Supporting Reliance Communications to easy doing investment in India. Soon India will be sold to Pakistan. I am expected to get my bill on 7th let me see if it is the same.

                      I was facing network issues, not solved
                      I am not able to update the dongle to 4G
                      In my name your Customer care center ordered the dongle and given to some one eles.
                      With out activation also I am getting bills to pay.
                      I am unable to use dongle(No speed at all, even for your own page)
                      Your Executive told me, if I am not using the dongle. No need to pay bill. there is exception.
                      Your dongle stopped working completely(While upgrading to 4G)
                      Your Customer care people told me I have used 50KB/MB, So, I need to pay for one month.
                      Now they are asking me to pay for two months. where your dongle it self is not working fully.
                      I am not ready to pay money freely/ donate money to you. Already I paid two months with out using it properly.
                      Please check and suggest how much I have to pay.

                      I want to upgrade to 4G (If you network works fine)

                        Since am using 2g data card no network will be provided that is what the customer care they said and they told me change to 4g. I am not ready to switch to 4g. So kind cancel my account. Here by informing that if next month if you are asking to me pay the monthly bill i wont and am not responsible. Treat this as highest priority deactivate my account immediately.

I am manish nd my no is [protected].i have shifted my mobile no to reliance on this pack. But for this month on 16 Aug I have 3300 min nd 2900 sms left in my Acc. But my unbilled amount is 1470..the company has stopped my outgoing calls.no customer care executives can resolve my prob nd nodal office don't attend the phone. What to do because I am facing a lot of problems due to outgoing banned.

I got a call from verification but verification boy always came according to his time. Never came on time which i suggested due this he mentioned negative verification and my sim services blocked by relience. I called many times means every day but no one listen to me even relience service center. It has been one month but till date my verification is done.

                                  I faced a serious disruption in reliance network last month because of 4g migration. I didn't use data almost 15 days. Customer care representative promised they will give discount but i didnt get any discount. They are making false promise. I called to terminate my reliance wipod connection the reliance customer service employees are misbehaving by transferring my calls to different departments for hours. No one bothers to answer the call after being transferred to termination department. I have called more than 5 times and every time i am on hold for hours without any response. This is clearly misconduct on their part and they are doing this so that they can send me bill without me using their service. They are not ready to terminate my connection for no reason at all.
                                  I request that proper actions be taken against the fraudulent reliance company.

                                  After speaking with reliance customer representative and they agreed that they suspended my service and it will get terminated within 15 days and no need to pay money as I raised waiver request. Again I got this mail from u.

It is regrettable that despite reminders the payment of Rs. 1098/- is still due in your account. You will appreciate that our obligation, as an operator, is to provide you with a network to make and receive calls. You, as a subscriber, are obliged to pay for the use of the network.

                                  By this notice we call upon you to pay the above-referred amount, being Service Charges due and payable, to the Company within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

                                  Please make the payment, through DD / Pay Order, in favor of “RWSL[protected]” payable at Bangalore not later than 3 days of receipt of this notice.

                                  The payment of Service Charges may also be made at our authorized Web Worlds / Web World Express/Reliance FOFO’s to our visiting representative.

                                    I recharged with 235 which offered 1.25 gb day and 1.25 gb night balance (12-6). It has happened twice that inspite of downloading movies at night (12-6) the data is deducted from day balance. Reliance is cheating on their customers.. Hardly in 2-3 days my day data balance has come down to 140 mb. Never recharge with the offers provided by Reliance.. They're absolutely deceitful and playing fraud. Not at all genuine. I was thinking of shifting to postpaid before but now I am planning to change the operator. Worst experience

                                      Hi, my name is venkataraghavan.
                                      I called to terminate my reliance wipod connection the reliance customer service employees are misbehaving by transferring my calls to different departments for hours. No one bothers to answer the call after being transferred to termination department. I have called more than 5 times and every time i am on hold for hours without any response. This is clearly misconduct on their part and they are doing this so that they can send me bill without me using their service. They are not ready to terminate my connection for no reason at all.
                                      I request that proper actions be taken against the fraudulent reliance company.

                                        I am writing this complaint in immense mental & physical harassment because of your services.
                                        I am using reliance network since last 3 years, but in these 3 years, approx 6 times i had faced false billing & serious network issues.

                                        Now, this time it is the limit now. You have upgraded my netconnect in 4g, i accept. But you have changed my plan from 40gb to 2 gb without any information, is a real crime now.
                                        I called your call center today when my net was not working. She (Pooja from kolkata) told me that your connection is barred because of the high usage of data. And you have to pay approx rs 5000/- to restart your connection. Your billing date is 18th aug'16.
                                        When i asked her about my data, she told me that your total data limit has been decreased to 2gb plan which was earlier a 40gb plan.
                                        What the heck is this. Why i am bloody paying you rs 1100 for only 2 gb plan... And without any notice how come you have changed my plan?
                                        I know that it is a 4g network, but i met your executive in a reliance store (Address - vivek khand, gomti nagar, lucknow-10, opp. Neelkanth sweets), she told me clearly that your plan will not changed on this 4g network. I asked her 4 times on this & everytime she told me the same.
                                        Now, where is my fault? I am your reliable customer since long - is this my fault?

                                        Now, i only want you to provide me the same plan of 40 gb on 4g network (Which i never got, already lodge many complaints on this) or tell me to switch to any other network. (Airtel/vodafone/others)
                                        Also, pls waive off my bill amount, i am not going to pay a single penny this time, whether it is rental or what.

                                        Anticipate your quick response on this, as i am working without the internet this time, i will take some serious action against you.
