I'm using relaince truly unlimited plan 999 from past 7 months. Before 4g upgradation some lady from relaince called and told that plans won't change if i upgrade to 4g. After 4g started they automatically changed my plan to 25gb. This was cheating and i don't trust this network anymore. So i wanted to terminate my connection so i called customer care and after half hour they'll pick and say termination department is not available now this...

My broadband is not working from 10th august and i submitted complaints on 11th august but reliance closed this complaint and write new complaints in 13th august that's closed on 14th.
Reliance continuously taking compaint but not solve even i complaint on high authority.

I am old user, wrong plan activated.

I got the assurance from mail, customer care that there wont be any change in data plan, rental and benefits.

Since am using 2g data card no network will be provided that is what the customer care they said and they told me change to 4g. I am not ready to switch to 4g. So kind cancel my account. In jalsa pack 599 4000 min free 3000 sms roaming free nd 2g data unlimited free .this is the best plan I think . I got a call from relience related to sim postpaid. After that i port my bsnl no. To relience postpaid. I got a call from verification but verification boy always came according to his time. Never came on time which i suggested due this he mentioned negative verification and my sim services blocked by relience. I called many times means every day but no one listen to me even relience service center. It has been one month...

I faced a serious disruption in reliance network last month because of 4g migration. I didn't use data almost 15 days. Customer care representative promised they will give discount but i didnt get any discount. They are making false promise. I recharged with 235 which offered 1.25 gb day and 1.25 gb night balance (12-6). It has happened twice that inspite of downloading movies at night (12-6) the data is deducted from day balance. Reliance is cheating on their customers.. Hardly in 2-3 days my day data balance has come down to 140 mb. Never recharge with the offers provided by Reliance.. I am using reliance jio in my city and its average speed is about 400-600 kbps and ya luckily it sometimes reach to 1 maps but in a very rare case...
I wanna ask what is the meaning of 4g when i am getting speed of 3g... I am using 3g too and it also have speed around 500 kb... So why 4g?... Please speed up your network and give average speed around 2maps in 4g network.....

I have recharged my no. on 8th Aug 2016 for 3G data. I checked my offer before on *129#. I was supposed to get 2GB 3G data. But when I recharged I got only 1.75GB data. The same day I made complain on customer care. She registered my compliant (complain n:[protected]saying that this will be resolved within 4 days i.e by 12th of August 2016. But after complaining again and again on 16th August they sent message saying that problem resolved....

Earlier we were using Reliance Netconnect 3G dongle for past 8 years and after migration to 4G, both 3G and 4G devices are not working now. I want either my refund of Rs. 899 for 4G dongle after surrendering or 4G should be activated immediately . I cant use 3G anymore since I have paid Rs.899 and bought 4G dongle.

I am, beena kollara is a post paid customer of 399 scheme from the last 5 years with reliance. From may 2016 the bill amount is going on being increased without reason and when i ask for the bill details it's not given to me till date.
And as the service given to me is not satisfactory i said iam porting so they gave me a new 149 scheme from july and still d service was not satisfactory so i ported so they put an exhobitant charge...
