Overcharging and change of plan without my knowledge

I am using datacard for more than one year. My plan is 999 for 40 GB Unlimited.Between july 6 to 20 my datacard is not properly working due to 4g upgradation.

Last time I contact customer care as my Connection got barred. They informed me that my limit has been exceeded and plan has been changed to 3gb 4g Rs700. Now I charged rs 2700 unbilled amount and without my knowledge.

Data plan also changed without my concordance, same is disclosed after many follow-up with your customer care and hall road kilpauk chennai branch.

At the time of taking 4G data card I was not informed about plan change, and halls...

Unnecessary Bills and forcing for payments

Its been more than about 2 to 3 years since having used the Reliance Netconnect, the service for which was stopped by the provider and still the bills for about two months were generated. They contacted at that time and on explanation from my side, the calling executives didn't had any idea of why the bills were generated if the service was not getting provided. Also as a result, they sent 2 guys for getting money at the address provided...

RELIANCE 4G Billing set without my knowledge

When I migrated from CDMA to 4G, I was promised the plans will not change. Off late I came to know I have been given a PLAN of INR 1100/- plus taxes. This is absolutely without my knowledge. I dont even have that much usage. When I called customer care, they said Reliance has sent out emails. The Fact is and remains that there is no such email from Reliance that they would increase the billing amount. Infact I have a email from "netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com"...

Reliance stolen Rs 699. Please refund immediately

2. Till today I am not able to connect and browse Internet through my data card and when I called customer care they told " I need to upgrade my Number to 4G. Then only I can use internet"
3. If my current reliance netconnect number is Invalid then why you have accepted recharge of Rs 699/-???...

For the last two months, my reliance netconnect data card is not working after the 10gb 3g limit is completed. Last month i thought it might be a one-time problem. 4g upgrade - plan from pro 3 did not carry as promised

I was a pro 3 data card customer, i was in the plan 40 gb unlimited with rs 999 rental. I got email from reliance asking me to upgrade to 4g and asking me buy the 4g wipod.in the email they have mentioned that the existing plan will carry forward in 4g.

I spoke to customer care and they too assured that the existing 40gb plan will carry forward. Got the new wipod and the 4g got activated. Even after activation i confirmed it...

I am ready to buy that one. But i am not ready to change this with a postpaid connection.. They are not ready to give me the same number with prepaid connection.

Cdma to 4g gsm upgrade

Rcom communicated all cdma customers to switch their sim with 4g gsm. Against which each customer will get 150 min. Talk time 10 gb of 4g data upon migration. And even after the migration process is over since months we have not got any 4g data which they had promised. And their customer care agents (Most pathetic people) and field agents now saying rcom have gave 10 gb 2g data instead of 4g. I think i need my whole life span to use those...

I m the holder of reliance prepaid number [protected]. On 13 aug 2016 i made an online recharge of rs 249 for 1gb 3g/4g data for 28 days after checking reliance recharge website.. But i received 2g data that to jus 500mb. Tried calling customer care on *333 but could not connect to customer care representative. Then i mailed the same complaint to [protected]@relianceada.com. But no response came... Please help as soon as possible...

Cheating on plan

I had reliance pro3 rs 999 unlimited plan then i was shifted to 4g after 2 days my speed reduced now the problem is, i am getting slow speed. I complained about it in customer care. But they didn't respond and they blocked my subscriber no. So the call couldn't pass to customer care. While buying the wipod i was promised that i will get the same unlimited plan if i upgrade it to 4g. But here they shifted me to 10 gb plan...

4g service not activated, cdma service with 40gb data disconnected

I have recharged my reliance netconnect+ cdmd modem (No.[protected]) for rs 2999 (45gb and 6 months validity) around 30 days back. After few days reliance cancelled the cdma services without any intimation and told to purchase 4g wipod device. I still got around 40gb data balance in my old data device. I purchase 4g modem and got a message stating your 4g is active. But even after two weeks, either the cdma service nor the 4g service is active....

I am using my number in cdma technology since 2008. I got an message regarding to change my number to 4g sim at csm technology. Almost 5 times went to your tiruppur - kumaran road show room at the all times they don't have 4 g sim.

From last week my number got disconnected without any info. Then i went to kangakeyam road show room on 6th if this month for change the sim, and they are confirmed there...
