Prompt in payment over the past yrs.Recent payment of Rs270 for june bill paid on 23-7-16 though due date was 27-7-16 at Preethi Enterprises opposite KSRTC Lalbagh Mangalore bill No0497 even after proof provided to customer care for last 10 days my phone was disconnected today for non payment and to my shock customer care argues that paper receipt is not valid for the bill paid and I was forced to contact Preethi Enterprises and the person found his mistake but refused to acknowledge and updated the payment on 16-8-16 and without any apology asked me to tolerate till the phone was activated again.Although I brought this to the notice of the customer and misbehaved with me.I request u to look into the matter so that no other valid reliance customer is abused or insulted in future

    I am using reliance jio in my city and its average speed is about 400-600 kbps and ya luckily it sometimes reach to 1 maps but in a very rare case...
    I wanna ask what is the meaning of 4g when i am getting speed of 3g... I am using 3g too and it also have speed around 500 kb... So why 4g?... Please speed up your network and give average speed around 2maps in 4g network..

      I have recharged my no. on 8th Aug 2016 for 3G data. I checked my offer before on *129#. I was supposed to get 2GB 3G data. But when I recharged I got only 1.75GB data. The same day I made complain on customer care. She registered my compliant (complain n:[protected]saying that this will be resolved within 4 days i.e by 12th of August 2016. But after complaining again and again on 16th August they sent message saying that problem resolved. But when I checked my balance still same.
      I asked customer care for this, now they are saying you are supposed to get only 1.75 GB net. I said them about the offer. Now they are not considering. I want my data back as soon as possible.

      They contacted me and after listening all the problems which I faced they have credited the same in my number. But again they have done something in my number that I am not able to contact customer care with my number. I have to call customer care with another reliance number. I asked them to resolve this also. But they hve not done any thing regarding this. Thank you.

        Earlier we were using Reliance Netconnect 3G dongle for past 8 years and after migration to 4G, both 3G and 4G devices are not working now. I want either my refund of Rs. 899 for 4G dongle after surrendering or 4G should be activated immediately . I cant use 3G anymore since I have paid Rs.899 and bought 4G dongle.

        This I need to be done at the earliest.

          I had reliance data card in 2011 for which I had lodge complaints about its speed, even after repeated reminders I haven't got any resolution. I asked for disconnection and after disconnection Reliance gave me free trial 3 month on repeated request from Mr.Harsh Darda from Relaince communication, Koregaon park branch. All my account dues were nil and I had to pay nothing towards the device or its use... only after that they gave me 3 months free trial.

          Suddenly after 6 years a demand from Adv. Altaf. U. sent mail on my ID to pay the bill amount of Rs.1405/- . without which he is claiming to file civil case. I am sure this are not appointed authority from Reliance and they are trying to make money by illegal means.

          I am Atul Mohata, wish to know why I am charged bill and late payment
          charges when I have already applied for disconnection 3 month back.

          At that time I was given 3 month free uses from Reliance . I had no
          dues pending from my side till date. Then Why I am getting this bill.

          I had spoke to Mr Harish Darda in Karegoan park branch, Pune and he
          gae me the free trial uses for 3 month.

          Pl take care, I am not going to pay any bills nor I am suppose to when
          given free trial.

              I am, beena kollara is a post paid customer of 399 scheme from the last 5 years with reliance. From may 2016 the bill amount is going on being increased without reason and when i ask for the bill details it's not given to me till date.
              And as the service given to me is not satisfactory i said iam porting so they gave me a new 149 scheme from july and still d service was not satisfactory so i ported so they put an exhobitant charge of 1380 without giving me any details why this much amount is charged.
              This is like looting the customers. Most of the customer care representative don't know anything about the plans or scheme and give all wrong informations.
              Before payment of this big amount charges i wish you to look into the matter and take strict action against the defaulters and give me the full details about why so much charges

                I am using datacard for more than one year. My plan is 999 for 40 GB Unlimited.Between july 6 to 20 my datacard is not properly working due to 4g upgradation.

                Last time I contact customer care as my Connection got barred. They informed me that my limit has been exceeded and plan has been changed to 3gb 4g Rs700. Now I charged rs 2700 unbilled amount and without my knowledge.

                Customer care executive said they cant do any thing and I have to pay the amount.

                change my plan to 999 40gb and revise the bill as per 999 plan or I have to change my network to another service provider.

                I hope resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I have been using reliance PRO3 ( data card no.[protected]) from feb’16 with 999 unlimited data plan (NCPLUSPRO3_999_40GB) and the same has been upgraded with 4G on 14th aug’16.

                  Data plan also changed without my concordance, same is disclosed after many follow-up with your customer care and hall road kilpauk chennai branch.

                  At the time of taking 4G data card I was not informed about plan change, and halls road branch executive told me that “same plan will continue after 4G conversion”

                  Now I am getting only 3GB 4G data for Rs.700 monthly rental plan. It’s really ridiculous.

                  Your executive used 40GB 3G unlimited data for 999 as a prime key to convinced me for purchased of 3G data card at the of surrendering my 2G data card.

                  After sold your 3G and 4G data card with good price, now your reduce the data at bottom level. This what the company name represents “ Relinance “
                  Either provide the reasonable 4G data plan for Rs. 999 monthly rental or refund my data card cost Rs.1600. will go with other service provide.

                    Its been more than about 2 to 3 years since having used the Reliance Netconnect, the service for which was stopped by the provider and still the bills for about two months were generated. They contacted at that time and on explanation from my side, the calling executives didn't had any idea of why the bills were generated if the service was not getting provided. Also as a result, they sent 2 guys for getting money at the address provided and unavailability resulted in the issue remaining uncleared. Which on further calling was still kept uncleared from the executive side, still waiting for me to visit the web store. A letter in time being also mentioned the necessity of me being present at the civil court on a Sunday, which I did, but found no one to contact for the issue.

                    One of the customer care executive had called in order to look into the issue and after the problem was detailed and when they couldn't find any significant reason, they said they would look into it and connect back. No call regarding the same since then. And now I've received another mail of a legal issue raised against me under "APPENDIX – M Notice U/s 20(2) of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987". This is just unacceptable.

                        When I migrated from CDMA to 4G, I was promised the plans will not change. Off late I came to know I have been given a PLAN of INR 1100/- plus taxes. This is absolutely without my knowledge. I dont even have that much usage. When I called customer care, they said Reliance has sent out emails. The Fact is and remains that there is no such email from Reliance that they would increase the billing amount. Infact I have a email from "netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com" dated Friday, July 8, 2016 12:05 PM and Subject: Reliance 4G plans - [protected]-DPN [T[protected]AS050Z2060847] - which says "We acknowledge your email dated July 07, 2016 for your Reliance number [protected] and regret the delay in response.

                        We are happy to inform you that benefits of your current plan with any other add on packs will remain unchanged, when you upgrade to 4G. There will be no change in plan pricing on 4G upgrade."

                        After this email they have never responded to any of my emails sent out. I have sent emails to n number of email ids. rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com etc too do not respond !!!

                        I see many others have been cheated by Reliance in this manner.

                        I have raised a cancellation request[protected] on Aug 8th, 2016, and that too is not resolved. I was the cancellation would happen in 7 days.

                            I have been using reliance net connect plus for the last 5 years and i have never had a single problem. For the last two months, my reliance netconnect data card is not working after the 10gb 3g limit is completed. Last month i thought it might be a one-time problem. But this month again, the same issue is being seen. Even while activating from system, i am being asked to contact customer care. Please help in resolving the same.

                              I was a pro 3 data card customer, i was in the plan 40 gb unlimited with rs 999 rental. I got email from reliance asking me to upgrade to 4g and asking me buy the 4g wipod.in the email they have mentioned that the existing plan will carry forward in 4g.

                              I spoke to customer care and they too assured that the existing 40gb plan will carry forward. Got the new wipod and the 4g got activated. Even after activation i confirmed it multiple times with customer support about the plan and they assured that i'm in 40gb unlimited plan with rs999 rental.

                              2 days back i was shocked to see my unbilled amount at rs3000. Tried calling customer care, they said my plan has been changed to 3gb with rs 700 as monthly rental. This has been done without my confirmation.

                              When asked how the plan was changed without my confirmation, they say that they have discontinued the old cdma plans and the current plan is a default one based on my usage.

                              Raised a complaint through their twitter handle https://twitter.com/RCommCare. after 2 days a customer care executive called me, the executive could not speak english and i could not speak hindi. When i asked why reliance did not keep up its promise on continuing the old plan and how the new plan was activated without my confirmation, she could not understand it and started acting very rude. I had to disconnect the call.

                              Tried to contact their twitter handle requesting one more call back from person who can speak english, but they to do not respond now.

                              Their[protected] does not connect to customer support for the last two days. I'm not sure how to proceed through this issue.

                              Got a call from customer support. They say they are still working on to see if the old plan can be restored or will provide the option to migrate to plan similar to old one.

                              Regarding the unbilled amount, asked me to raise a complaint after the bill has been generated. My bill should be generated tomorrow

                                  Rcom communicated all cdma customers to switch their sim with 4g gsm. Against which each customer will get 150 min. Talk time 10 gb of 4g data upon migration. And even after the migration process is over since months we have not got any 4g data which they had promised. And their customer care agents (Most pathetic people) and field agents now saying rcom have gave 10 gb 2g data instead of 4g. I think i need my whole life span to use those 10 gb (Of no use) of 2g data. Why do reliance communication cheat its customer... Some one has to take some legal action against this kind of promise they publicly make on their website and other media and never fulfill.

                                    This complaint is on behalf of me and my friend who are reliance data card users since the last 4 years. We were asked to buy 4g modem against our will, as they said the 3g cdma services were coming to an end. We agreed to buy, after they promised that our 3g plans would remain the same after the upgrade to 4g as well. 1 month after upgrade i realized my plan has reduced from 40gb (Fup) unlimited to 25gb (Fup) unlimited and my friend's plan has changed from 40gb (Fup) unlimited to 3 gb plan. We were on a decision to terminate the connection. But they promised to give us better speed connectivity along with the same data usage plan, made us buy the new wifi modem device, then has reduced our plans after purchase. The worst thing is they answer so impolitely and like they are not responsible in the customer care. The toll free number has been blocked for some reason and we had to wait on queue to get the call connected to the paid customer care number and would lose 40 to 50₹ every time. We feel cheated.

                                    Talked to the customer care many time since last 3 months. Every time we call, they kept the call on hold for more than 2 min and is making our call disconnected by making us lose our balance. We lost time and money by calling their customer service but ended up in nothing. We have to deal with lots of stress because of these issues for the past 3 months at least.

                                    We want our plan back (40gb fup unlimited for me and my friend). Or, if they are going to not hear our complaint, we want the money we spent on the modem back, the 2 months of bill we paid without even using their data expecting we would get the same plan back and the hundreds and thousands of money we spent calling their useless customer service

                                    My number is barred for more than 25 days. My worst decision in my life is to choose RELIANCE as my service provider. In spite of having data issue during the month of MAY JUNE JULY because of tower migration from Reliance side, I BELIEVED THEIR WORDS AND ASSURANCE. But once again you CHEATED a customer who is using Reliance for more than 4 years ( Used 2G netconnect, 3G wipod ) .

                                    I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY 4G. If possible I will make my friends who are using the RELIANCE SERVICE to close their connection.

                                    CHEATED...

                                    Worst company I have ever seen. Even the small service provider companies are giving reliable data. Just because you are in this industry for a long time does not mean you can do what ever to your customer without their consent.

                                      I am an user of reliance data and am made to purchase the new 4glte. Started using it from 6th aug and my data usage reached the limit of 3gb, the instrument got disconnected and when i called the customer care, i was not connected to the service person. I went to get help from chat and found after 1 hour of chat that my number is barred for communication in customer care and my data will reconnect if i pay rs2900, as my usage of 4g plan for rs 700 is exhausted, and i used more payable data. Last 15 days there is no dial tone and the instrument is totally dead.I contacted ur customer relations and they provided me two addresses in Cochin. I tried to contact both and was successful with one wherby they informed me that they do not deal with landline instruments. second address was given as sree communications, 25 penta menaka ernakulam.I personally went there today morning only to return back disappointed as I could not find the shop.I tried to call the number provided to me and got the message 'this number does not exist'.
