I have been using reliance data card from jan 2016. Reliance assured me on upgrading from 3g to 4g internet with the same plan/cost. I upgraded with new device costing rs.900 puchased from one of the nearest showroom.
Now the connection got disconnected and the customer care is not responding. Showroom people responded me that plans got changed. Without letting us the customers reliance doing the plan changing. This was totally unacceptable and cheating the customers.
Reliance made a false promises - i never seen such irresponsible service ever.

    Using wi-pod for last 7 months. Was upgraded to 4g without any change in plans. When tried to contact customer care for termination of service, they said that i would get just 3gb of 4g data from now and i have used data for rs 3500, which i never knew about. I was never intimated about this. Neither did i receive any intimation reg the change in current data plan (40gb for 999).

      Hi,
      I recharged my cdma dongle ([protected]) with 499 data pack on 27th july. However, i was unable to use the same as reliance stopped cdma services. They are not ready to refund my money as well. Had a chat with customer service executive and they ask me to upgrade to 4g paying another 2699/-. I do not want to use the reliance services anymore. Please refund my money immediately.

        I have availed r2r 500 min free per month after paying 4444/- for my reliance cdma no [protected] which was supposed to be valid till 2022 but all of a sudden the company have stopped giving 500 r2r free minutes and breached the terms of service and inspite of repeated reminders to their customer care and even appellate authority of reliance no responses other than standard answer that it is as per company policy and within its rights.
        This is nothing but whilte collar cheating and fraud with lakhs of consumers like myself
        Already rcom in the name o[censored]pgarding to 4g have made our cdma handset redundant and we have lost our price paid fro handset

          First of all i would like thank reliance to bring in this technology to everyone. But i have a problem with the way they work, reliance simples works like a gundagiri philosophy.
          1. I was asked to buy the new wifi pod for 4g under a offer, when i was using 3g i was under a plan where my fup was 15gb, i specifically checked with the customer rep if there would be any change in my plan when migrated and his clear answer was 'no changes and i wuld enjoy the same benefits as i am enjoying currently'
          2.in my billing for current july month, i see twice the amout of the bill i usually see.in the details of the bill when i checked they have mentioned 'previous bill amt' pending and have mentioned the charges there. Where as i don't have any outstanding amount pending and when asked there is no proper response to any of it, they customer support have registered a complaint but till now no one has bothered to call and ask me what the issue is
          3. The moment i registered the complain, by 4g connection was disconnected and when asked they said i had crossed the credit limit due to which i wuld have to pay my bills, but when i told them to resolve my previous complain there was no proper response. Then i had to dig deep in questioning how my credit limit exceed, for which the answer i got was really shocked, as per reliance when the 4g was migrated all existing customer will be allotted to a new plan and the fup wuld be reduced to 3 gb, any data used after the fup tht would be chargable.
          This was a news to me and i was irritated that reliance did not bother to communicate that their plans have changed and existing customer will also have the impact. And now they are trying to impose all these onto a customer.

              I was paid 835/- on 3rd august 2016 at reliance store pune @ 11:30am. But that staff was not processing my payment on same day. They submit my payment on 6th august 2016. But till date 18th august 2016 my mob. Not working. So i face so many different types of problems. I can't explain each matter.

              So you please do needful as early as possible

                My name is ankit shukla & my reliance gsm cell number is [protected] (Delhi-ncr circle). It was working till yesterday & all of a sudden stopped functioning with an error stating "please insert the sim".

                Since i am in bangalore i went to reliance mobile store mentioned below & complaint regarding the same & asked to replace the sim if it got damaged somehow.

                Surprisingly what i got informed there that my cell number is barred for past 2 years (Since 2014) & couldn't be activated & also new sim couldn't be issued since as per record this cell number is inactive for past 2 years.

                I want to inform you that i am using this cell number in working condition continuously until last eve then how could it show that this number is inactive. I am using this number constantly & have recharged several times also from your website only. I am attaching one reliance recharge receipts which i made through your website only as sample.

                Please activate this number on immediate effect as i have shared it at several places as mode of communication & it will impact very adversely if could not be resumed.

                I had asked your customer care representative also at the store to raise a complaint regarding the same & update me immediately.

                So please acknowledge this mail as an indication to take preventive measures from your end else i will be bound to take action alternately to get the needful as it's not an issue from my end but of yours & i don't want to pay for it.

                  Hi team,

                  This is umapathy from chennai, i'm using reliance data card from last year onwards, in initial days i've been used cdma wipod, which i was brought through my corporate connection and the plan is voice plan : hsd_data, reliance net connect plan : ncpluspro3_999_40gb, and the device cost was around rs.1700/-, the connection was okay until june 2016, from july 9th onwards my connection was not working properly, i tried to call customer care several time and the call getting disconnected after the call landed to customer representative, finally i got the information from customer care (After several attempts) due to 4g up gradation the connection got disconnected all over tamilnadu (I have not intimated through any of the services (Mail, sms, or voice) for this disconnection) and they asked me to upgrade my existing device (Cdma wipod) to new 4g device other wise my connection will not work after 4g upgrade completed, so myself initiated the 4g devices up gradation through reliance web site with the help of reliance store adyar and got the devices on july 20th at the cost of rs.900/-, at the time o[censored]p gradation reliance store customer care representative informed my existing plan will continue after this up gradation (Ncpluspro3_999_40gb), my 4g connection is working on august 8th onwards, thought of my existing plan is continue, on 16/8/2016 went to reliance store kkd nagar kodungaiyur for bill payment, by the time the customer representative informed existing customer plan was revised automatically without any intimation to customer, when i asked to check my plan was revised to 799_3gb data and i was shocked (I have never got any intimation from reliance about this plan changed) reliance doing fraud and cheating the customers where they haven't provided any information. I am not going to pay any extra amounts for this as my billing amount is 1150 per month. (With out any intimation to customer how you guys are revised the plan) they give us a false statement to all existing customers to upgrade 4g device and 10 days it working after that they revised the plan suddenly. Don't know how they can cheat the customers like this.

                    From last 1 month I suffering from this prob one VAS has being subscribed name shotforbisc which i have not subscribed for.when I recharge my no they deduct all money for subscription charge. I spoke to reliance customer care they told that there is no data available for your numbers .I am trying to deactivate service but it's also not happen .on 9th of August I talked with krishna (customer care) he told me that now ur balance never deducted after that i recharged two time but they deduct my all amounts. From last 3 days I continues calling in customer care they always told there is server problem plz call after two hour

                    I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is happening. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

                    I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

                    Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                        I am from coimbatore, tamilnadu. I am using reliance data card for 7 years. My number is [protected]. From july month onwards there is a no signal tower. From july 11 to july 23 there is a no signal tower. I can't able to access my net in my pc. From july 24 onwards it get worked. After i payed my monthly bill on augest 6. Its not working properly there is a no signal at all from aug 7 onwards. So please to do needful to continue my accessing net.

                          From last month the internet connection is not working properly. I have paid full amount last month. From last 18th my 3g dongle also not working properly. The new 4g dongle is not working at my home. I have used only 772 mb only as per your message received to my phone.
                          I went to reliance store, mylapore, chennai, where telecalling executive as advised to pay full bill amount rs.1153. This is not correct and prudent since your services were badly affected from last one and half months due to 4g upgradation. This is not legitimate to demand for full amount without giving proper service to the customer. I have already wasted money for purchase of your 2 dongles for rs.2100 within last 6 months and the july bill paid in full is also waste of money.
                          Pl cancel my data card account immediately.

                          Your customer care is not picking up the calls, it gets disconnected by saying thanks

                          I have already sent mails to relianceada - no response

                          I am not able to give message to you via myreliance services since those menus are disabled.

                          1) in the month of july'16 your service was not there for 15 days due to 4g upgradation. but have raised full month bill of rs.1143/-. i have paid the same without enjoying your services for 15 days.
                          2) from 18th of july your 3g services resumed but was working with speed 25 kb only. hence i have used only 3gb data only (as per your reliance home website)
                          3) from 1st august you have launced 4g, but unfortunately my sim was not activated up to 10th.
                          4) after 10th i have used only 771 mb of your 4g services. i have your auto message also.
                          5) now you have raised a bill for rs.1418 stating that i have used 52gb of 3g data and 780 kb of 4g data which is totally false.
                          6) you know very well that your 4g services started after big struggle. the customers were affected the most.
                          7) the bill raised by you totally incorrect.
                          8) my plan is 999 unlimited plan. you have not intimated the new tariff or apportioned 4g limit to the the customer.
                          9) as a customer i have every right to receive informations and notifications.
                          10) your customer care no *355 gets disconnected automatically when i choose to speak to your representative.
                          11) i was not able to give any service request over relianceada myservices website, since those menus were disabled.
                          12) i am your first customer from 2002 - purchased my first mobile from 'shri dhirubhai ambani'
                          13) i am totally unhappy to see the your billing and service standards.
                          14) if such strong customers like us start spread the message to the public - remember 'one satisfied customer will bring 10 customers - one unsatisfied customer will spoil 100 customers and the new will be spread to all public'.

                          i have some respect for your company since i am a long standing customer.
                          kindly waive my bill amount and cancel the data card connection.

                            My pro3 data card number is [protected]. I raised a disconnection request on 25th july, 2016. My internet services were stopped on 10th august. When, i requested reliance customer care to send an email confirming disconnection of service, they refuse to do so. Therefore, i once again request reliance cc, through this portal, to send me an email confirming disconnection of service along with details of final dues to be settled.

                                I bought reliance 4g lte for 3199 rupees and it was snow speed it was not even for 2g speed just waste of money they called me after after a month and set me to pay the bill i thought after that i will get us official speed as for 4g but it was not didn’t increase my speed and if i call to customer care they not pick up the phone sometimes they pick up my phone and if i say my problem they will see to reset it but i have done it more than 50 times and even i visited the reliance nearby headquarters shop work the register my complain but i didn't get any difference they said they'll call me in 5 hour i am waiting still 5 today's but they didn’t call me

                                    On 16th aug my whole balance of ₹127 was deducted n when complaint the representative agreed that the network company made a mistake n the amount will be refunded within 24hrs. The rs no is[protected]. Now after 24hrs when i haven't received any amount back. N now they saying my balance was deducted due to usage of internet. Whereas i had net pack n the available net bal was 50mbs. This is outrageous

                                      I have recieved a message on my reliance number : [protected] : you have been successfully subscribed to adpaystrmgmlysubs service for 30 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 3672 to 155223 (Toll free)." i have been deducted 90 rs from my main balance!!! There is no any such service is activated on my number.
                                      I don't know what this service is and how it got activated. Is this reliance communication earns its revenues from these fraudulent means?? Please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll port my number to another network.

                                        Reliance 4g connection stopped working all of a sudden last sunday. Customer care representative had informed me that there is a data plan mismatch with my profile and they will rectify it soon. But till now, i didn't get any complaint number or mail regarding the same. I am not able to call customer care representative after this issue, as the call is getting disconnected automatically.
