I was using reliance CDMA data card postpaid connection since April 2016. My data card number is[protected]. Before two months message came to me to upgrade to 4g because CDMA service will be stopped and the company assured that my present plan Rs999 40gb will be continued after upgrade as there is no alternate as CDMA is to be closed. So I upgraded to 4g by purchasing new dongle for Rs 800. Now I got a mail stating that I have to compulsory choose another plan which is very Rs 999 for 5gb. This is cheating. I was happy with my old plan but the company compelled to change to 4g as CDMA is stopping. By propagating false promise. Please look into the issue. The customer care official is not giving correct reply. He placed my call on hold for half an hour then terminated it. This was my last complaint...yesterday reliance official called and confirmed me that my plan will remain same. But today rcom site showing my plan changed and my monthly bill came Rs 1600 which was supposed to came Rs 1148. My my plan showing is 900 5gb. This is utter fraudism. Pls ask the company to keep word..or else please terminate my connection.

    Sir,
    I am a reliance postpaid customer and my registered number is [protected](397 cdma unlimited plan).
    My plan was migrated to 899 rental with limited data and voice plan without prior notice on 5th August.
    Why this type of illogical plan migration has been done by reliance. There is a big difference in plan amount.
    My bill cycle is 18th July-17th August and plan changed w.e.f. 3rd August and same has been informed to me on 5th August by SMS. I have already used 3GB of data for my current bill cycle. Now who is going to pay the extra bill amount??
    I have talked with customer care executive and he replied me that he has no information regarding this. He suggest me the different plan options. One option is 299pm plan in which Reliance offer me 1GB 4G Data only. That means I have to pay almost Rs. 350 for 1GB 4G Data. The same 1GB data is avaiilabe in Rs.245 for Prepaid customers.
    So what Mr. Anil Ambani will do if same thing offered to him??
    Why reliance is doing this type of nonsense things with his existing customers??
    If Reliance is not interested to take care about existing customers then please inform us.

        Sir/madam, i have been using reliance data card for past 1 year. I had 40gb plan for the cost of 999 Rs. Suddenly yesterday they have changed to 3gb plan at 700 Rs without notice .then i went tonreliance showroom but they told tobask customer care number[protected].           Hello sir,
          I had reliance pro3 rs 999 unlimited plan then i was shifted to 4g after 2 days my speed reduced now the problem is, i am getting slow speed. I complained about it in customer care. But they didn't respond and they blocked my subscriber no. So the call couldn't pass to customer care. While buying the wipod i was promised that i will get the same unlimited plan if i upgrade it to 4g. But here they shifted me to 10 gb plan without my knowledge i also gave several complaints regarding this all they said is with in 24 hours your problem ll be solved its been 4 days i am not going to pay the bills unless my problem is solved

          Nithin: and you have to forget about the past bills because i am not going to pay it
          Mani: Sorry for the inconvienience, but as if now no unlimited in 4G, i[censored]nlimited plan comes in 4G you will be intimated.
          Nithin: then change my plan to 3g unlimited
          Nithin: i cannot use the 144kbps speed and pay 999 rs
          Nithin: you know what that the technical team told me that unlimited plan is available in 4g
          Mani: Sorry sir, but you can't change the plan to 3G as your dongle is a 4g dongle.
          Nithin: but your superior officer told me that unlimited plan is available and all i need to contact the customer care for change of plan
          Mani: Sorry for the incorrect information, but we don't have a unlimited plan in 4G till now.
          Nithin: then ok fine dont call me to pay my bills because i ll not pay my bills for plans you selected for me
          Nithin: i ll get me internet provider switched
          Mani: As you have upgraded to 4G, 3G plans are not applicable in 4G.
          Mani: Thats why your plan was changed to a 4G plan.

          Mani: Sorry for the inconvienience, frist the 4G plan was not there, thats why you were told that you will get your existing plan in 4G, but after the 4G plan launched company decided to change the plan in 4G plan.

          Mani: As the company has shutdowned all the old services, hence your plan is also changed in 4G plan.
          Nithin: i dont need your lame excuses i need solution
          Nithin: i cannot use 10GB 4G
          Nithin: i need atleast 150GB 4G every month till you launch the 4g unlimited services
          Mani: Sorry sir, we have last 10GB 4G data with us, since there is no unlimited till now, you are requested to use these service till the unlimited plan is launched in 4G.

            My existing landline was supporting only CDMA and hence Reliance channel manager came to home and replaced it with a new device. I paid Rs 2000/- again for the new device. He said old device cost will be refunded as 100Rs less in coming 12 months bill. Tariff will remain the same.But within 1 week new device was not working and technician came and took the device back. Now its almost 1 month i have not received the device and got a high amount bill for last month. Without my knowledge they changed the plan . I have not paid the bill yet because of this tariff change and the next bill also am not going to pay since am not using it. I still coordinate with the Trivandrum-Kollam channel manager Thanzeer but he is not responding properly.

                I was facing network issues, not solved
                I am not able to update the dongle to 4g
                In my name your customer care center ordered the dongle and given to some one eles.
                With out activation also i am getting bills to pay.
                I am unable to use dongle (No speed at all, even for your own page)
                Your executive told me, if i am not using the dongle. No need to pay bill. There is exception.
                Your dongle stopped working completely (While upgrading to 4g)
                Your customer care people told me i have used 50kb/mb, so, i need to pay for one month.
                Now they are asking me to pay for two months. Where your dongle it self is not working fully.
                I am not ready to pay money freely/ donate money to you. Already i paid two months with out using it properly.
                Please check and suggest how much i have to pay.

                I want to upgrade to 4g (If you network works fine)

                    Recently my 3g upgraded to 4g by the company stating that this service is available in in previous monthly plan (3g). The 3g plan was monthly unlimited plan. Now without my knowledge they changed my plan with limited one and i am getting double bill amount monthly.                         I am totally dis satisfied by your customer care its almost 72hrs and they are not able to solve my queries.After my amount deduction i got this message from 52811 that RC Rs. 119 Done, ST Rs. 14.61, Unlimited local Reliance calls free for 28 days. Get upto 10GB starting from Rs56 for 28days.Dial *129hash .But service is not activated my balace is deducting.Kindly advice regarding the same else i will go for number port with docomo.As i cannot waste more time.

                          My sub #[protected] 3g connectivity has got even worsen after your 4g launch. By july there was zero network for 2 weeks wherein i have been by your representative that the same will be waived off from july's bill which is not true. When you encourage me to buy 4g device what do you expect me to do with your 3g product already sold to me promising 14mbps speed but i get only 100kbps? Enough is enough, i am tired of your network. I have made my mind to close my deal with you. Through out last 1 year you've been only telling that will better but going worse.

                            I have been a customer of worst tv services (Reliance big tv) for over 5 years. My smart card number is[protected]. I had recharge my account today ie 11 aug 2016 with rs 2500/- but available balance shown in my account is rs 2461.99. Over that i called up there screw all customer care for more then five times, where no representative picked up phone after holding on there automated ivr formore then 10 mins each time. I want enquire about my balance deduction plus i want to activate long term pack on my account. My email account is registered along with my number to them.

                              Dear sir/madam complaint against: rcom-reliance communications. no. [protected] I am customer of reliance from years. date of issue from 26th may 2016. during there recent upgrade from cdma to 4g they promised us many things. 1. no change of bill plan and amount.in written 2. 10gb free data. 3. free upgrade. 4. only we have to buy there new wi-pod device at several discounts, specially for us.ranging from 2399 to 899 approx.. yes. we did the same. but after upgrading they never kept there promise. 1. there is change of plan(40gb to 5gb) 2.there is change of amount 999 to 1150 aprox.. 3. no free data (10gb as promised) 4. a device of no use is given to us. 5. there is no satisfactory explanation given by them till now. 6. I have emailed then 4-6times. and I have not gotten any answer in written from then till now. Dated 1-aug-16.if asked, I will provide soft and hard copy of that. Email was done to address as provided on there website. I bill amount they have given some weaver in which I am not interested at all and I have payee my bill time to time. note:-1-aug2016 I requested them to close my connection. since I cannot afford. I am very depressed all things that happened. Just by my view its a complete fraud. If they cannot give us old service they must have told us and closed our connections. but they cheated, told to upgrade and withdraw our service. note: in written they give me that there will be no change in plan and benefits.of that pdf attached. I here request that concerned authority must look into the matter and take a action against this.not for me but for all people going through this. you may also view it on random searchers on google that above said words all true and its happening with all customers. if I am wrong in this then I am ready to know and I will be sorry. since we can not go out anywhere In judiciary/courts for this much amount . I here request that we have been cheated. please take a must action .

                                I am using Reliance landline phone(+[protected] from the date I started the company (May 2012). I have been using it for 4 years. All my customers have this number. Also I have did lot of marketing by providing this number. Now service suddenly stopped and all my hardwork is now seems to be wasted due to reliance.
                                Reliance is not behaving like a professional service company. Before stoping a service they should have come with a solution for existing customers. They ruined my entire marketing stuffs like Business cards and all my printed items and online profiles with various yellow pages.

                                  I have upgraded my reliance dongle to the 4g one and i was promised that i will get the same plan as i was getting before that was 40gb/month but now that the month is over and i have used my internet according to the 40gb data usage they told me that my plan has changed to 5gb/month That to when i asked them.
                                  Now my bill is more tha 4000rs.This is total fraud.And when i called them they are saying that they mailed me on 5/Aug/2016 that is almost two weeks after the service was provide, but there is no such mail.

                                  So I talked about this to there customer service representative and refused to even file the complaint against the company.

                                    I had taken a reliance postpaid connection in the year 2013 in mumbai.In 2014 i moved to pune and continued to use the same connection till early 2016. My subscribed plan was for rs 599 unlimited calls. I 3 years that i used the services i recieved bill between 700 to 900 every month which always paid on time. However, suddenly one day they sent me a bill of 1700. When i checked with customer care they said that since trai rules have changed now pune is considered to be roaminig lcation. I said if there was a change then ypu shud have notified me before. Thts why i did not pay the bill. I requested them to send me the correct bill and i will make the payments but they never sent tht. Now i recieved a prelitigation notice. What should i do?

                                      They not fix my problem and told u replace your sim card then pay u 80 rs charges

                                        I have placed my first complain in june 2016 via complain no.[protected] for internet not working. After that an executive visited and checked the connections and said that the issue is with the modem provided by reliance and it needs to be replaced. As per them the same was to be done within a week. But till date the same has not been replaced and am unable to use the services.
                                        Again the complain was placed in august 2016 via complain no.[protected]. Then again got a call from their center and an executive visited and said the same point that modem needs to be replaced. As per them, for last 6 months they have not received any new modem from the procurement division and also for any new connection they are taking the modem from the disconnected connections and providing the same to customers.
                                        Besides today i. E august 11, 2016 i am on call with their customer care person and they have kept my call on hold for last 22 mins saying that the senior person will take shortly.
                                        Such pathetic levels of service.

                                        Am not gonna pay the bill to them which is due on august 12, 2016 and if the problem is not resolved by august 12, 2016 am putting a case to consumer court.
