While using 3g data card we are in a plan of 40gb @999. Customer care team confirmed that there will be no change in plan post migration of 4g. However without prior notice they changed the plan to [protected]@700. We do not wish this plan hence we are spending more amount. So we have to tried contact customer care support team over mail or phone to get back our previous plan 40gb @999 or disconnection. However they are not responding and not willing to take the complaint.

    I am data card user of reliance for more than 2 years. I have been regularly paying data card bill well in time. From this month i have been feeling difficulties in data card services which remains generally not available in this period and very very slow. I have complained so many times at customer care center always we have to wait for hours to talk with representative. A constant tap that our representative is busy you wait for not more than 5 minutes but hours are being passed we cannot get reply.
    We are paying the right price in time and for time but you not caring about it and services you provide.

      I have recharged my reliance netconnect+ modem for rs 3000 (45gb and 6 months validity) before 25 days. After few days reliance cancelled the cdma services without any intimation and told to purchase 4g wipod device.. I still got around 40gb data balance in my modem. I purchase 4g modem and got a message stating your 4g is active. But even after a week eighter the cdma service or the 4g service is active. The customer care and reliance outlet didn't have any information.

After few days reliance cancelled the cdma services without any intimation and told to purchase 4G WiPOD device. I still got around 40gb data balance in my old data device. I purchase 4G modem and few days back got a message stating your 4G is active. But even after a week, either the CDMA service nor the 4G service is active. The customer care and reliance outlets just bluffing the peoples and not giving any correct information.

        My data card plan is for rs 999/- 40 gb

        i had used only 5 gb customercare is telling ur bill is for rs 5000 above and data card is closed.

        what is this?

        I got the assurance from mail, customer care, reliance executives and reliance mobile store personnel that there wont be any change in data plan, rental and you can continue to use the existing plan after migrating to 4G service and based on their confirmation i have purchased new dongle.

        Earlier 40GB plan for Rs 999 and Now customercare is telling ur bill is for Rs 5000 for 5 GB.

        Its really cheating.

        what the hell?

        i am not liable to pay a single penny.

        so rectify the plan, rental and bill.


        If my plan, rental and bill won't be rectified than I'll be forced to take legal actions against you.

        They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have disconnected the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the disconnection by calling the customer care (call recording available). On 29th july 2016, i got a bill for the same number.I am going to initiate legal action against this FRAUD.

            Me too have the same problem. Reliance is not behaving like a professional service company. Before stoping a service they should have come with a solution for existing customers. They ruined my entire marketing stuffs like Businesscards and all my printed items and online profiles with various yellow pages

                  Hi there,
                  I have been using reliance for past 1-2 years. I have been going good with their service, but not completely satisfied. But the past three months i am completely disappointed with their service and with the way they responded.

                  My billing day is 18th of everymonth and my fullspeed quota is 24gb. For the past three months, after using 50% of the day (Which is above 12gb), the net connection in pro3 mode will get disconnected, that will be after 10th of everymonth or even before that. It will get back to normal only after 22nd of that month.In those days sometimes i will be able to connect through 1x mode, sometimes that too will not. I will be out of connection for atleast 10days per month.

                  If i ask them waive the bill for the unused days, they will say that i have used more than 50% of the alloted quota, so no waiver, which in result i have to pay the bill completely for everything. If i ask them the reason for no connection, either they will say, the connection is fine in your area, the problem is only with yours or they will say 4g migration is the reason. Now i have spend more than 1000rs to get the new 4g dongle as they rushed me by saying i wont be able to connect with the current cdma dongle after a week. Its been 1 and a half month passed, still they are migrating. As usual i got my connection stopped today morning which was working fine till yesterday night.

                  Hope this is a reliance trick to charge us the full bill reducing our data usage. Any support for this complaint will be of very grateful.

                    I have recharged my reliance netconnect+ modem for rs 3000 (46gb and 6 months validity). After a month from recharging the just cancelled the cdma services without any intimation. I just don't get signal anymore in my modem. I still got around 40gb data balance in my modem. I have asked the customer care they just told i must have to migrate to 4g. Eventhough if i migrate to 4g they told my data balance in my cdma won't be transferred to 4g. Finally i lost my data balance and its a waste of 3000rs.
                    One of the worst network i've ever seen.

                      My self and my friends have been cheated by rcom by changing our existing cdma pro3 plan when migrated to 4g service.

                      We got the assurance from customer care, reliance executives and reliance mobile store personnel that there wont be any change in data plan and you can continue to use the existing plan after migrating to 4g service and based on their confirmation we have purchased new dongle also.

                      We received mail from rcom yesterday and customer care also confirmed our data plan has changed now.

                      Earlier 40gb plan for rs 999 and now we have to pay rs 900 for 5 gb 4g data. Its really cheating. We all (11 people) put request for terminating connection.

                        Jo ki pura deduct ho chuka he. Uske baad maine 100 rup ka recharge kiya usme bhi mujhe only 57 rup hi mile.. 12rup ka data loan lene ke baad bhi. Customer care bol rha he ki net me deduct hua he... Ha ji maine net use nhi kiya.. How it is possible. I want my balance back.. Give me satisfactory ans... And agr data nhi bhi tha or maine net use bhi kiya to hardly 30 min ke liye kiya hoga wo bhi only fb orwhat's app to usme 441 rup kaise company deduct kr skti he...'

                            I was using reliance cdma data card postpaid connection since april 2016. My data card number is[protected]. Before two months message came to me to upgrade to 4g because cdma service will be stopped and the company assured that my present plan rs999 40gb will be continued after upgrade as there is no alternate as cdma is to be closed. So i upgraded to 4g by purchasing new dongle for rs 800. Now i got a mail stating that i have to compulsory choose another plan which is very rs 999 for 5gb. This is cheating. I was happy with my old plan but the company compelled to change to 4g as cdma is stopping. By propagating false promise. Please look into the issue. The customer care official is not giving correct reply. He placed my call on hold for half an hour then terminated it.

                            yesterday reliance official called and confirmed me that my plan will remain same that is 999 40gb plan . But today rcom site showing my plan changed and my monthly bill came Rs 1600 which was supposed to came Rs 1148. My my plan showing is 900 5gb. This is utter fraudism. Pls ask the company to keep word..or else please terminate my connection.

                              Maine 9 August 2016 ko 92 ka recharge kiya. Muje special offer me bataya gya tha k apko 92 me 774 Mb ka data aur 15 din ki validity milegi. But muje sirf 500 MB data aur 7 din ki validity mili. Jab Maine customer care par call kiya to wo bolte hain k ye magic recharge tha. But meri screen pe asa kuch mention nahi tha k ye magic recharge hai. Isly screen shot bhi share kar raha hu. Please meri problem ka solution de. Mera number hai

                                Respected sir / madam,

                                I am here to lodge complain for wrongly charged by reliance communications in bill for the month of june and july 2016 of the amount of rs.59 and rs. 716 plus service tax @15% respectively on my reliance gsm postpaid number [protected]. I activated pla rg_freepaid in delhi circle. As per plan call charge will be same either in home location or roaming location. But now they are chrarging roaming charges. They charged again roaming wrongly for making call on reliance number [protected], [protected], [protected]. Although call charges for making call on reliance number is free (Unlimited) for whole india either in home location or roaming location. I also lodged comlain in reliance customer care through verbal communication. But they didnt resolve this problem satisfactory. Because they charged wrongly charged in bill for the month of june and july of the amount of rs.59 and rs. 716 plus service tax @15% respectively but they waived only amount of rs. 694 in total and only for the month of july 2016. Kindly resolve the case as soon as possible. My alternative number is [protected] for communication purpose only.

                                I got a call from Reliance communications today at 4 :39 pm. and they also texted me.They said that waiver has been already passed for the disputed bill.I said i know that waiver has been passed but i am not satisfied because wrong charge for july month of the amount of Rs. 716 + service tax @15% = Rs. 823.40 but they waived only amount of Rs.694 (including service tax).And waiver has not been passed for the month of june 2016 of the amount of Rs.59+ Service tax @15%= Rs.67.85. So I am not satisfied with last resolution with reference to SR.No.[protected].Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                Beside of this they even didnt give reason that why they are not giving full waiver although i made calle only on reliance number like [protected], [protected].Actually they waived only STD voice call from roaming location of the amount of Rs. 604.90+Service tax @ 15% but they didnt waive local voice call from roaming location of the amount of Rs.111.20+Service tax @ 15% although call has been made on same number like [protected], [protected] from same location and both these number are reliance gsm number.Then how should i accept that matter has been resolved.So i am not satisfied with last resolution.So kindly check the bill again as i said in complaint mabe by me.

                                  I am imtiyaz ahmed a regular customer of reliance gsm and my cell no is [protected]. On 1st of augast 2016 i make a std call on mobile no [protected] and talk only 39 seconds, but reliance gsm charge me 100/- rs for it.

                                  Than i complaint on reliance customer care but they told me that we can't see do anything for this. Than the person start saying the we cant listen your voice and than he cut my call.

                                  Sir,

                                  I want my money back and also wish to take strict action against who involve in this types of fraud.

                                    I am stating my gross discern for the change of plan that reliance communication has made for my reliance post-paid subscribed connection.

                                    I was informed through sms that my current post paid plan would be changed to a new limited call-data plan on 6th august 2016 and no beforehand.
                                    The message stated that the new plan would be effective 3rd august 2016 onwards (Screenshot of message is attached).

                                    It resulted in over usage of the services as a result of which my bill overshooted. My previous plan was unlimited call-data services. Now, i would like my bill for the current month to be amended.

                                    Waiting for your immediate reply as the matter is to be taken to higher authorities before the last bill payment date.

                                    Plan was changed without prior information and effective from[protected].
                                    I was informed about the change on[protected].

                                    Resulted in over usage in data for the period[protected] to[protected]till the time I received SMS).

                                    I ask the authorities to make a quick reply regarding this matter.

                                      I would like to inform you that i am a subscriber of telephone number[protected] of r.Com for which i have paid a sum of ₹2000/- for making it lifetime incoming free along with other charges for instrument etc. I have already paid an advance payment of ₹400/- appx towards my bills. Now company has stopped the services and when i am trying to approach the reliance store they are telling that they unable to help me. Customer care is also not helping me. I have already sent an email to customer care but no reply has been given to me. My request is that either i may be given new gsm landline connection in place of my earlier connection free of cost or i may given my refund of ₹2000/- plus my advance payment.
