I have been using reliance netconnect+ internet connection since almost 3 years with the plan 40gb unlimited for 999/-. Recently, i was told that they are going to discontinue reliance cdma services and asked me to get a reliance 4g sim and purchase wipod from them for the cost of 899/- so that they can provide me 4g services of the same plan for the same price. I confirmed twice with the customer service representatives...

I have been a long loyal customer of Reliance with multiple service and different line of business. I have been facing a very hard time by reliance and its activities. I have many issues but have no evidence for the previous issues so never raised it but now it has become so frustrating and I want complete justice.

There has been an auto generated service that has been activated on my account. Which keeps getting activated...

My 4g wipod got activated on August 7 and now it's been barred because I have exceeded my credit limit itseems.. I was a user of Reliance CDMA services vide Pro 3 Datacard no. - [protected] with the unlimited bill plan of Rs 550/- giving 5GB day and 5GB night free bundled HSD usage and unlimited usage at 1X speed beyond this limit.

Are you thinking about existing customers are Idiot. I got a mail from your end my unbilled amount 3826/- as on 13/8.16.. How its possible. explain it. Because my plan 999 40GB And one more thing i d'nt ask to your end for upgrade from 3g to 4gLte. You people was sent a mail for requested to upgrade via datacard homepage, www.reliancenetconnect.net. Also mentioned 10 GB free.

I remember paying my last bill and closing the connection way back in 2010 in Pune. I am getting irrelevant email to pay outstanding where as I have settled the account long back.In the mail it is mentioned that "Legal Authority of India issued a Notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you.".. I have never received any communication from Reliance as I am a non-resident of India...

Actually company recently convert sim cdma to 4g gsm and provide a offer 10gb 4g data but comny cheated me only provide 2g data and this complain regarding call to customer care than given to answers sir plz call to after 2hours because system update I am so tired because I am calling to something 2ya3days same answer to provide Reliance customer care and one more thing I have live in plase no 4g and 3g network......
