    In the last week of may, 2016, reliance started the process o[censored]pgradation from existing reliance netconnect+ service to 4g service stating that the new 4g service is very fast (approx 150 mb/sec). when the process started in may, 2015, all the existing netconnect+ data cards (dongles) stopped working without any consent of the customer. when customer approached customer care, it was informed that the process o[censored]pgradation is on and all the existing customer of netconnect + need to purchase/ obtain a 4g sim card and fill the details given in the link: http://reliancenetconnect.co.in/. customer care also informed that existing dongles will not work now and all customers are required to purchase a wipod, a reliance product to further use the internet services. i, being an old customer of reliance notconnect+ had no option to comply the instructions given by customer care as i had recharged my netconnect+ with inrs. 3000/- and had net balance of data of approx 70gb. i completed all the formalities like purchased sim card fill the form placed order for wipod worth rs. 2699/-. reliance also informed me that after upgradation i will get 10 gb data in starting. but after completion all the formalities still (till 09.08.2016) i have not received so called 10 gb data balance in my sim card. still, i have not received wipod which had been promised by reliance to deliver within 3-4 days. when i frustrated with such poor service by reliance, i dropped a number of emails, made a lot of calls to various customer care numbers, did live chats, but i still have not received any solution. my sr no.[protected] has also not been resolved by reliance.
    I claimed to refund my money incurred on purchase of wipod, but that too not replied by reliance. this is worse experience i have with reliance. if such irresponsible will remain continue in future, i surely surely will not use reliance services. i also recommend others to not to use reliance services.

      Madam/dear sir, i recharged with rs30 on 6th august 2016 and immediately a massage came to me that vas adpaystrmg has been activated to my no after finishing a call i found that i have no balance, and on 9th august i received massage of negative balance of rs90/_ please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll port my number to another network.

        I had applied for mnp on 19th july, 2016. My mnp was successful on 24th july, 2016. After insertion of new sim provided to me from your web outlet, no network was fetched. I visited your outlet again and they provided me a new sim card and assured me that my problem will be solved in two days. But after two my problem still persists. Then they launched an fed complaint regarding this. My fed escalation number is 2083651 which was registered on 29th july, 2016. Still after 3 days when complaint was registered my problem is still persisting.

            मैंने रविवार के दिन 200 रूपये का रिचार्ज कराया था। रिचार्ज करने के 2 घंटे बाद मैंने बैलेंस चैक किया तो 171 रूपये कटे हुए थे। उसकी complain मैंने आपके कस्टमर केयर में की तो वो लोग कोई reply नही दे रहे है। 2 बार कंप्लेन की पर कोई वजह नही बताई जिससे मुझे पता चले की मेरा बैलेंस किस वजह से कटा है।
            अतः आपसे मेरा निवेदन है की सबसे पहले अपने कस्टमर केयर अधिकारियो को बात करने का तरीका सिखाये की कस्टमर से कैसे बात की जाती है, अभद्र भाषा का उपयोग करना ठीक है या नही।
            198 आपका कस्टमर केयर न. है जिस पर मैंने complain की है। और आपके जो कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी से मेरी जो बातें हुई है उनकी सबकी मेरे पास रिकॉर्डिंग है, जिनको में किसी प्रेस वालो को देकर या न्यूज़ वगेरा में देकर आपका भला कर सकता हूँ। जिससे लोगो को पता चल जायेगा की रिलायंस कंपनी ने अपने कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी कैसे कैसे रखे हुए है, जिनको बात करने की तमीज नही है बात करते करते बीच में ही कॉल disconnect कर देना। और ऐसा झूठा आसवासन देना की आपकी समस्या का समाधान हो जायेगा पर अभी हमारे सिस्टम में टेक्निकली फॉल्ट है।
            अब मुझे आप ये बताने की कृपा करे की इन 3 दिनों में आपके यहाँ कोई server problem, technically problem या hardware problem किसी भी तरह की समस्या हुई हो तो ये बताये ऐसी problem क्यों होती है और रोज ही होती है। मुझे कितने दिन wait करना पड़ेगा। मेरी समस्या का समाधान कब होगा, मुझे अभी तक ये नही पता चला की मेरे 171 रूपये किस वजह से कटे है न ही कोई मैसेज न ही कोई नोटिफिकेशन कुछ तो हिंट मिलना चाहिए था।

                  Today I have payed Rs.124 amount of my previous bill. because Reliance customer service representative has called me and said If you pay your previous due amount Rs.124 then your number will be active within 1 hour and beware your late fine amount.
                  But my number is not active and not give resolution about my issue regarding my Rs.100 payment.
                  So. sir please do the needfull because i am suffering the problems even i don't have any mistake.

                    I am a reliance wi-pod user for the past 6-7 months. The network coverage has been fluctuating constantly for past few months. Repeated emails to the reliance customer care has not attracted a single reply mail. The customer care number is reachable one in about fifty times. Last night while working the internet just stopped abruptly. Upon calling customer care again this morning and finally getting through, they informed me that since they are upgrading to 4g the old device is as good as worthless now. Now for using the internet, we apparently have to visit a reliance outlet and purchase a new sim and device for which even the existing customers have to pay. Upon further inquiry i learnt that the existing balance i recharged for two days ago will not even be carried forward if i upgrade. So basically i have to pay for a whole new device and i don't even get the data i recharged for just two days before. This is highway robbery at its finest. Apparently existing customers get a 'discount' on the new device. For money minting customers it's probably not that big of a deal. For a student spending another 2.5k on a new device and yet another bunch of money on recharging again within 6 months of taking a now worthless device and connection is absurd. And reliance's excuse is that they intimated customers and they did not have my phone number.In this day, even taking a mobile number connection requires a contact number to be provided. I clearly remember entering mine in the application for the wi-pod connection. So how they managed to go 6 months without it being registered int heir database is another miracle of the wonder that is reliance. Well played! I thought you guys were comparatively better than the others. You have convincingly proved otherwise. At least have some logic in your statements when you try to convince a customer to spend more money which is basically pure robbery in this case.

                      This month bill also raised for rs. 2600/- and i request to see the clear cheating (See the attachments) and preassuring to pay the bill or disconnect the line.
                      Handset amount 37, 100/- htc one ds+24 months advance payment for truly unlimited plan rs.13500/- collected rs. 53600/- 24 months over and now sending the monthly bill 2233+ taxes coming up to 2600/- monthly minimum bill amount.
                      Actual bill per month is 562.5 /- but sending 2233 + taxes to 2600/-
                      Imple calculation 53600/24=2233 per month and collecting taxes comes to 2600/- permonth
                      I request u refund the excess amount collected by torturing and pressuring since 3 months.
                      I have send alll the proofs from reliance at the time of taking the zero rental plan.
                      Due to this mental tension i am suffering with health problems that also i mentioned in the earlier mails so i request the reliance communication to take care of my health in firture because of the there mental torture because of there fault.

                      Hope u have understood my concern,
                      1. Already i had paid more than 5500/- for two months bill how ur going to adjust the amount what reliance collected from me when the zero rental scheme over in the month of april and the correct bill generated in the month of april for which i paid 475/- afterr how the bill raised 2500+ so i request u to give the clarification who had decided my monthly plan of 2233 per month?
                      2. I called reliance customer care and visited reliance outlet to my surprise there r no plans avble for cdma customers who migrated to gsm and they told very clearly that no plans for cdma and we r waiting for the plans and we r sorry we cant help u and for ur plan 2233 /- the amount is included ur hand set and the 24months schem over and due to system error it is generating the same and secondly the bill generated 475 /- in the month of april is the one when u have not migrated to gsm and the discount of 1875 given is that the handset amount what we generated that was deducted because 24 months scheme is over.
                      3. Pl. Let me knwo u have any plan like zero rental in gsm so that i dont want any further tension so that i can make one time payment because my mobile should not get deactivate at any time because of my reason mentioned in the earlier mails. More over lot of pb due to signals and i cant able to use my mobile due to bad signals and net service.

                      Waiting for ur early responce and request u to solve the pb before the bill generates and dont give me tension again to pay the bill which generated by ur system fault and make sure to adjust the amount wht relaince collected from me due to there mistake, and again i request u to send the details how 2233 per month plan allottted to me?

                          I have recharged my mob. Stv plan of rs.497/- on 10/08/2016 mobile no.[protected] but the stv plan benefit not provided by reliance. I have recharged my mob. Stv plan as per rel. Customer care telephonic talk the rel. Care official said that the stv plan is in list of present plans provided by reliance. I have received only rs.497/- as a top up amount received but the reliance customer care official said that stv plan of rs.497/- inlcludes reliance to reliance free 24 hrs. And others 3000 calling minutes and 4gb 2g data pack for 28 days. I have lost my 497/- rs. And mentally harassed due to this. So kindly do the needful in the matter at the earliest.

                            My reliance pro3 data card no. [protected]. My plan is 999-40gb. At krishnagiri (635001), from april-2016 onwards, the internet service given by reliance is very poor - frequent disconnections, days of zero connectivity, if connected - very poor speed. I tried raising several complaints with reliance customer care, but to no avail. They simply refuse to register a complaint. Even, if they register a complaint (After much argument), the complaint will be closed soon without solving the problem. Once they even said arrogantly, to use whatever service/speed that i given to me and not to raise any further complaints. Because of the poor service, my work is severely affected. My plan is 14mbps hi-speed data, but in reality, i am getting very low speeds of 5-10kbps. After bill generation, when i tried raising a waiver request, their customer care refused to comply and disconnects the call. Even my requests for disconnection of service, fell on deaf hears. Now, i'm getting spam calls and sms from them, stating that a case will be registered against me in delhi high court, threatening me with severe consequences. If this doesn't stop, i am planning to take legal action against reliance communications for causing mental agony and harassment.

                              Since 15 june 2016 my line was down. I had a rare contact with your helpline that assured me that a mechanic was despatched . after that NO response, No one answers even the helpline, no personnel have visited BUT you continue to bill me!!! this inspite of my requesting ALL at reliance to shut down my connection.

                              even your online chat helpline doesnt work.

                              Do you really expect customers to continue with you people?

                                I have been using 3g 40gb plan and i was asked to upgrade it to 4g and they have mentioned that the same plan will continue. I have upgraded it and i bought a 4g dongle as well. Now the reliance have changed my existing 40gb plan to 5gb plan. Its a fraud service. They are cheating their customers.

                                I'm very disappointed with this service, i prefer not use any reliance services from now onwards.

                                I have already spent rs.1800 for the 3g dongle and 4g dongle, it is of no use.

                                Yea they said same plan continues before buying wipod... now they say that it will get 4G 5GB plan...Its a fraud...We would've been happy if the old 3G with same plan continued without this new 4G fraud..

                                Yes, you are right. I dont think new customers will choose this 4G service. They are losing their existing customers only. I didn't even receive any update from them till now.

                                  I hadrecharged my relianceno. [protected] with rs.58/- (875 mb 2g data 30 days) it was a special offer on my no. i had to lodge a complaint at a reliance store as i didn't get the benefits credited in my account after 3 days the remaining data was credited.

                                  Similarly i have received an offer of a rate cutter pack of rs.8/- on my no. (35p/min all over india for 30 days) the pack worked fine for 2 days and from the 3rd day normal call rates areapplied the pack is not working.

                                  I even visited the store and lodged a compliant too, i even called the customer care (customer care representatives always say that the server is down call after 2 hrs from past 4 days, i don't know which servers they use. today technology is emerging and booming and reliance is stucked up with ancient technology)

                                  I feel reliance is loosing there customers because of there services.

                                  Kindly credited the benefits immediately.

                                    Attention mr. Vishal gurung, the head appellate authority. I sended mail to you around 20 times regarding wrong charges in the reliance mobile bill from the period of march 2016 to present.
                                    Charges such as adpay charges rs 50
                                    Late payment charges rs 100
                                    Monthly rental is actual rs 199 but charging rs 249 without customer knowledge.
                                    #coming to the point of adpay charges of rs 50 per month, i never subscribed to this plan but than also it has been charged to me from last five months. This plan was subscribed to me without my knowledge and my concern earlier in the year of 2015 but after repeated calls to customer care they refunded the charges and at that time i also requested them not subscribe this plan henceforth in the future without my knowledge but this has been repeated again to all my 3 numbers of reliance gsm.

                                    Earlier i use to get a bill couriered to my residential address so it was a gentle reminder to pay the bill on the time. But from last 8-9 months i am not getting the bill couriered to my address, in fact they are mailing it to me without informing me. Since i do not access to my gmail account frequently so i would not be able to come to know whether the reliance team as mailed it to me or not because of this reason i am missing the deadline so every another month from last 3 months they are charging me late payment charges of rs 100 for every month and for all the 3 reliance numbers.

                                    I was earlier a loop mobile customer but ported to reliance when the loop co. Shut down at the time of porting reliance mobile store located at worli adarsh nagar suggested me the plan of rs 199 which will be fixed and it wont increase in the future at any cost.
                                    Now the company is charging me rs 249 per month as a monthly rental from last 3 months even without informing me or giving any prior notice. Without taking into a consideration whether the customer is interested to continue with reliance service or not.

                                    I request the team of reliance to kindly refund me the additional amount which has been charged to all my 3 nos. From last 5 months before i would take any severe action along with consumer complaint cell

                                      I have been upgraded my earlier cdma into reliance wi pod 4g on 20th june 2016 and the services start on 10th july 2016. At the time of purchasing reliance 4g wi pod lte i had promissed that you will get 10 gb free data. But in their bill, reliance has not given 10gb free data and sent me huge bill of rs. 3211 on 31st july 2016. Initially the speed of 4g was good, but last 1 week the speed slow down even if the speed of 2g is more than the 4g dongle.

                                      It takes huge time to open any website and emails. The customer care has not responded properly.

                                      Even thought i had paid advance rent for 3 months for my netconnect+ on 27th april 2016, reliance had discontinue cdma services without any notice from 5th june 2016. As the new 4g services has started on 10th july 2016 after submitting server complaints to reliance. As the services was discontinued by reliance, how they issued the monthly bill for june 2016 (I. E. From 27th may 2016 to 26th june 2016) and from 27th june 2016 to 10th july 2016 during discontinue service of reliance.

                                      You are kindly requested to look the matter seriously as the reliance is cheating to their customers and waive off the post paid bill of june 2016 and up to 10th july 2016, give me 10 gb free as promised when purchased 4g dongle and increase the 4g dongle speed as it gets slow down since 1 week.

                                        I submitted application[protected] for make pre to post paid on 1st week of july but till today no response from reliance. I paid 300/- rs as application charges, address verification also completed very next working day but till now its not moved to post paid.
