I am using reliance postpaid no-[protected]. I have made bill payment of rs 700 out of rs 724 but rs.100 payment which i have made through payzapp on 15/7/2016 is not yet updated.
Due to this my incoming and outgoing all services has been bared and i have been imposed a fine of rs 100 for my next bill cycle.
I have been doing complains to reliance but they have not resolve my issue from last 25 days and even they have not updated...

This month bill also raised for rs. 2600/- and i request to see the clear cheating (See the attachments) and preassuring to pay the bill or disconnect the line.
Handset amount 37, 100/- htc one ds+24 months advance payment for truly unlimited plan rs.13500/- collected rs. 53600/- 24 months over and now sending the monthly bill 2233+ taxes coming up to 2600/- monthly minimum bill amount.

I have been using 3g 40gb plan and i was asked to upgrade it to 4g and they have mentioned that the same plan will continue. I have upgraded it and i bought a 4g dongle as well. Now the reliance have changed my existing 40gb plan to 5gb plan. Its a fraud service. They are cheating their customers.

I'm very disappointed with this service, i prefer not use any reliance services from now onwards.

Similarly i have received an offer of a rate cutter pack of rs.8/- on my no. (35p/min all over india for 30 days) the pack worked fine for 2 days and from the 3rd day normal...

Sir, i am using relaince wipod no.[protected]. I didnt use my wipod for last two months. I have called the customer care lots and lots of time. To terminate the postpaid modem plan. But they didnot connect me to teination department. I have tried so many times. They didnt response. But they me the bill with due rs.2397 for which i have not used. The company deducted my main balance and squared reason being "excessive data usage'.
In fact i had data and i used it within the limits. When spoken to customer care executive he agreed that the balance has been deducted by mistake but still he cant do anything. This is not a new thing for reliance. The company is popular is for such random deduction of balance.

Hi, i have deactivated my reliance fixed wireless no. 32975949 and data connection [protected] in may, 2016 before moving out of india. I had called customer care to deactivate these connections. Reliance communications is still sending bills and harassing my parents in india.
