Sir, i am using relaince wipod no.[protected]. I didnt use my wipod for last two months. I have called the customer care lots and lots of time. To terminate the postpaid modem plan. But they didnot connect me to teination department. I have tried so many times. They didnt response. But they me the bill with due rs.2397 for which i have not used. Now they are asking me to pay for the non usage modem. I need my wipod to be terminated now.

    Sir i have requested location shifting for my landline+broadband on 22nd july 2016
    They gave me 7 days time from 22 july
    Today is 08th of aug 2016 and facing a very big trouble
    My connection is still on my previous location

    They are just saying our team will call u back

      I would like to mention that i was charged for the data i consumed. I have received for 1month from the date when my plan got ported. Below are the details:


      Gsm services start date : 11/07/2016
      Message to 1925 : 13/07/2016
      Mobile number : [protected]

      Below are the details of my case:
      A. I have visited reliance communication store at vaibhav complex, vaishali nagar, jaipur to know about data plans.
      B. Representative at rcom store has confirm that my data is valid till 26th august and she also shown me the data (Approx.10 gb) in my account on the computer screen.
      C. After getting confirmation from reliance comm. Representatives i have started using data on my device.

      I hereby, can confirm that i did confirm reliance communication store before starting to consume mobile data.

      I would like to request to waive-off the charges wrongly charged for my phone number.[protected] so that i can deposit my postpaid bill.

      Ps : i also tried calling toll free customer care number 198 but could not able to connect to customer care executive saying 'cannot connect to our executive due to some technical error'.

      Received call from 'RCOM social media representative' Vishal. According to him, RCOM will not be able to resolve the issue before Current bill is not generated.
      I have also received a call from Jyotsna (Representative - Reliance Customer care; Phone#[protected]. Upon clearing my part, she agreed that system is showing 10 gb available data and also mentioned she has to talk to her senior before getting back to me again regarding waiver of the charges I got charged for 4G data usage and 10GB pack has been activated from today (Not sure how can I use it if I have outgoings barred as I am not paying the unbilled bill (waiting for bill to get generated first) ).

      Follow up : After receiving number of calls from Reliance Customer care executives and explaining my case to each of them, I was offered to take 2GB data plan worth 500 Rs. and they will adjust inappropriately charged data to that. I denied and now it is 6 days my outgoings are barred by Reliance.
      I referred to a TRAI article No. 308-1/2015-QoS regarding amendments in 'TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS,[protected] OF 2015)' mentioning "Any usage beyond the limit should be with the knowledge of the consumers.".
      I did not get any usage acknowledgement message unless my Unused bill reached beyond credit limit provided by Reliance.

      I am going to sue Reliance in Consumer Court for hiding / providing misleading information which is punishable as per mentioned TRAI amendment.

      For all those be aware of 1525. This is the number which can be used to regulate Data service charges on your Mobile phone.

        The company deducted my main balance and squared reason being "excessive data usage'.
        In fact i had data and i used it within the limits. When spoken to customer care executive he agreed that the balance has been deducted by mistake but still he cant do anything. This is not a new thing for reliance. The company is popular is for such random deduction of balance.

        Even my porting request is not entertained.

        Plz help and refund the balance.

              Hello,
              My reliance gsm mobile number is [protected]. I had activated a net pack of rs. 9/- (200 mb till midnight) on 7th august, 2016. I was unable to access the internet. So, i registered a complaint (Service request no.[protected]. The resolution regarding my complaint is not found yet.. Today i called to customer care about refunding my money, as i was unable to use the internet that day. It's simple, if you can't provide a service you're offering then why the hell i should pay for that..!!! I want my money back..!
              This is not my first complaint, same thing happened in last month. The senior customer representative saying that there will be no refund of money. I can't access a single bit of data that day. If the company is offering a service and unable to provide the benefit to customer then why customer should pay for that..!

                Subject: complait against the reliance company communication with mobile number [protected]

                Dear sir/madam

                1. i, ic 53523a col ravinder kumar chauhan, am presently posted at ambala. i came to ambala in month of aug 15 and ported (transferred) by mobile number [protected] to your reliance company in month of oct 15 with a plan of magic 1300 with cdma, i bought a phone also for this cdma plan as cdma network was working very good.

                2. i continued using your network with cdma under this plan and never faulted on payment with your company. your cdma was working perfectly fine and i was assured that for one year this plan will continue in which everything included and bill will not exceed rs 745 and the same thing happened. no complaint about the network, in fact my compliments to your company for the same.

                3. then suddenly a storm came stating that your company will close the cdma network and i was told by your company by means of sms and calls that i should shift my network to reliance gsm otherwise my number will not work, i never wanted to shift to gsm due to the network problem at my office as well as residence. this is also suffice to tell you that i am holding a very sensitive appointment and i can’t be off communication, as i have to report to my seniors as well as get reports from my peers and subordinates i was assured by your company reps on telephone that once the reliance gsm will come with 4g plan the network problem will be sorted out and i will get an excellent network, so much against my wishes i had to shift to reliance gsm in month of apr 16. i was promised that it (4g) will come within a month and after one month i was told that by end of jun 16. now again they are telling that it has not come.

                4. anyway after that the problem started of the network issue and i raised many complaint to your company, but nothing happened and i use to get a standard reply “sir 4 g is being launched, so wait for a week or so”. i also sent a mail to the reliance about the same but no reply came. you can see my records regarding my usages of the reliance gsm, let me tell you that my usages fell down to less then 40 percentage due to network issue. i was just paying your company rs 675 per month without any usages, as i never wanted to lose my unique number of penta seven that is [protected], so i had to continue the same gsm network.

                5. but, now i would like to lodge a complaint against the reliance company for giving false promises and not fulfilling it, may i request you to kindly advise me the action to be taken. your company still stating that reliance 4 g is coming but when is it coming? i am really fed up from your false promises.

                6.in view of the above, may i request you to kindly let me know the date of 4g launch and refund me my hard earned money which i have paid you unnecessary wef apr 16 till date.

                7. thanking you and hoping for a favourable action. i may be forced to go to the consumer forum, if my problem is not addressed by your department.

                  I am user of vodafone india from gujrat. A lady from reliance communication telemarketing (Jeni patel) called me on my mobile number [protected]. She told that reliance is offering free unlimited talk time and data (4g) which is starting from 2 days from[protected]. She also said that the plan we offer is 397./month. I said ok i will have a connection. The representative came to collect the documents. While giving him the document i confirmed about the plan. He said your plan is 497 jalsa pack. It is for one month only after a month it will be 397.. Now situation is that i am cheking with rcom website. There is no 4g data free given with the given pack. Only 2g data is given.
                  O there is cheating case i want clarification from reliance communication. Why they are using this type of words and specially the lady (Jeni patel) she is not answering my calls also.

                  They called me and told that you have to go to reliance store as this is gsm number to covert into 4g and what about new plan ? . I do not need this card now as they are all cheaters . I will not pay the bill which i will be getting , they have my security deposit 300
                  Sir reliance ke network bhut week ho gya hai ...
                  I upgrade 4g sim in reliance. But poor network and outgoing call is not working any number. Customer care is not submitted my complaint. Ignore it

                    Reliance executive called us & upgraded us from cdma to 4g saying its free upgrade & nothing will change, on very first month of migration i got bill of over rs. 4600 whereas my cdma was truely unlimited advance rental paid plan.
                    Where my money gone, nobody has idea, i had my old cdma valid till sep-16, as per reliance everything gone in vain,

                      Mysel[censored]mesh singh having my mobile no [protected] is contacted with the reliance from 2002 as a dapo (Dhirubhai ambani pioneer offer) customer at that time i had deposited rs2000 rs as a security deposit, after that in mean time i had changed my plan, in that case the anotherrs 850 had deposited, overall i had depositedrs 2850.
                      Lastly on 16th of june rim had been closed, after that i had ported my no in smart. But my security money hadnt refunded till date. My humble request to you that kindly refund my security money to my concern address, otherwise i have to consumer forum desk to put up the matter.

                        Hi,
                        My mobile # [protected]. I did the number portability in the month of nov-2015 from vodafone to reliance. At that time i paid a security deposit of rs300 and the in the reliance store they told me that the securirt deposit will be adjusted in my 3 bill cycle.

                        Till the amount was never adjusted in my bill amount. Now i did the number portability and moved to vodafone. I got my final bill for but don't see any any adjustment for my security deposit.

                        Please do the needful and adjust my security amount in my out standing amount so that i will clear all my dues.

                        Please call me if you need any further clarification on this.

                          Recently the cdma connection have been changed to gsm 4g connections. The company officially mailed me on my registered email that i have been allotted 10gb free usage of 4g on the 5th of july for a month. But oh the 14th i get a message that my bill is rs 9603 and my out gongs were barred. When complained they called up and they do not know why they have billed me they are like wait for the next billing cycle.

                          ISD calls is working properly in our premises, So please send the service engineers to check the connection.

                            My name is veeranjaneyulu k, using reliance mobile number [protected], i was recently ported from vodafone to reliance network. After activation of service i have utilized it for 4 days there after my number was disconnected from the network on 02-aug-2016 due to address verification is negative. But i have not received any call or any representative visited my home for address verification. It seems address verification guy has given wrong information to reliance. There after i have approached near by reliance store, kphb colony, near chennai shopping mall, hyderabad. And again i submitted the documents on 04-aug-2016 since then i am unable to use my number [protected]. Its already one week so please let me know the genuine reason for disconnecting or after submitting the documents why it was not verified again. Because of you i am huge loss as i could not connect to any one of my personal work/relatives/interview calls. Who is responsible for this??.

                            If you provide service with in 24hrs i am willing to be with reliance or please let me know how to port back to my old services. Its is unfair from your end because i have been visited to store for more than twice and also that to in my working hours. I have taken leave from my office and waited for your guys for address verification. Who is responsible for all this?? - waste of my time and waste of my money. I called many times to your representatives, they are not even picking up the calls. Even customer care people also not giving proper response. "this is not right way to deal with customers and i am seeing this only from reliance in india".

                            I was received a call to port to reliance, not with my own interest i came to you to know about this plan. Some representative came to my office and i have provided required documents, after this incident happen even that representative bugger is not lifting my call. Is this the service you are providing to customers if you are doing the same thing who will join in your network, really it is disgusting with your service, i was made bound to your network for three months as per trai. Really i may not interested to tell about your jalsa plan to any one else as your service and spoke person are not good enough to take care the incidents.

                            This is not only for me, similar kind of issues were faced by few of my friends.

                            If you are not able to resolve the issue with in 24 hrs please let me know the process to port back to old services with out changing my number.

                              I have recharge 198 data pack on 03/08/2016. i got normal data i. e 1.25 gb. though i have received regular message as extra 500 mb data with 198 recharge. i also checked *129# for offer. there also show rs.198- 1.75 gb. but after recharge we did not get extra 500 mb data. i looked the balance on 05/08/2016 as the phone is used by my wife. then i continue tried to *333 for customer care but i could not connect with them. then i tried the next day i. e. 06/08/2016 and got the line of customer care and the man said that he can't see my recharge as 2 days is over. but my question is here that as a reputed company why you cheated the customer and what is the reason that you can't see the recharge details as we can see the last deduction, last recharge etc.
                              Another issue is that your representative is always busy and keep us waiting for 20 to 30 minutes, so that we could not call in stipulated 2 days. i have suffered one more time in last three month. but that time the representative give me a bogus excuse... forget it..
                              It is my request that please stop the 2 days rule as we are very busy today to look after all that silly matter and we always believe in your reputation.

                                    I was the datacard user, my datacard number is [protected]. Prepaid. I did want to continue using yourdatacard as it was transferred to 4g. I was not interasted to go further, but your executives screwd by life trying to convincing and then not taking my compliants. Then i again tried to lodge the complaint. And the atlast with lots irritation they gave the complaint no. 2484492 on 2nd august. When i called the executive to know the status she said its in process. Which will charged. Now tell me why are we charged unnecesaryily for your processing. This not right. If it takes 15days i will have the charges, why. This totally ffaurd. Company is cheating the comman people. Unnecessary charging.

                                      I am using reliance gsm service my gsm mobile number is [protected] and my balance get deducted from 170+ to 0 and it is showing 0 balance and i am also recharge 50/- on 8/aug/2016 after 7-8 hours my balance unnecessary deducted. I have called customer care last 2-3 days every time customer guys saying now our server is down please call back after 2-3 hour, again i am call to customer care i got same answer now our server is down. It is not happening with me first time, isse phle bhi mera balance rs.90+ deduct hu tha without any reason. Kyu garib logo ka paisa iss taraha deduct kar rehe hai. Now i want my balance in refund otherwise i will force to off this reliance gsm.

                                        Sir, my name is dharm raj, i am using reliance broadband service from last 1 year at tonk phatak, my costume id is[protected]. Now i shifted my room at mansarover. So i request reliance to shift my connection at my new location. Now they are makeing fool of me from 30 days to proceed my request.
