Iam using reliance data card for past 8 months. Last month i faced the problem of very low data speed. When i contacted the customer care they said that due to upgradation of 4g networks you are facing the problem. Because of this i was unable to use the data for the money iam paying. The customer care officials said that wavier would be provided in the bill amount and also said that the problem will be solved within 2 weeks. But till now...

I have done a recharge of rs 999 on my dongle number [protected] on 4th august 2016
Later came to know that cdma data services are getting migrated. To 4g

Unable to use dongle data and my recharge of amout 999 is going waste. I also have the payment receipt
Initiate refund for above recharge. We also did not receive any revert to mail sent to support. None of the customer care services are responding....

I m the lifetime member of reliance one location at mumbai central every month i go to purchase everything from there & they're charging for carry bag & that's wat i don't liked it & staff is so rude as if they are the owner of the shop & we are useless we are paying for everything we purchased in that case atleas u can provide a carry bag for the card holders

Sir, i am a reliance postpaid custumer since last 4 yr but my name is diptiranjan sahoo from bhubaneswar odisha bearing mobile number [protected]. i have launched a complain on dates 3 aug 2016 regarding my activation of my caller tune but till today there is no results. that's why i am porting out my number to other network because they are giving priority more than to a custumer

When i was i asked to customer care before migrating to 4g/lte, they said data and plan will be same as before (cdma plan) you just buy wi-pod for lte 2699rs

This is rohan my account/Sim Number is :[protected] . my reliance digital network showing signal lost from 30th July 2016 for same I have log complaint on reliance digital customer care on 1stAug 2016 but still my network is in under breakdown after taking serval follow ( I personally call again on 4th Aug 2016 as well as today) but still issue not yet resolve and as per my knowledge your SLA time for rectification...

I am trying to PORT to other service provider from RELIANCE, but when I am sending msg from my rel number 'PORT [protected]' I am not getting any Unique Porting Number (See attached pics).

Hence not able to port, kindly look in to this matter and resolve ASAP as reliance is an very bad network provider.

I have reliance net connect plus
and i made recharge for rupees 3001 for wich i received 1 gb data each month for 3 years
After i upgraded it to 4g and received a sim card
i was told that it will be started in 12 hours and also will get 10 gb of free data
Later it took 15 days to activate the sim card and no 10 gb received
customer care told 10 gb offer we cancelled
later my 3001 rs was returned...

i paid 8 months when i was not aware that reliance peopls have took the setup from my home by saying they are closing the setup

it is an act of theft.

I am again so much disappointed due to reiterated deduction of my account balance of no.[protected]. It reiterated within week. This deduction made by reliance on 04 Aug illicitly without any proper reason as amount of Rs 25/.This type of deduction is not acceptable at any cost repeating again and again.when I am seeking customer care help then they are reluctant and rudely too in behaviour .when connected with customer care...

I already did recharge on my number for rate cutter just few days back but still getting message that your rate cutter is over do recharge. what the hell is this. Some days before automatically my balance got empty. i dint know why, no conformation message nothing, just my money gone.
