I had upgraded from wi-pod cdma to wi-pod 4g lte, after going through a lot of stress, i finally got my 4g device. The first bill for 4g came with a 1145 previous dues, wherein i didn't have any previous dues, i complaint to customer care and they said someone will call you back in 2 days and its been a week no one called up. There was no update on what plan i will be having and i came to know about that in the bill. The day i received my bill which was 10 days after billing cycle and that too on my email, that same day they disconnected my service. I paid 1800 rs as payment for 1st bill less 1145 and they activated my services and now my services are disconnected again. Customer care says pay 745 rs to start your service. Reliance doesn't has any standard procedure of intimating about services, they feel they can do anything and we as customer should take that. Customer service is one of the worst in the whole world. I asked customer care procedure for discontinuing the service and he is saying first pay 745 rs and then disconnect service, what audacity they have as if we are on their mercy. If my issue is not resolved this would be the last month i would be using reliance service in my life. My number is [protected]

    Sir/madam from 5-aug-2016 the 3g network become very weak.. Only 1 line of network is showing at night 1.00am no network in day or very very weak network in day or night.. Before 5-aug-2016 reliance have good 3g network.. I recharge my mobile with 10gb 3g data on 4-aug-2016 but due to no 3g network or very weak 3g network i m not able to use it. Even i reboot my mobile or even i put sim other mobile and roaming is on but problem remain same.

    I also call at 198 and fill complain (Service request no.[protected] & i also use reliance instacre app and file complain (Service request no.[protected]. But no solution provided to me only ur company just send me a sms that ur sr no. Has been proceeded. But problem remain same. Pls improve ur 3g network range and strength.

      I was using reliance 3gpro ([protected]). Reliance in-forced me into rs.900/- rental plan, without taking my confirmation. Although in there earlier comm they confirmed that with 4g registration also bill will be at 3g plan only. But on 16-jul-16 they put me in rs.900/- plan & after bill generation it was rs.767/-. Although i req not to put me in 4g

        I made a recharge of 149 netpack last night 07/06/2016 recharge was successful. I got the message too but still you deducted my whole balance and still that netpack was not applicable in my phone . means I don't got netpack too whts going on help me quick otherwise I will change my sim take quick actions regarding this complaint

          Respected sir,
          I am using reliance pro3 datacard, no.[protected]. I have recharged amt 699 on aug 2nd, my plan is successfully activated, but my datacard is not connected still now. Even i didn't use single kb itself. Before recharge i ask the reliance customer care for clarification, that person no problem make recharge and use it, then only i recharge
          Then i will said raise the complaint about connectivity problem to cc, cc didn't give proper reply and didn't raise any compliant also,
          And then i will goto reliance communication head office chennai at nungambakkam, in that head office no one give the response to my questions, and reception lady give improper response, she didn't care about the customer problem,
          To reliance communication, please give a immediate response, refund my 699 amount, or connect my data,

They said we will inform u regarding action taken against who misguide me in two days but it's 08 aug today... But still they not respond... Stop making fools of customer reliance...               I have purchase i wipod dongle and paid full year charges but after 6 mnths my connection was cut off. After that i contact the dealer through whome i perchased it. He told me company has changed its technology and i need to purchase a new dongle and i have tp purchade it online. I made an order paid the amount on 14/7 it says new dongle will be delivered within 10 days. After 2 weeks i try to contact them but unable to do so. I some how fing an email address and i made complaint to reliance higher authourity. I got a mail back from them saying it will be delivered within 7 days. After 10 days i am trying to connectagain to them but no response. I got a number and call there the guy sitting there said to me that i need to follow up with their delivery department and given a number. I call them and the woman there she replied me that your dongle is not dispatched yet and it will be done after 3 days. On asking the reason why its not even dispatched after so many days she said i dont know. On asking again why its taking so much time she disconnected the phone and its also a paid call. My internet is off since 3-4 weeks i am a website designer and i consistantly need net connection i got into lots of trouble.

                Iam using reliance data card for past 8 months. Last month i faced the problem of very low data speed. When i contacted the customer care they said that due to upgradation of 4g networks you are facing the problem. Because of this i was unable to use the data for the money iam paying. The customer care officials said that wavier would be provided in the bill amount and also said that the problem will be solved within 2 weeks. But till now it has not been solved and iam facing the same problem. And they have provided wavier in the bill amount and same amount has been generated. Hereby iam making this complaint to solve the problem immedietely and generate the bill only for the data i used

                  I have done a recharge of rs 999 on my dongle number [protected] on 4th august 2016
                  Later came to know that cdma data services are getting migrated. To 4g

                  Unable to use dongle data and my recharge of amout 999 is going waste. I also have the payment receipt
                  Initiate refund for above recharge. We also did not receive any revert to mail sent to support. None of the customer care services are responding.
                  Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Very bad reaponse from Reliance customer care executive. They are not even listening to customer issue. Also no response to complaint lodged here. Not acceptable from Reliance
                  I would suggest not to go for reliance any services

                        I raised so many request for closing my internet connection but they are not closing the connection. Every month they are generating the bill and torture me to make the payment. I have raised two time on call also for closing the connection but they did not responded me. I have drop so many mail from my registered email for closing the connection and now i am getting message for legal thing. Could you please tell me is this fault from my end or company side but i am facing the issue for closing the connection. Please find the attached email reference i used for closing the connection. Please help me in this regards.

                        I don't remember exactly the agent pin code in chennai but i took it from chennai.

                            I am using datacard number :[protected] from reliance communication
                            As reliance were shutting down cdma network i called them for up gradation and lte query
                            When i was i asked to customer care before migrating to 4g/lte, they said data and plan will be same as before (cdma plan) you just buy wi-pod for lte 2699rs
                            So i bought a lte wi-pod, but when lte started now my plan changed from 5gb to 3gb. they changed my plan from 300 (5gb) to 1100 (5 gb) and 50 paisa/ 1mb without information or intimation. this month my bill 1100rs.
                            This is very wrong approach from reliance communication, they lie initially and convince me to buy lte wi-pod and once i bought it you changed plan.
                            I will not pay this bill at any cost as there is no intimation from company and they think consumers are fools and will pay whatever the charge.

                              Hi Team,

                              This is rohan my account/Sim Number is :[protected] . my reliance digital network showing signal lost from 30th July 2016 for same I have log complaint on reliance digital customer care on 1stAug 2016 but still my network is in under breakdown after taking serval follow ( I personally call again on 4th Aug 2016 as well as today) but still issue not yet resolve and as per my knowledge your SLA time for rectification the same is 48 hrs and now we have cross the 144 hrs but still my network is under breakdown . can you specify why was the delay from your end? Need your justification on same.

                                I am trying to PORT to other service provider from RELIANCE, but when I am sending msg from my rel number 'PORT [protected]' I am not getting any Unique Porting Number (See attached pics).

                                Hence not able to port, kindly look in to this matter and resolve ASAP as reliance is an very bad network provider.

                                  My complain no.[protected] was placed on 04.08.2016 at 7.00 am in morning. However, the query has not been resolved inspite of several reminders and currently, i am not even able to customer care services. Also, the gallery personnel are not replying to my queries.
                                  My query is that i have my internet pack of 2G, 6GB data pack activate however, i have not been able to use internet when i still had 1.25GB left of data.Now my pack has expired, I have neither received any data refund nor my complaint of non usage of Internet has been resolved.

                                    and i made recharge for rupees 3001 for wich i received 1 gb data each month for 3 years
                                    After i upgraded it to 4g and received a sim card
                                    i was told that it will be started in 12 hours and also will get 10 gb of free data
                                    Later it took 15 days to activate the sim card and no 10 gb received
                                    customer care told 10 gb offer we cancelled
                                    later my 3001 rs was returned to me as my core balance and
                                    Core balance is only for the data usage you will be charge 0.5/10kb.
                                    They told me offer of 3001 is discontinue so we given a core balance for the same.
                                    i also registered a complain in customer care ref no ref no- [protected]
                                    but no action
                                    Reliance big fraud and playing scam with their customer.

                                    I cant use that core balance to make a voice call or make a recharge of net pack.
                                    Its my cash amount paid to you for the scheme of rs 3001 for monthly 1GB data upto 3 years.
                                    And you returned me it in such a way that i can utilize it for less than 600 Mb data.
                                    Just once you make a comparison and see the big difference, It looks a big planned fraud.

                                      I am using Datacard number : [protected] from Reliance Communication
                                      As Reliance were shutting down CDMA network I called them for Up gradation and LTE query
                                      When I was I asked to Customer care before migrating to 4G/LTE, they said Data and Plan will be same as before(CDMA Plan) you just buy Wi-pod for LTE 2699rs
                                      So I bought a LTE Wi-pod, But when LTE started now my plan changed from 5GB to 3GB. They changed my plan from 300 (5GB) to 1100(5 GB) and 50 paisa/ 1mb without information or intimation. This month my bill 3996Rs.
                                      This is very wrong approach from Reliance communication, They lie initially and convince me to buy LTE Wi-POD and once I bought it you changed plan.
                                      Please look into my case and provide solution.

                                        i paid 8 months when i was not aware that reliance peopls have took the setup from my home by saying they are closing the setup

                                        it is an act of theft.

                                        i paid another 800 when advocate sent me notice of IPC 420 :)
