Sir,
I have reliance data card with number [protected] which i do not use since a year, i am paying all the bills generated till date regularly. I want to close my connection + data card services. However i am trying to contact reliance customer care since two - three months and nobody is answering. I tried to call on[protected],[protected], 30337777. Automated voice always says we are down with some issues, call again. I also visited reliance digital outlet and personal says company now shut down so cant help. I am still receiving bills each month. I am not getting where to contact reliance to close my connection and services. Please help me for closing my connection.

Updated by vinodchobhe In addition to the phone numbers I mentioned in my complaint above, I already sent email for the same to email ids [protected]@relianceada.com; Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com; datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com; rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com. However I am still waiting for their response since 1 month. How pathetic.
