Please advise on procedure to close this connection to deactivate all of your 4G services.

Reason to close connection/deactivate services
1. 4G services are not consistent for more than 3 months or so
2. There are no contacts available to connect and request for restoring connection or registering any complains
3. Recently I tried to search and found that near by outlets are closed month back or so
4. Neither prior-intimations/notifications sent over email about service disruption issues or warning nor emails are getting replied.
5. I[censored]sed customer care toll free numbers to make any complaints, no representatives are present to answer.

Hope this is huge list to proceed and close services offered.

    Respected sir/madam,

    I am holding two number of reliance i. E. [protected] (Pinku saxena) & [protected] (Arvind saxena). I am unable to get porting number as network is not available since long. Beside i have tried to port from our nearest mobile shop but the porting code did not match and it's got rejected. These are my important number as it is associated with different agencies and relatives. Hence help me to get the original porting code from reliance to switch my number to any other network.         My mobile number is [protected] and getting services from reliance communications. Rcom automatically stopped all the services in november 2017 and rcom announcing the discontinuation of service. I didn't wanted to port out the number and thought number would get deactivated automatically. But still getting bill on dec 2017 as well as jan 2018. I was not using this number from nov 2017 because no network. Mail has already been sent to customer care on official id for the discontinuation of the number. No customer care is available on phone last three months. Reliance store is also closed. But still getting bills regularly despite no service or network. Please advise whom to contact and what action would be taken to avoid any billing issue in future.

        Tried contacting customer care, also sent email but no response. Don't know what to do further. Please help.

          I am using reliance communication 4g sim, which currently not getting good coverage n i want to port it to another operator but while sending port massage to 1900 from reliance 4g mobile number [protected], i am not getting any revert from 1901 more than 24 hour. Due to this i am not be able to do port to some other operator, please handle the complaint & want solution asap.

              Sir,

              I have reliance data card with number [protected] which i do not use since a year, i am paying all the bills generated till date regularly. I want to close my connection + data card services. However i am trying to contact reliance customer care since two - three months and nobody is answering. I tried to call on[protected],[protected], 30337777. Automated voice always says we are down with some issues, call again. I also visited reliance digital outlet and personal says company now shut down so cant help. I am still receiving bills each month. I am not getting where to contact reliance to close my connection and services. Please help me for closing my connection.

              In addition to the phone numbers I mentioned in my complaint above, I already sent email for the same to email ids [protected]@relianceada.com; Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com; datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com; rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com. However I am still waiting for their response since 1 month. How pathetic.

              Thank you for forwarding my request to the Reliance customer support team. However I am concerned how will I know my request is processed and connection + service is disconnected.

                I am using my reliance no. [protected] since last 12 yrs but since last 2 months i am trying to port out my no. To vodafone but i am unable to do so because port out request is rejected though i have cleared all my outstanding dues. Plz help me i want to retain my no. I am not able to get port code. Plz guide me how can i get port code to retain my no.

                    I was an rcom distributor. When they shut down their network they theft all the distributors' and all the partner retailers' money kept with them.in fact they have not returned even the security deposits. The due payments for last three months have not been paid too.
                    The central government is helping these thieves to bluff poor common people.

                      I have closed my account ([protected]) in NOVEMBER 2017 and paid all due from my side.
                      As this was post paid connection and security deposit and excess amount paid by me has to be refunded at the time of closing the account I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows as balance. please let me know how to get my money back.

                        I have ported my reliance number from reliance to vodafone in the month of november 2017 and no dues was pending with reliance. Still i am getting bills for december 2017 and january 2018 where as i have ported the number in vodafone.
                        Kindly arrange to resolve the issue customer care numbers are also not working even i have reply to the mail from where i am getting bills but no body is responding. My number is [protected].

                          Reliance has sent the bill of datacard for the month of dec. 17 with due date 19.1.18 though it has stopped its services from delhi in dec. 17. I have sent an email to netconnect. Broadband for refund of the amount of rs. 531 charged for the month of dec.17 as per trai instructions. I have also requested to disconnect the datacard but no reply reced.

                            I have paid all dues to reliance communications as per my last bill demand of ₹1304 which was thrice more than my average monthly phone bill. I paid the complete amount;thereafter they gave noc to my new service provider (Jio) to port my nbr clearly stating that i hv no outstanding bill pending with reliance communications. Now they are harassing me by sending bill for ₹708 for the month of january 2018. On december 31st 2017 i received a message from rcom stating that all my mobile records have been erased from their database;shockingly i am not able to understand how have they managed to raise a bill on my mobile nbr [protected] which was ported with jio network since 29th december 2017. I request you to kindly save me from this mental agony and harassment of illogical payment demands from my previous service provider as soon as possible.

                                Since rcom stopped their 4g service recently, i have been trying to switch my mobile to airtel. However, rcom is not providing the porting code. An sms to 1900 returns an "unable to connect to database server" error. Airtel has not been able to get the code either. Starting today (Feb 1), it looks like incoming sms's have also stopped and the phone has gone "dead". How can i get the porting code to be able to get a new service provider?

                                        2 mbps data link down from 15.12.2017, comp. No.[protected]. This circuit working for prs ticketing at bemetara and working from durg to bemetara in c. G. For prs ticketing we are totally depends on this data link, results the customer suffering.
