Dear team,

I want to disconnect my 4g wipod connection number [protected] as i am not interested in your service since your data tariff are very high.

So please suggest procedure for disconnection.

Your all outlets are closed in bangalore and costumer care number are not reachable.

This month 11of jan 2018 my invoice will generate, deactivate my account before that other wise i will not pay any money.

Me ek telecom Retailer hu . west bengal me Reliance Band ho gaya hai mera lapu sim me Rs 684 tha.Company wo paisa wapas nahi kar raha hai. Company ka koi staff se contact nahi ho pa raha hai. please paisa dilwa dijiye.
I send a e mail to [protected]@relianceada.com for disconnect Wi-Pod. But no reply from there. once again want to disconnect my Wi-Pod Connection No: [protected] with Immediate effect,
As am trying to reach your CC number but it was not reachable since 3 Months, This is not at all good sign expensive from your end.

Because, Your data plans were very expensive compare to others.

Pls do the needful at the earliest. until and unless I will not get any confirmation on the De-Activation of my Wi-Pod No: [protected], I will not pay bills from my end. as I want to have final settlement on or before my next bill generation date (i, e 4 th Feb 2018). No reply from your side I file a petition to Hon.Court.

Please note the ability to download the bill from the website is just not working for us. So please provide the bill by email.

    My landline number ‭[protected]‬ is not working past two months but bills are keeping on coming from Reliance comm, an ADA co.
    On enquiring I came to know that the company server is down and the telephone services are no longer available.
    I have sent emails to Reliance Customer care and Relaince Appellate Authority as formal request of surrendering this number [protected]‬ ASAP but no responses received so far.
    I had also requested to please arrange to refund my extra payment made to Reliance Communications in this regard.
    There are no responses but bills are coming on a monthly basis with payment reminders.
    What to do?

      Hi,
      You have send me the bill for reliance communication which is already suspended your service in Mumbai. I have already paid for the service I used back on I guess on November 2017. I am sorry to say this that I am not liable to pay any of the services you never offered me. The number I used for all my bank transactions and everything was gone without any of the intimation. Thank you for your worthless service and I wont pay for something which doesn't even work. If you have something to say you can contact me on this email address because the number doesn't work and if you really want to communicate. I don't understand how can send me bills when you are already closed your services for post paid ? I couldn't even get incoming calls in that phone because there was no network.
      Thank you but no thank you for your unavailable but billed service.

        Reliance Communications is unnecessary sending bill pertaining to WI-POD 4G SERVICE for payment after informing them to close my WI-POD 4g service in advance through mail as there customer care number is not working . My Reliance mobile no is – [protected]. You are requested to please resolve this issue at the earliest. Why Govt is not taking any action against Reliance communications for sending bill .

          Not able to get port no. For reliance number [protected] as i am not able to send sms from my reliance number. Kindly send port number to enable me to port to other service providers as the reliance is closed.Call me in [protected].
          As I have given this mobile number for everything I need this number desparately. Kindly provide me the port number to enable me to switch over the number to other service providers.

              Dear team,

              I want to disconnect my wipod connection number [protected] as i am not getting internet service since last one month.

              I am not getting any coverage (Red signal) so please suggest procedure for disconnection.

              However i have received invoice for jan 2018 where i have not received coverage since last one month so not able to use.

              Jfyi... I am not going to pay anything to reliance communications as i am not getting any service.

                Please provide me the porting code of my mobile number [protected] as i was not able to get the code and not able to port my number because in MPCG circle u r services has been shut down from 361 dec 2017 this is my alternate number please provide me the same as soon as possible . so request you to kindly provide me the UPC code so that i can port my number to any other operator please do the needful on urgent basis

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  My name is Ramani Kanta Borah and I would like to raise an issue regarding Reliance Communication. I am a postpaid customer of reliance for the last 11 years. As they are exiting the market, there was not even a single day of service since the last 1.5 months. Still, I got two bills for the last two months. The last bill in Jan has come with a late payment charge also. Their customer care executives are no longer there and they don't reply to the email. How can they send bills without any services? Clearly, Reliance is having complete disregard for the TRAI rules and regulations and they are robbing their customers. Probably same scenario with most of the postpaid customers.

                    I have not received any port out code from reliance. Visited bhosari office for getting port code, provided two port codes, but while porting out it is showing massage as invalid upsc code.
                    Please help me with fresh/correct port codes so that i can port my reliance no. Looking for a positive reply.

                              Rcom automatically stopped all the services in nov 2017 of rcom announcing the discontinuation of service. I didn't wanted to port out the number and thought number would get deactivated. But still getting bill on dec 2017 as well as jan 2017. There is no usage but still bill is generating for postpaid sim and asking to pay the rent plus tax.

                              Tried contacting customer care, also sent email but no response. Don't know what to do further. Please help.

                                I am very upset from the jio services. No customer value. They making fool the people. Nonsense people are working in the jio customer care. They lei to customers. There is no flexibility. I am trying to call them last two days no body is responding. I simply recharge my number myself and it was not reflected in my jio account and i call costumer care. And they told me last moment that i did it now. U recharge billing account and i ask them kindly make it in recharging mode. First they refused and then last moment they accepted and told me i did it and it will take two days to reflect in ir account but still it has not come to account yet almost five days has gone. And i got disconnected my jio services. What is this nonsense. Can any body call me or text and make my problem solve. I just want that u shuffle my recharge from billing account to recharge account. This is what i want right now. I don't want keep my money there for four years. You just do it immediately.

                                    I had complained against reliance communication postpaid bill. My mobile no - [protected]. Last 3 month there is no network. Even i communicate through there no *333. But no response. When dial *333 it had told busy or line no changed. So i had written a mail. That attached. Even after mail mail had bounced. But they generate bill. They not closed the mobile.

                                        Reliance send me wrong upc and my sim is unable to port to other telecom companies. So my request to the reliance telecommunications to send me correct upc code because this sim is very important for me. Since i am porting reliance no. From 4 months but unable to port to any telecommunications company they all said your upc code was wrong which was send by reliance only. Please port my reliance no.
