I've reliance prepaid number which i failed to get ported before december 2017.

I am unaware of the deadlines that reliance has communicated but i really need that number as it was with us for little more than 8 years.

Would you please provide me any option to activate now so that i can port it? I just need a port number/code from that number.

Dear sir i am using your services from 7 to 8 years. My mob no is [protected]
You have sent me a port cod on 1st dec 17. This code ws valide til 31/01/18. Due to misplace of my sim in jan i could not go to any other service for port.
Now i found my lost sim on 07/02/18.
I contect vodafone and airtel for port but they refused my request due to date bard port code.

I used relaince postpaid service almost 3 years and i came to know in november releiance mobile servies are about to stop, and iam having outstanding amount of 1190 is paid on nov 1st and i recieved acknowlwdgement also, but my sim card not showing any signal.

Please advise on procedure to close this connection to deactivate all of your 4G services.

Reason to close connection/deactivate services
1. 4G services are not consistent for more than 3 months or so
2. There are no contacts available to connect and request for restoring connection or registering any complains
3. Recently I tried to search and found that near by outlets are closed...

I have reliance data card with number [protected] which i do not use since a year, i am paying all the bills generated till date regularly. I want to close my connection + data card services. However i am trying to contact reliance customer care since two - three months and nobody is answering. I tried to call on[protected],[protected], 30337777. Automated voice always says we are down with some issues, call again....
