I was using my reliance gsm prwpaid number for 5 years... Now i am not getting any network on my number... So how to get port to other network.. Because i have linked my reliance number in many accounts so need to have otp for the same number... Atleasr do something for the network.. Or provide me solution what should i do now to have my number again. Please resolve ciz its a high prioriry issue.

My reliance communication number is [protected], and registered under chhattisgarh atbhilai location. When this company closed the service i was out of india, so could not get port number, if they send. Please provide port number so i can move to other provider. I tried to generate port number using another mobile number, but always get invalid number error.

I purchased reconnect power bank of 10000mah from reliance digital jamnagar before 4 months and i am facing many problems. It is not working properly and not charging many phones and it's usb cable stopped functioning. I am really disappointed. We have taken telemarketing number from rcom and we surrender it after use. While purchasing we have gave 1l as security amount. We are mailing to get refund to rcom appellate since march but everytime we are getting some copy paste predefined email"we are working on your issue" now as rcom is closed we are not hearing from them. Rcom has confirmed over email that they have to return our money after deducting last month bill so approx 99k something amount we should get as refund. We have all the documents and email communication in hand. We tried reaching trai and dot but not getting revert from them too. Before reaching to pmo we thought to write on consumer forum.

We will provide all receipts and communication as an when required.

I am unaware of the deadlines that reliance has communicated but i really need that number as it was with us for little more than 8 years.

Dear sir,
I used relaince postpaid service almost 3 years and i came to know in november releiance mobile servies are about to stop, and iam having outstanding amount of 1190 is paid on nov 1st and i recieved acknowlwdgement also, but my sim card not showing any signal.
I went to one reliance communication office and they are telling that previously you port from airtel to relaince and this number is released there only.
You contact airtel people, i contacted airtel people but they are telling number not released from reliance.
Kinldy do the needfull inthis.
