Reliance cdma services completely in lucknow without any prior notice & not started 4g services | having problem for all users which are only dependent on reliance.

They are also not telling the correct thing by email. They always said that check your laptop/data card setting. It may be true but for all users in lucknow can't have their settings corrupted.

Also they are not telling the correct date for 4g launch.

How can i get compensation from them for their irresponsible work & my work suffering due to their un responsible behavior for customers.

    This is pathetic connection. Pathetic service by reliance. Its been one and a half year now that i have their connection and it disconnects 4 to 5 times in a day for 5 minutes to half an hour. I have been complaining about it to them regularly. There are at least three complaints in a week and i have details with minutes as in when it disconnected and when started.
    They do not want to fix this. I still keep this because i do not have any other service available.

      Hello sir, this is md loqmaan and my mobile number is [protected]. I am facing a lot of problems since i migrated to this worst reliance network. These are bloody cheaters. I raised many complaints but none is answered. My current issue is, i have been charging rs 5/- daily. When i asked customer care agent they people told me that from my mobile an international message is being sent by any third party app. I have uninstalled all the apps, but of no use. They people are debiting my balance daily. When i use airtel sim in the same mobile there is no deduction in my balance. The thing is clear these cheaters are frauding customers. They people blocked me that i am unable to contact customer care also. Plz take serious action against these and solve my issue.

        Hi, I'm Rajkumar. And i'm sending port request to 1900 in reliance with my number [protected].But i'm not getting any reply from them .I've sent sms so many times but still i'm not getting. I've called customer care about this issue but instead of solving problem every time they're saying that try tomorrow you'll get your porting code for sure .But from the past one week i'm tired of calling them and sending sms still i didn't get any porting number.So kindly go through this issue and resolve it as soon as possible

            Dear sir

            I am a loyal reliance customer using reliance netconnect+ dongle internet connection from past 6 years

            I was fully satisfied with the services and the quality of the product and based on my experience i recommended the same to a number of my friends

            However from past two days i am facing a lot of problems regarding the same

            I went to the store near my house and they told me that the CDMA connections have been closed and in order to resume the services i am forced to buy a new dongle worth Rs 2000 and my old dongle is now just a garbage value and has a nuisance value.

            I was not even intimated before such a decision. I had no prior notice for the same.

            Both my dongle and my recharges have gone waste

            I request you to kindly look into the matter as i m being mentally tortured by the employees.

            I even called the circle head o[censored]p east region and he is not taking my calls

            I request you to kindly issue me a new dongle against my old one in case the services of CDMA are not valid in Lucknow region as i feel cheated by the company

            I a brand loyal person and doesn't want to spread negative word of mouth against such a good company like Reliance.

            Again i request you to look into the matter asap and not forcing me to take a legal action against the firm

On 14th june 2016 my sim got disable and when i went to nearest relaince store at mukherjee nagar they told me that my no has been terminated so they can't do anything. I need this no as it is connected to my internet banking facility.
              Therfore, please provide me this no as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                I am ruban and recently reliance have offered me a postpaid plan and aftter activating the plan i was getting signal and showing no networks, since i was residing in heart of chennai city and i am not getting towers so please take some action against this issue's

                Since i have submitted my complaints many times through reliance customer care and so far no response and resolution from reliance

                Here i am planning to port to some other new network who provides good service

                  i have paid amount Rs. 172/- towards my bill via net banking iam submiting the image of this. customer care executive is not supporting regarding my bill payment.

                    My previous complain to your concern, i am pasting the same again here because i dont know what action you are taking for the consumers. i have a very big doubt because,

                    this is my previous complain

                    But Just now i come to know about your replies in this valuable consumer complaints

                    But one thing, you all know that your team still cheating me for the same data card, so please take necessary action

                    Still they dont terminate my data card and ask me to pay the money for not using anything. My number is always
                    in active but i dont know why you are asking another number and you said in reply that your team takes good action . I will explain the good action taken by your team

                    1. They ask me to pay final pending payment of rs 1200 and they said they terminate their self without my involvement.- I paid

                    2. They ask me to purchase new data card - so i purchased . i will tell you the number of my new data card here

                    3. Now they again ask me to pay the old data card number i.e [protected].

                    i tell you one thing sir/madam. why you reliance people making money on others emergency . and the people working in reliance not giving line to termination department, and even though if we scold and ask them to transfer the line, .(really i am telling you the truth, i dont know what they are doing but no one respond me even though i am waiting for 30 minutes by keeping my phone on my ear, .)

                    so if some outstanding amount came to our data card again they ask us to pay the amount first and then are telling that they will transfer the call. is this any idea you are fallowing to get money to theft the amount from the customer.

                      Sir mene 16 june aur 17 june ko relince ke no. 1900 par PORT [protected] messege send kiya ... lekin company ke dwara mujhe na toh upc code aaaya aur na hi costumer care me ab call lag rha hai... dusre no se mene call kiya toh exucative bole ki apne messege send nahi kiya hai but mere mob. se message delivered ki report aayi hai mene messege 6 se 7 bar bheja hai par abhi tak upc code nahi aaya.. aur company se meesage aaya tha ki apke account me 500mb data credit hua hai jiski validity 30 days hai woh data bhi mujhe nahi... mila.. apse nivedan hai ki meri is problem ko jaldi se jaldi solve karne ka kast kare... dhanyawad ..

                          I am Amit Kumar. This is to report that I received call on 31st May 2016 to reliance communication (Mr. Prateek[protected] to purchase postpaid SIM and they understand me post plan and I was agree terms and condition. Same day they sent their executive and I hand over to executive my ID proof (DL, voter ID, Pan Card), One Photo & 100 rupees & signed customer app form and take receipt of rupees 100. They said it will active with in 48 Hrs.
                          My SIM was not activate within 3 days, then after 4 days, I call to Prateek to know the status of activation of my SIM, they said my residence area (Dakshin Puri) not comes to their selected area and now I have to pay 550/- rupees if I want to activate my SIM. I refuse him and said to return back my all documents and money. Next day I received call to [protected] this no. and said he is calling direct reliance communication form Ranjeet Hotel, they ready to activate my SIM and provide my ID proof on this whatsup no[protected]. I do that same thing instantly, still SIM did not activate.
                          Now today is 16th of May 2016, Neither the SIM is activate nor Mr. Prateek picking my call & not returning my documents and money after so many reminders. I am very hashed to this services and sometimes I feel to go su-side.
                          Now I want final solution to come out to this situation to you and strict action against Reliance channel partner and i also compliant in RIL Communication also 2 days back but i did not get any response yet. I have all the proofs like voice recording and advance payment receipt to RIL channel partner. Waiting for your favorable reply.

I have paid rs2699/- for new wifi pod device for existing ([protected]) wipod connection order no oveojfclv on 1st june. But till now no details regarding shipment nor any type customer service/feedback through any platform. Not getting call center service plus given representative numbers are busy, not reachable, switchoff. What kind o[censored]pgradation it is??? Old device not getting proper network & new one we are not getting.

                              I am a user of Reliance mobile from Aurangabad maharastra, last month i have converted my CDMA sim card to GSM sim card due to migration of the same. First 10 days the card was not activated and am not able to do & receive any calls.Also company assured to give 10GB data of 4G for first month but after several visits to Reliance web world & Several number of calls to customer care am still not able to start the data on my mobile.Its really frustrating and annoying for me.Also when I called to customer care for registering complaint they denied the same to register due to unavailability of system.
                              Request you to please take my concern forward and give me the solution

                                My reliance pro 3 no is [protected] since from 26 may 2016 to 8 june and again from 14 June to up till now I am unable to connect to the Internet ... And for many times I have called the customer care[protected] and raised the issue but uptill bow the issue is not solved they just take the complaint and will say we will resolve the issue at earliedt but they won't resolve also and even I went to store they said they will find the solution on it. In this month I just used the net for 6 days and I asked the customer care weather the bill is going to adjusted they said u have used the net so u have to pay the bill and one more thing before the 4g upgradation process reliance store employes said that there will be no change in plans for existing customer but its suprise to see that plans have been changed from from 999 RS truly unlimited to 999 RS 10 GB unlimited. So dear technical team of reliance please resolve the issue at earliest.
                                Already I have applied for 4 g upgradation and I have 4 sim and 4 dongle also.

                                  I am amit kumar. I had one mobile no [protected]. It had a due bill of rs 1878.
                                  I got a call from mobile no [protected] on 8 march, 2016 to make the due bill payment. I wanted to terminate that no as i had many one i was using that no as alternate. I negotiate and got waiver of rs 778. They told to make payment of rs 1100/- full & final.
                                  I got e mail from tham (Krishna services) on 9 march 2016. (Mail screenshot enclosed)
                                  It is mentioned there "this is full & final payment", "after make this paymentno further billing"
                                  But after this one bill of rs 560 (Approx.) made over mobile no [protected].
                                  I got this bill information by customer care, when my main mobile no [protected] discontinue because of due payment of my linked mobile no [protected].
                                  I made call to customer care
                                  They told me to visit reliance store with termination letter or noc they will start your services.
                                  I went to reliance store (Sri balaji communication, dbg road, karol bagh, new delhi-110005)
                                  They told this is not a valid document as any one can make "myreliancemail.com". I got the termination letter email from krishna. [protected]@myreliancemail.com
                                  Reliance store executive told this mail is not from rcom link
                                  I informed reliance store executive that there is a cc link "sharad. [protected]@relianceada.com. Is this not a reliance communication official link"relianceada.com"
                                  After that i made a tweet on reliance communication official tweet account
                                  I got a call from [protected] related to that tweet. (On 16 june 2016)
                                  The reliance officer told me there is a due of rs 9 over my mobile no [protected]. Make the payment the service will be start again.
                                  I asked the officer thrice about the surety of this reason. She confirmed me that the service will start after the payment over [protected].
                                  I made the payment of rs 50 on 17 june 2016. But still waiting for incoming & outgoing.
                                  Sir i got a confirmation mail from reliance collection agency"krishna services" they confirmed on mail about no further billing. But due to that reason i got my main business no [protected] terminated.
                                  Unfortunately both are the numbers in reliance network.
                                  Suppose if my main no [protected] would be on vodafone or airtel network, could rcom have guts to terminate my number.

                                  I am much frustrate by rcom.In future i will not take any reliance mobile or will not suggest anyone to take this network.

                                    I guess by month of march, have taken two dongle ([protected] &[protected]) with the plan 1000 Ruppes 40 GB 10 MBPS speed but i haven't received even in 512 kbps speed.
                                    on March end i received a bill for around 400 for each.

                                    I have raised a concern to customer care that speed is very slow and requested them to update me then i will pay the bill.
                                    I stopped using the net at that moment itself but next month i received a bill of 1717 for each dongle.

                                    I have spoke clearly to customer care executive about this on first month itself.

                                    Few days back i got a call from courier service stating that demand notice has been filed against me

                                    They have threatened me like i have face many consequnce if i didnt pay the bill
                                    as it moved to legal by The lawyer

                                    I paid the amount for the service i didnt use.

                                      This is continuing of reliance services harrasment. I have paid Rs899/- for new mifi device for existing([protected]) wipod connection on 9th june. but till now no details regarding shipment nor any type customer service/feedback through any platform. and from yesterday that shopping portal(shop.rcom.co.in) showing login errors. i have attached screenshot. Not getting call center service plus given representative numbers are busy, not reachable, switchoff. what kind o[censored]pgradation it is??? old device not getting proper network & new one we are not getting. But bill reminders & payments collections plus advance payment for devices properly going on. please please sort this as quick as possible otherwise reliance will became past story. waiting for feedback.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        Under instruction from and on behalf of my client reliance communication having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

                                        1. My client is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

                                        2. My client further states that as per the running account maintained by my client total principal amount of rs. 912 /- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], my client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                                        3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a pre litigation lok-adalat 20 (2) of legal services authorities act, 1987 for final determination on saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal authority of india issued a notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (Lok-adalat notice)

                                        4. You have duly received the lok-adalat notice but you neither appeared for lok-adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

                                        5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

                                        6.In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, my client do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 912/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 29th june, 2016 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 (Contact person : - irfan [protected] e-mail:-cro.
