Main kuch time pahle aapko complain kiya tha aur aapka phone aaya tha. Aapne bataya tha ki customer care me call karke convert karwalo but Mr.vinod ji NE mana kar diya. Ab aap mujhe bataye ki main kya karu main 1 month se pareshaan hu.
Nahi to ab main court me case laga du.Kyunki aap log sirf customer ko pareshaan karna jante hai

    I am a very old customer of Reliance CDMA (Bihar Circle) and my mobile number is [protected]. I had been using the number for years. Now I have shifted permanently to Delhi to stay permanently with my daughter. I got it roaming and was receiving my calls. Of late, have come to know that all CDMA numbers might cease to function anytime and hence I decided to convert it into GSM Reliance for Delhi Circle. I went to the retailed for enquiry and then I send SMS requesting for Unique Port Code so as to facilitate MNP. Yesterday at around 1700 hrs (14 Jun 2016) I had sent the SMS but till now at 1305 hrs today (15 Jun 2016) the Unique Port Code has not yet been delivered. On query from the retailed again, I was given to understand that generally it is delivered instantaneously but it seems there was something wrong in my reliance network. Thus is the complaint. Please help me out by sending Unique Port Code as soon as possible.

    I am a very old customer of the esteemed reliance cdma services (Bihar circle). Yesterday i tried to connect to the telecom provider's customer care executive. After several attempts, i got through. When the customer care executive attended the call, he just kept mum and not opened the conversation which otherwise should have been initiated by him as per tradition, protocol and courtesy. When no voice was coming, i said hello. To this he replied, 13 minutes se gala band ho gaya tha... And words to this effect. Then again there was complete silence. I could not understand as to what was the mess.. Then again i uttered hello, hello few times. With no response and having understood the foul play by the executive, i replied bai goonga hai kya... Then he started saying 'bhonsdi ke' and words to this effect... At this i also lost my cool and started responding with the same language by getting proved with such unparliamentary response from a customer care executive from the esteemed company. Thereafter, i again made a call opting for english language to speak with some matured and gentle executive. I just want to convey the bad experience of a loyal customer at the hands o[censored]nprofessional execs of rcom... The veracity of the facts can be ascertained as all this transpired at around 2200 hrs on 14 jun 16. Hope suitable remedial action may be initiated and action taken may be intimated to me. If the issue is settled, i will certainly be privileged to continue to stay loyal with the services of rcom. Hope the grievances are suitably redressed in time which in turn may avert other innocent and helpless customers of rcom getting such persecution treatment at the hands of such unprofessional perpetrators of customer care executives of the esteemed rcom which certainly the company cannot afford to retain at the larger interest of its credibility.

        This is uday.
        I'm from khammam dist, telangana state.
        I was forced to upgrade for 4g from cdma (Datacard).
        Placed the 4g wi-pod device order online from shop. Rcom.Co.In on june 3 2016. I have already paid amount through credit card payment (Hdfc gateway). Still item not yet dispatched. Status shows "payment accepted, awaiting bank wire payment". There is no response from customer care and old datacard was also not working. Customer care not answering the calls. I can do nothing except to file a police compaint soon for taking money and not delivering the product.

            Hi.

            I have Reliance MDN which I bought in Pune, Maharashtra during my short stay and now I am using it at Ahmedbad which is 660 km away from Pune. Recently with the decision of Reliance to shifting CDMA to 4G they are compelling me to go to Pune to buy the new sim and hence my CDMA service is not working since mid-may.

            I have mailed to them on 12th May 2016 and till date writting them about my problem that just to buy a sim you guys can not ask me to travel. In starting they said that they will dispatch the sim by courier to me but they have not done it yet since more than 3-4 weeks have passed after same communication. I have all the mails and records of my discussion with Reliance team and they are just fooling me and passing me from one point to another without any concrete solution. The worst thing is that they are also billing for the service which I am not getting. I am really pissed off with the way they are treeting their client and I want to complaint about the same.

            Coming to resolution part I dont want to pay for the service which I have not used in last one month and I would like to get 4G sim as well as 4G dongle delivered to my address which is not in the Home State. The reason behind this is that they are closing / migrating their service and hence why should me as a customer suffer for the same. if they cant provide this than better refund me for my Wipod Purchase.

            Nothing has been resolved from my end. As your representative called me and asked me to visit home state that is travel 600+ Km for the sim and I as previously said no for it. Earlier you guys asked my address to send sim by courier but now your representative told me that you don't do it. I have the proof of all the communications so you ask me to contact that representative. Wow you guys are still doing same that passing me from one representative to another without any solution and now you are closing the case without any solution to me.

            Very Bad Service indeed.

              my mobile number is [protected] as a CDMA reliance customer, since 2009 .last 10 days network stopped from company due to upgrade to 4G service.ok very good.also intimate to migrate to GSM .but I was already avail life time scheme, I contact several time to customer care personal that what about my life time scheme?It will be migrate to GSM.but they can not answer and finally stopped network .

              I agree to migrate to GSM with my existing life time scheme 500 min R to R for every month for this scheme I have to paid Rs-4444/-
              or

              refund the amount Rs-4444/-

              or

              life time scheme will be activate to my 2nd GSM number [protected] and CDMA number [protected] will be abolished.


              As per long term commitment is not able stand and not able to provide services than why offer this type of schemes ?. All customer is believe only reliance name. in future we are believable or not.

                This is pavan here we have two postpaid sim and we call to resolve the issue it is not at all connecting to customer care no if i call to 30333333 it says talking for calling reliance customer care thank you and other no if i call customer care executive they give other no which is useless they provide other no [protected] again they are giving some other is this way you treat the customers when they are in urgent need for connection issues and other, please resolve our request asap.

                  I have been getting messages since almost 3 weeks now that my 4g data card shall be sent and that my cdma data card has been deactivated.In the the interim they made me pay for the monthly charge of 1000.

                  I have neither received the new data card nor is my old one active. This is affecting my work considerably.

                  In the interim i get atleast two calls a day from their customer care explaining me of the offer and the card but when i say i have not received it and need to be helped they are clueless.

                  This is another instance of cheating the customers by promising a change and not providing but making them pay the monthly bills irrepective - even when the service is discontinued for more than 3 weeks now.

                  I have been using Reliance walky since last few years now. My instrument was not working since last 15 days so i complained to them today only to find that the CDMA technology has been discontinued 3 months back and that i need to purchase a new instrument. For that i need to go to the reliance outlet.

                  It should be noted that while i keep getting several calls to upgrade and sell their packages on my this number and my alternate mobile number, i never got a single message of call for this change in instrument.

                  It should also be noted that while they knew that the instrument was changing and hence the service will not be available they hAve beeN sending me the monthly bills and charging me for the same.

                  Today when i called the customer care, the lady was extremely rude. Her supervisor gave me the address but refused to give me the numbers of the outlets. Is it possible that they do not have the numbers of their own DSA?

                  I am ready to pay the charges for the new instrument wihc will then be adjusted from my bills but i cannot go searching for their outlets especially when the addresses given seem sketchy and there is no contact numebr as well.

                  THIS IS A COMPANY OF CROOKS AND GOONS WHO ONLY WANT TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS IN PAYING THE MONTHLY BILLS WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE.

                    I have been using reliance (RGiPhone_new_5S_DP) plan for over 2 years now.
                    Initially, I paid an amount of Rs 20, 840/- for 2 years.After that, the same plan was renewed from your side stating that a discount of 50% will be given on the monthly bill of Rs 2, 999/- . If you see my last bill amount between the period[protected] to
                    [protected] a discount Rs 1447 was given. Unfortunately, the same discount is not given on the current bill between the period :[protected] to[protected] and between the billing period[protected] to[protected]. If you look at the current bill between the period 09th May to 08th June, the monthly bill is Rs 1446 against the monthly bill of Rs 3533 apiece during the March-April and April-May.My outgoing and incoming services have been barred since April 30.

I have been associated with your network for more than 25 months now. Is this the reward you give to your loyal customer? Further, you are imposing the late fines and your terms on me. My earlier case id was- ID :[protected].

                    I request you to kindly avail the discount as committed from your side as soon as possible.

                      Sub: complained for charged bill & refund for unused service as well advanced bill amount.


                      As per logged technical tts/requests from jan 07 2016, i was not able to access reliance broadband services. The reason was given to me after 1 month to terminate connection from your company representative that technical issues are not going to solved in to my area chhani (Vadodara, gujarat).


                      Here i would like to pay attention that, i was given an assurance by the representative that in this case i will not be billed/charged for this time period and it will be waived off. But still i have received the bill. Here i want waiver from paying the billed amount from jan 07 2016 to another generated bill. No.[protected]. I also want refund of paid 1month advanced billing at the time of new sales/connection.

                        Website: Delay in receipt of Unique Porting Code

                        My mobile no. Is [protected] (Reliance cdma). I have now moved on posting to delhi. I was still using the cdma number with roaming but since the same will shortly be discontinued, i tried to get it converted to reliance gsm at delhi. So i made a request by sending sms requesting for unique porting code. Since i send the sms at 1700 hrs on 14 jun 16 but till now at 2225 hrs i have not yet received the unique porting code. By when i will receive the code so that i can port my number to delhi area.

                          It is a matter of great shame for a reputed company like yours, having such poor customer care and providing incorrect information and services.

                          Introduction:
                          I booked a Broadband connection in mid April 2016 and was attended by Mr Nauman Ali (Mob No: [protected]). I applied for 799 Broadband Plan. However, Mr Nauman suggested me to take Landline too as I would get Free Unlimited Local Calls. Further, he told me that he would also provide me a Free Landline Phone (Although it is not included with the plan). So I paid him Rs 2100 in total and booked the plan. 2 days later I was informed that, the connection box is far from my home so i need to pay Rs 600 extra for the wire. I paid Rs 600 the very next day and got my connection started next day. However, i never got the Free Landline phone, even after 4-5 calls to Mr Nauman. Finally I purchased a Landline phone and connected it.

                          The Issue:
                          On 11th May 2016, I received my first Bill of Rs 1178.57 (Attached with the email) and was shocked to see that the Bill shows i am using 2 Landlines! My calls have been charged at Re 1 per min. However, I am only using[protected]. I don't have any information about[protected]. So, I called up Mr Nauman, he told me that "I am not responsible for Problems, I only provide connection". Next, I called up your Customer care[protected], they told that they can only disconnect my Landline, and they will send some person to investigate the issue. So, I decided not to pay any of your bills and wait for your action. Today (04 June 2016), My connection has been Terminated by you. On contacting your customer care they have filed complaint no[protected] to terminate my Landline. However, they have asked me to write the issue to you to get my Bills corrected.

                          After several call exchanges from your company on 11 June 2016 i got a call from [protected], Reliance Office Lucknow, stating that I should pay Rs 750 and the rest amount will be waived off as I was given wrong services! Further my connection will resume as soon as I pay the bill.
                          Same day only, I paid Rs 750 online via Receipt No: AMIP[protected]image attached). However even now my connection has not resumed.
                          I called up your customer care they told me that, there is no information regarding waiver amount, further my services will begin only after full payment ie Rs[protected]. What the hell is this? Why will i pay this, when I did'nt used your service. Disconnection request for the Additional Landline is already given via no:[protected].

                          IMPORTANT UPDATE:
                          Your concerned person NAUMAN ALI, wants me to sort the issue by paying Rs 230 and he will pay Rs 200 on his own, as said in his phone call today. He wants to hide his mistake that he gave me wrong Telephone Connection.

                          CONCLUSION:
                          It has been a long time since your customercare team is harrasing me.
                          I have already filed an Case ID :[protected] Against your Company in Consumer Forum. Further, I shall also file an FIR with all valid Recorded Phone Calls and Bills/Emails. Further, I will share the issue over Facebook and Twitter to present the poor/corrupt services of your company. Kindly, resume my services within 24 hours, and request you to install Landline No[protected] which was included for free in my plan.

                          ​After several complaints and conversations with your customer care team my services were resumed on 15th June 2016. Also, the incorrect landline[protected] that was installed has also been disconnected.
                          Now, my internet is not working since Morning of 16th June 2016. I talked with your customer care two times, one of them said that your services are suspended due to non payment. Finally, i called next time, another customer executive checked and said your services are active from our end and noted the complaint for the issue as ID : [protected]. Further my Landline number[protected] is not installed yet. ID: [protected]
                          install it at earliest. There is a serious concern about your customer care service, in case your company is not able to provide quality and on time services they should close their business! I don't know how your company runs on people like Mr Nauman Ali (Mob No: [protected]), who is the man behind the whole problem being faced by me. Kindly take necessary action on this person else I will also file an FIR on this person.

                            This is the totally fake prepaid mobile service.
                            not only their services infact customer care executive are also very bad. after waiting for more then 20 min the call being connected but they will not let you explain your problem and after 2 min continuously asking nonsense question they have disconnected my call and now when i tried to call him again then call is not connecting.
                            they are providing the fake offer on *129# but when you recharge then you will get nothing . i am going to convert my no into Other Services because i cant be continued with reliance any more .

                            if possible and they want to solve it then provide my offer and take some step against these type of executive who dont know how to solve the customer problem regarding their poor services.

                            This link is not working but you can get the pic inclosed with this complain and get that problem that i have faced...
                            *129# i have checked that offer available on my no that is on recharge of 60 rupees i will get 70 but after recharge i have get only 48...
                            This is happend with me a lots of time .

                              Since 14 june 2016 my number is not working .I register compalint via various method like consumer complaint, facebook, custmor care but my problem not solve.at last i request you to kindly terminate my number or provide me port code so i port out from reliance and also forget the bill amount because my number not in use from 01st june & you create the bill, how it is possible that number not in use and bill generate regurlarly .

                                I am a customer of reliance cdma from last eight year with mobile number-[protected]. I have converted my number in 4g network in this month by your regular message. After conversion my number is unable to connect with number other than reliance. You have given us 10gb 4g data in place of our handset but your 4g as well as 2g is not working. I am facing great difficulty.

                                  This issue raised due to I had raised complaint on this portal but getting fake resolution which is mention below.

                                  It means Reliance had resolve issue on portal only not actually.

                                  So I had again raised the same complaint on Consumer Compalint Portal.


                                  This issue raised on you due to not received the correct assistance from reliance. ([protected]@relianceada.com and netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com)

                                  I had try to raised this issue to dongle customer care[protected].

                                  And also try to take help from the support contact available on web site ([protected]/8/9, [protected], [protected], [protected]).

                                  I am an existing reliance data connect user from last 1 and half year. Now i got message from reliance this CDMA service will stop shortly, please purchase 4g sim and register it on website. So i had purchase new 4g sim card and try to register sim, i was able to successful update new sim card because getting confirmation sms also, but not getting any 4g dongle option which need to buy at rs 899.

                                  I had try to register new sim on site, 10 to 15 times, and successfully received OTP code.submitted form also.

                                  Every time i have received SMS from Reliance we have reserved you 4G dongle at 899 Rs, but still not received this dongle and no one had ready to assist me how to purchase dongle?

                                  I had try to raised this issue at customer care and store but no one had given me a right response,

                                    I had ported my number [protected] frm cdma to gsm.In april around.
                                    It got ported n worked for 4to 5 days since than it s showing contact the nearest gallery. Outgoing as well as incoming calls hav been barred. N the operator say cont gallery.In spite of calling customer care n complaining ther are going the gallery.
                                    I hav visited masjid bunder gallery at mumbai numerous time s and they seem to b helpless.
                                    As this is my business number am suffering a huge loss as all. My clients are unable to get in touch with me

                                      Sir, I am an existing user of reliance CDMA & due to poor customer services I want to switch to other network. For this(NMNP) I sent message to 1900. But I have not received code required for it. Customer care says that there is no timeline for this. Again an example of pathetic customer dealing.
                                      Pls send the code at the earliest so that I can switch to other network.

                                        I upgrade cdma data card to 4g last month.

                                        As per telephonic discussion with customer care executive cdma service will be closed on 31st of may

                                        And you get benefit of 4g speed for internet access.

                                        But till date my 4g connection is not started and customer care executive will not getting the call if pick call not giving proper date of starting of 4g service.

                                        Please start my evdo cdma service till you not started 4g service.

                                        I mailed this things at [protected]@relianceada.com

                                        But they also not reply properly and not give any reply so far.
