I have a Reliance number [protected]. On 19 June 2016 it had 385 Rs balance and 10 GB 2g data. On 20 June in the morning I found my main balance ZERO and data balance ZERO. I checked the statistics of my internet usage, it was only 2 GB. I emailed the customer care but got no reply from their side. I called the customer care and he told that I have used all the data. I asked him to transfer the call to a senior executive. After waiting for 47 minutes the call was finally transferred to someone. I asked him about the deduction. He said he doesn't know and asked me to call after 2 hours. I asked for the refrence id but he refused to give it. He said I can do whatever I want.
I request a refund of my data as well as main account balance.

    Dear sir,

    I have bought new reliance wireless internet connection ([protected]) just 2 months before. As per the reliance website this plan is truly unlimited having speed of 14.7 mbps. Currently I am getting speed near about 0.2 mbps, which may can go max to 0.5 mbps.

    When I called reliance customer care for same, they informed that reliance has moved to 4G and you need to buy another device worth Rs. of 800/- to 2600/- to have higher speed. At the time of inquiring, installation or buying this device no one gave me any idea about such hidden charges. I asked customer care to log my complaint & I do not want to go for 4G. I also added that why they have not kept backward compatibility?

    There are couple of questions that reliance failed to answer me
    1) Why they have not kept backward compatibility ?
    2) Why anyone has not informed me that the device which I am going to buy will be worthless after 2 months?
    3) Why should I invest more money to buy infrastructure ?

    Let me explain the fact of number 3rd, suppose their are 10 lakhs reliance customers all over india & each of them need to buy new device worth of 1000/-(for example it may vary 800 to 2600 as mentioned above) total revenue that reliance communication will get is One thousand million rupees, without doing anything.

      I am unable to call from my reliance cdma number (Rajasthan circle) in mumbai and also in pune.

      Last week, i was in agra and there no reliance network was there.

      I am a post paid customers of reliance paying more that ₹1600 per month.

        From last one month we are suffering from the internet speed of reliance and getting 2g cdma speed and still we receiving the invoice from reliance of 3g cdma service its really very shameful company.

        Please request the top management of company to reduce the last month bill as per your service given from past 1 month.

        No one have update from when the services start and device of 4g has sold to us at 899 by false information of customer care and sale people that 4g will start with 10 working days., but from past one month no one in company ready to tell about 4g startup.

        Company need to see the service before sending any month invoice to customer, money is not hanging on tree of small people like us.

        Please kindly correct the bill with 2g monthly plan, otherwise i am not going to pay the current month invoice to reliance.

            My plan was jalsa397 and suddenly it was change to 794. I have tried menty times to get proper resolution from customer care but till date no resolution. Also tried to change the billing plan but still it is same.

            Customer and local store executing not giving me proper responce. Since may i have visited 30-40 times at near local reliance store regarding the issue and till date no resolution.

              Main bahut preshan hu mera internet jo ki reliance ka h m bill her mahine time deposit karta hu. Or mera connection mhine me 20 din kharab rahta h. Complaint karne per jawab milta hai. Ho gayega ham kuch nahi kr sakte aage se problem ha. Or abhadra vyavhar karte han,, pleasse help m online job karta hu usi se kamakar khata hu please meri help kijiye..

                For that you have to pay 899 - 1599 rupees we cant do anything for this.
                There are not interested to talk. And disconnected the call.

                Why i have to pay that much.

                  Worst service provider. When i call to the customer care they talk very nicely but did not act on the issue. No one takes the responsibility. Every time when i call cc for knowing the progress of last query, they say that it was closed and file a new query again. Seriously it very irritating, calling again and again. From the last 10 days internet is not working and no one is calling back. Even for termination they are doing the same thing. They kept the call on hold for 15 mins. I am fed up with this.

                      Sir, i have received the call from the chandigarh customer care office, the concerned person only listening my complaint. Everytime no result has been decided / taken by the company.

                      My lawyer informed that one more opportunity given to the company to solve the problem. If the company fails this time i will suit the file against the company. I want result, decision in the long pending complaints.

                        I have lodged 5 complaints since 28 may 2016 including last one to appellate authority on 17/06/16 which was attended by Smita.Though she said technicians will visit, no body turned up.In the meanwhile, as usual, internet started for sometime on Sunday and went off at 8am on Monday morning. If there is a connectivity issue which may take some time why are we not informed accordingly?Now anyone up there in the cadre be sensitive enough to resolve the issue?

                          Hi Sir/Mam,
                          I am a customer of reliance, on 15th june i checked for best offer by dialing the ussd no *129#, where i got a offer of 110, in which i was supposed to get 125 rupee balance.i recharged with 110 on same day, but i did got around 93 rupee only.i called on customer care where a complaint was raised from CSA about the issue and i was told to wait for 4 days.now it is around 6 days and still i did not got the issue resolved.I again contacted to CSA and they are always telling me there is a technical problem is going on and we can not resolve the issue right away.I have all the recordings of the calls.Please look through the issue.

                            As per instruction given by reliance, i have been done inp for migration to 4g for my postpad cdma no. And prepaid no. Than company assured me that when your cdma sim will block than your new 4g sim activated but after mid night of 16th june 16 cdma sim show sim card registration failed and but my new 4g sim not working and all my reliance no still closed.

                                  I upgraded my no. From CDMA to 4g GSM. From that day onwards neither 4g working nor free calling working. I was told free calling n 4g data would be available on my phone as it get upgraded. But the issue remains the same. I tried to contact customer care 198 but it too is not getting connected. They say plz call later, I am finding the service provided by u worst, in the whole telecom sector.

                                    Hi sir,
                                    I got some unknown charges on my bill and i'm not aware about this i called the customer care of reliance and they treated very badly no courtesy no concern and when i called the number i'm in queue for more than 1hr.
                                    When i spoke to reliance customer care agent and asked for manager he said nobody available and asked for a callback from manage the agent denied and hungup. Then a dropped a email got reply but every time i got different answer someone told the charges are applicable and cannot refund some one told will waive the rs. 208.00 and i can pay the remaining but confirmation was sent by reliance
                                    I really had bad experience and pathetic service i paid the bill because i want my number to be active but i'm going to move the service provider very soon

                                      This is to convey you that after the mail and lodging of complaint on 19th of june, necessary action has been taken.
                                      I got back the unjustified deducted amount back on 20 th of jun 2016.
                                      But suddenly on 3.40 p. M, 20 th jun again a value added service named ' behtarzindagi" got activated automatically and rs.30.00 got deducted.
                                      So the same problem persists, i want my money back and complete blacklisting of my number from any value added service

                                        Reliance netconnect customer care is worst, not taking request for disconnecting services.
                                        I have requested for disconnecting the reliance data card connection but customer care is telling to call back and also charging for 7 extra days and telling that it will take 15 days for disconnection. It is the worst ever experience with reliance. I have been facing issues with reliance data card connectivity. It is not connecting often and slow speed.
                                        Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
