This is to inform you that I'm one of your existing customers want to port out my network with another network. I have messaged to 1900 but couldn't get the code so I called to reliance customer care to get a MNP CODE. I have called so many times and every time they gave me a wrong MNP CODE, which is rejected by other network company thrice. So this is my request to you to give me exact code this time so i will able to port out my network.

    I am swaroop, have wifi (3g) pod, just took 6 months back.

    Yesterday reliance guy calls me and told that they are upgrading from 3g to 4g and asked me upgrade from 3g to 4g as the service of 3g will be discontinued in couple of days time. The company suddenly changing from 3g to 4g and forcfully asking to upgrade with the extra amount for the device in need to spend from my pocket.

    My question was why i have to pay extra for 4g dongle? My 3g dongle is brand new (Bought six months back) and i dont want to spend any extra cost for the dongle.

    How can you possible discontinue with 3g which i am using it from past 6 months and without any written notice or message, some guys call yesterday and commands me to go 4g?

      Hi,

      This is prashanth and my netconnect number is [protected] (Relationship number:[protected]. I have been using this dongle for the past few months. I have recharged it on 15th april 2016 with an amount of rs. 2999/- (Receipt no: amir[protected]. But suddenly now reliance want to upgrade to 4g, because of that they have stopped all cdma services from 23rd of may 2016. I am being forced to upgrade to 4g and they are asking me to shell out rs. 2699/- in order to get 4g enabled dongle.

      There are 3 questions which i would like to get clarification:
      1. Why should i pay rs. 2699/- to upgrade to 4g? I already have a dongle and i don't want to upgrade. If you want me to upgrade you should provide me the dongle free of cost or at least at considerable discount not at some random high price.
      2. Why was it not informed in advance that there will be an upgrade to 4g and all our devices need to be bought again a few months back. Isn't this cheating?
      3. For the past 1 month, my dongle is not working and there is no response from your end, even after recharging on time and paying the money, don't you think you are supposed to provide the services no matter what. Do you take your customers for granted?

      Please answer these questions and resolve the issues persisting at the earliest otherwise you can expect a backlash from the customers you are company will be doomed forever.

        My Relaincnce internet on mobile is not working. My internet is not starting. I have done the said settings by one of your assistant. They said me to change the settings in sim toolkit. I went in roaming and made the national mode ON. But, still i dnt find anything change because my internet did not start yet. I will wait for your reply. Please help fast.

          I am using reliance cdma dongle ([protected]) from 2011, @ jamnagar gujarat. From last 10-15 days, internet speed has been reduced drastically. I had recharged it for 3g pack with six month validity, but currently i am getting speed of 1x, only instead of hsd.

          When i contacted customer care regarding this issue, he informed me that server up-gradation to 4g is under progress, that's the reason of slow speed of internet. But he also told me that my current dongle will become useless after 4g up-gradation, and i have to compulsory buy new 4g enabled dongle (Worth 1900) if i want to use reliance internet services.

          When i asked him to register my complaint, he was reluctant to it, i even asked him to connect my call to next senior person, again he was reluctant. He told me that i will receive a call from reliance regarding this issue within 24 hrs. But no one called. (Same case happened 2 times, within 10 day's). They were not even telling when the normal service will resume. They were just saying upgrade it of you will not get any service.

          In this case i don't want to purchase a new dongle and want my current dongle to be functional as it was before. I still have validity itss aug-16, & 26.9 gb data in my current dongle. It will be a total waste if reliance will stop its services. When i recharged it, i paid for 6 months for hsd speed, but now within 3 months i am getting 1x speed and customer care telling me that 26.9 gb data will be waste & dongle too.

          This is not as per service promised by company at time of recharge. Clarify the issue.

          Either provide me service for which i had paid, or refund me money. Have mailed this concern several time to their official mail id, but they are not replying.

            I am using reliance broadband service and my id is[protected]. I want to complaint against reliance broadband communications as they are not doing anything to solve the problem.

            The reliance data box (From which the lan wire comes to my pc) is using electricity from a house. The owner of the house turns off the electricity daily from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 a. M.

            I had registered plenty of complaints also in reliance customer care but the issue is not solved yet. Following are my complaints number:

            Moreover, the complaints closed automatically without solving the problem. No technician visit. No call back to verify that the issue is solved or not. Most irresponsible management and services.

            Height of tolerance. Either change the electric source of data box or i demand rs25000/- from reliance broadband communications as a penalty as they are not listening to the customers.

              I am Manager in SBI. I purchased phone connection for lifetime. No is[protected]. Now i was told that this handset has to be changed and asked for payment of Rs.2200.00. As I have taken the connection for lifetime and I have paid for it then why again you are penalise me. If you need to change handset you have to provide me free of cost as it is your requirement. My phone connection is discontinued. Pl start the connection without delay.

                I have been a long term reliance prepaid customer using gsm and enjoyed your services without interruption until recently. However, i am right now going through a lot of frustration due to disconnection in my phone services for couple of days. Five to six days back i received a call from one of your employee from customer service asking me to submit my id proof and a photo at nearest reliance store for re-verification. I told her that i am out of town and will be back in couple of days, hence its not possible to submit the documents until i return. She agreed and while i am still out of town my services were disconnected all of a sudden. This is not what i was expecting. I talked to your customer service and they sounded least bothered about my issue and failed to provide me proper reason for disconnection of my cell phone services on my mobile phone and kept telling me to submit my id proof documents at reliance store nearby. I wanted to know the reason for disconnection but in vain. I am a coporate employee and also have my family's real estate business which i take care after my father's demise and i cannot expect disruptions in my phone service ever since [protected] is my primary number. Besides that i have two secondary numbers that my family uses and have reliance prepaid service and are working fine. Some of my important clients contact me on my primary number only and i cannot afford the services to be disconnected on it even for a day. Two days back i returned home and submitted my id proof and a photograph at a reliance communications store and am yet to get my services back on my primary number. My primary number is registered everywhere and i unable to receive any notifications/sms from anybody whatsoever. At this point, i have lost my patience as no one seemed to be bothered about my issue and the least i was expecting was a courtesy call from your customer service and eagerness to resolve my issue at the earliest possible. I even sent an email to their nodal officer with a copy attached to appellate authority on 13/06/2016 and its been 3 days now and yet there is no reply from anyone with an etr. I'm honored to have a great service from a service provider that doesn't even care to reply back to their aggrieved customers.

                  I have a "cdma wll" wireless landline handset of reliance, wherein reliance has launched a scheme saying if we rs. 3000/- it will give us "zero rental" plan - which was named as "whole life plan",
                  So i have paid rs. 3000.00 and opted for that "zero plan", in this plan i have paid handset charges of rs. 4500.00 and rs. 3000.00 as "one time charges" to opt the "zero rental" plan,
                  Today "reliance has"cheated"me by totally disconnecting the service because he sold the company to his elder brother mukesh ambani now when mukesh ambani can convert all the cdma to gsm 4g why not the cdma landline to its existing landline of its company with the same option of zero rental and same number, here i say am ready to pay the call charges as i was paying earlier, now just i need to install the new handset, am ready to support reliance brothers but in return i want my connections back,
                  As i respect them because they are the one who have stopped charging incoming free in the market when airtel and tata were looting the public,
                  'anyways i will continue to support reliance" for my life time and passon the same message to my children to support reliance"but in return i request them to support us back by proving the same number with same zero rental scheme, am ready to pay the wire line landline handset cost of broad band which will cost around rs. 700.00 plus,
                  This much support i can extend but in return they should provide me what they have promised"whole life sero rental plan" with same numbers that's it

                    I have received final bill of rs.1453 on 13-06-16.
                    It should have to be almost null, because total internet usage (By days) from 11-03-16 to 11-05-16 are already paid by my side including late payment charges.

                    I have also cross checked my usage & payment data with head office, bhopal. Which i found is 99% accurate.
                    So, kindly verify the usage once again from 11-03-16 to 11-05-16.

                      I have post paid data connection for reliance data card.
                      I am doing some work on internet & also share trading which i have to do from cybercafe now as from 22nd May reliance has discontinued all the 2G services.
                      I have registered for upgrade but not received any new dongle.
                      I have tried calling customer care n number of times, but not getting through holding the call for several minutes.
                      I have mailed on several email ids [protected]@relianceada.com; netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com; datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com; Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com; Today added one more email id Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com.
                      Seems like there is no literate person out there, as after 4 mails no reply.

                      To add to this i have received bill for the entire month though service provided has not provided services for 15 days. I am paying bill only for 15 days today.
                      To summarize the complain:-
                      no reply from customer care emails
                      no call getting connected with customer care
                      billed for no usage
                      upgrade not done

                      I just want to discontinue my services with such a horrible service provider named Reliance Communications. Please provide your assistance.

                          On[protected] btwn 9PM to 11PM i had a conversation with one of reliance executive in regard with reliance cdma network.i cant explain the type of conversation i have with that executive.the executive i talk is conformed a man but he is totally behaving like and also talk like a woman.there is some absusing language used in that conversation. and i also have a recording of that conversation. if you are not able to solve my problem then i will go to some other department in the regard of this issue. the contact no. from which i call is [protected]. its a request just for one time listen our conversation.plz call on my registered mobile no. that i have submitted with you while sign up the account.

                            I have registered a telephonic complaint to reliance customer care on 11/05/2016 bearing complaint no.[protected] regarding stoppage of service. It was assured that the problem will be resolved in next 24 hrs. but, till date the problem has not been resolved and no communication regarding the same from Reliance Communication is done yet, even after complaining for several times regarding same issue. The problem has not occured for the first time and is been recurring every month or so. Moreover, every time the area is affected by lightning the connection stops and when enquired about this problem they communicate that the server has been broken down or is disfunctioning due to lightning and the problem persists as long as 15-20 days. This conversation surely implies that the products or materials used by the company to serve the customers are of degrading quality. Staff of customer care is arrogant to talk to and do not reply satisfactorily regarding the issues. I request that this complaint may be addressed seriously and strict actions are to be taken on the company.

                              Most respectfully and sincerely i Amit Kumar, a customer of Reliance Communication having prepaid mobile number:+91-[protected] wants to state that on[protected] at around 2 a.m. i was browsing the internet but suddenly a page opened and a service namely SHOTFORMODLSUB30 sevice activated for 15 days, for which i havenot subscribed for(At around 2:17 a.m.). I tried to call to 198 at the same time but i cannot communicate to the reliance customer care and after that several times i tried to contact with customer care (198) but it became fruitless.i also sent the sms given for unsubscription which worked out, but my amount deducted must be refunded to me as i havenot subscribed for.
                              This problem has happened to me several times but i want a clear response from them.I want my balance to be refunded back.
                              Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                Since i am using Reliance gsm sim from past 5 + years as customer post paid i am using it from past 3+ years but customer customer interaction was very poor, i was there with the plan :RGMNPCW199 and moved to RGSpeacialKT_249 in this plan they said 1000 mins std and local calls and 300 std and local sms and 1GB 2G data, still 1GB 2G data is not credited and every time if call them that plan is not there like that one person says but some one says it is there it will activate soon it was set as default i corrected it like that .

                                One more issue they are not saying how to know the data balance through mobile( a lady said try with *222*1*1# but its not working any more i tried all the ways).
                                I have voice record proofs with me while they are explaining about the post paid plans .
                                I am expecting clear justice from the Reliance India mobile

                                  A mobile number [protected], GSM prepapid connection, Hyderabad, has been in use since 2011. Later on the outgoing facility for calls and sms where suddenly stopped. After many futile attempts to talk to the customer care personnel. I am uploading my complaint here. I had also mailed to the customer service. Its really stressful and disheartening at this kind of service.

                                    I was forced to upgrade for 4g from cdma (Datacard).
                                    Placed the 4g wi-pod device order online from shop. Rcom.Co.In on june 4 2016. I have already paid amount through credit card payment (Hdfc gateway). Still item not yet dispatched. Status shows "payment accepted". There is no response from customer care and old datacard was also not working. Customer care not answering the calls

                                      Dear Sir / madam,

                                      I am Jayant Das used a reliance data card#[protected] till Nov 2015.
                                      The bill amount of Oct 2015 was extremely high, I spoke to the customer care and suggested her to close the connection and am ready to pay the full and final amount.
                                      She shared me the final amount I need to pay for closing the connection.
                                      I paid the entire balance in Nov 2015 and she said in the call that my connection will be closed.
                                      I surprised to see they started generating bill again after 3 months.
                                      When contacted Reliance said, they put my number on hold and after 3 months they resumed and it was my direction.
                                      However, There they unable to provide any proof of my consent to put the number on hold.
                                      last month they wrote to me that they are investigating the issue and all of a sudden the recovery agents are calling me and threatened me to pay the bill immediately.
                                      I am getting mentally tortured.
