I am using reliance cdma dongle ([protected]) from 2011, @ jamnagar gujarat. From last 10-15 days, internet speed has been reduced drastically. I had recharged it for 3g pack with six month validity, but currently i am getting speed of 1x, only instead of hsd.
When i contacted customer care regarding this issue, he informed me that server up-gradation to 4g is under progress, that's the reason of slow speed of internet. But he also told me that my current dongle will become useless after 4g up-gradation, and i have to compulsory buy new 4g enabled dongle (Worth 1900) if i want to use reliance internet services.
When i asked him to register my complaint, he was reluctant to it, i even asked him to connect my call to next senior person, again he was reluctant. He told me that i will receive a call from reliance regarding this issue within 24 hrs. But no one called. (Same case happened 2 times, within 10 day's). They were not even telling when the normal service will resume. They were just saying upgrade it of you will not get any service.
In this case i don't want to purchase a new dongle and want my current dongle to be functional as it was before. I still have validity itss aug-16, & 26.9 gb data in my current dongle. It will be a total waste if reliance will stop its services. When i recharged it, i paid for 6 months for hsd speed, but now within 3 months i am getting 1x speed and customer care telling me that 26.9 gb data will be waste & dongle too.
This is not as per service promised by company at time of recharge. Clarify the issue.
Either provide me service for which i had paid, or refund me money. Have mailed this concern several time to their official mail id, but they are not replying.
Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
