Dear Sir,
I ordered a new reliance wipod 4g on 2nd june from rcom shop website. The website showed that the product will be dispatched in 9-10 working days, but even after 24 days it is not dispatched.I am without internet from last 1 month as my reliance netconnect+ is not able to connect to the internet.I tried to inform them through their email, but not even once i got the response.

Please, if you value your customer then inform me when the product will be dispatched.

    On my cell phone number [protected] the company deduct about 30 Rs /- main balance from my account, There is no reason for this deduction.But when i called to customer care they told me that there is a value added service activated on your number and it's the renewal charge for that.But i didn't activate or request any value added services from company.

    I need my 30 Rs/- balance back...

      And ur tilak nagar branch Indore m.p. - reliance store has very misbehaviour workers and always avoids any work without any reason such if we want any information they don't reply and say to come later
      And there contact no is always busy it means switch off
      Can't talk, never
      Before 8 o'clock we went on 7 pm then they also say come tomorrow

      Many costomers Are misbehaved by them .
      Many times for a little work have to go many times
      Many customer are not satisfied every day

          Dear Sir/Ma’am,
          On the month of April ’16 Reliance Communication announced 4G service.
          Subsequent to that connection in my 3G dongle service got disrupted.

          When I called customer care regarding this, they had informed I had to buy a new device worth INR 2500/- to continue my internet services.
          They also informed, to procure this device I have to go to the store physically.
          Additionally they also did not assured the 4G service at Rohtak location even after procurement of this 4G device.

          Not being convinced & not being able to get the service, I wrote a letter to Rcom for termination of my services.
          Rcom acknowledged the mail, confirming there are no dues and agreed to terminate my connection.
          [mail attached]

          Soon after I have been sent a mail for the month of May ’16.
          The charges was for the full month & it was the month in which no service was provided.

          I refused to pay the bill. On the next month, I was sent another bill with additional charge of INR 74/-, for the month of June ’16.

          On 23rd June 16 I have been sent a SMS, threatening me of legal action for not paying the bill.

          To summarize :
          1. Rcom has asked me the bill for the complete month of May ’16, in which they did not provide service & I have asked to terminate the connection
          2. Rcom has asked for the bill for month June ’16, in which for the entire month, device was inactive
          3. Rcom has threatened me for not paying the bill of the services, which they have not provided !!!


          I request immediate action for the same & written apology latter from RCom for the above stated incident.
          Request you to raise a formal complaint for the same.

          Formal mail also been sent to RCom, which resulted no response from them.

            Hello
            My name is Anil kumar Sahu and i was a reliance cdma mobile no [protected] and due to Network problem in Odisha. I was opted to port my number to Reliance Gsm on 9th may 2016 with Upc code RO943565 and after some days my mnp request was proceesed and my reliance cdma network was disconnected and number was added to the Reliance Gsm network on predefined date and time. I have been given by a new Reliance Gsm sim which sim no is[protected] and the concerned retailer told me that when your Reliance cdma no stopped working then kindly insert your reliance gsm sim into the mobile and dial 59059 to verifay your details in order to activate the no and for further use. When my Cdma no stopped working, at that time i was out of town due to emergency issue and that time reliance gsm sim not had not with me and i was unable to activate and use. When i returned to my Home after some days(after 1 month) and insert that Reliance gsm sim to activate my number, there was no network appering in that sim card and showing invalid sim. When i approched the concerned retailer and told them about the issue. He told me that as i have not activated the new sim within the specified time period, the no has been deactivated and sim is invalid. Then after i rushed to the nearest Reliance outlet and told them the issue i am faceing but the excutive was also unable to help me inthis matter. Now i am unable to use this number and facing many losses as i have no number. I urgently needed it now. Therefore i request to the concerned authority kindly help me in this matter and reaolve my issues asap. Thanking you.

              I was reliance cdma customer, forcefully migrated to 4g which is under launched. as soon as migrated to gsm i m facing poor network coverage at my office location, rani sati marg malad east mumbai & mira road kashigaon area. Then I made mind to change service provider, after sending 20-25 messeges for porting, not got a upc code for porting. after complaining at call centre, represetatives told your problem resolved in 2 day. now after one month not got upc.

              I have sent correct message (port (mob no) to 1900)

                  I am PRAVEEN from Chennai, I had bought reliance wi-pod wifi dongle 2 months before. But till now it is not working properly, many times I had called customer care but no proper response. They told me that one person will contact and solve the issue.                     I got internet broadband connection (id[protected] since two months and now it is not working since 7 days. Have complaint through phone and every time the person gives a complaint id and says will resolve in 24 hrs. but there is no proper action. I have been given complaint id number[protected] and later[protected] and later again new number[protected]
                    Always being said that the person will visit shortly to see the problem and will be resolved within 24 hours but nobody visits and takes any action.

                    The problem has been resolved today 29th june. Hope this customer service will continue by reliance. The connection worked for less than a day and again shut down. It not working since last week. The service is too poor. How many times I have to launch a complaint and wait again for start the service. Every time there is a problem of connectivity, there is no signal. New Complaint id 247555243 If this time it doesn't work properly for whole month, I am going to cancel this subscription. Please repair this immediately.

                      Reliance has stopped CDMA service so I need to change the network.

                      I requested a UPC code for my prepaid number [protected] on 21 june, i got a delivery message from 1900 on 22 june. I resend Port to 1900 again on 24/6/16, again got delivery message.
                      But i am yet to receive my UPC code.

                      I emailed reliance customer care, no response from them.

                        There is no connectivity at Chanchalguda New Road, pin code 500024. I am planning to deactivate Reliance number due its poor connectivity. Network fluctuates and no network for days, we live is urban city and not sure what is the condition in rural area. Need improvement from Reliance telecom.

                        I have already tried different mobile phones but the result is no different

                            I am writing to express my frustration over Reliance Broadband Internet connection, i am on 4mbps -INR 1299 plan, but the speed i am getting is only .88 mbps, i have lodged several complaints to the Customer Care, but i sense they are not serious about my complaints, everytime i call Customer Care they say that they are taking my complaint, but nobody is resolving the problem. I have spent so much money on this worthless internet connection, but the service is too bad to say the least. Please be careful when choosing Reliance Broadband, there are good internet service providers available in the market, pleae choose wisely!

                              My name is baby, i had taken a reliance broadband connection with reliance wipod, during the time of installation they promised me a speed of at least 2 mbps because the device can handle a speed of 14.7 mbps but i am getting only speed from 20 kbps to 34 kbps . 34 kbps is the maximum speed when i kept it in pro 3 mode even after the next day of billing date, and i am in 550 plan, when i search in internet regarding this complaint i had seen a lot of complaints like this regaring reliance. Either you correct it or i will be disconnecting your service if you hadnt taken any action against this

                                I had requested for the datacard cancellation on 7-november-2016 and had paid an additional amount of rs. 150 towards the same. However, after 2 months of not getting the bills, i have started receiving the bills again from march 2016.

                                I have availed r2r 500 min free per month after paying 4444/- for my reliance cdma no [protected] which was supposed to be valid till 2022 but all of a sudden the company have stopped giving 500 r2r free minutes and breached the terms of service and inspite of repeated reminders to their customer care and even appellate authority of reliance no responses other than standard answer that it is as per company policy and within its rights.
                                This is nothing but whilte collar cheating and fraud with lakhs of consumers like myself
                                Already rcom in the name o[censored]pgarding to 4g have made our cdma handset redundant and we have lost our price paid fro handset

                                    Hi,

                                    I've purchased Reliance WiPod Max data card on 24th May and signed on the application for the plan 999-40GB. It's a corporate plan offered by sales person within my company. However, when it was activated from backend, it was updated to 12GB Day + 12GB Night = 24GB for the same of Rs. 999/- for which I've not signed and accepted it at all.

                                    I realised this when I called up customer care and they said there was no solution change it to 40GB plan as it was not available in the system.

                                    This is very much cheating & fraud to the customers who trust Reliance. How could they change it to different plan without my knowledge and acceptance. This is clearly illegal and not accepted at all.

                                    I request to refund my amount paid to data card Rs. 1200/- and compensate the bill charges or Upgrade it to 40GB only.

                                    The complaint was not yet resolved. It's still in open only.
                                    Please check with corporate agency team what plan was offered and why someother plan was updated in the system.

                                      i was called customer care number on mentioned website, but both are switchoff and not reachable,
