I m residing in meerut rural it's nearer to pincode 250406 area. I m facing no network since last 48 hrs .since tat no communication frm company has been made for wt reason this network service not available.while other networks are available normally without any limitations. While tower or reliance is not so far which can b a coz service interruption.

    My reliance cdma number activated on 8/march/2016.

    Reliance stopped service of cdma from 22 may so i can't able to port out before 90days of mnp as per tria reliance says me that i[censored] want to continue number do 4g upgrade after this u can port out no any 90days lock. But now they doesn't give me upc code (C no[protected] not solved after given time same thing repeat wait for 2 more days now 10 days goes and at least last month bill i have paid without any use. So i want refund for full bill of 26 for days out of service and upc code fastly i[censored] do late u have to give refund as per day charges.

    What the hell nodal officer also don't give right answer. What can we aspect from company. Give. Bill refund and upc code

    I am ready to file case for mentally harassment against reliance so take it seriously

    Reliance intentionally doesn't giving upc code to many coustmer and charged a bill

    What the hell. Bill matter u have all answer but our complaint no answer

    It's a postpaid card and u charge me for your technical prob. It's like cheat and still you don't stop u think people are fool and u r making them fool but every coustmer is not fool u try to make fool me but I will not stop fight till u say me that plz left us sir

    Just they call me and do time pass no solution

    Says me for wait more 4 days already having issues since last month

    What a surprise they ask me for prob that what prob I have instead of they have to give me solution

    No answer about refund of bill or UPC code
    I already give 4 days after complaint done now more 4 days no way. I need even a hour time bill refund not anything
    Still no any solution and got a bill of 700Rs for last month and in last month not able to use service then why bill given

    CC says they will not give any refund

    It's like drink Tea on Street. And pay bill of Hotel Taj

    Zero start facility and pay bill for 7star

    And rude answer then no any refund will be give whatever u can do do

      Reliance wipod - Reliance communications - Worst service when compared to all the other competitors. These people keep executives in shop who don't even know basic details. All they respond is "what can i do", "how come we know". If these people claiming as customer service executive are not even aware of basic details, then why are they given those positions. Its just frustrating to even to go to Reliance mobile stores and these executives are so harsh that they dont even listen what we are asking. Just worst. Experienced same reaction from Anna Nagar as well Paper mills Road Reliance mobile store. They were shouting at us like anything asking us to get out. Worst service.
      I ended up paying 5 months bill without using it and there was no signal. Went for cancellation paid for Rs.1500 and again this month paid 1200 for cancellation.

      All these on top of worst customer service

        My resident is surya complex, belanganj, tikonia agra near bhagat halwai.
        Ir i wish to inform you that whenever i have change my cdma no. To 4g, there is much communication problem due to tower not connected properly. Because my resident is on first floor and flats has two floors. So many companies tower has problem to reslove that but some companies also provide very good result. If you can resolve my problem, i will feel happy to continue with you.

I have messaged to 1900 but couldn't get the code so I called to reliance customer care to get a MNP CODE. I have called so many times and every time they gave me a wrong MNP CODE, which is rejected by other network company thrice. So this is my request to you to give me exact code this time so i will able to port out my network.

            Respected sir,
            I beg to state that i have a reliance cell phone no [protected] and call charge rate is 25 price per minute.
            I have done a call from this phone to [protected] today, ie, 17.06.2016 at 10:15 am, call duration time was 5 min 52 sec.
            But, call charge deduction done by the reliance co. Is rs. 8.80 and the co. Take more charge rs. 7.30.
            Actual call charge = 6 x 25 = 150 price = rs. 1.50.
            I have done a call to the reliance customer care (No -198) to solve this problem today, ie, 17.06.2016 at10:30 am and send a email to the reliance customer care ([protected]@relianceada.com) today, ie, 17.06.2016 at 1:48 pm to refund excess call charge rs. 7.30.
            But, the reliance customer care can not solve this problem.
            Kindly, take necessary action to refund excess call charge rs. 7.30.

              The reliance closed its cdma service on 8-6-16 in kanpur district UP east circle, i m a broadband customer, i was told by reliance outlet on 9 june that my billing is stopped from 8-june-2016, and the 4G will be going to start next month. till then i hav to use other alternatives. But on 13-6-16 reliance sent me bill of 1300 for 1 month, from[protected] to[protected], with due date of 28-06-16. and their service is discontinued on 8-06-16 by the company itself without any notice and going to resume in august or october. i conatacted customer care 4-5 days more than 10 times.. evry time they say that there senior is not available and service is discontinued from 13-6-16(suprisingly on the day bill generated) but evryone knows the truth here. i jst wanted to know that is it leagal for company to send bill with due date after stopiing its service by company itself and it charged for two days ie 9-june and 10 june, since there service was stopped from 8 june..?
              plz tell me its leagal or not, i have alll the evidence including call recordings of customer care and video recording of reliance office, i m planning to file court case against company with huge compensation.

                I recharged my no with rs 130 main balance on 14th june around 6:30pm. I was shocked by seeing my main balance rs 22 on 16th june. On 17th june i called customer care. I talked over 1hour with them. During this time i talked to 2 agents & 2 senior agents. None of them solved my problem, instead everyone gave me different reasons for the deduction of my balance. And during this 1 hour conversation they always hanged up the phone due to which call was reconnected automatically and i had to do the same conversation once again. It's been a pain dealing with such people. Though one agent with whom i talked last told me that i got an international call & i had talked for 59sec and told me i was charged rs 100 for that. I told him that call came, but i didn't picked it. And even if it happened then who charges rs100 for less than a minute for an international call. After that my call was disconnected and i am unable to call customer care. Might be that they have blocked me. And i had no choice but to come here. It's my utmost request from reliance to return my balance. Otherwise i am too much tired to deal with such reliance things which leaves me no choice but to switch to another better service provider.

                  Netconnect+ Datacard stopped working since one month and 4G sim which I took from Reliance store on 28/05/2016 has been not activated till now

                  Data Card Netconnect+ No [protected] has stopped working not showing the signal. Few days before new 4G sim was issued for same data card but it has also not started
                  Problem is that now both the things are not working
                  and bill is generated so wave off the bill and start the sim so as in can use internet

                  your customer service associate has told me to visit the Reliance Mobile Store nor any solution was provided and for what reason my connection was terminate, giving the silly reasons that your will was not paid where as i have always paid bill on time I am having the prove of payment I always pay bill on time having the payment receipt.
                  Due to company fault i am not able to use internet,
                  So please wave off my bill
                  As is have provide all the valid proves that it was company's fault
                  1) Done email on from 4th, 12th may 2016, 7th June and 13th June 2016 to APPELLATE AUTHORITY and customer care
                  2) Provided the screenshot of data-card not working
                  3) Many times Complaint done at social media having the prove of that also
                  4) Visited at reliance mobile store (Two times email done by Ashish Patel form QADRI COMMUNICATION SERVICES )


                  I Having all the poof that shows it was company's fault,
                  So please wave off the full amount of the bill for one and a half month.
                  Else now I will have to move to TRAI for the complaint of Reliance.

                    i recharge rs.195 via freecharge on 3rd june, 2016. Rs.195 gives unlimited 2g(30GB that show when i check for remaining balance) internet for 28 days(kolkata circle).
                    First : its give me wrong validity on 5th june, 2016 unknowing they end my net pack..so i complain on 6th june. my complain number is[protected]..after complain i said to send a sms of my complain number..customer care said ok..then i got a sms which is not for complain number ..they activate a vas service of rs.7. i call again then they back my rs.7 ..and after 2hour they again deducted rs.3 two time from my a/c. i have not enough energy to call again to give my money back..
                    they dnt send me complain number on 7th june at night i call to get my complain number customer care say ur complain is resolve and you get the poper facility of your pack...i said how..then there is no answer..i said again i recharge 3june which is 28 th day validity and it is 7june..."'its clearly show there is no net data in your mobile" clearly shows me..

                    again i complain on 7th june[protected] get same feedback..
                    again complain on 8th june[protected] at that time i talk to a senior customer care "u definately got ur data and validity"
                    on 9th june i got my validity and it give me data 0(zero)MB. so i cant do anything just watching my validity..
                    9th june they block my number to customer care so i make internet chat in reliance website...customer care said "u consume ur whole data" i m not agree with it..then they suggest me to download instacare app and check ur used data..i check on 3rd june to 5 june i consume only 861Mb from my 30gb data...again i complain on 9 june, 2016 from my friend mobile for my number and my complain number is[protected].. its 17th june its still processing..my validity period is comeing to end now which is 30th june...in between i called 2 to 3 times they only say its process..

                    on 16th june i called reliance sectray office customer care [protected] call cost rs.1.5/minute. first it take near 5 minute to take call when someone picked i give my complain number and says whats happend..again customer care hold it for 3 minute and rply me here is complain written that u dnt get poper call facility.. and must contact customer care 198...i think he dnt know to read english...what can i do..i again call customer care from my friend mobile the customer care is says my last complain is for "to get my remaining data balance"

                    so i complain its 17th june my problem is still not solve..after paid rs 195..its shame to reliance communication...

                    i dnt get correct benefit i have all the relevent msg that show how they give me wrong validity...after wrong validity end they extend my validity without giving remaining data...coz my wrong validity end on 5th june 12am night...they extend my data on 9th june when there is no data...all the relevent msg screenshot i upload my next complain...hope every one understand how they cheat...

                    and 2nd image show 21st june they send me the correct data ...when today i upload all sms screenshot...to prove

                    from 6th to 20th june means 15days in 28 days validity i m not able to use internet for giving me wrong data...so you have to extend my validity 15 days otherwise take my data...today i will visit your nadal office kolkata...lets see what they say...

                    "Hey Ricky, did they give your money? A week before I faced a similar issue when I recharged my phone using a recharge app. I was given a wrong validity for my data pack. If there is anyway we are able to get back the money we spent on recharge, do let me know.

                      Hi,

                      This is Vishal and my data card number is [protected]. I have been calling your customer care for the past 3 days requesting them to stop all the services on the above mentioned data card number because I have switched to another service provider as they were putting additional cost on me for upgrading to 4G and I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes on 2 occasions since their termination department guys were too busy to take call. Now, since I have tried too many times I will not take further pains. It is up to those guys and I will not pay any outstanding amount because the services they had provided in the month of May and June were very bad with sometimes no network at all for days. I hope they will do the needful and terminate all the services on the above mentioned data card number.

                        I am using Reliance post-paid connection, Reliance is transforming its network from 3G to 4G in Gujarat. for this reason my 3G connection was disconnected and assured that in place of 3G I will receive 4G internet connection. My 3G connection was disconnected on 26th May 2016. Today is 17th June, I have still not received 4G internet connection, and neither they are providing 3G internet.
                        And when I am calling customer care, they are not picking up my call. I logged a complain in customer care id : [protected]@relianceada.com. But they are also not providing any proper solution.
                        I visited Reliance Store in Ankleshwar- GIDC, Gujarat. Even they are not giving any approx date, and the only response I am getting from them is “It will get resolved in this month”, and this they are saying from last 20 days.
                        I also logged a complain, hat I want a rebate in my Post Paid bill, as because they did not provide me internet connection, around the whole month. But even they are not replying anything on

                        Please note, still the problem is not resolved, still I am facing the same issue till date. And for your information, none of your customer relation executive has contact me, neither I have received any confirmation mail in my registered Mail ID regarding the same. Don't just state a false statement to the customer. I have also registered a complaint regarding a rebate in my post paid bill, even on that also I have not received any response.
                        I cant understand what kind of service you are providing. This is the worst telecom company I have ever seen. Being a Reliance customer (my whole family) since last 7-8 years, I didn't expect such a bad response from your end.
                        Please do a favour, and at least say the approx. date, when will I start receiving 4G internet, rather than using your worst ever 2G network.

                            1.My client is in the business of providing Telephone/Data Card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the CAF FORM hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

My Client further states that as per the running account maintained by My client total principal amount of Rs. 1086 /- is outstanding against your, CAF No:[protected], My Client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a Pre Litigation Lok-adalat 20(2) of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 for final determination on Saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal Authority of India issued a Notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (LOK-ADALAT NOTICE)
                            4. You have duly received the Lok-Adalat notice but you neither appeared for Lok-Adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client.                               I am writing this mail that I am your customer since last 7 years of reliance Broadband. but last 20 days are awesome services experienced by me.

                              Here are the reasons

                              01. 3G services are being stopped without any intimation to customers / no backup plan services offered even.
                              02. All customers are being influenced to buy 4G products including WIPOD and 4G SIM (which I have already purchased) without any concrete date of launching 4G in Gujarat.
                              03. Hell lot of phone calls made by me to customer care executive and the reasons are being very very naughty.
                              We are upgrading our system.
                              Database is not updated.
                              Your request is under consideration status.
                              We are not able to provide you solution from here, please contact nearest reliance store

                              on 13th june I have received a call from Mr. Rajat Reliance - Prahladnagar (Ahmedabad) office that as we are getting delayed in launching 4G services, we are providing you temporary 3G dongle until you receive 4G network in Gujarat and collect it from near Reliance store.

                              when I have visited, these guys are giving reply that they are not aware at all regarding this alternate arrangement

                              They have told me to call back on no. on which I have received and asked me to arrange for conference all The no. from which I have received call [protected] is not reachable since 13 june 2016. How is it possible. He has also given me alternate no. for any complaint if not go through this process is [protected] which is also not reachable since 13 june.

                              I don't know what you guys wants to prove from all this.

                              I am know telling you that give me my money what I have invested in 4g dongle and stop all services / benefits (not given though) to me.

                              I will not refer anyone in this world to opt for any reliance product in their whole life.

                              Pathetic service and no care of customers at all.

                                On 10th june 2016 migrated process started for [protected] number netconnect plus and paid Rs.899/- for wipod and also collected sim kit from reliance store located @ sarpavaram junction kakinada-533005, E.G Dt, Andhrapradesh.

                                i had pdf invoice with that im trying to track my order status but there is no information.even online chat or customer care number given on the invoice also not answering.

                                recently i changed two cdma sims (eg:[protected]) to 4g. successfully migrated but it shows roaming without changing state borders.number of times i had to choose network mode to change local mode from roaming mode. so that im plannig MNP.

                                  Sir im([protected]) using wipod data card of reliance. From April 2016 onwards i have faced terrible poor service but bills are coming time to time plus calls for payment reminder also in time. whenever i complaint somany times in web store they have gave this 4G migration reason. customer care even more horrible no call attendance or long waiting than afterwards disconnection. now this wipod data card stopped working rarely it connects. i brought new 4G sim plus ordered for new data for 899/- but no shipping details till now & no one lifting the call. i sent of lots of instant chat msg but no use. i dont know whats going on. yesterday i saw in website that there's no migration process 4G service for Karnataka then how they issued the 4G sim and taking order for new data card. i have attached screenshot image. please help.

                                    I requested the mnp request from reliance to airtel but reliance refused my request on behalf that rs. 835/- for termination charges which it totally illegal. But at the time of connection this type charges not applied. Further it is submitted that i had paid all bills of reliance and my current bill is rs. -8.65/- after that company refused my request and before it after making payment of bill i request for prepaid the same but refused also and no reason tell by reliance jind when i visit the office. Now i applied for mnp company also refused the same on plea that rs. 835/- is comparably to pay for mnp which totally illegal and harassed me. I visit the reliance care jind but no solution done by them. It is requested to direct the company to forward my request to airtel and rs. 2lacs compensation amount be also paid to me for harassment by company.
                                    Matter most urgent.

                                      Hlo i m tanveer i had recharged of rupees 56 on my smartphone's simcard of relience
                                      there is an offer for recharge of rupees 56 we gain 10 gb data but they had given 300 mb data valid for 7 days while offer is that if we recharge of 56 they give us 10 gb data valid for 28 days

                                      and also relience CDMA netconnector they had stoped its network and i had recharged of 1200/- rupees of data they dont give any information and not any suggetion to save my rupees. by stopping the network i have loss of thousends because my work is stopped
                                      what is reliance doing.

                                        I visa khate would like to bring to your notice that my reliance broadband connection bearing subscriber id[protected] under the name visa khate of indra vihar house no 4 1st floor has been out of service since date 8th of june, as such i have raised numerous complaints to your helpline[protected] since date 11. Despite my efforts to obtain a reasonable explanation for why connection is out, i have just been given false assurances from your representatives saying "sir, we will send a technician within 24 hours" and giving me 3 complain ids which are, first is[protected], second is[protected] and the third is[protected]. And up until this date no single technician came to check out the issue with my connection nor has any reason been given to me for the inconvenience caused.
                                        Another issue is with the reliance agent mr. Santosh (Phone no [protected]) from whom i got the connection set up with bluntly refuses to help me if i don favour him monetarily, rudely asking me to call the reliance call center.
                                        It is in my believe that you will take notice of my frustrations and take the necessary steps to resolve my issues. I have been a loyal reliance broadband user, always paid my bills on time, and if my issues are not solved i will be sorry to tell you that you will be losing a very loyal customer.
