I recharged my phone with 50 rupees balance on 13 june 2016. But the reliance telecommunications deducted all my balance on 14 june 2016. They deliberately did the activation of service so called missed call alert and subscribed in my phone useless vas service ldrsub3030. I already called at 155223 to deactivate the service but did not get any response and my balance back and also tried customer care 198 but unable to talk with customer care representative. All i want to say please return my balance as soon as possible. I don't want or to say, need of any kind of vas service in future.

    On 17/06/2016 i recharge with rs85 for 90tt 12days validity as per company advertisement and confirmation sms also came. But not a single rupees credited in main or promo balance.
    So many times (6-7) times in 4 phase every time they replied system upgrading going on no information could be provide. Last time they handover to the senior person 24min waiting no senior person receive and cut it.
    Please take necessary action.

      I bought my prepaid sim from the company for Rs.999/- about 10 years back with a lifetime 50 paise per minute plan. The company sent me an sms to take a new 4G sim for uninterrupted service. I accordingly got a new sim a couple of days back. Thereafter, the Company stopped charging @50 paise per minute and instead started charging to me @3 paise per minute. Thus the company has committed breach of contract. The company should continue to charge to me @ 50 per minute as agreed by them for lifetime.

        4th June - purchased 4G SIM (GSM) as migration from CDMA. Till date the services are not active. Everytime I tried calling Customer care, lines busy and wait times exceeding 10mins. Emails sent to customer care, not responded on time.
        Very bad customer service by a rep who put on fake English accent and gave his name as SAMY, on Sunday - 19th June. (1:15pm-1:25pm IST).
        When asked to talk to a supervisor, he said NO supervisors work on Sundays.
        So again, my issue was unattended.

        Inspite of frequent calls to customer service (with wait times more than 10 minutes) and frequent emails to customer care, my 4G sim is still not active! I even replied to their email by sending a screenshot of the error and No service .
        Still not even a call-back nor a reply to my email.
        Reliance is totally UNRELIABLE.

          I paid mobile bill by cheque on June 7, 2016 in Reliance outlet at Cheera Bazzar. On June 17 my outgoing calls were stopped on the pretext that bill amount was not paid causing harrassment and distress for no fault of mine. I was made to pay the same bill amount in cash and asked to give 'stop payment' instructions to the bank for the cheque already issued.

            I have visited reliance store of shahdara many times but the executive there is unable to help me in any case.

              I have recharge my phone number [protected] on 8th june of Rs.180 from www.freecharge.in. recharge showed successfully but i did not get any recharge balance. after that i contacted to reliance customer supports which complain number is[protected] but he did not provide any information. i also emailed 3 times but i did not get any esponse

              after 5-6 days i complained to APPELLATE AUTHORITY of reliance communication which complain number is[protected]. after 3 days of complain i again called to him for resolution for complain. i talked to Shahabhaj saiyyad, he told that your balance is deducted by internet using so we cannot refund you any amount but i did not used any internet after recharge.

                I have requested for a broadband connection in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore area having a Pincode 560078 which is there in the service areas list of reliance on 10th June 2016. I was told that within a weeks time I will have a broadband connection at my place. Despite of calling reliance everyday after one week they have not responded to my request. each time i called the customer care a representative told me that I will get a call from the sales team soon. But no one called infact one of the female representatives misbehaved by pretending to be computerised voice. This is a highly in appropriate and unprofessional behaviour by representatives of such a reputed company and harassing for a consumer.

                  I see Special Offer: Dialed *129# - 2. Special offfers - it show two message and #more - I dialed #more - 34=All [protected]@25p/m - I gone in details. 1. Dear Customer, Recharge with Rs 34 & get all [protected]@25p/min for 90 days.

                  I recharged with 34. But Reliance charge 35p/min rather than 25p/min.

                  I complained in customer care two time but he said "there is no any plan for 34 with 25p/min we cant help you". Customer care person name is Satyajeet. I checked Special offer 5 time to remove any confusion if any from my side.

                  Please provide me all [protected]@25p/min for 90 days rather than 35p/min. Please check how I can see all [protected]@25p/min in Special offer but reliance customer care not able to see the same.

                      My land line at Hyderabad (WLL) number [protected] is dead over two weeks now. I have complained to customer care seven times and no response.
                      When i personally spoke to reliance customer care, i was shocked to hear that they have upgraded to 4 G. No one informed me about this. Now he told me to go to nearest reliance office and i have to run around to get it repaired and they cannot do any thing. When i went to reliance out let, he said i have to contact customer care. This is how reliance treats the customers.
                      This is ridiculous. It is company responsibility to update user phone and rectify the technical issues.
                      There is still no response.
                      Pl help as the phone is used by my mother 85 year old.

                      This is absolutely wrong information. My phone continues to be dead over two weeks now.
                      Reliance is fooling around.
                      Since my complaint is not attended over last two weeks, i consider that Reliance has abandoned me and my connection and is unable to provide the agreed services due to reason best known to you. Since this phone was bought initially for my ailing mother, and in-view of your inability to attend the same, i have moved to other service providers and i do not need your connection any more.
                      Please consider this as close out letter and discontinue the service.
                      No bills of any kind will be paid in view of above deficiency in your service.

                        Last complain is resolve on 19th june they says that i comsune my
                        Whole data... How i consume they never say it... I m not consume it as
                        Reliance communication app "instacare" clearly prove it..

                        It was not resolve.. I still not get my remaining data... I[censored] buy 1kg
                        Rice and after full paid shopkeeper gives you 100gm... How anyone
                        Atisfy... I recharged rs.195 (Unlimited 2g internet for 28 days usually
                        Gives 30gb) on 3rd june but i can only use internet upto 5 june only
                        Use 861mb. After that i m complained to give my validity and remaining
                        Data...9june they return my validity with 0 (Zero) mb data but not my
                        Remaining data... So i m cant able to internet just watching
                        Validity... Then how it is resolve someone say... It was cheated
                        Me.. Just big fraud company...

                        Today i call customer care again they can only able to check last 3
                        Days used data of customer.. Then how they say i consume my whole 30bg
                        Data... But i clearly see in ur instacare app that i only able to
                        Consume only 861mb data..

                        O what they actually do from 9th june to today 19th june if they says
                        That you consume whole data.. How they say... Its totally fraud with
                        Me...

                        In between 9th june as customer care say to install instacare app to check your used data so i install it... For that reliance give 500mb promo balance... I dnt want to use it but on 18th june when i talked customer care they say you can use it so i m ony able to use this promo balance but i dnt get my 2g remaining data balance for which i paid rs 195..

                        After that harrasment, waste of money and time, i never want to stay

                        they cant call...directly...cheater doesnot have that power...after 4 complain no technical customer care never call me..not even customer care...to say how i get the correct benefit...because i never get correct benefit...in 28 days validity maximum days i cant do internet now only 9 day remaining...no more i want to get my data back its totally harreasing, waste of time...i think cheater(reliance communication) win by there cheating...

                        After end of validity data is also gone... So after my 9th june complain they extend my validity not giving my remaining data... All the msg is in my mobile... I have all recorded call when i talked to customer care...

                        If reliance communication see from 3rd june to today how much data i consume then they surely understand i got correct benefit or not..

                        From 9th june ur customer care said to install "instacare" app to check ur used data... As i install instacare app thats why they send 500mb promo balance i can only able to use that promo balance my 2g balance is still 0 (Zero)...
                        I upload all the screen-shot of the sms... That can prove my word...
                        Can they show me something "that i get the correct validity and data"

                        20th june zero mb data and promo balance which i used thats given to me for install instacare app..

                        Image 5 show : instacare app how much data i consumed from 3rd june to 21st june 861mb which i used and rest data i used from promo balance.

                        From 6th june both validity and data both extend to zero then on 9th they only extend my validity not my data... Clearly show in msg... They not return my my remaining data...

                        After showing all msg if reliance communication give me remaining data i dnt want to take it because i cant use correct benefit maximum of time so is waste of my money... As i till now only 3days 3rd june to 5th june to avail this offer.. They have to give me 25 days validity and remaining data.,, otherwise dnt give it... From 9th june they extend my validity but not my data so i m unable to do anything... I m not begger but reliance communication must be a cheater... Thats prove...

                        if i m not save that sms or not show all sms how reliance communication cheat me...then they never send back my data...and question is why i have to show all this thing ? wasteing my time after recharged...after 11 complain...

                        i will not let you go like that...i am not able to use data from 6th june to 20th june as there is zero balance... in 28 days validity 15 days i m not able to use internet..so you have to give that 15 days extra validity...otherwise take back your data...

                            Today 19 june 2016 I recharged with Rs 92 under the super data offer that the retailer cheked for my no. But I got only 500 mbfor 7 days so I called the company's customer care but they said they cant do anything for it. I need my data that's really urgent and if I didn't got it in next few hours I will have to switch my sim card with some other company, I had a really bad day and I'm really fed up now

                              Just now reliance customer care call me and he told me mai kuch nai kar sakta. Ths is not a appropriate answer. When they do all thing online. Change my plan without intimation. Then why i visit store. I also told him to convert postpaid tho prepaid plan. But again same visit store. Jab sara store he karega then they change my plan online. Totally crime. File case against reliance. When you do all thing thorugh online then why i m visit store. Reliance wahi cahta hai store walikng karte rahe aur thak ke khus back ho jayega. Fake company.

                                My reliance no. Is [protected] and i requested for upc on 18.06.2016 as i facing problem with reliance 3g network. But reliance did not provide me the porting code or acknowledge the receipt of porting request. Its appalling to see how reliance communication is violating trais norm. If my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily i will take up matter with competent authority.

                                      I got an offer on *129#, it shows, on recharge of rs 95= 1 gb 3g data for 3 days in "flavor of month section". After recharge of rs 95 i got nothing but only rs 79 promo talk time which is useless for me as i use minute pack.
                                      After that i tried to contact customer care but there is no response from them.
                                      This is not first time. Every time reliance shows fake offers.
                                      I want refund. Give me my 3g data of 1 gb as showed in offer section.
