4th June - purchased 4G SIM (GSM) as migration from CDMA. Till date the services are not active. Everytime I tried calling Customer care, lines busy and wait times exceeding 10mins. Emails sent to customer care, not responded on time.
Very bad customer service by a rep who put on fake English accent and gave his name as SAMY, on Sunday - 19th June. (1:15pm-1:25pm IST).
When asked to talk to a supervisor, he said NO supervisors work on Sundays.
So again, my issue was unattended.
