    I recharged my no. with Rs.42 to lower the call rates from *129# in which they assured to provide 6000 local seconds free to any number for which the amount was also deducted from my main balance but they didn't provide any free local seconds, when I called on customer care's no. of reliance comm.which is *333 they didn't gave any satisfactory response and disconnected my call.yesterday also when I recharged my no. with Rs. 5 to lower the call rates for one day from *777*105# then I received message saying that now local calls will be charged as 1.5paise/sec. again the amount was deducted from my main balance but they didn't provide any such service to my no.and the call rate was still Rs1/min.and customer care service representatives diconnects the call without giving any proper reasons for all these problems.Please take some action against them.

      Hi,

      I do not get any response after writing email to below concern on Reliance customer care([protected]@relianceada.com), hence do not have any other option left to raise this concern here[ATTACHED - Email and Acknowledgement receipt].

      I have requested MNP process from Tata Docomo post [protected] number to reliance post plan on 31 May, 2016 at PAVANASUTHA TELECOM Bangalore office. CAF no for this process is[protected].

      Later, I have successfully completed tele-verification on 59059 number.Though, I received negative address verification and my outgoing service is barred. I spoke with PAVANASUTHA TELECOM agent, He respond some will approach you for verification. But no one approached me as of now.

      When I am dial on 59059 number - It says; i have already successfully verified number and also i am unable to approach 121 customer care to look about this.

      Currently, Previous service provider has also barred service and Reliance service is also barred since last 2 weeks.

      Please help me out in resolving this issue.

      Incoming service is working fine on [protected] mobile number. I do not carry any other mobile during my office hour(10 AM - 6:30 PM).

      My issue became more worst than earlier. Currently phone is completely dead(Both incoming and outgoing service is barred).

      I received email from Manish Gupta(Reliance Customer Care), Who respond me to approach on Reliance outlet with document and photograph.

      I have already approached Reliance outlet more than 5-6 time, but there are no use of contacting with them. I tried to approach "Reliance outlet person- Kumar" over phone on [protected]. But he is not responding now.

      I have used this number in several government offices, hotel and bank. Due Post-paid number blockage my day-today activity is badly affected.

      Can you please help me out, If Reliance could not process MNP request then give me option to move on some other Tele-communication service provider and return my deposited Rs 300 to me.

        This is my hello phone .the reliance agent came to change the phone from cdm to GSM and gave a new phone for the same .also they asked to pay the check in the name of agent or distributor .
        He has changed the phone but the phone is dead for last 10 days .no one from reliance is taking care for the same .i am facing lot of business loss due to the same .

          I have already noticed to you firstly on 11.3.2016 and again on 23.5.2016 no action has been taken yet.

          Sir, I have paid a huge amount to the company on account of zero rental to take reliance landline wireless phone . I have only paid the bill amount, those calls used by us. Now the company has stopped the zero rental facility, earlier I was availing, as I have paid the huge amount to the company, at that time. How the company can stop the zero rental as I have paid the one time huge amount for taking this scheme forever. My particular are as under:-

            Sir i buyed a reliance broadband worth Rs1000 .I used it for one month but the speed was very poor .I have been told that i would get 1Mbps.Hence I stopped using it but they kept billing me.I also called customer care to stop it but they didnt help too.Now after 6 months they called me and said that they will file a case against me if I dont pay 3000.Sir please help this is totally fraud.I am scared too.

              I am using a reliance cdma mobile no. [protected] (Up west) continuously since last 12-13 years.

              From 1st june 2016 my no. Is not working properly due to cdma services stop by the company, when i contact to your authorized distributor m/s buland communication, siyana adda, bulandshahr, they told me that there was no record of my no. Available with the company.

              Kindly do the needful, plz. Told me that how can i replace my cdma sim to new 4g sim & if it is not possible than provide me the port code so that i can port my no. To other service provider.

                  After 15 day 4g data not starting and i m during data in other operator (Idea 3gb plan 300 active)
                  Today i m received bill i m shocked reliance company no service or no any data giving but bill is already full month

                    Sir...I was having Rs.397 calling pack since 8 months in which I was getting 1500 minutes local and std any network with home and rome free and also 1gb 2g internet.Before done my next recharge customer care assure me that your Rs397 pack working as usual.But after recharge they barred my all services.On complaint of this customer care told me that company had been changed ur plan and now u will charged 45 paisa for roaming and 50paisa for calling also.
                    So my first complaint is that company did not send me any msg or call for this change.
                    2nd one what I will benefitted for this connection when I have to pay for the roaming plus Rs 397 plus separately 50 paisa per minute for calling.
                    3rd one was I purchased this sim for Rs 499 for availing this worst offer
                    only.
                    Lastly ur customer service employees not forwarded the call to the senior one on demanding.

I got a mail from consumercomplaint.in 14 days ago which was send by the company, they assure me that they had been resolved my issue and will call me very soon. But till now I didn't got any call or any email from the company. So kindly suggest me what steps I need to taken to file a complaint in the consumer court against the company.                       My reliance cdma ph no is [protected]. I have purchased this datacard with 1 year advance payment plan. Now they are asking me to upgrade compulsory to 4g & asking me again to do payment for new datacard which i do not want to pay.
                      They are threatening me to close the connection without any further notification. Kindly look into the matter as it is very inconvenient for user to pay extra money due to policy change in company

                        Day before yesterday a sum of rs. 10 was deducted from my mobile number [protected] and today also rs. 5 was deducted.
                        i called to customer care support but there also they didnot responded.
                        when i dialed 198 they put the call on hold for more than 10 mins. it also killed my time, i got irritated by the them by calling daily
                        i want my balance back and kindly take action towards the customer support team so that they wont disturb anyone in future.

                          I had applied for reliance broadband[protected] on 202 dipali apartment bhai kaka nagar thaltej ahmedabad then one person from reliance came at my home name jaimin who have phone number ([protected]) with reliance card in his neck and filled reliance broadband form and ask for cash of 2680 which i paid and in return he gave me receipt which was of reliance but after than till now i dint get any internet connection and after few days jaimin is also not attending my call

                          Then i contacted reliance broadband office of ahmedabad where after let me waiting for 5 hours a person from hr and their hod jaymesh bhatt came and replied to all their customers who are there for same problem that we have fired jaimin and now we are not responsible for any commitments given by jaimin

                          And now we had paid for 3-month broadband but we didn't get broadband and we had receipt but still reliance is not responsible its strange

                          Is reliance so small and cheap company that it play so cheap tactics with customers and their office members react like they are innocent lehmans

                            The service provider (Reliance Communications) has been asking the customers to migrate to 4G service from the existing 3G service and accordingly I had converted to 4G. I had paid Rs.899/- for the 4G WiPod and received the same on 09/06/2016. When Service was not available Customer Care executives told me that the number is not yet activated and it would take 48 hrs to activate. When I did not receive the service even by 11/06/2016, I made a call to customer service and this time they told that 4G service issue is going on in my locality and it would further take MINIMUM of 3 days and they cannot exactly tell when can I receive the service. Moreover, the response of the customer care executives was very aggressive. The customer care executives needs to be sensitive towards the customer issues and they should not forget that they represent the company and they are not the service providers. In this context they should be trained how to respond to the customers.

                              My broadband service on reliance netconnect prepaid connection No [protected] UP East has suddenly stopped working since last 5 days in spite of balance data usage. Call Centre has normal reply to offer regarding 'some technical issues in Circle'. The connecting interface shows ZERO Signal Strength.
                              As per other locals of the area, reliance is upgrading to 4G. Is the problem due to upgradation? When will I be able to use my NETCONNECT CDMA dongle? Is it essential to upgrade?

                                I really want to congratulate you for becoming worlds worst service provider. I have switch to reliance 2 weeks earlier and did not get a single moment of an average signal in delhi itself. Even your customer helpline number 198 gives the voice message "please check the number you have dialed it must be a wrong number".there is no point of discussing your waiting time in your support center .So guys I request you to shut your network down or give me option to port my number immediately because I dong want to humiliate by you for 3 months.

                                  Hi I have Reliance broadband connection which us not working from last 5 days, my userid is[protected].I have launched complaint twice with the assurance that problem will be solved within 24 hrs, my complaint no is[protected].according to customers care executive the problem is o[censored]pdating my information which I have already provided to them because of which they are giving me reminder calls before the billing date with sms.I m getting my bills online on time, still they are saying that some updating is required, it take around 10 mins to reach them on phone.my problem is still not sorted out in spite of paying bills on time.kindly help me to sort out this problem.I will be highly obliged.Thanks

                                    I congratulate you on successfully delivering pathetic and a disgraceful service to a new customer since 3 days now. Thanks to you guys that I'm without any contact number (sim not activated) thereby loosing on potential business for my company.

                                    My self Rajendra Khaire (mob - [protected]) was using Vodafone services for a long time now.
                                    Got a call from one of your field agent suggesting to port my number to reliance network.
                                    He informed me that I would be getting 4g speed, very strong network all over Maharashtra and a great plan as per my requirement.
                                    I was fascinated by the offer decided to port. Your agent gave me the sim and post which I kept following up with them for getting my number ported. They never picked up my call.
                                    After good 15 days I got lucky to speak to the field guy and literally requested him to do the needful.
                                    I received a message saying my services will resume my eod which till today hasn't.
                                    I have visited several times to your vasai east centre and the staff out there has literally torched me by saying it will happen in 3 hours, 7 hours 24 hours.
                                    Today they tell me that the sim card no has been misplaced by the field guy hence the matter is complicated. The field guy's no cannot be connected.

                                    All this while I'm without a mobile number. I deeply regret leaving Vodafone services today and now understand why they are superior than you guys.

                                    Most of your Customers are fed-up of your services. You guys have made a hostile situation for me.

                                    I expect a revert to this mail asap with a permanent solution or call me at [protected]

                                      We were a consumer of the reliance cdma internet services. The dongle number is [protected].
                                      Reliance is in the process of converting its cdma to 4g lte for internet services.
                                      We registered for a 4g sim on 3rd june. The website states that the sim card will be activated in 72 hours. It is now 8 days but the sim card is not yet activated. Multiple calls on its customer care#[protected] have been made but they do not pick up. Of the few times that they picked the call they simply stated that they cannot give a deadline as to when the sim will be activated.
                                      We have received the 4g dongle on 10th june but the sim card is still not activated.
                                      The reliance stores deny to take any responsibility of these internet services saying that these queries will be handled only at the customer care phone number. But what is the point if they do not pick up the call at all.

                                      It is very irritating since it has been 10 days and we are not being able to use the internet.
                                      Major concerns:
                                      1. Since they have completely discontinued the cdma, all the 4g activation requests should be treated on priority.
                                      2. They should be able to provide an eta on the customer care helpdesk call as to when the 4g sim activation would happen which they completely denied.

                                        I have called customer care for many times regarding termination of my data card no [protected] they have never responded and told that they call back in another one hour and two hour and never called back. So I request to terminate the data card and I cleared all the unbilled amount .i request to take necessary step as soon as possible and I believe it will be done . Thanking you

                                        I received call from reliance and they told that send a mail from my mail id but I sent them and no response and i received a bill today of 1244 rupees . I didn't use and I sent a mail to terminate and called several times and posted a complaint, no response . So take necessary actions .
