Not getting my U. P. C for M. N. P i have ten so much messages since 15 days and calls to reliance customer care but no any solution found for my queries.. They given me only the complaint no. S[protected],[protected],[protected].. But still didn't get any solution regarding. Unique porting code i request you to please solve my problem.. You can also call me on [protected]..

    Hi,


    I have a postpaid connection with reliance and my number is [protected].

    Ince last month daily i was receiving many voice calls which mentioned that "my new 4g sim has been delivered to my communication and steps to activate that sim." but i have not received any sim.

    I asked customer care over chat and was informed that i will received my sim very soon. But till 8th jun 2016 i have not received any sim card but my cdma number stopped working. I again chated with customer care and i was asked to collect my new sim from reliance store. I also asked the store details and he/ she shared the store locator link.

    I went to one store where i was informed that closed sim will not be replaced here i need to visit other store.


    I went to other store and paid rs. 50 for activating my cdma sim for a day so i can activate my 4g sim. And i activated my 4g sim that night after wasting 3 hours to collect that 4g sim which was forced to me by reliance and my 6 month old cdma phone will be of no use now.


    Yesterday i was not able to use the internet on that 4g sim. And i called thrice to "relince customer care" 198 and i asked a solution for my internet problem. First guy simply asked me to visit "reliance store" for sim software upgrade. I try to explained him that there is no store near by. He just put my call on hold without any reason.

    Econd guy try to solve and send some setting to me over message but that does not worked.

    Third guy and tried but when i asked him to transfer the call to supervisor we transferred but after 20 mins he/ she was not concerned to pick my call.


    My question are now.:

    1. Why i have to visit the reliance store for 4g sim when reliance have my address? (I have a postpaid connection).

    2. Why the 4g sim was not already updated with software? (Do you think your customer is always free to visit your store daily).

    3. How your customer care executive can put any call on hold without informing or solving the problem?


    If possible can you deliver the new 4g updated sim to my address.

    I have updated the my alternate number at the link provided.
    as i mentioned earlier there is no store nearby my area i have no time to visit Reliance store daily, i visited two stores once to collect the "4G SIM" if still that sim need some software update in a day, Reliance should send the UPDATED SIM to my communication address mentioned in my BILL.

      My internet connection has stopped working suddenly and after calling to customer care i didn't get any proper response. The staff is very poor in communication and never gives proper resolution.

      I got to know that due to 4g migrations the internet is not available. This should have been communicated to customers earlier do that we had arranged for back up rather than running into last min issues..

      I had my data recharged for 5gb and on roaming location now. This was the only source of net i had and now i have huge loss in terms of my office work or any other work as well.

      I quickly need to know when the services will be restored and we should be provided with new connection immediately without any additional cost. Since its a decision taken by reliance they should make arrangements that new option is available to customers without walking to reliance stores every time and struggling on calls with customer care.

      1. I have already paid for the data which i am not using. I would need that data added in my account or refund the amount

      2. I need an active connection immediately at my roaming location as i can't afford to lose my business work.

      3. Please have an effective customer care staff calling me to resolve my issue.

        मेने मेरे [protected] पर 171 rs का प्लान का रिचार्ज किया है लेकिन अभी तक सर्विस चालू नही हुयी है । कृपा करके सर्विस चालू कर दे । आपके 198 पर मेरे नम्बर से हज़ारो बार कॉल किया गया है लेकिन आपके कस्टमर केयर वाले से बात नही होती क्योंकि वहा शायद मुझे बेन कर रखा है। अब आपसे यही आशा है की आप बिना वक़्त गवाए मेरा रिचार्ज कर दे अन्यथा मुझे सिम पोर्ट करवांनी पड़ेगी ।

          Dear sir,
          I've applied for cdma landline connection in tharamani, chennai. Handset worth rs.3000 has been purchased from saidapet, chennai branch. They have called me for verification twice and unfortunately i was out of station for the first time and the second time i told that person to wait for few more minutes. He went off before i reached there. Now without any notification my landline was disconnected. I approached saidapet branch for clarification. Their response was poor and they told that i am not residing there. I can prove that i'am residing there with my rental agreement and latest rental receipt also give the confirmation from house owner. So, kindly take necessary steps to activate the connection preferably with the same number and same phone.
          Pfa the bill herewith.

            Dear sir, iam a reliance wipod subscriber with no.[protected].Initially after purchasing the dongle i had issues with network and speed. I have given a complaint regarding the same and the customer care executives suggested for the replacement of the dongle. After doing that also the problem persists. After that i have given so many complaints regarding that but no response came from them, so stopped using it. Even then they have charged me about rs.1750/-. After that while i was relocating to new place i have lost the dongle. I have requested the customer care to deactivate my connection over mail after paying the outstanding amount a month ago. But no response came from them. Now they have charged me for one more month for rs.1349/-. I request consumer forum to intervene in this matter and provide me a proper solution for this.

            Dear Sir, My connection is not yet deactivated. Iam still getting the messages to pay the bill for the month of May. I don't understand how your customer service dept have closed the issue without solving it. Please deactivate the connection at the earliest.

              Hello reliance i [protected] is my cdma no. i am paying you from last 10+ year to use your cdma service.suddenly you have close the cdma no. first problem i get my cdma mobile become dummy & i got disconnected thought the world.today 9 june 2016 i visited your meerut location outlet to ask about the problem they ask me to upgrade my sim cdma to gsm they said me to pay them a 50 rupees for it.i ask them will you give me the invoice of 50/- which you are demanding for the up-gradation for cdma to gsm sim.kindly tell me my 1399/- of mobile become dummy and i got disconnected by reliance from last more than a week i am getting problems.reliance store executive said if you show me the confirmation message or email about sim up-gradation from reliance then only we give you the sim.your all Meerut uttar pradesh branch demanding money from cdma customer to upgrade to gsm sim.is this is fare by reliance you even think to compensate about our cdma mobile who now become dummy after you close cdma services now your reliance store are demanding money to upgrade to gsm sims without bills.reliance store always cheated their customers on the name o[censored]p-gradation of sim it happen with me 3 time this time they also denied to give invoice against payment.

              i already told you i have visited your reliance store they are demanding 50/- rupees for issuing a new GSM sim against my CDMA sim which is being closed by reliance communication, and they are denying for the invoice for the charge.tell me clearly your reliance store will give me the bill of 50/- rupees for the new upgrade sim for my cdma no. or not
              yesterday i went your reliance store they have demanded 97/- rupees to issue gsm sim in against of my cdma sim which is stopped by reliance communication.your executive commit me with the word you get 10 gb 4 g internet, reliance to reliance all India free, 150 minutes other calling but after getting started gsm sim no commitment is completed again harassed by reliance.

                    I have your two cdma no. that is [protected] & [protected] from the begining of recom.. Dt. 09.06.2016 your cdma services stoped and messaged to collect new 4G sim from your reliance store. In according to above massage i have collect two sim nos:[protected] &[protected] from your store situated at shrihari tower, meerabai marg, lucknow- 226001 on same date 09.06.2016, but a lady of that store charged rs 200 for two sims. I have complained for it to appelant by complaint nos:[protected] &[protected]. Also have a complaint by mail regarding the same.
                    It is very worst situation in your company. Please may take cognizance and necessary action for further and for good reputation.
                    2nd thing is that the above nos could not be activated till this time. I have comlained it on customer care but no one gave me any satisfactory answer. It is also very poor.

                      I have recharged my number ([protected]) with rs.197 on 4th of june for 2g net recharge of 2.5 gb and got 10.95gb recharge under super recharge scheme but after 3 days all my data has been lost without using any
                      I have tried to solve the problem with so called customer care representative of reliance communications, but every time i called they put me on hold saying they will refer me to their superviser for 30-45 minutes and finally after 2 days of calling they barred my no. For any communications to customer care.
                      Please help.

                        I am using reliance cdma dongle no. [protected]. As the dongle is not working now the company said to upgrade from cdma to gsm 4g.
                        So i got 4g sim with SIM no.[protected] and gone to website http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in/migration/index for upgrading the sim by entering details. But after entering all the details it shows "invalid request :mdn is already registered with another sim" whereas i haven't registered it with any other sim.

                          I Atul Consumer of Reliance wipod. From last two month there is network issue in our area. I compliant lots of time to customer care but no resolution was provided. So once I visited relaince gallery they told there is problem with ur wipod instrument. They told me to go LAVA service centre. After visiting lava center instrument was found ok. So it was a conclusion that it was fail with service provider that RCOM. I am in working profile I dont have time to go and visit there usless gallery now and then.
                          Even I mailed to Customer care then to no reply from those useless customer care people. I tired calling but there no is always busy I use to hold line more than 10 minute... Got lots of frustrated.
                          So once those people received call and answer that ur wipod won't be useable now as we have upgrade to 4G. So you need to buy new instrument and so ur network problem will get resolved.
                          So I immediately purchase that useless 4g instrument as my lots of work depend on internet. Now I have to reliance useless pathetic instrument..wipod...
                          Its now 15 days I got new wipod 4 but that to not working. Reliance people just state that work is in progress...
                          Both cdma and 4g services are not working...
                          But They have all money...paise chaiyeye sirf service kon dega...
                          Just guide me what to do next

                            We uses reliance communication wireless landline phone in mathura and it's number is[protected] from approx. Seven to eight years but from 1st june phone is closed because of no network. Firstly, i thought it one or two day problem but after two day when no network problem didn't resolved then i went to reliance store to know what is the real problem but your store manager says that reliance closed all cdma and landline phone and suggest me to purchase new telphone set with new number but i have this number for very long times so i can't change my number and i also recharge it with rs.310/-.                               I have paid the bill of 1530/- on Christine Communication, Indira Nagar, Bangalore branch at 4:50 PM on 4th June 2016.
                              The customer executive at the store told to call customer care with number[protected] immediately to terminate the connection.
                              When I called to the number from my mob: [protected], the customer executive again forwarded the call to Billing department & I was on line for 1 hr and the call disconnected automatically from Reliance side.(As usual I have faced this 2 times)
                              And as per the record, already 2 times Connection closed request has been raised.
                              CASE ID :[protected] dated 05/04/2016 21:02:14 AND[protected] dated 25/05/2016 09:54:40 and we have paid the total of 1816+1530 = RS.3346/- without using the connection for a single time from March 2016.

                              Termination reason as We have reported multiple times to multiple executives :
                              1) Laptop is damaged.
                              2) We are fulfilling the need with mobile data as we are working in software from Mon-Friday, and in office we will use office network for FREE

                              After telling the reasons, multiple times executives will try to convince for other plans.

                              If you people are not ready to terminate the connection, could you please let us know what further needs to be done ???????

                              Because we don't have money, patience, time & effort to waste on this.

                              Find the attached file for latest billing details, Customer validation & Termination request details of previous transactions.
                              We are repeated telling you, please contact on [protected] or [protected].
                              With trying [protected] once, please don't mention as we called but no one responded.
                              If we respond also, we will get the same thing mentioned in mail.

                                  I have recharged wid 95rs in wch m getting 1gb 3g for 10days but i got only 350 mb net after my rc is done... Customer care people are only transferring my call... 95rs rc 1gb 3g this info is given on reliance official site... And please reliance train your customer service people properly they always want to cut the call as soon as possible... Most of the times when i call your customer service there is a technical problem goin on nd i was asked to call again later...
                                  I have also shared the screen shot from reliance site that shows that in 95rs m getting 1gb 3g for 10days in rajasthan and punjab circle...

                                        Respected sir/madam i was having a reliance cdma sim, as per their scheme i converted my cdma sim to reliance 4g sim on 6th of june 2016 and my 4g sim activated on 7th of june 2016 and from here my problem starts firstly the company was saying that cdma customers will getting 4g sim for free but i was asked to pay rs 50 for that and with that sim i was told that i will be getting 10gb 4g data, rtor free and 150 local+ std min (All valid for a month). I don't know whether i got rtor free or 150 local min but the data i got don't know whether it is 10gb or not it is working worse than 2g. And the network (Signal) is too bad. If this is 4g its very disappointing. My 4g sim no is[protected] and my mobile number is [protected]. My email i'd is [protected]@yahoo.In... Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
