Gopalkrishna Mohanty Mobile Number [protected] Mumbai Maharashtra have been using this number since 2008 but due to your new upgrade to 4G I was not able to use the services since 31st May 2016 when I approached to nearest Reliance Store today i.e 11 June 2016 he told me my number is terminated and without any intimation how could you people terminate my sim its been more then 8 years I am using your services how the hell do you treat your customer.
On 29 or 30 May when I called your contact center on 198 the guy on the call told me that your services wont go down fully but at some places you might face issue I was like fine I will upgrade later because as of now I dont have 4G enabled phone then what is the use? I hope you will check the records and I know all the call gets recorded so please check it. Now today when the guy in the reliance store told I was like what I wont get my number back its an eight year old number and I have been with all the time using your services then how can you do this to me
So please provide me my number back as it is the sole number I have been using so please help me.

    Recently one week before purchased the reliance wi pod after that tried to activate the wi-pod in the reliance ip portal but unable to connect because repeatedly were internet connection getting failed and to find the solution called the customer care[protected] for more than 6 to 7 times but customer care not even care about to give proper answer and this people is following trick asking requester to hold the line but not even came back even after half an hour after holding line. This is really annoying.

    Simple thing need to have internet connection to activate the wifi modem but reliance customer people not even bother to provide the proper answer.

      From last so many days broadband is not working and we have not received any solution till date.
      There is no engineer visit also done by you people…

      If this is the situation in city like Mumbai that what service u would be giving in upcountry locations ?
      It is really shame on company like Reliance who them self says biggest company of India. From last 23 days broadband is not working.

      My broadband connection was not working from 23-May-2016.
      I had made several request on call center numbers & also in applet department which is giving third class reply & also unbelievable communication from this applet department. I have list of complaints number & Interaction id number.

      If you want all complaints number I can give you on call.
      And also I sent this mail to several department of Reliance Group,
      But no one has contact me till today 11-Jun-2016

      According to above details My broadband is still not working & there is no call from local team of Reliance Broadband after giving my numbers also.

      Today I call on toll free number They told me that Your problem was already solved but due to payment of May-2016 is not paid therefor your line is suspended, If you have to resume services you have to pay Rs.746/- so I had pay immediately bill amount.

      There after an 2 hour my service was not resume so I called applate department to check status of My complaint No[protected] & they tell me again that you have to wait another 10 days from today.


      Now I can't wait 10 days if My service is resume today then I will continue otherwise I am not interested to use this type of service which is provide By Reliance Communication .

      On 11 May 2016 your department send me another Complaint number by SMS & mail also, in that massage you say that My service will resume within 24 hrs.


      If you have to take reasonable action then do it otherwise close your service.

        I had made complaint for my Mobile no. [protected] that on dated 7 june 2016 my data pack of 700 mb (approx) and main balance deducted automatically in night from my mobile and no one is responding proper even when we talk to 198 customer care no one is giving reference number of talk. For this I had tried to make complaint on morning but call not conneted to 198 customer executive again i had tried many time but last night on 10 june call connected to executive on 10.25 pm he said call after 2 hr. after 2 hr on 12.25 o clock mid night they said you are late for complaint we cant do anything I had asked to connect to manager they said he will available on morning 6am. even they had not given me reference number. What to do.

          I recharged a data pack on 3 june worth Rs 198 on Reliance smart number [protected] and on 11 june the full data pack and top up value was exhausted by Reliance. I have not even downloaded anything. On dialing customer care they keep us on hold for more than 15 mins without any response.
          Another complaint was that before hand i did a recharge of data pack at Rs.1 24. I got a message stating that recharge successful .Then i did a top up of Rs.80.After sometime full value was exhausted.On talking to customer care they said as the data pack was not valid for my number so all my balance got deducted.
          This is how Reliance is making money and doing fraud. If my issue is not resolve i will file a case in Consumer forum.

                Executive was told me that you pay only 500 rs we will waive other amount as my complaint was genuine.
                So I was paid 500rs and even after I had paid I get notice from your company and for the same I had interact in detail whenever I got call for payment but now I am really fed up with your company and your customer service which is really fraud with customers.

                  I am having 4 reliance mobile connections in my family.

                  Reliance suddenly decided to close down the cdma service and change over to the gsm system. While advertising for 4g services enough notice was not given to customers that cdma services would be closed down.

                  I am a senior citizen and it has caused me hardship and additional financial burden for buying new handsets. From the day the cdma has closed down service is very bad. There is no range/network in the residence and i have to run out every time a call comes. With the result that i incur additional cost in using the gsm facility of other service providers.

                  Now i am virtually without any mobile services even after paying high fixed rentals on 2 of my mobile phones. The customer call service is very poor and it is very difficult to get through.

                  Imagine the crores of rupees the customers of reliance had to pay for change in handsets. Also how much inconvenience it has caused to the crores of customers.

                  Reliance must compensate the customers for the additional burden of buying new handsets as well as for the very poor service for last 15 days during change over from cdma to gsm

                      Reliance one of the worst service provider for a reason. Today reliance stoppe their cdma service on my number and i go a message saying replace your cdma sim with gsm for free visit nearby reliance center. So i visited my nearby reliance service center

                      Address shop no 4, aggarwal plaza, rohini sector 9, delhi - 110085, d. C. Chowk, near apni rasoi

                      So they asked rs. 25 for replacement of my cdma sim with gsm without providing any receipt. Since it is just 25 rupees i didnt bother and paid. Went back to home called customer care to find out the sim is a replacement and it is for free then why these so called reliance outlets are charging money?

                      I decided to write this complaint online to bring this to everyone's attention how low class reliance people are.

                          I bought Data Card No [protected] from Silvassa ( Dadara & Nagar haveli) under life time free 1 GB data free Scheme from Reliance communication a year back.
                          Initially I was getting proper service & 1 GB data on said no. as per the scheme.But for last 6- 7 months I hardly got any data on my connection. I could access internet only for 1-2 days.after that it was showing Zero balance. I have complaint couple of times to customer care but I did not get any solution to my problem. Several times I visited to area distributor from whom I have bought it but I did not get any result. He assured me all the time that complaint has been registered & would be resolved very soon. But nothing happened so far. Now this data card for me is just a sample piece nothing else
                          Now I got a massage from the distributor that I have to get my dongle upgraded to 4G as company has closed CDMA service & company is asking for approx 2699/- Rs for new dongle as old dongle won't be useful for this upgraded signals.
                          Most interesting thing is the same dongle company is offering at 899/- to other customer.

                          My concern is one side i ma not getting any benefit as per the scheme desPite my complaints to the service provider & now co. is asking for additional charges to facilitate the service at the same no due to change in their technology which should be borne by them.

                          I have mailed my complaint to co.'s circle grievance forum, customer care centre & to higher authority as well but so far I have not received any response from them.

                          Need your help to get it resolved.

                            Hi.

                            I made a recharge of rs.999 towards my usb internet stick *cdma on 9th june, 2016. The recharge goes successful and money is debited from my account. Pretty soon cdma shuts down as so gets the data pulped as i am told.
                            Prior to this, i have not been informed by the message that my cdma would be shut down (Not in the concrete terms).
                            Since cdma was to be shut down anyway, why did the recharge went through successfully?
                            As i haven't used the internet and i spent significant amount of money on the recharge, i would like the money refund to me.

                              I was recharged whith rs. 50/- on 09/06/2016 and use only rs. 2/- but now my mobile account balance is rs.11/- only.

                              My question is why are you deduction main balance from my mobile.

                              This is a normal activity of your company can you tell why are cheating you customer this way?

                                Hello Sir,

                                I am having very bad experience with Reliance communication.
                                I have broadband connection, from yesterday my service has been stopped.
                                I called to support and first they told me that because of check rejection your payment has not been paid. I have confirmed and found that money has deducted and paid to reliance and confirmed from bank as well.
                                Then I again called to support and I told them that money has been paid and there is rejection of payment through check, this time they are agree and they told me that yes its successful.

                                Now they told me different reason as you payment has not been made for April and May month 2016. This is also wrong as I have already made payment, I have also informed them dates for those payments.

                                Now I have email to [protected]@relianceada.com with payment details for both month and I dont see any response from their side.
                                Yesterday also I have sent email to them but no response.

                                I am not happy at all.

                                Really not good experience with Reliance support.

                                I am sending below email to Reliance customer support and they are not even reading my email.

                                Following is my email.

                                Hello Sir,

                                I would like to tell you that I have paid money by cash not by check.
                                This is clearly fraud activity and it's very serious.
                                It was by cash to your executive at the time of installation.

                                This is not good.

                                I don't have bank account on Seva Vikas cooperative bank.

                                Why reliance has not contacted before, the installation has been done in the month of January 2016 and its almost 6 month from there.

                                I don't remember to whom we paid cash amount. We request to check from your side that who has done a installation on my side.

                                It's almost 3 days now and we are still suffering.

                                Still not resolved this issue.
                                They have made some mistake in DD number and because of that we have repaid the amount.
                                I went to complaint center in Kalyni nagar pune and they assured me to return money but I called him twice and he still assured and now they are not picking up my call.

                                  After having a bad experience with data card service provided from reliance, i have terminated the service. I have also paid all the bill and raised a ticket to reliance customer care and got confirmation that i have "0" amount yet to be paid and no bill will be generated in future. However i'm receiving bill yet.

                                  When i contact reliance customer care, i got reply that, the connection is already terminated and we could see that a bill is generate even after termination of service. But we will not be able to help you further, since the connection is already terminated. Could you advice/respond on this.

                                    I want to disconnect my data card no [protected] due to very poor connectivity, and many times it will not get connected at all. I have called customer service at bangalore several times, at least 4 times they say that they will connect to the concerned department, but after holding the call for 5 to 10 minutes, it gets disconnected, we have never seen such kind of poor management. Reliance being such a big company do not have proper compliant re-dressing cell. Request please disconnect the above data card connection with immediate effect, as i would not be able spend any more time calling your customer service cell the service of which is pathetic.

                                      I have tried to terminate the cdma dongle connection 5 times by calling up their call center. Till date, they have refused to act on it. My complaint number is [protected]. I also sent them an email. However, i did not receive any acknowledgement. Every time i call them, they come up with a new excuse for avoiding termination. They are quite keen to migrate all their cdma customers to 4g using the sister company, reliance jio's network. But, this does not make sense as their rates for data plans and dongle, are higher than airtel. And this is not even their own network.

                                        Please note I had a 2G Reliance Net Connect Connection. Which stopped working a few days back & I had to purchase a 4G Dongel from Reliance. I was also given a new 4G enabled SIM Card. My Datacard no. is - [protected].
                                        But the services of 4G has not started yet in Kolkata & I am not able to surf internet or work if required from my house.
                                        I am facing tremendous problem regarding this.
                                        No one knows when 4G services will start in Kolkata, not even the customer care executives & I am paying my Reliance data card bills as well.
                                        Kindly look into my problem & help asap.
