Many times through email to close my data card connection but they are not closing it and not responding to my emails. They are not giving me procedure to close the datacard connection.       Dear team,

      I wanted to port my reliance number from reliance postpaid number to bsnl postpaid.

      I'm not able to receive upc or porting code/number. After sending so many sms to 1900/rcom. I'm trying this from last two and half months but no progress.

      Currently my reliance is not working because of rcom shut down. The problem is rcom is not sending the porting code at all for my number. I paid the last bill on 3 november 2017 but rcom sending me bill/rent rcom is shut down its service in the month of december, how i can pay the rent for the period which rcom is not providing any service to me or its customers. My security rs 500 is with rcom. I tried to do mnp in bsnl but no one is able to help as i don't have the porting code with me, however i tried all to possible possibilities to get the porting code. Please help me to provide porting code as i'm able to get connected with my friends and family

        I had more then rs. 8000 in my [protected] prepaid account when reliance communication decided to stop their services. I tried to call reliance communication multiple time but not able to get through a single line. They have only kept the interactive voice response services activity and it was with general information. I could not get through to any one any ask for my money back or ask them any other option which could save my money. After 15 yrs of been a loyal customer i was mistreated, i had to go to a lots of difficulty and i was cheated by reliance communications. I just want my hard earned money back.

              I have obtained and using the gsm mobile connection in my personal name vibhash ratilal shah, with above number since more than 10 year. Since the reliance is closed, i had requested for portability and i was provided upc with code number crm 42135. I have approached vodafone in my area for portability. They said that the porting code is for the corporate office group system was provided and advised me to submit an application on company name for which i was sole proprietor, running the business since past 3 years as proprietor though i have explained that the connection is on my individual name. Accordingly, i have given an application but the same was rejected twice stating the letter of authorization is invalid.
              It is requested that, kindly arrange for the portability of the number considering that the connection is for the individual only in the name of vibhash ratilal shah.

                Sub: - non receipt of refund of security deposit after 90 days

                With the captioned subject and reference i would like to bring to your kind knowledge that i had asked for switch from post paid connection to prepaid in 3rd week of sep 2017 i. E. Much more than 90 days. At the time of switching it was promised that security deposit will be refunded to us within 90 days but i am still awaiting for that.

                On the top of this, most disgusting things are:

                A) they have discontinued all customer call center numbers and none of reliance care desk at local level (Malad east, mumbai) is answering to this.

                B) no response to email written to their appellate department on 21st dec 2017 & 4th jan 2018.

                It is really disappointing that being such a good brand name they are playing with customer money & it seems no one in system is carrying about customers. I am sure that this would be a feeling for all other users as well.

                If they still have some creditability values left out then request to refund my security deposit at the earliest.

                Writing it to you as a last possible option in a hopes of positive response.

                Any luck to get refund or I can this this giant company has a good backing because of which they are not bothering to repay customer money & even none of the regulators are in a position to take any action.

                Are you guys such a helpless that you need to cheat with such a small individuals and that too a very tiny amount for you. Why you are spoiling your brand name like this. I think Anil Ambani don't deserve to be in retail segment with such mentality. Infact I will say even If baggers have better & good mentality.
                Sorry to say but since there is no response from Reliance communication, I am sure now that there are too many heavily impacted parties are supporting this kind of CHOR's (while color gunda's).

                  There is no voice or message connections in the captioned number. I am not able to use the mobile for nearly 2 months. Further i am not able to contact them to get the port no. For shifting to other service providers as both voice and messaging service has been stopped. All the reliance retail outlets have been closed and there is no response to my email either. I request them to send the port number for the said mobile no. To the email address registered with them.

                      We are a religious trust and had 13 cell connections with reliance communications when they closed down. We had to pay the bills for all these. How ever we were unable to know the exact amount due from us as bills were not delivered by them. How ever we could get the bills for some 7 connections from online inquiry and were paid in full. One of the number had zero outstanding. Now we are unable to get any of the 13 numbers transferred as reliance communication is rejecting all transfer as some amount is on 4 of the numbers is still due. Please give us the amount due as we need all the registered numbers.

                        Sir maine 15 din phele ek complaint likhayi thi setup box repair krne ke liye but aaj tak koi technician nhi aaya setup box thik krne. Mein daily phone krta hu customer care pr toh vo daily ek hi answer dete hai ki 24 hr ka wait karo technician aa jayega pr koi nhi aata or mene recharge bhi kra rakha hai toh vo bhi kt rha hai ya toh mujhe apna paise refund karo ya phir 1-2 din mein technician bejho. Agar aap logo ne kuch nhi kiya toh mein f. I. R note krwa dunga or consumer court bhi jaunga. So plz sir resolve my problem thanku.

                              I have ported out of reliance postpaid connection. I have 94 rs due on reliance bill, which i am trying to pay from last two weeks. The site have a separate option to pay bill for inactive postpaid customer, it ask for 19 digits account number, i tried to contact to customer care to get this acc. No. But not able to reach them... Please help me.. I am getting a message on my new connection that my services will be discontinued if i didn't clear the due with reliance.

                                  I am facing issues for porting my reliance number to anyone of other network vodafone/airtel/bsnl etc.

                                  I have been using this mobile number from the last 5 years which is belongs to karnataka network & suddenly network status started showing "emergency calls only" from then the last 3 months am trying to get upc/port number in all the way, unfortunately i was not in karnataka region to register complaint legally. Here there is no network in my region (Tamilnadu) since november 2017.

                                  I have tried from the other number more than 100 times to get in touch with rcom customer executives but no use.

                                  Even i have written multiple mails to rcom official mail address but no response. Finally i found this way to get resolve my issue which is most important.

                                  Note: at least they (Rcom) could have respond to our mails instead of ignore but it shows us rcom motive is to earn not to give a good service to people anymore.
