I am writing this letter to express my embarrassment, I am purchased a sim card form the reliance company the no is [protected]. I have been using the sim card form past 4 years in the reliance network.
And recently, I have received a message that Reliance company is not contiue with the Reliance service please port into the other networks I have received a message. After receiving the message. I planned to move to the Vadafone operator form
Reliance to Vadafone.
I have taken the UPC code on[protected] in Afzalpur taluk.

And the Upc code was generated in my Samsung galaxy core 2 mobile.
And the upc was generated form my mobile. And it has been using by someone. And they have cheated me. I am using this no from past 4 years. And recently due to the changes of the operators it has happened and filed a complaint in the police station regarding this but no response from police and with the vadafone operator.
And I have sent the images of the complaint copy and screen print o[censored]pc code of my mobile. please find the attachments.
I request you to please get my no back to me as it is a personal no for my banks, hospital, etc.
