    Sir,
    I am a subscriber of reliance cdma service my no is [protected], know the reliance withdrawing a cdma services from kolkata and other state for their own benefit and why should we suffer from 31.5.16 my line is disconnected i unable to contact my family, my friend's etc, not at all few month ago i was purchage a cdma handset for use of the cdma service and i have activated a value added service relince to reliance free for one year, know they are saying that i won get that value added service.
    So i will be very kind ful to you i[censored] take a necessary action against that company and passed a order to give the compensation for harassment for disconnection of line and for handset and provide me the value added service which i activated my no.

      Hello sir/madam
      As all know very well that reliance having problem in its cdma services for months i have complaint regard this so many time but i have not get any solution of its
      Last month in 2/5/2016 i went to any reliance store where from i got an 4 g sim and they insure me the services will work soon properly but still i have not got my problem fixed and they are asking me to pay the bill why should i have to pay if i am not able to use the services since 3 month you can check my usage.. My no is[protected] please solve my problem.

        I am using reliance wi pod (Mdn no. [protected]). Today i have taken 4g sim bearing sim no.[protected]. But on registering the message appears that invalid request :mdn is already registered with another sim.

        I am astonished that without registering how it is showing the above message. Please do needful at your end so that i can use my 4g sim and buy new reliance dongle with discount.

        I am a Reliance Wi-Pod user ([protected]). Thereafter I started with the procedure to get upgraded to 4G and to get a new 4G LTE data card (the cost of which is obviously 899 for me).
        When I started with the process, after generating and submitting I was supposed to get redirected to the link where I can order my 4G LTE data card for 899, but that's not happening. I am not getting redirected to the link. Once I hit the submit button "http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in/responseRedirectMDNContact.jsp"

        this link appears and page goes blank, no instruction comes and that makes me completely unable to order the data card.
        I request you to please help me out as soon as possible to place my order.

          I am not getting service for the past one week and reported the issue many times to your customer care. Below is the mail, i dropped to customercare. [protected]@relianceada.com.

          Hi,

          For the past one week i am not getting any service. I have raised the concern to the customer care and i was told some migration activity is going on in andhra pradesh circle which would take 24hrs to restore the services.
          I got the same response till today.

          Today, i received the message that the services are restored. But i am still unable to connect in "reliance 3" mode and when i switch to "hybrid" mode the speed is very low (150 kbps and less).

          I called the customer care to report the issue. But i am told that i have to convert to 4g to get more speed.
          If not, i have to stuck with the speed i am getting now.

          Per my package, i will get 3g with 10 gb limit per month and 1.7 mbps speed. (750 per month)

          Now i really dont understand, if it is mandatory to convert to 4g. Why it was not made clear to me that my services are going to disconnected without conversion. Why someone had not approached me and explained me the consequences?

          This is very absurd and not professional in any way.

          And the customer care personnel that you have are making the situation even worse. So far, i had bitter experience all the time. They do not provide proper response and never try to explain and resolve the issue.
          I feel better service is expected from any government office than your customer care.

          I am using this service for official purpose. Highly appreciate if you provide me a quick resolution.

          I am told that 3G services are discontinued and I have to migrate to 4G services.
          For which, I have to pay for 4G SIM and other expenses.

          I feel LOOTED.

          I got this connection around 6 months back and paid for dongle and sim. I am not at all interested in migrating to 4G but since they have, I have to pay extra bucks from my pocket to adhere to their policy.

          Worst part, No prior intimation. I came to know about this development when I repeatedly questioned their customer care on the availability of services.

          Whereas, I have opted for 3G just before 5 months.

            My number is [protected] and since last 5 yrs i was your customer. As per reliance upgrading reliance cdma to gsm. I have given new gsm no.[protected] but since last 10 days my gsm sim is not upgraded.
            Today on 5th june all incoming & outgoing calls are blocked. Please upgrade cdma to gsm or unblock the present cdma sim.

            Please help me to sort out this issue.

              I recharged my account wid Rs 94 mistakenly and it got activated .. showed that it has 7 days validity but for what .. I called the customer care for refund or give me other pack but they simply refused and said it ur fault that u recharged with wrong pack ... so if I rechagre with 1000 and there is no pack like that den my money will be deducted and I will get no service ... what is this there is no refund or anythng am disappointed... i[censored] don't give me a valid reason I will change the operator .. am very upset ..

                I Got SMS from reliance on 04.06.16 that Recharge today with 36 rs, get 40 rs talktime+all call 30p/minutes.
                I recharged it on 04.06.16, but not getting this offer till now. I got only 28 rs talk time. Then i call customer care, but its waste of time. Customer care number was busy and still busy 10 times. And at last customer care boy said plz wait 24 hours. This was so funny for me. Reliance is cheating with his customers regularly. Plz follow your offers Reliance.

Validity 28 days. Jald recharge kare nazdiki retailer se. Sabhi offers ke liye dial kare *129#. Rcom" nd today i recharged my no. Rs 359.. Bt i didn't get 10 gb 3g internet... I call customer care bt they dnt ans me nd reply back... They deceive me... Dnt knw wat should i do... Plzzzz help me out..

                    To the concerned authorities/entire team “reliance communication ltd”. I m a reliance customer (Cell no-[protected]) since 2001. At the time when the mobile was introduced in india early 1996-97 onward only for the ministers, celebrities, rich & business class community (As per my knowledge). There came a respected personality “our” late “dhirubai ambani” with a slogan “ karlo duniya muthie mein” & launched a mobile handset in just rs-500/- “appreciated” for his thinking of joining the entire nation by the means of communication. At the time there was the shortage of supply, as this was beyond his imaginations that he had never thought that millions of indians shall become the customer of rcom. Once again thanks to him.

                    Now after 15 years, on 30th may 2016 received a sms felt sad for the message regarding termination of cdma services fom 31st may 2016 onwards. So met with an agent of reliance distributor agency (Prop. Agrawal), in navi mumbai. Apmc above sheetala fast food, cont # agent -[protected], [censored]am (Co ordinator) -[protected]. He made me understand that from 31st may onwards the cdma services shall be terminated as per reliance instructions. So to avail the facilities on the same cell number the customer has to convert the number from cdma - 4g gsm which is mandatory & free of charge. As per his instructions/ guidance i gave him permission to do as directed. (New sim doc. & isem # etc are saved with me).

                    On 31st may i called mr. [censored]am & told him about no network on my mobile displaying (Ie - no incoming outgoing calls/sms). He tried to help me a lot from his side but couldn’t succeed. So at about 2 pm he took me on conference with a technical person mr. Nilesh. He also instructed me to do as directed but again we couldn’t make it. He then suggested me to visit any reliance gallery n tell them to upgrade the software of the provided sim. I then visited reliance gallery in vashi sector 17, opp mac d’. There the executive checked on their computer n told me that your number is active. I checked my cell display was showing reliance 4g. I then gave a miss call to a friend (Who was also suffering with the same issue from past 4-5 days). He called back in reply. I was satisfied that at last my number is active. But after reaching to sector-7 vashi navi mumbai (Which is hardly half a km distance from the gallery), i observed that my mobile is searching for the network for a long time & then displayed emergency/sos call only.

                    Now my queries are as –

                    1) does this means that after converting my sim from cdma to 4g gsm, i have to come across a street/chowk/reliance gallery to make or receive calls. Is this not a stupidity?
                    Is this a new stunt for selling reliance products like 4g gsm sim n mobile handset?

                    2) is the entire team unaware of the happenings?
                    When we talk about presently living in 20th century with computeronics, cyber tech, satellites, wi-fi etc.In a global competitive market.

                    3) what type of message is conveyed to the entire nation by the “indian” cellular branded co. “reliance communication ltd”?

                    4) where is that passion of slogan “karlo duniya muthie mein” n now is meant as “karlo duniya kadmo mein”

                    5) as we know 2g/3g is outdated (But working perfect) but why 4g when it is not at all working?

                    6) i don’t understand why the co. Stops the cdma services (Which was not up to the mark) of the existing customers & converting it to 4g gsm (Which is not working) when they are not completely prepared?

                    7) who is the sufferer - the co. Or the user?

                    8) most often it is observed that when an employee does an unacceptable mistake he/she is been kickoff/fired by the superior/boss who is sitting on an executive chair. Now in this case i wonder who shall be the victim?

                    So i humbly request to the entire team of “reliance communication ltd” to look into the matter & do the needful asap. For the betterment of entire nation “india”. Waiting for the quick n positive response.

                        Hello...i m user of reliance wipod...from 2 months they r saying to migrate to 4g and buy new 4g device as cdma will b stoped...on 21 may i done all d formality... Buyed new 4g device also and register for migration... Now first dey said 23 dey will convert to 4g den dey extend to 31 may as a last date...today its 5 june...still no sighn of 4g yet..my cdma still working... Kindly provide exact and accurate detail so we can manage my wipod as balance is almost getting nil...

                              I am using CDMA dongle of Reliance bearing MDN No. [protected]. Today I have taken 4G sim bearing Sim No.[protected]. But on registering the message appears that Invalid Request :MDN is already registered with another SIM.

                              I am astonished that without registering how it is showing the above message. Please do needful at your end so that I can use my 4G sim.

                                I am a subscriber gsm postpaid services since last four months, all of my outgoing services have been suspended without any reason and prior intimation. When contacted, their response is just misguiding, non-fruitful and not more than a political promise.

                                Sir, kindly look in this matter as this is very important number for my business usages and it is next to impossible to talk to its customer because you will always find these lines busy busy and busy.
                                Why are you block my outgoing call with out any reason please unblock my outgoing call.

                                i received all from number. [protected] and she said me your number outgoing call is activate but my service is not activate i am very harass from reliance communications from last 2 days i will 5 times goes to reliance store and 10 times call to *222 but they did not gives me a proper reason for barred my outgoing service reliance communication *222 excutive said to me your number is barred because your are calling 1 number more than 75 times in a weak reliance communication store excutive said your your sim is damage you buy a new sim . if the reliance communication did not take any action immediately i will complaint in consumer forum.

                                  My name is ritesh gupta. My number is [protected]. As per reliance upgrading reliance cdma converted to gsm and i also converted to gsm. All plan was credited to my number but their data plan (1gb 3g +10 gb 4g) still did not credited.
                                  I talked to customer care regarding this matter they said your data will br credited soon. Its been 4 days and no response from them.
                                  And now when i am trying to call customer care it seems that they have blocked me.

                                  Please help me to sort out this issue.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using reliance netconnect connection at my hometown ranchi. It is basically used by my parents to be in touch with me since i stay outside ranchi. For past 3 months, i have been receiving wrong bills which has some subscriptions charged in it. I never applied for any such services. Moreover, the sim card provided is installed in a data card provided by reliance, so there is no chance of subscription activation from my end.Initially in the first month they charged around inr 100, next moth it was around inr 250 and this month it is around inr 450. The company has customer care numbers but they do not cater to postpaid connections. I have tried like 5-6 numbers provided by them and always get the same reply that they do not cater to postpaid connection problems.

                                        I have dropped mails to customer care mail ids and for past two months they have assured that the amount will be settled in next bill and this won't happen again. But nothing got sorted and this is an ongoing concern every month. So basically it is consumer who has to go through all the pain and pay more amount every month.
                                        This month even i have dropped them some 4 mails for the same issue but have'nt got any reply from their end. Their website does not even have an option to register customer grievance.
                                        Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I would never ever recommend Reliance connection to any one out there who is reading this message. You will just land into a dried well by taking the connection. I have to just disconnect my services and stay in peace. Every month the consumer is expected to drop mails to consumer mail IDs and they should not expect any reply from them.

                                        Such a Big organization and not able to handle consumer grievances. A big shame !
