I never expect such poor service from reliance and i don't know
To whom i conduct further step.
Actual problem:
I took new wifi connection at 26-dec-2015 with four month advance rental plan. I paid total amount of rs.3393, for rs 599 plan, not even 3month completed my connection was barred from mar 1st week, still now nobody is resolving my issues.
I paid rs.2840/- while taking new connection, from reliance executive ramesh and he commited that this is advance payment of four month duration plan rs.599 (10gb)+tax and i won't get any payment upto 4month (Advance rental plan), since the amount is already paid. But unfortunately almost two month over since that advance payment not updated with my reliance wifi connection [protected].
My connection is suspended/barred due to un-billed payment after the first month, called ramesh executive and asking about the update after i received first month bill, till now he is telling that, some approval process is pending like that...
Due to my official work i paid rs.553 as online payment to activate immediately for first month bill. But after 30 days again my connection was barred and started getting bills, i sent many mails and reminders, spoke to customer care, appellate and nodal officers 100 times, still now my issue not resolved. They are telling backend team is working on that, will get update shortly since i didnt used more than one and half month still getting bills and my issue not solved.
I dont want to get bills for non-usage days and i need solution for this issue.
Your executive cheated me took money i have the proof since i transferred money to his bank account while taking new connection.

Now he is telling to pay again rs.1500 for feb and march month, after that i wont get bill for next four month... E

Never i have seen the worst services like reliance...
I am extremely unhappy to say that in spite of repeated calls to the customer service numbers the issues have not been resolved and my connectivity still is pathetic - though each time i speak to them i've been assured that the technical team is working on it and the problem will be resolved in 2-3 hours/days looks like recorded voice.
Why is it taking reliance so many days to even acknowledge customer issues? And simply closing the ticket without resolution and not informing.
Isn't it unethical of reliance to charge customers without providing the service (I am sure both my connections will be billed for the total amount - irrespective of the fact that you are not providing promised services!) -
I wasted more time and money and now suffering lot of stress, frustration
Why is it that reliance never keeps us updated as to the status of our complaints - and we have to call and find out?
