Hi

My name is prabhdeep singh i have port my no [protected] vodafone to reliance to get internet services by our a executive in bathinda his name is ram kumar & no is [protected] but from the day first internet is not working on my no. I had complained the same to excutive but from that day he is not picking my phone. Sir reliance is a very reliable company in market but like this bloody hole excutive making your image dirty in market & i promise i will never use your reliance network in future & will not give advise to anyone for use reliance.

I am trying your customer care from last 5-7 days but till date i have not given any sufficient solution.

I am very disappointed from your services.

Call karte waqt samne wale ki awaj samajh me hi nai aati hai... Aur 8/6/16 se to uska tower bilkul hai hi nai... Mera ye number mere savi friends aur relatives ko diye hue hain... Kisi se v contact nai ho pata... Main apka bahot purana customer hu... Bahot hi bura lagta hai jablogo ka vodafone ka tower full rahta hai... Main nai chahta ki main reliace sim change karu...       I am using reliance cdma Wi-pod dongle no. [protected]. As the dongle is not working now the company said to upgrade from cdma to gsm 4g.
      So i got 4g sim with SIM no.[protected] and gone to website http://reliancenetconnect.Co.In/migration/index for upgrading the sim by entering details. But after entering all the details it shows "invalid request :mdn is already registered with another sim" whereas i haven't registered it with any other sim.

        Worst service ever given by the reliance not expected this from u.
        A message was sent by your company in which offer given to me is 1gb 3g internet for 28 days in rs123/- but the validity given to me is only for 7 days i have complainted regarding this but my complaint still not solved i am also having complaint no.[protected]
        And they said that your complaint is processed but only validity given to me and what about my 3g balance. I remember i am having about 380mb data left but they don't give me my balance back what can i do of validity given by you? Worst company ever i see in my life.

          Hello, I am having problem with my reliance cdma number that is of delhi, this number is circulated everywhere and now because reliance shutdown down cdma network, without any prior notice, I am having serious troubles. Please resolve my issue, i need my number and the services on that network, I recently recharged my number a plan, now its all waste. My reliance number is [protected]
          Do you guys have any professionalism left on you, you should first inform your customer prior to 1 month, then remove the services. My alternate number is [protected].

            My number is [protected] As per reliance upgrading reliance cdma converted to gsm and i also converted to gsm. All plan was credited to my number but their data plan (1gb 3g +10 gb 4g) 4g balance still did not credited and deducted main balance for data usage.
            I talked to retailer regarding this matter they said your data will be credited soon. Its been 7 days and no response from them.
            And now when i am trying to call customer care it seems that they have blocked me.

            Please help me to sort out this issue.

              I aditya gupta the owner of reliance jio water 2 i have purchased lyf water 2 on date 26-march-2016 with imei no. :-[protected] with cash of rs.13231.00
              On date 08-june-2016 it was hanging and was switch off by its own then i immediately gone to service center at tatmil kanpur there they was saying that the phone has absorbed moisture from your swet or your phone is fallen inside water then i told to him the thing which i am saying is correct i haven't kept the phone inside water then i told to them that now what should i do then he told that your's phone pcb board is damaged due to water so you have to replace it by new pcb board
              Then i said that plzzz see that without replacing by new can the phone be started then they simply said no! Then i also asked wht will be the amount if in replaced it by new then he told that you have to pay now rs.9000 for new pcb board
              I found just no response from your team so plzz listen to me and plzzz change my phone with new lyf water or cash back my amount of rs.13231.00

                When i try to make a call to anybody than firstly it doesn't connect and than computer operator say that you have not sufficient balance but on my no. has always balance
                Second problem is that, connect call has been disconnect automatically.
                and its never connect easily with reliance customer care no. when i try.
                In Alwar city, Rajathan, 301001, there hasn't proper and continue network. there has network problem of reliance also.

                  Dear sir,
                  I stay at aphb colony, moula ali, hyderabad.
                  On the roof my house a network distribution box is installed and i was getting monthly rent for the same.
                  Since 2 years i am not getting any rent for the same. The power for this unit is taken from my electrical meter. I enquired about the non-receipt with one mr gopi at [protected]. He told me in the month of march that total rent arrears will be paid and the distribution box will be removed by the end of march 2016.
                  So far i have not received my rent. Power consumption is being done every month.

                  I have been trying to contact mr. Gopi time and again. But he us not responding or taking my call.

                  Can you look into this and see that this matter is settled immediately. Else please advise me to whom shall i approach regarding this matter.

                      I am a Reliance Wi-Pod user ([protected]). Thereafter I started with the procedure to get upgraded to 4G and to get a new 4G LTE data card (the cost of which is obviously 899 for me).
                      When I started with the process, after generating and submitting I was supposed to get redirected to the link where I can order my 4G LTE data card for 899, but that's not happening. I am not getting redirected to the link. Once I hit the submit button "http://www.reliancenetconnect.co.in/responseRedirectMDNContact.jsp"

                      this link appears and page goes blank, no instruction comes and that makes me completely unable to order the data card.
                      I request you to please help me out as soon as possible to place my order

                          This company changed my plan which i got on discount after MNP.
                          They just changed my plan without informing me that due to long STD calls they changed it but they have no proof regarding that. I got 4000min on local call and 0.40 paise std but now they changed it on 1500min due misleading my bills goes on 164 inspite of Rs44
                          my plan is 404 plus extra bill but i got it on discount of 202 rental plus extra usage. please help me. They fraud me.

                              My balance reduces continuously reducing on the name of different value added and other services without any information like science robbery. I have already contacted customer care services but they are unable to solve my problem and i also feel that they block my number to contact me. I am very fear to recharge my account. Whenever, i recharge my account, reliance authority attack on my balance like a hunger child and further not given any option to contact customer care. Last few days before, i appreciated services on different surveys and give good feed back to solve customer problems to appreciate of newer employee. But, this is my mistake and falt. This is too much and very irritating. Now, i have no option, so i will be change my subscriber.

                                Hi team,

                                I am facing network issues on my reliance gsm post paid for past 2 months. I have raised multiple requests and visited the reliance store - near rto kondapur, hyderabad, but no resolution has been provided for my complaint.

                                I requested for mnp and generated the port number on 19th may as i thought of switching to vodafone. But from 19th may to 8th june no action has been taken on this, and when i speak to vodafone folks they ask me to check with reliance team as to why there is a delay.

                                I am literally pissed off with the services of reliance and need immediate action to be taken for the same.
                                Could you please provide an update on the issue.

                                  I converted my cdma network in to 4g lte connection. Before conversion i received lots of calls from reliance to convert the cdma network in to 4g lte network and the same existing plan will be converted in 4g.

                                  Then i received a 4g sim card from reliance and i converted my cdma network in to 4g. After conversion i come to know that only 5 gb 4g internet you can use under the plan and you were no suppose to use unlimited internet data while my previous plan is high speed data unlimited unlimited calls and messages all over india, but now they were offering only 5 gb data.

                                  I talked with customer care office they tell me that it will be enable 4g internet within few days and meanwhile we provided 2g data on your card. But there is no internet connection available on my sim card. And then also after not using even 1 kb data i have to pay for full amount for the same.

                                  Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

                                      I took new wifi connection at 26-dec-2015 with four month advance rental plan. I paid total amount of rs.3393, for rs 599 plan, not even 3month completed my connection was barred from mar 1st week, still now nobody is resolving my issues.


                                      I paid rs.2840/- while taking new connection, from reliance executive ramesh and he commited that this is advance payment of four month duration plan rs.599 (10gb)+tax and i won't get any payment upto 4month (Advance rental plan), since the amount is already paid. But unfortunately almost two month over since that advance payment not updated with my reliance wifi connection [protected].


                                      My connection is suspended/barred due to un-billed payment after the first month, called ramesh executive and asking about the update after i received first month bill, till now he is telling that, some approval process is pending like that...


                                      Due to my official work i paid rs.553 as online payment to activate immediately for first month bill. But after 30 days again my connection was barred and started getting bills, i sent many mails and reminders, spoke to customer care, appellate and nodal officers 100 times, still now my issue not resolved. They are telling backend team is working on that, will get update shortly since i didnt used more than one and half month still getting bills and my issue not solved.
                                      I dont want to get bills for non-usage days and i need solution for this issue.

                                      Your executive cheated me took money i have the proof since i transferred money to his bank account while taking new connection.

                                      Never i have seen the worst services like reliance...

                                      I am extremely unhappy to say that in spite of repeated calls to the customer service numbers the issues have not been resolved and my connectivity still is pathetic - though each time i speak to them i've been assured that the technical team is working on it and the problem will be resolved in 2-3 hours/days looks like recorded voice.


                                      Why is it taking reliance so many days to even acknowledge customer issues? And simply closing the ticket without resolution and not informing.

                                      Isn't it unethical of reliance to charge customers without providing the service (I am sure both my connections will be billed for the total amount - irrespective of the fact that you are not providing promised services!) -

                                      I wasted more time and money and now suffering lot of stress, frustration

                                      Why is it that reliance never keeps us updated as to the status of our complaints - and we have to call and find out?

                                        This is my number [protected]. I have tried to get upc code few days back as network sucks in my area even i filed complaints about it 3 months back then they are still working on it. I am living in middle of city yet they are sawing roaming. I wasn't able to port out before expiry date so i tried to get another upc code but now i am not getting any message from 1901. So i filed complaints here before, got call from reliance, they registered complaints and received message saying that now i can apply for upc code but i tried tried nd tried till rum out balance then i got message from 1901 that please recharge to avail service. Is this how you harasse customers to gain few penny.
