I have Data Card [protected] but net speed is very slow and few month back i have complaint this problem to customer care person but he is saying due to technical issue speed is not good also saying you can disconnect is data card for temporary basis but i have continued this data card with the hope that issue will resolve after few days and paid all bill on time spite of net problem but my last bill was delayed only one day and they charge 100 rs late fee and denied to wave off it and saying my senior is not available all the time . and net problem is remaining the same some time not only speed problem but also net is not connected should i disconnect this data card or switch to another company kindly suggest me.

    I am totally unsatisfied with reliance service and reliance team, initially i thought that i am the only one who is suffering but there is a long queue and everyone is totally frustated. I port my number from voda to reliance and the experience was hell. Now every time i am calling 198 they put my call on hold and after 5-10 min. Revert back that our server is down and we cannot recieve your complaints what the hell, user is stupid, now i am feeling cheated and i request everyone not to choose reliance.

        Since 16 feb 2016, the day on which i first used reliance postpaid, i lodged a complaint of poor network near dhaula kuan. I got 3 days time to problem to be resolved. But after then no resolution. I lodged number of complaints but the keep mum. Later i started tweets on twitter. They told my problem has been resolved still which was false statement. Once i got angry and started scolding a customer executive, in return he called from his mobile no. [protected] and threatened and abused me. I called customer care and complained about the incident, they assured me that they will take action. I had lost faith in them so 10 mins later i called back to customer care and asked detail of my complaint which was surprising, the complaint was regarding messaging, which was a biggest fraud. Again i lodged a complaint but the complaint was later closed mentioning i was unreachable. They tried every ways to save them self rather than to improve the quality of network. Now they are not letting me port out from their cellular service.

          I have subscribed for tax saver sip in reliance mutual fund, its been around a year.. Now i dont want to continue it any more.. So, i made cancellation request and completed required procedures..

          The cancellation request has been rejected twice saying the signature done doesnt match with the signature of bank account which was used for the sip.

          When we checked with bank (Hdfc bank) they said for cancellation, it doesnt come to bank then we again asked to reliace people to give us rejection reason in print and we presented that to bank then after they said for this particular fund it comes to them..

          The issues are :
          -for each cancellation we were informed after a month or so... So, the installment was captured twice although i never wanted that.

          -third time we submitted the cancellation request with signature done in front of bank employee and submitted it. We were informed that we will get to know about request status in 4 working days.. When we called the office to know status after 4 days, they said it will still take 3 to 4 more days..

          Please help us cancel this unwanted sip, i have never had such issue due to signature in past i am using it since more than 7 years..

            Fwp migration from cdma to gsm 4g not completed in more than 10 days..

            Hi, i have been asked to move from old landline cdma - [protected] to gsm 4g - [protected]. I had bought new landline handset too for rs 2000, but still my new no is not activated and old no also got deavtivated. Not able to receive and dial any no from five days


            Concern not resolved from last 1 week and still no not activated after paying bill amount and web-world just say there system shows all good, but phone and sim says no not registered.. No support from reliance after being a post paid customer from last 13-14 years.. Pathetic customer support and incident resolution team,.. They also just close the incident without informaint the customer on there alternate registered contact no or through mail..

              I am being deduct of my balance on unwanted subscription of askshtfrmtdms. I never subscribe this vas. I am getting very much irritatwd due to this nuisance. I am thinking of disconnecting my reliance mobile phone connection.
              I therefore submitting my grievance to this forum. I hope you can reaolve my problem.
              This kind o[censored]nauthorized deduction should be stop immediately.

                [protected] is my reliance net connect number.
                This number has been closed. This is my important number. Imp sms was coming on this number.
                I know all the cdma numbers are changing to reliance 4g. But i was totally innocence about it. When i am connecting it on my pc, no tower is displaying. Please allow me again to transfer this number to reliance 4g.

                  मै रिलायन्स कम्युनिकेशन का पिछले दस वर्षों से ग्राहक हूँ I मेरा पोस्टपेड नंबर है I पिछले दिनांकः 21/05/2016 को कंपनी द्वारा भेजे गए संवाद के आधार पर मैं कंकडबाग, पटना के रिलायन्स स्टोर में जाकर 4G में अपग्रेडेशन के लिये सिम प्राप्त किया और निदेशानुसार एस एम एस भेजा I दिनांक 22/05/2016 को एक मेसेज आया कि आपका अनुरोध स्वीकार कर लिया गया है I सिम देते वक्त रिलायंस स्टोर में यह बतलाया गया कि जब तक 4G सेवा चालू नहीं होगा आपका CDMA सेवा चालू रहेगा और आपको किसी प्रकार कीपरेशानी नहीं होगी I सिम पंजीकृत होने के बाद भी मोबाइल की सेवा चलती रही I परन्तु दिनांक 26/05/2016 के दोपहर के बाद अचानक मेरे मोबाइल की सेवा बन्द हो गयी I मैंने जब रिलायंस स्टोर से संपर्क साधा तो बतलाया गया कि आपका कनेक्शन अपग्रेड हो चुका है इसलिए आपका कनेक्शन बन्द हो गया है I मैंने कहा कि कनेक्शन चालू होने का क्या उपाय है तो जवाब मिला कि आप customercare से सम्पर्क करें I मैंने अनेकों बार customercare में फ़ोन लगाने का प्रयास किया परन्तु एकबार भी फोन नहीं लगा I पुनः मैं रिलायंस स्टोर में जाकर इस बात को रखा तो बतलाया गया कि आप रिलायंस के कार्यालय में जाकर संपर्क करें वहीँ पर आपके समस्या का समाधान हो पायेगा I इस बीच मैंने रिलायंस customercare के वेबसाइट पर जाकर दो-तीन ईमेल भी भेजा परन्तु न तो कोई मेल का जवाब आया और नहीं कोई मेसेज I इसके बाद मैं स्वयं तीन बार रिलायंस के पटना कार्यालय में सातवें तल्ला पर जाकर श्रीमान् अभिजीत जी से मिला I उन्होंने मेरी बात सुनने के बाद मुझसे एक फोटो और मेरे वोटर पहचान-पत्र का कॉपी लेकर एक फॉर्म पैर हस्ताक्षर करवाया और एक दूसरा सिम थमाते हुए कहा कि आप जाइये आपका फ़ोन चालू हो जायेगा I उन्होंने उसी कार्यालय के एक कर्मचारी श्रीमान् अमित को समझाया और कहा कि अमित का फ़ोन नंबर ले लिजिये और यदि कोई परेशानी होगी तो उन्हें बताइयेगा I दो दिनों तक फ़ोन चालू नहीं होने पर अमितजी ने कहा कि आपको जब तक मेसेज नहीं आएगा तबतक आपका फ़ोन कैसे चलेगा I मैंने कहा कि मेरा सारा काम-काज बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हो रहा है और मुझे आर्थिक रूप से नुकशान हो रहा है I उन्होंने कहा कि आप को जो करना है सो कीजिये मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता I आपके फ़ोन को चालू करने के लिए मैं request भेज चुका हूँ I ध्यातव्य है कि मैं अनेक वर्षों से ग्राहक हूँ और अपने मोबाइल के लिए मासिक किराया कम्पनी को देते आरहा हूँ फिर भी मुझे प्रताड़ित होना पड़ रहा है I बैंक, isurance कम्पनी, गैस एजेंसी, अपने कार्यालय, अपने व्यवसाय एवं परिजनों के पास मेरा येही एकमात्र कनेक्शन उपलब्ध है I कनेक्शन बन्द होने के कारण मुझे नुकशान उठाना पड़ रहा है और मानसिक एवं शारीरिक ह्रास हो रहा है इसकी भरपाई कौन करेगा I

                  अतः अनुरोध है कि किसी भी सूरत में मेरा फोन अविलम्ब चालू होना चाहिए तथा कम्पनी एवं उनके कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रताड़ित करने एवं ह्रास करने तथा आर्थिक नुकशान कि भरपाई कराने की कृपा की जाय I

                  i m using some other company sim also.but reliance is the worst network, customer care, service among all other companies i never seen in my life.this reliance is a fraud collmpany.they are fooling people.lets stop using reliance.pls all port to other company.

This is cheating and more cheating. my alternate number is working but you are saying there was no responnse is false. I was never thought that like a Reliance Company will cheat to their customer.

                    I always face server problem in reliance internet. Every single day I open my browser and it shows me "there is no internet connection" after every 1 or 2 hours. But this is not what I'm reporting for.

                    On 31/05/2016 I payed my bill by debit card. (Debit card from Canara bank and last digit is 6504) when I was paying the bill on there official website from instant pay option. I filled on information correctly but after few minutes my web page shows "there is no internet connection" because of reliance's server problem but Rs 801 was detected from my debit card and I also didn't get any receipt because there was an server problem. On 04/06/2016 they shut down my internet and when I call to customer care they said "we shut down your internet because you didn't pay the bill." I told them whole thing that I pay the from debit card but there was a server problem when I was paying the bill but Rs 801 was detected from my bank account. They said "sorry we can't help you because you don't have receipt.

                    I also talk to BillDesk customer care and they said "I amount was detected from your account it means reliance successfully got the payment otherwise it will revert on your bank account.

                    The biggest problem is no one wants to listen my problem in reliance broadband. Kindly help me.

                      I am a subscriber gsm postpaid services since last four months, all of my outgoing services have been suspended without any reason and prior intimation. When contacted, their response is just misguiding, non-fruitful and not more than a political promise.

                      Sir, kindly look in this matter as this is very important number for my business usages and it is next to impossible to talk to its customer because you will always find these lines busy busy and busy.
                      Why are you block my outgoing call with out any reason please unblock my outgoing call.

                      i received all from number. [protected] and she said me your number outgoing call is activate but my service is not activate i am very harass from reliance communications from last 2 days i will 5 times goes to reliance store and 10 times call to *222 but they did not gives me a proper reason for barred my outgoing service reliance communication *222 excutive said to me your number is barred because your are calling 1 number more than 75 times in a weak reliance communication store excutive said your your sim is damage you buy a new sim . if the reliance communication did not take any action immediately i will complaint in consumer forum.i will goes to many times to your reliance store but they not response is just misguiding, non-fruitful and not more than a political promise. they said my usses is commercial so my number out going service barred i cant understand my plan is 998 unlimited local calls unlimited std calls unlimited 2g data and 100 sms par day and all india roaming free so what is commercial usses please give me a proper reason and activate my outgoing services

Last 12 year am using this mobile no with airtel network last month one relience customer care will contact me and prefer some good offer then i wish to port to reliance postpaid plan. Relinace exicutive colleted all documents and 300 rupees from my home then sim is activated 31/05/16 but after one day the out going call barred then i go customer care centr they tell some problm in address verification they are call my no then phone attend my mam they only told address of mine and mam it will said it .but the sim is not activated then i again tell customer care they again came and variferd address but the sim is not activated.then i contact sim activation center and verification center they are not help me they tell our job is completed but the sim is not activate.what can i do?? I understand my bad decision for port to reliance with shameless services . I need my sim activated as soon as possible or back to earlier network thank you

                        My problem is that i had post paid plan for my reliance sim after then i went for prepaid services in march 2017.although i enjoyed services till 21 march and customer care sent me the message that your outgoings calls are barred due to commercial usage...even i have no outstanding from post paid deptt.then what is the reason for barred outgoing calls of my number ([protected]).(from j&k state)

                        Kindly sovle the issue.

                        Kindly look into the matter ASAP
                        I need port number for changing my network in j&k
                        Send port through message so that i can continue enjoying services of my number in other network.

                          I'm using Reliance postpaid connection since last 7 months, but I have been facing network issues since last 3 months. I paid around INR1, 700 for the last three months without using complete network service because 90% of the time there is no networ. I raised many complaints with customer care and I was told that the 'Network issue will be there because Reliance 4G launching is in process'. It has been three months over and no progress. I fed up with the service and I decided to switch from the service from Reliance.

                          Then I sent request for porting code for atleast 20 times. Its been 7 days since I've been trying to get my porting code for reliance gsm number. I have sent 20 messages so far, which got delivered and I was charged normal sms charges for the same. The message I sent to 1900 was PORT

                          None of the customer care agents are answering my concern when I call the customer care number which sucks and has made me firm on my decision to switch from reliance.

                          I hope someone helps me get this matter sorted.

                            I was already having REliance NetConnect+ internet Dongle. As Reliance has started upgrading to 4G, hence my NetConnect+ dongle stopped working and showing no signal. I was told to purchase a new 4G WiPOD from Reliance. I have also received a new 4G SIM and purchased the new 4G WiPOD of Reliance on 1st of June 2016. But when I tried to connect the new 4G LTE WiPOD, it shows no network coverage. Hence I am unable to access the net over the 4G WiPOD. Till date the WiPOD is not functional..no network is seen on the login screen. What should be done? When will the service be started?

                              I'm using reliance pro 3 postpaid since from past 1year and it was good till 23rd may, 2016. My dongle stopped working from 24th may, 2016. I raised a complaint in customer care they said reliance stopped cdma services, have to upgrade 4g and i upgraded to 4g and bought 4g device but reliance not launched 4g services still now and even they started cdma services again. My net is totally dead my work is stopped due to absence of net connection. And, another shock is they charged a bill full amount for period from 5th may-4th june. How they charged bill without giving services?

                                Request you to please deactivate my data card no [protected] as i dont want to upgrade for 4G.i have email same to customer care on email [protected]@relianceada.com but there is no response. Even been to reliance store personally and submitted address proof and deactivation letter even cald customer care many times they will say me your dongal has be barred active it then deactive it. When i visit store they says your dongal is in active mode iam fedup now please deactive my reliance no as soon as.

                                  I hv recharged my reliance netconnect3 dongle with rs.255 yesterday. but when I tried to use it the network was unavailable. then I called customer care, they says that your dongle is needed to update which will be replaced by new 4g dongle. it will charge me atleast rs.899 . but I don't want to update it. I was not informed by company representative with this updation earlier. so this is such a exploitation with customer. I want my money back as soon as possible. my rs 255 are wasted.

                                    I recharge my reliance mob no [protected] on dated 28/05/2016 by rs 123 for data balance again rechage by rs 200 on dated 02/06/2016 for main balance but my main balance is deducted rs 198 on dated 05/06/2016 complant to customer care on dated 06/06/2016 a complant no[protected] given by mr amit and say to me your deducted balance is credited on your account within 24 hours but not resolve my problems till 07/06/2016 again call to custemer care spoke to mr r j yadav he say to acording to our company policy i cannot refund your deducted amount becouse you use internet data i say my data pack is already activated and data is also remaning plz look at the matter and resolve my problems.                                         My name is mayur bukshet. My number is [protected]. As per reliance upgrading reliance cdma converted to gsm and i also converted to gsm. All plan was credited to my number but their data plan (1gb 3g +10 gb 4g) still did not credited.
                                        I talked to customer care regarding this matter they said your data will br credited soon. Its been 7 days and no response from them.
                                        And now when i am trying to call customer care it seems that they have blocked me.

                                        Please help me to sort out this issue.
