On 30.05.2016 i have recharged with voucher for an amount of rs 149 which is unlimited free calls on local onnet mobile plan pack through your website http://www.Rcom.Co.In/rcom/personal/home/index.Html, and amount has been paid by sbi online net banking. But your voucher for amount of rs 149. Still not activated.

And on 05.06.2016 i have recharged with voucher for an amount of rs 299 twice which is unlimited free calls on local onnet mobile plan pack, but both time an amount has been deducted from my account but still voucher not activated .

Therefore total rs. 747 has been paid by me to your unlimited free calls on local onnet mobile plan pack.

I have also try to contact your customer care representative but they also refuse to give me any information and cut my call

Therefore you are requested to intervene in this matter and return my rs. 747 to my account number [protected]

    I visited in your web world many times. If you will not solve my problem than i have to port my sim. If co. Is provide 4g sim than co should not deactivated the sim for such a long period.

      Dear sir/man

      I would like to inform you that my reliance CDMA number was migrated in 4G on 02.06.2016 but its still not getting 4G network and showing roaming symbol. It cause the problem in net connectivity which gives inconvenience to us. Kindly help us and let us know the confirm date and time by which we can get proper 4G network and speed what company promised.I am also call customer care but not response after 20-30 minute and not pickup call by cc.
      We all are facing problems here.

              Sir, today i recharge rs 76 for my no [protected]. Offer talk time 85. But after few minutes my balance 0. Then i contact to customers care person & they told me your recharge not done, please contact to retailer. Then i contact to retailer he show me the message "recharge successful". Then i contact once again customer care & refund only rs 26th which he dedicated for some vas service. I would like to inform you i am not interested about this vat service.
              Then i contact to floor manager mr rajkumar adhikary but he is not solve my problem & disconnect the line when i want to make a complaint.
              So, now i request to you please do the needfull & refund my 59 rupee talk time.

                Hi sir,
                Myself vichandi sharma and i am using reliance cdma no. [protected].
                In the month of may 2016 i have received a bill of rs. 715 rupees for that mobile no.. On 11th may 2016 at 2:07 pm, i had made a payment of rs.700 via paytm a/c of mr. Sanjay mahore. But by mistake i had mad a payment to reliance cdma no. [protected]. (Last 2 digit were typed wrong), and i realized the same mistake after receiving a call from reliance for the payment of the may 2016 bill.
                I made a call to no. [protected] (On which by mistake i had mad a payment), but i was surprised when i found that the no. Not is in use and it is "temporarily out of services".
                So i made a call to reliance customer care (*222) from my reliance no and co-ordinate with mr. Ankit. He was agree that a payment of 700 was credit to [protected] and that no. Is not in use. I request him to reverse the same amount to my account but he denied by saying that it cannot be reversed.

                So please let me know how can i get refunded or credited the same amount of rs. 700 against the my correct no. [protected].

                Hi, Now services of my reliance no. has been stopped by the Reliance service provider . Please someone help me to outcome from this problem . how a company which has good prestige and goodwill can do this ? Is nobody there who can raise a voice for a common man OR share a suggestion ?

                  My name is jinit brahmbhatt from hyderabad,

                  I m having reliance cdma since 5yrs. With number [protected] at hyderabad.

                  As u made people to switch to4g, i also opted for same sending good network. But u people cheated me and other by offering gsm network and that too not available at my home. I simply get zero signal inside my home where earlier i was getting good cdma network. I m using this number for business but suffering due to you guys.

                  I m tryijg to port out frok reliance and send message to 1900 but i got message that this service unavailable temporary.

                  So it means neither i can use reliance nor i can shift out of reliance.

                  Kindly make sure that i get upc at earliest or else j will drag anil ambani to media for cheating.

                    In response to my earlier complaint you suggested to give details on a link. This is in continuation to my earlier complaint...... (Dongle no [protected])

                    Received 4g dongle today.

                    Called toll free number[protected] at about 16.10 hrs for making the dongle live.

                    Surprised to learn that services to 4g dongle has not been started in maharashtra. Attending executive could not specify how many days more to wait.

                    Now i have no other option to join the crowd and use all un-parliamentary (M c / b c) for rcom its management and owners

                      Yesterday i have recharged my reliance prepaid mobile. Number: [protected] (Maharashtra) with rs149 /- data recharge. I have recently upgrade my cdma number to 4g reliance (Which company forced to migrate). I received new sim. Before recharge i called on customer care *333 number to check the available data recharge value and offer. On ivr system it is suggested to do recharge for rs149 for 1.5 gb data for 28 days validity. When i did online recharge the amount gets deducted from my credit card but the recharge is not done on my mobile. When i spoke with customer care representative he told me that the recharge offer is not for cdma it is for gsm. When i ask him why your ivr system playing that offer to me. He is having no answer for that. Also when i asked him to refund my amount he told that he is not able to refund it as well.

                      Why customers money is used if you are not able to provide them service. I need my money back or recharge my mobile with the same amount of talk time or data.

                        I have bought a relince post paid number in patna bihar. I have take a 499 + st plan by the sales man mr. Ramiz raza his phone no is [protected]. He told me boss this is your sim card and your plan is this activated then i am happy but in 2nd months i got a excesses bil then i checked the plan by customer care then i socked i am in different plan. All relince post paid customer care service ia not working properly, mr raza told me boss dont take tension you just distort the sim and free for bill payment

                          I am using reliance broadband but its not working from last 8 days. I call to the service center and register the complaints about that, but still the internet is not working. I had paid the 3 months advance payment. When i register the complaint, executive commits that your internet will work in next 24 hrs. But after 7 days still its not working. My user id is :[protected].

                          Last time when this problem was arises in feb 2016, reliance executive makes the commitment, this type of problem will not happens in future. But the same problem arises again.

                          Now i don't need this type of service and need the advance payment.

                              1. My name is ankan mukherjee. Number [protected]. Yesterday i recharged my phone with 55 rupees at 8.41 p. M. According to plan i got 41.58 rupees in my main account. And rest of the money i received as promo balance. But today i am checking my account and my current balance is 0.135 rs. I am so socked that how company like reliance india can this type of cheating. I am giving last warning to them to refund my money. You cannot cheat poor people and their hard earned money.


                              2. My second complain is for their customer support. Few days ago reliance has fraudulently activated a value added service in my number. I called their customer care. They argued with me. They behave with like a dog. I was very much disappointed that i complained in grahakseva. After that they had solved my problem. But after then whenever i am calling in 198 there is no option to speak with the customer care exeecutive. All they are doing is "plz press 1 to activate this, press 2 to deacivate this etc". But there is no option like "please press 9 to talk to our customer support executive".

                              Really man the exprence with reliance is horrible. Pleasde consider my problem and give me feedback as soon as possible.

                                I, yesterday (5th June, 2016) recharged my mobile phone with Reliance GSM service with Rs. 74. This recharge is supposed to give me Rs 50 TT along with local calls at 25 paise per minute, STD at 30 paise per minute for 120 days and 250 MB 3G data for 30 days according to the SMS that I received from Reliance after the said recharge. When I recharged yesterday, the balance on my phone was Rs. 72. After that I made a call which lasted for 10 minutes which should deduct Rs. 2.5 from my balance. Now I see that my balance is only Rs. 32.331!

                                I am not getting any benefit of the said recharge. Moreover my balance of Rs.37.5 has been deducted which is unjust. I request Reliance Communication to refund my balance and provide the benefits that I am supposed to get due to the said recharge.

                                    Data card Not working and when asked for reason they asked to pay Rs 1899 and upgrade old data card will not work.

                                    We had not asked for upgrade. Recently we purchased data card for rs 1800 and now they are again charging for another data card.

                                    Found to be cheating customer on the name of data card changing.

                                    If customer want to continue with the same plan why company is not providing and if not able to provide they need to bare the charges.

                                    i am receiving the calls from reliance[protected] but none of them are speaking.
                                    No communication from reliance waiting for their response
                                    I am customer of reliance from 2012. But still there is no value for being with them. No response even when saying my data card is not working.
                                    Today also i received call from[protected] around 13:22 but no one is speaking.
                                    Yesterday i received a call from reliance[protected] and they asked me to call the below numbers

                                    But all are wrong numbers some are not able to connect and some are saying it is different wing of insurance.

                                    Do not cheat the people. unnecessarily we are wasting our time & money in calling these numbers.

                                    You all are not resolving the problem but confusing the customer.
                                    still this is not resolved and my data card is not working.

                                    Now they are asking me to pay rs/2699 and there is no offers even.
                                    Reliance is cheating the customers i had paid nearly Rs 3000 for dongles up to now for last three years. Now again i need pay rs 2699 for having the connection. So they are making money form dongles by cheating the people.

                                    Overall for 4 years 5700 they are collecting money other than the data charges.

                                        Are you people messing with me even after 20 days i have not received my order reliance wipod 4g. You are cheating people. I had no internet for 20 days and still i am charged. I ordered reliance wipod 4g on 20th may and today is 6th june. I was said that the order was dispatched on 24th may and i will receive it in 10 days. I have repeatedly send several email and made phone call but still you do not care about you customers. I will discontinue your service if i don't receive my order and wont pay the remaining balance.
