I used reliance gsm servies 3 / 4 years... No - [protected] i am facing big network problem in my area.. Issue from last 5 months...Indoor network signal 20% / 35% error, call drop, emergency mode & outdoor signal 60% i complaint it on her customer care num many times but my problem not resolved.
Plzzz check problem & resolved...

    Hello,

    I am facing network issue near to my office premises. Right now i am using idea gsm sim card but i want reliance 4g service so kindly look at on this issue, in my factory (Cpf (India) pvt ltd-bhogapuram, pusapatirega, vizayanagaram-535002) here nearly 600 employees are using airtel network sim cards, airtel tariff rates are higher than other networks. So if you people can arrange a signal tower near to my factory then you will be benefited.

      This is ny 3rd complaint - you are spoiling the great name sri dhirubhai ambani - whose vision and ideology you are fading away - to bring the telecom communication to remote villages/area - sri dhirubhai has generated an interest in people (Even uneducated) by giving an opportunity by supplying the mobile set with sim card etc. What was in his mind - nobody knows - every body forgot that ideology? This was more than 15 years back. - now everybody who has bought reliance cdma are now scolding the reliance company, and throwing away the cdma in the wells? - all are not educated particularly people who were in spired by sri dhirubhai - they cannot understand thbe phone 1299 robot language and respond to it. So they went to nearest reliance show room (May be reliance agent exclusively doing only reliance services - particularly the reliance store at musheerabad, opp musheerabad police station, hyderabad - they kept a good board - help desk cdma 4 g - but practically no use - many customers got disgusted and thrown away their old cdma sets and purchasing new sets??? - whether you can understand the implications or not - only god can help - we are worried about the future of reliance and its idology???

Any I have also thrown away my old CDMA Set and purchased a new Set with new Simcard with some other telecom company instead of Reliance - we are not going to do same Mistake again and again

        My number[protected] is not working since 11 april 2016 and till yet is has not been solved it has been more than 50 days.

        I contacted your company more than 20 times but yet it has not been solved.

        Please let me know what to do. I have also visited local shop. They are also not giving me proper response. I don't know what to do.

        I have also talked with some one by call back and was told it will resolved by 1 day when it was 15 day of complain.

        I don't know what is the problem. I would prefer not to go with reliance as such problem occurs no one is giving proper response.

          I am very much disappointed with reliance service. When we call customer care there is no option for assisting customers. Today i recharged twice i. E 500 rs and 300 rs but i can't see the balance in my mobile. How can it be possible you are debiting the money from my account and not crediting my balance. This is very annoying. Hope you could resolve the issue at the earliest.

                2. I received a msg from reliance customer care for inserting the new sim and televerification on 01 jun 16.
                3. After inserting the new ported sim, there is no network at all in sim till date.
                4. I applied for porting sim at the following store :-

                5. It is requested to kindly help me to get network so that i can use my reliance sim.

                    Previous i use vodafone your sales staff give me 497/- rs plan.

                    I give doc as per they req and right now i have facing problem my outgoing call are stop.

                    Please let me know the processor of again i want to go in vodafone at list they give proper answer to customer.

                      I had stopped my broadband service (On nov 2015) before 2 month of completion (On feb 2016), as it was not working for 1 month.

                      They told me that i will get my remaining money back within 45 days.

                      I had do so many calls to customer care and emails to customer care still i do not get my money back (Rs. 798).

                      I never trust on reliance - customer care is just bull.

                      Every time they replied me same & provide 0 service.

                      I am tired to ask them for my moneyback.

                        I disconnected the rcom land-line phone no.[protected] on 25th apr'15 but rcom is not refunding the security deposit. According to rcom it is refunded within 60 days but now more than one year have been passed but i am not getting the security amount yet. I was calling many times to rcom customer care but they are unable to resolve the issue and case is pending in appellate authority since 13th aug'15 more than eight months but no positive response every time i called they provide me new complaint nos. And tell me wait. Security deposit is not a big amount for company like rcom why they unnecessary holding small amount of consumers. I request to please refund the security deposit with one year interest asap because your specified limit is over 11 months back (If customer is delayed the payment you charge fine of rs 100 for one month for late payment if rcom is unnecessary holding the security deposit for 12 month what is the rule?) this is a clearly matter of cheating with customer by unnecessary holding the security deposit for (Earning the interest on customer's money) and shame for big company like reliance to cheat customers by this kind of cheap mentality.                           I have purchased a reliance3 dongle in december 2015 and in the month of may 2016, i got that recharged for 3 months plan but the reliance company stopped the cdma dongle in the mid of may and when i went to the reliance store they said that the recharged amount will not be refunded and no dongle will be given in replacement to this cdma dongle.

                          This is clearly a fraud done by reliance to its subscribers.

                            I am using reliance net connect 3g datacard.
                            Since last friday 27th may reliance has disconnected by net connection without prior notice of any kind.
                            Any calls to the customer care helpline no.[protected] are unattended after several attempts and keeping on hold for almost half hour every time.
                            After several attempts i could get thorough the lines of appeal authority [protected]. I was told that the service is disconnected due to the 4g up gradation process and they do not have any idea when it will be restored.

                            Next day again i called same no and was told that my services are disconnected since i have not upgraded to 4g and my net services with the present 3g network will be restored within 48 hes after i upgrade to 4g and purchase the new data card. The 4g will be workable after i receive the new data card however in the meanwhile my 3g will be restored.

                            I have upgraded to 4g and purchased the new datacard online which i am yet to receive, however my internet is still not restored after 65 hrs.
                            Now when i called again i was told that there is still technical shut down and no one has any idea when the services will resume.

                            Also the reliance store ms lucky enterprises was arrogant and aggressive when i went there to get my 4g sim card. He was abusive and not ready even to give out any relevant information.

                            It is now 1 week time. Since i am working from home, i havent be able to work for almost 1 week which has caused me severe loss income and goodwill.

                            This is rather cheating from reliance communication towards its customers and height of deteriorated customer service.

                              I have discontinued using my reliance data card since april end because from around[protected] i did not get internet service and got no response from their helpline.
                              I emailed [protected]@relianceada telling them i wished to discontinue their service on the 30th april and 3 times since then, but have not received any response.
                              Reliance is deducting a monthly charge directly from my credit card for my data card number [protected]. The credit card helpline requires reliance to stop the deductions. They cannot stop these payments with instructions from me.
                              When i have try to log on to their website and grievance cells, i key in my number i am told it is not valid. Yet they have billed me and taken rs.650 for that number on 28th may 2016. (Receipt no. Amip[protected]
                              I have tried their helpline, their emails, their websites, my credit card helpline, my netbanking and nothing seems to work.
                              All i want is to stop paying for a service i am not using.

                                From last 6 days I am waiting for re-installation for my Big-Tv antenna but till now no body has contacted me.
                                Now I am not able to contact customer care as well as it is telling that you have reached max limit for the week to talk to the customer care representative.

                                I have sent an email also to their support team on 1st June but no response from there as well.

                                This is highly unacceptable. I have never seen this kind of ignorance from Reliance before and now seriously thinking to move to some other DTH provider.

                                  I have registered a complaint against reliance and i have not got any update or revert on the same, kindly revert me back as soon as possible


                                  the complaint is against never issued from reliance, they have issued me 5 gsm numbers but the generated is for 7 numbers and now they are asking me to pay bill of all 7 numbers when i have only got 5 active numbers then why will i pay for 7..there executive make fake commitments and later on on speaking to the senior person they ask us do u have in written that only 5 numbers were active

                                  when i have received only 5 numbers and the other 2 sim inactive there executive said these 2 sims are inactive only 5 connections are active and later on u generate bill for all 7

                                    I had filled a complaint on 26th May stating that my data plan limit is utilized


                                    I get a message on 23May "Dear Customer, you have consumed 100% of your total quota allotted. 3G speed will be throttled to 64kbps till next bill. To check data usage send to 55444."

                                    As per the scheme on the website and while applying for it was told to me that 2GB would be allocated.

                                    Reliance is cheating their customers.

                                    I get a reply from their non helpful customer care

                                    AS

                                    "We have gone through your e-mail dated May 30, 2016 for your Reliance number [protected] and regret the inconvenience caused.


                                    As per records checked and verified in system, your plan is Freedom599 and under this plan you can use Unlimited free benefit is there at a speed of 64kbps however if you have received any messages then kindly ignore the same."

                                    Actually I'm reminding them daily with my mails and then after 4 workings days i got a reply stating the above.

                                    After 26th continuously following up but no reply yet.

                                    My data plan still remains same and bill cycle is 27th to 26th monthly.

                                      I Am a reliance customer I have total 4 reliance connection in my home. Bt I suffered network problem very much. I called customer care for this prob bt I cant see any improve so finally I irritate for this reliance. Call discoonedisconnects in 2-3min can u improve this prob if yes then fine otherwise I will port my number to airtel. My location is dhanbad jharkhand nd pin is 826005

                                        I have purchased wi-pod 4g on 9th may and it came on 26th may on the same day the 3g dongle stopped working while i was on an urgent work, i called customer care but there was no response till 28th may no one picked the calls on 28th i spoke to a customer care personnel about this he said your complaint is forwarded to higher authority and will be solved within a day... But till this day the problem is not solved..

                                        I am not able to connect to 4G as it worked only for a day and after that it stopped working. Could this issue be please addressed at the earliest?

                                        was promised 10 gb free data with 30 days validity, but did not get
                                        so as suggested 12 july, on RIL 4G store, charged data for 95 Rs, 2 days validity
                                        still wasted that money, could not connect, though followed with customer care on 12 and 13 july
                                        when again contacted customer care on 14 they said validity is over, surprised, no one bother if data was given, or utilised.
                                        why such a ridiculous and poor service, after upgrading to 4G
