It is to inform you that i have faced a fraudulent from Business Development Executive of Reliance of Chowringhee Branch regarding a mobile handset and change in phone number. As a sudden shut down of CDMA we were made to change our hand set and phone number by the above mentioned person in exchange of Rs 2000. He promised us that the number will be working from evening but it was not . We called him up and to our surprise he changed the number without our concern which we had to face problem from our business customers as were not able to contact us the whole day as a result failing to solve their problem. We continued to try to contact him but he did not answered us but on day we were able to contact him and we said if the problem is not solved soon we will be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum . He ignored us . Thus we got no option left to lodge a complain here. We even lodged complaint at the state consumer forum and central consumer forum . Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Uske bad Maine aaj 2 June KO 9 rupay ka recharge jisme mujhe 75 mb 3g data mila jiski vedhta 1 din ki hain . achanak maine dekha ki 10 GB internet plan ki vedhta 1 din ho gai gain aur 75 mb internet plan ki vedhta 21 din ho gai hain Maine customer care se bat karne me liye 129 pe call kiya par call nahi laga.main chahta hu ki dono plan ki vedhta pahle jaisi ho jaye

      24 hours hone k bad jab kuch nahi hua to Maine us reliance customer care k RANA ko phone kiya to usne saf mana kar diya ki aapke paise refund nahi honge aap 5000 rupay or jama karao apne a/c me tab aapke paise refund honge...or jab humne paise jama karane k liye mana kiya to usne mujhe dhamki di ki chahe mera kuch b kr lo ...police complaint kr lo...court chale jao...consumer court me complaint dal do...reliance k owner k pass chale jao...chahe kisi b neta ya PM, CM ke yaha chale jao...koi b mera ya meri is company ka kuch nahi bigad Sakta or Hume gandi gandi galiya dekar or bura bhala keh kar phone kat diya...!!!

        I have recharged my number with Rs 359 for which I got 7.5 gb promo data and 2.5 gb main balance data.According to companies policies promo balance is utilized first and then main account balance but my main balance is being used.And the more big problem is that i cant even contact there call center idk why.Please consider my request as soon as possible.

          I have upgraded/migrated to your 4G by placing COD order for new 4G data card. New data card has not been shipped till to-date, but services on my CDMA net-connect data card has been terminated since last 4-5 days. Every time your webworld executive is saying it will start by today evening, but nothing changes on ground.

          Please do the needful to restore the services of CDMA Netconnect Data Card who have upgarded to 4G and new data card is not delivered.

          Received 4G Dongle today.

          Called toll free number[protected] at about 16.10 hrs for making the dongle live.

          Surprised to learn that services to 4G Dongle has not been started in Maharashtra. Attending executive could not specify how many days more to wait.

          NOW I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO JOIN THE CROWD AND USE ALL UN-PARLIAMENTARY FOR RCOM ITS MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS

            I have used many mobile companies sims, Unfortunately I taken Reliance post paid connection, At that time I informed I dont want net on this connection. I am using dual sim, My mobile data only in Airtel company. Last month I got a bill of 1350 as companies executive this amt using for net. Then i paid bill 1400 . 50 rs additional . I hate this company maximum. we decided to port to BsNL . reliance sent porting code I am submitted in BSNL OFFICE . its not port till this time . Today one call from reliance there is another bill from reliance 210rs.If porting code submitted after bill payment this cheating for the customer, already paid 50 rs additional.I am also give complaint TRAI today for this type of cheating case

              I am using reliance 3g data card. Now they moved to 4g and I received an email that the 3G services are stopped and I have to purchace new 4G card. They also mentioned that the new 4G card has been dispatched to my address., and I have to pay 899/- for the new card as I am an existing customer. Till now I have not received the card and when called the customer care (it took 40 minutes to get hold of a customer care agent), I was informed that I have to pay 2699/ if I have to get a new card. Isn't this cheating the customer.

              Before Migration email sent to me, my dongle price was 899 . during migration now my dongle price 1599

              Before Migration they said no change in tariffs, my plan unlimited data for 999 after migrating they change my plan to 5gb for 1100 hahaha what a joke . the so called strategists might be thinking we are all growing money on trees and they should have their fare share what a joke .


              thankfully i might get to witness the demise of these fraudsters. i know they are powerful and can get away with anything now .but so much mess, evidence of their malpractice all around and still go and cheat people u guys have balls that much i know and most probably

              Its really a big cheating on behalf of reputed company like reliance. They have a poor communication, poor customer support, cheating in the name of 4G. Their customer support wont have any idea about anything. They only say one sentence " Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you".
              While purchasing my wi-pod from reliance they have commited that my existing plan of 599 wont get changed and it will continue with new 4g connection. And when i receive bill for this month, its totally opposite. They have migrated my plan to 1100 - 5gb limited plan without informing me. And when i call their support team, they only says please migrate to lower plan and enjoy till they have unlimited plan.
              They have sold all the wi-pods on the name of 4G. Feels like cheated. And i m going to migrate to some other provider.
              And i request any one who is willing to buy reliance service, please be careful and see all the terms and conditions before purchasing any of the reliance services.

              I got a call from reliance yesterday evening and they told me that the overcharging bill problems has been solved and I can go ahead and pay my original bill plan which is 1149. But he insisted on making me pay yesterday itself because it was month end itseems. I told him you cannt call up around 7pm and make me pay that day itself and he said please pay online when I told him that you guys barred my connection from August 18 and his immediate response was we can activate the connection for you to pay.. woow.. reliance can make and connection as per their convenience and not for the customers need. I said no my due date for bill is only 5 September I cannt pay now and no need for your connection I want disconnect the service. For which I have to go to the reliance store itseems. And I haven't got any email confirmation for the corrected bill also.. cannt believe Reliance .. I need proof that you have corrected the bill .

                I have been using Reliance CDMA phone since last few months. Since last few days my phone was not working so I register a complaint online. They informed me that they stopped CDMA service and customer has to upgrade to GSM. I have been using this number since long and there is no intimation from Reliance that they are stopping service. Moreover, I need to pay for an upgrade though it's asked by Reliance. There is no response from the customer care despite writing emails to them. I have no idea on what to do?

                  So please stop making me fool by calling and saying that your complain is resolved.

                    I have been using Reliance Wipod for a while now and I would say the customer care services is really pathetic. Since 18th May 2016, my internet connection was not working and I have called the customer care multiple times. Everytime they keep saying it would be resolved in 1 or 2 days and even they raise complaints for the same. After 2 or 3 days, complaints would be closed automatically but the issue would still persist. Meanwhile, my data balance of 20GB was due to expire on 27th May 2016. I spoke to the customer care on 27th May morning and they advised me to speak to Applied Authority number for extending my validity and I have done the same. But it took couple of days for my validity to be extended and by then my data balance got expired. When I call the customer care again for data balance carry forward, they keep repeating the same message of I don't have enough data balance and hence I wouldn't be able to connect to internet. When I ask them to connect to higher official, they make me wait in the call and abruptly cut the call. This has happened multiple times. Also the customer care would ask me to contact applied authority department and vice versa. This is one of the pathetic customer cares I have ever experienced.

                    Till now my issue hasn't been resolved, but again the complaint I have raised has been marked as closed. Such a pathetic customer services Reliance is providing. I got the call from Reliance after my complaint here, but the customer service executive wasn't listening to my complaint properly and she kept on repeating the same thing. Finally after a long conversation, she had registered a complaint saying within 6 hours issue would be resolved, but till now no luck. To add to the misery, I have recharged for Rs.98/- (1 GB validity for 48 hours) on 3rd Jun around 8PM but when I contacted the customer care on 5th Jun 11AM, they told me I don't have data balance and consumed everything. Irony is I can't even connect to internet and they are telling me that I have consumed all my data balance. Also on 3rd of Jun, I have topped up my main data balance for Rs. 10/- but even that is not getting reflected. Again I contacted the customer care and asked them to transfer to higher officials and they abruptly cut the call and this happened multiple times. I am frustrated to the core, and definitely I would recommend my friends NOT to use Reliance network for any communications. Please refer to the image for my complaints.

                    In Short, Reliance provides you the following,

                    PATHETIC customer service
                    IRRESPONSIBLE customer service executives.
                    DON'T CARE attitude towards the customer.

                    If I call the customer care, they keep repeating the same thing. No data balance, please recharge it will work. This is exactly I tried on 3rd Jun and I lost that data balance as well.

                    RELIANCE is a big fraud company. They loot the money from customers and don't provide a quality service. I have heard many people having the same opinion about Reliance.

                      I got a bill for Rs. 5150, where as my bill plan is for Rs. 1299
                      Even after trying to call you for several hours and times no one took my call. i went to reliance customer care karol bagh even they didn't attend to my problem saying that the customer helplines numbers are not working from there side. I registered a complaint last month itself regarding my hyped up bills and even then no action was taken, though i was told that my complaint is valid and they would waive of somewhat around Rs. 3500 of my bill but nothing happened, and now my incoming as well as outgoing services have been barred.

                      I am reliance customer since last 2 years using one your premium network plans.

                      I would love if you get in contact with me ASAP.

                        My dongle number is [protected]
                        I have bought WiPod dongle from reliance site on 10 Jul 15 with the following plan
                        Wipod DC + Unlimited Plan (Mumbai)(Unlimited Plan for 1 year), Order number ZRFENAQJC, according to reliance website.
                        This dongle was activated on approximately 21st July 15

                        Transition as per my credit card statement
                        10 Jul 15 rcom_innoviti MUMBA IND(Convert this to Flexipay) 6, 354.00D

                        This issue is since the month of May 2016 I have been receiving calls to upgrade to 4G, I have never asked for the same,
                        Since 25th May, my dongle is not receiving any network and I am unable to connect to the internet.
                        I am also getting messages that 4g SIM has been dispatched, meanwhile I have also got a call saying, 4G SIM is dispatched, caller also informed me that I have to go the Reliance store and buy a new 4G dongle.
                        I have not opted for 4G, myself, you forcefully upgrade me, then I have been asked a dongle to use that SIM, while I am still on a Unlimited plan that I have bought 9 months back, That is valid for a year.

                        I have 2 solutions in mind

                        Solution 1:
                        Either provide me a free 4G dongle and let my plan continue till the time my plan is valid + the number of days since the original dongle has stopped working + the number of days it will take you to provide me a new dongle and activate it

                        Solution 2:
                        Refund my entire Rs 6354 you have charged me take your dongle back, I forget, you forget

                          120 Rs balance deducted on 31st may 2016 without any reason.
                          From the last 2 months more than 500 Rs. deducted which has not been refunded till now.
                          Customer care executive not responding. I am highly disappointed by their services. Please suggest what to do inn this case.

                          Please support in getting my refund from reliance.

                          Last month my wrong balance of Rs 500 deducted.
                          I called so many times but customer care executive is not picking up the call.
                          Please resolve my query.
                          I don't know why reliance is providing so much bad services to the customer.
                          When i called 6-7 times, they picked up the call once & said that there is some technical updations in the system & we cannot check account information.

                              I have purchased two sim of reliance number [protected] / [protected] on[protected] with plan of 10GB data(2.5GB core balance+7.5GB promo data balance) . at the time of activation i got the message of 2.5+7.5=10GB data but when i was checking the balance it shows 0.00MB data.i haven't recieved any core balance of 2.5GB data. please provide me the full data balance of the plan in which i purchased sim . please find the attachment and do the needful.

                              another issue with my old reliance number that is [protected]. i port this number into reliance from aircel. at the time plan given to me is 10GB 3G data in 359 for one year but afer two or three months this plan has been removed and i didn't received 10GB data in 359. this is very false behavior from company they deceived us .

                                I am a customer of reliance communication from a long time. But after I get the sim card activated the balance was deducted without any service activated on the number. I talked to the customer care No. 198, but the response was zero by calling "Sir we can't help you this time. The system or link is down. Please call after 2 or 4 hours." Again when I call on 198, it was bared. Then I never recharge on that No. ([protected]) as talktime. I recharged it only for data balances. One day I recharged it with Paper Recharge pack of 45. I get zero data balance in about 1 hour. I was frustrated and call on 198. But the same thing, (Sir I can't help you this time. The system or link is down. Please call after 2 hrs). After 2 hrs. customer care service on my no. was bared. I faced the same problem again again. As my main balance & data balance was deducting, I left the sim card and bought a new one ([protected]). It got about 2 months to activate. After a long time It got activated and was recharged FRC. I get Rs 48 talktime + 100 MB of data. But after two days of activation of the sim card there was no main balance. it got automatically deducted. I called on to the 198, I was told that the balance was deducted because you surf the internet, But when i the customer care executive that I have still data balance in my phone. She apologize and told that the deducted balance will be refunded within one hour. But 10 hours I again called on the customer care executive. He still (approx. after 2 years of the first sim card) told me "Sir I can't help you this time. The system or link is down. Please call after 2 hrs. What the hell was this?
                                Does the link was not still working after 2 years. Then I tried again to call on to the 198, but as usual the service on my number was bared and i cannot call on to the customer care.
                                Please tell me what will I do the sim card ([protected], [protected])?
                                Neither the service nor any help was made possible by customer care executives. But the reliance was sucking money from me.

                                  I am posting this complaint as I'm not able to get to my father on his Reliance no it tells me that his number is stitched off which he will just not do.
                                  He is a senior citizen. He has complaint many a time on how he has been told through voice recorded msgs that he should change to 4G or else they will discontinue his service.
                                  Has the company done so?
                                  If so please let me know immediately for I'm very worried about his wellbeing.

                                    I have port my [protected] no. In reliance. Verification got positive.

                                    Successfully, confirmed with customer care. I have paid bill for one month.

                                    Today, all service got disconnected. I have called customer care. They put me hold for 20 minutes and didn't give answer.

                                    I don't know why my outgoing service blocked, even reliance customer care guy doesn't have answer for this

                                      I had taken new connection on Dec-2015 but from January to till now in each month at-least 5-6 days my Internet gone shutdown and i had complaint so many time for proper solution for dis-connectivity of Internet but all of them not taking my problem seriously. Each every department fooling me for different different Reasons. Lastly i hand complain to higher authority they give me 24 hrs to solve this issue, My complain No.[protected] still not a single solution they have done.
