I have not recieved deposit for the no. NO.[protected], [protected],[protected]. We had converted the mobile no. from postpaid to prepaid and we had cleared all the dues for the same. We had cancelled the line no.[protected] and yet to recieve the deposit. its been pending from more than a year and we have tried many times urging for the refund of the deposit but all in vain.

    Hi,

    This issue raised on you due to not received the correct assistance from reliance. ([protected]@relianceada.com and netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com)

    I had try to raised this issue to dongle customer care[protected].

    And also try to take help from the support contact available on web site ([protected]/8/9, [protected], [protected], [protected]).

    I am an existing reliance data connect user from last 1 and half year. Now i got message from reliance this cdma service will stop shortly, please purchase 4g sim and register it on website. So i had purchase new 4g sim card and try to register sim, i was able to successful update new sim card because getting confirmation sms also, but not getting any 4g dongle option which need to buy at rs 899.

    I had try to register new sim on site, 7 to 8 times, and successfully through the otp. But not have permission to purchase the dongle

    I had try to raised this issue at customer care and store but no one had given me a right response,

    And last my connect (Network) completely removed.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am using reliance sim june 2010 to till date. But 2 day prior notice reliance closed all the CDMA service. Reliance communication forcelly migrate there consumer with 4g network.
      I is a economically pressure on the costomer because whent we migrate with 4g network then need to purchase new 4g mobili phone for new network it's not fair.
      Please help regarding this because as other network as Airtel, Vodafone are provide facility there customer on choice base if customer need to migrate there network 4g then they can migrate as per there choice.
      Please sire provide help regarding this and take a legal action against reliance communications.

      The above letter written so much correct. Company wants its customers to forcefully migrate to 4G service without caring consumer needs. If all they want for their business is only profit then why they talk about consumer satisfaction. Its true that they want to develop their network but they should also consider the customer needs.The policy should be optional. whosoever wants to migrate then they may apply.This might be the only company who wants to develop their business at customer's cost. It's humble request to everybody to make an appeal towards this for betterment of consumer in near future.

        I want to end my reliance number, but your local service agents are refusing to do it, and they have taken back my wipod and gave a 2g dongle with sim by saying to give wipod for 4g for free, and now they are refusing to it and saying that they dont know when will 4g will start and device will launch, so i want to end the service and now they are not allowing to end it by saying that they dont have rights to do it, and i also dialled[protected] for customer care they also dont pickup my call and mailed me the bill of rs1600, and i dont want anymore bills and i will not pay the old bill also bcoz they didnt provided me the required service.

        I have also provided the screen shots you can see that they are not responding on live chat and also they are faking their live chat as we cannot send any message and their send and cancel button dont work actually. They all are just faking it.

          To the concerned authorities, reliance communication customer care. I mr b c rathore a customer of reliance since 2010 onwards. My cell no [protected]. I was satisfied with the product n services earlier. However other network providers use to call me for the number portability. Still i am strict to reliance network.

          Sir/mam i just want to mention that where is that passion of slogan "karlo duniya muthie mein". Were these were only words gone with dhirubhai ambani. Does the personalities operating & collecting the revenue does not have any responsibilities to take care of the mission.

          On 30 may all the existing reliance cdma customers received an sms that "the cdma service will be deactivated from 31st may 2016". So to approach to nearest reliance customer service center etc. I also did as directed, but sorry to say that however earlier cdma was working (Not upto the mark), but now when converted my sim from cdma to 4g gsm, my mobile network is finished/gone/dead, and now my cell is searching for the network whole day showing emergency call/sos only. No incoming or ougoing calls are made from past two days, which is affecting my work.

          Now my question is to the concerned authorities of reliance communications/technical/management team etc whosoever are responsible for the matter.

          1) is this type of behavior acceptable from a "reputed indian branded firm" who is the ideal of communication business across the world?

          2) is this type of service stands with the slogan of modiji "achhey din aa gaye"?

          3) almost more than half a million indians are using reliance network for communication, when you all were not thoroughly prepared for 4g services?

          4) you all (Entire reliance team) shall be thankful to india as you know what shall be the penalties if you all were in any foreign country.

          5) i don't know shall i appreciate or **** what to say? That you all are just playing with the sentimental value of poor & innocent indians.

          6) personally speaking this is "looting indians by the indians".

          7) now i dont know how the customer care executive or related service team personality shall contact all/me when there is no network in my location?

          But still it is my humble request to the reliance communications customer care/owners/team is to look into the matter & do the needful asap for the betterment of the entire nation.

            I got a new postpaid connection with reliance, but I was having problem in its internet service, when I visited the franchise with my complain, Someone there asked me to give my Mobile so that he can check settings, I gave my cell to him, but after waiting for 4-5 minutes I asked him to give me my mobile back he said to wait more. Then when I checked he was watching my gallery, imaged n videos.. When I asked him reason for opening my gallery, he started misbehaving, with abusive language. I Chandrakant Chhajer being Simple Citizen of India cannot do anything except submitting a complaint at your site.

              Last year i purchased a reliance 3 dongle (No.[protected]) and recharged it with lifetime 1 gb per month plan. This costed me around total 4000 rs.
              Now reliance is upgrading its network to 4g and asking to buy new dongle, which is costing rs 2699 for my number.
              I bought a lifetime connection and now i am again asked to spend 2699 rs, this makes no sense.
              A customer who has bought 3g service for lifetime, is not willing to migrate to 4g and spend more money.
              Whats his fault if reliance want to upgrade, why should he pay for this desire of reliance.
              I had paid for lifetime 1 gb/mth and should continue to receive this benefit at ateast 3g speed.
              If reliance want to upgrade, then they should do this at there own cost or they should take some minimal amount.

              Crap. Their customer support will now call you and tell you that you have to purchase the new dongle. I have been facing the same issue and getting the same ridiculous replies from their customer support.

              You bought the dongle atleast 1 year back...I was sold the dongle just 2 months back. And now their customer support team tells me that ...since our Networks are upgrading you will have to buy the new one as mine is CDMA based. When asked why they sold me in the first place when they knew that their network are being upgraded..the answer comes..we were not aware of the upgrade 2 months back..very funnyyy.

              Well said...so as usual seems either you are too smart or you think I am too dumb :) (for that matter all your customers).

              So I followed the instruction i was given as per that you will reduce the price of my original dongle from the price of the new 4G device and then I will only have to pay the remaining amount...and the fun part is..as soon as I paid the difference..guess what? the price of the original device is now shown as INR 2699 instead of the original price against which my old device price was adjusted..that is INR 3199.

              So I had to pay INR 899 to get the new device after deducting the price of my original dongle which was INR 2300. So basically,[protected]=899.

              While, had I be offered the changed price (it changed just a after I purchased..) of 2699 I would have to pay only 500. So[protected]=599.

              So you still managed to make me pay 300 Rs. more. You guys are really good at making money from your customer by twisting things.

              Hope others don't get twisted like this..hence posted the entire calculation.

              So now they discontinued my Unlimited plan..never informed me when they decided to do so..and rather replaced it with a plan with limited 5 GB of data usage.(My earlier plan was 10GB unlimited..if I cross 10 GB the speed will go down to some kbps but connection will be still active)

              Under the impression that i still have 10 GB plan..i continued my usage..all of sudden yesterday night there was no internet connection, i called the customer service this morning only to know that I have consumed my 5GB data and credit limit (Rs. 2000), they have blocked my service until I pay the bill..guess what..the bill ran some Rs.3406 which would earlier used to be some Rs.1000 or 1200 max.

              The way your folks come calling for the bill pay date approaching..please do bother to inform the consumer about such change in plan...seems Ethics are the last thing on your mind and taking away consumer money the only motive...is this the way to become Millionaires???

                I am an existing user with subscriber id[protected] services stopped in the month of march without any information. End of the april i received call from reliance billing department that my bill is pending of 2 months (March, april). My connection has not been working since march 2016 for which i had registered a complaint also. It looks 15 days to get my connection terminated as services were not restored. I also have advance rental already paid. So why i have been charged incorrectly?. Moreover late fine charges have also been added. Please revoke all the charges which have been imposed incorrectly.
                From a last week onward i am getting call from reliance (Pallalavi, ritu, ravi, and rahul) that we will give you waiver 300, 350, 600, 700 on entire amount. On fri, 27th may 16 received call from sr. Manager (Mr. Sandeep baral - [protected]) of reliance, he told me that ma’am please pay only rs. 700 only and rest amount will be waiver by reliance and same time he activated my braodband.
                Monday again received call from ravi[protected], 3390) for payment & 6 clock i did the payment. After that again i received call from ravi that when are you going to pay rest amount??
                I tried customer care number which is always busy but fortunately call was connected to the executive, he listen the complaint without taking any action disconnected the call.
                Now i am frustrated with your calls so much by telling me lie all the time and also your sr. Managers have talked to me very rudely sometimes inspite of listening my complain.
                Anyways, i am not begging for waiver, i am demanding a waiver which should justify.

                  This side harkesh kumar and i want to complain about your services and problem facing due to your product.

                  I bought the fwp from your pioneer sales reliance store at sector 30 chandigarh and i got the year plan for unlimited local and std call plus unlimited net on that plan

                  My number was [protected] and i paid inr 12, 500 in advance for 1 year and i was told by reliance store that you dont need to pay any penny till 1 year but after 3-4 months i started to get the bill for the same number and the suspended my number then i talked to your guys and after some time they activated the phone again but than again after few days i faced same problem related to bill issue and my phone was suspended again by your side.

                  Now the we got information that you are stopping the cdma service and advice customer to change in gsm when we contacted the reliance guys then they rejected to provide new phone and sim due to due bill. And we tried to contact the guy who sold that phone to us but he ignored us and we went your communication contact centre in iti park chandigarh and gave all documents again and they said they will try to arrange new phone with new number.

                  Now the main point is that if i paid all money in advance for one year then why i am getting the calls from your side for bill payment which i dont owe. Plus i am facing problem my phone is suspended from last more than 1 month i am not able to call and receive call.
                  They are saying that i will get new number not the same which i got why this is happening because my all relatives, customers and friends has that number.

                  I will request you please solve my problem as soon as possible. Or return my money back, i faced the problem due to your poor customer service but i am not asking any compensation for that but getting the calls for bill payment without any due.

                  And now they gave me new handset with new number but saying that your plan is 599 per month means they are not giving me my old plan as discussed and promised by executive.

                  Hope you will understand my situation and will solve it properly.

                  Poor Service, it is more than 10 days but i didnt get any solution for my concern.i got call from customer executive 3 time a week ago but again poor service they disconnected the call 3 times without any solution even they were not able to open my bill and phone records about payment etc and disconnected call and it is more than 1 week i didnt get any response from reliance about it.

                  beside solving my problem i am getting the call from billing department for payment which i dont own even they are behaving rude and trying to afraid me for legal action if i didnt pay the amount.

                  My phone is still suspended when i am trying to contact the concern person then they are not attending my call if somebody else attended my call after knowing my concern they are just ignoring.

                  What type of policies they are pursuing dont know but i know for sure that they dont care for customer they only care for money plus making the fool of customer.
                  It is more than half month but getting no solution of complaint even didnt receive any call from customer care, worst service and worst company,
                  Going to port all reliance numbers to other network and will through this waste phone of reliance and all sim of reliance in dustbin.
                  will suggest you to all my near n dear that dont use Reliance any more in any form even they r giving attractive packages because in last it is the customer who will suffer.

                  now i got that how they are earning a lot of money because they are looting the customer on the name of cheap packages.

                    Reliance customer care folks are calling me and asking me to upgrade to 4G and buy new dongle.

                    Why should i buy new dongle. They need to provide me replacement for existing dongle, which i brought it from them around 3K earlier.

                    if they upgrade their n/w to 4G- it is their problem, not mine. I am okay to get existing service with existing data card

                      Yesterday 30 may 2016 i had collected 2 new 4g cdma) gsm sim cards (Nos. [protected] & [protected]) from shop no. 5, neelam heights, sector 13, kharghar, navi mumbai, 410210.
                      And i was told that for migration rs. 97 per sim card will be charged whereas reliance website show only rs.1 should be charged.
                      I already informed the executive in store but he said its compulsory and each service provider had different rules and regulations.

                      I had received call frm Ms. Priya Mulkhi[protected] Navi Mumbai branch) but she didn't provide any additional details viz... Branch name, location.
                      First she said that i had done a recharge of Rs.97 wherein i had not requested for any recharge, self had approached only for collecting 4g sim card.
                      And later on she said that Rs.97 recharge is for additional benefits which Reliance is providing like 150 minutes free, r2r calling free, 1 gb data and later on 10 gb data.
                      But when i told reliance website does not show same she disconnected the call and again later no she called and said the same things. when i enquired for her complete details like location, contact no. branch name she disconnected the call.

                      Ref. to my complaint on 31 May, 2016 till date t he said complain is not yet resolved and i had neither accepted that the complain is resolved than how can u decide of same. Till date i have not got any proper reply for the charges levied of Rs.97 per sim card for 4g sim, wherein the card was of free of charge. Later on upon posting the complaint i was advised that every user will get free account balance for the charge which the store had collected but till date no additional talktime has been credited to my account (sim nos.) apart from the free talktime and free net received from reliance which was given to every individual.

                      Need an immediate action on same.

                        I was using the reliance data card number [protected] till aug 2015 (For more then 2 years).

                        On aug 25th 2015, reliance customer care called me and suggested to use wifi-pod so multiple devices can be used. I submitted address proof documents to [protected]@gmail.com

                        They called me after 2 days saying that i must use a newly provided data card number ([protected]) for wifi-pod and my old number will be closed automatically.
                        Yes. This is confirmed on phone by the girl from customer care.

                        (I asked many times this before saying yes to new data card number [protected])

                        But after 1 month, i got a bill for the old data card [protected]. I told them customer care told it will be closed automatically. But they change words after that.

                        Again for second month also bill came for [protected] and total 1400 rs demanded.
                        Even after telling so many times the situation, they made me look like an dumb, who got fooled by reliance.

                        To remove this unnecessary weight on my head, i paid the amount 1600.

                        Again, without me asking to activate the number [protected], reliance customer team activated and send the bills again.
                        This is real utter nonsense and cheating and fraud from reliance.

                        Since then, i sent so many emails to customer care and they never reply.
                        I'm tired now and started preparing legal action against reliance.

                          I have been using the Reliance CDMA Services over 10 years now. All of sudden reliance promises better network connectivity via the 4G GSM network.

                          My experience so far has been horrible ever since I opted for the 4G GSM service. Most of the time there is no signal, if at all there is signal, people are unable to hear properly, The reliance mobile tower is installed within a radius of 500 meters from my residence still it is in such a bad state.

                            It was very surprising and painful experience a few days back when I did a couple of INR 299 recharge on my Reliance 3G stick. when the recharges didn't happened successfully despite balance getting deducted on both occasions, I decided to visit nearby Reliance store and to my utter disbelief I was told that the service is deactivated by Reliance for ALL customers as an upgrade to 4G is going on and no customer will be able to use 3G service anymore. When questioned as to what will happen about the recharge done, the simple answer was that money is gone, neither would there be any refund nor the amount will be carry forwarded to 4G. My question is why ?

                            Shouldn't that amount be carry forwarded to 4G ???

                            Is this not cheating the customer ?

                            I would like that money to be refunded to me by Reliance.

                            An upgrade to 4G was not something I requested for, it's the company forcing customers to go for the upgrade. Hence, it should be their responsibility to ensure customers do not suffer. Moreover, when Reliance know they are not going to provide service anymore to 3G customers, they should also have ensured that no customer does any recharge mistakenly (At Least on their own portal) only to suffer.

                              I bought wipod in november 2015, at that time it was not told that pro3 services are not available in our area. Why the devices were sold in that area then? I complained regarding the slow speed many times but no solution. Now internet is stopped from 27th May without any prior intimation. Customer care people are not picking up the calls and no reply of mails as well. Really a pathetic service

                                  I have been using a reliance cdma number [protected] for the last 7 years. The bad network was already in toleration however past 15 days were like hell. I was updated that the cdma service will be closed down after 31st may 2016. I decided that i will port this number to airtel, india's best service provider if you hear loud and clear. I applied fir the mnp and dud all the formalities with airtel. I was charged with rs 1602 bill amount for the month of may against which i made a payment of rs 2100 keeping the unbilled amount fir the next 7 days in mind. Today i was updated that reiance communication has rejected my mnp application on the ground of dues. Now will any from reliance let me know on what basis a reason of dues has been raised when i am already in excess payment if rs 500 and moreover whose the hell is the responsibility to update this infortion to the customer. If the bill is due you people bark like doberman and why do you go in a silent mode when there is an excess payment and still you ask for dues. I want an immediate action toward this. I will not appreciate any loss in my business because if this damn of yours. I don't want to use this rubbish network any more.. Not at all.
                                  Will require an early assistance before i take this matter into trai.

                                  I totally trust the rubbish network i may not be reachable @[protected].In case it is not do give me a call on [protected]. It's airtel and it works really good.

                                    You have been successfully subscribed to ShotforBiscSub60 service for 16 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4036 to 155223(Toll Free). This plan was activated with out my permission. And then charge RS. 35 from my account. And after that I call three times to the customer care. Somebody told if you get refund after call ended. Somebody told that money is not refundable. What can I do now.what about my money.
                                    I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

                                    Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                                        I am trying to do calls from my mobile through reliance number but iam unable to do the calls.there is an error i.e network busy/normals cals are restricted .I also contact to our nearest reliance customer office at our locality but there are not responding .From the last nighti.e 29/05/2016 iam unable to receive calls and outgoing calls are also not possible.please kindly accept my request and make a solution to my network problem as early as possible.
