I am an existing user with subscriber id[protected] services stopped in the month of march without any information. End of the april i received call from reliance billing department that my bill is pending of 2 months (March, april). My connection has not been working since march 2016 for which i had registered a complaint also. It looks 15 days to get my connection terminated as services were not restored. I also have advance rental already paid. So why i have been charged incorrectly?. Moreover late fine charges have also been added. Please revoke all the charges which have been imposed incorrectly.
From a last week onward i am getting call from reliance (Pallalavi, ritu, ravi, and rahul) that we will give you waiver 300, 350, 600, 700 on entire amount. On fri, 27th may 16 received call from sr. Manager (Mr. Sandeep baral - [protected]) of reliance, he told me that ma’am please pay only rs. 700 only and rest amount will be waiver by reliance and same time he activated my braodband.
Monday again received call from ravi[protected], 3390) for payment & 6 clock i did the payment. After that again i received call from ravi that when are you going to pay rest amount??
I tried customer care number which is always busy but fortunately call was connected to the executive, he listen the complaint without taking any action disconnected the call.
Now i am frustrated with your calls so much by telling me lie all the time and also your sr. Managers have talked to me very rudely sometimes inspite of listening my complain.
Anyways, i am not begging for waiver, i am demanding a waiver which should justify.
