Hi Team,

This mail is to update you that my Reliance Datacard has no network since last three days.

We have been speaking with Reliance customer care executives since last 3 days twice a day but we are just getting some fake commitments that data card will start within next next 6 hours. some time they say it will get started by night 11 hrs: 59 min:59 sec.

I feel that this is nothing but harassment of customers just because we are not ready to move from 3G to 4G network.

Request you to please look into it immediately and resolve the issue.

    Due all respect, I m Rahul Raman your loyal customer from last 8 years, bt these days I m not satisfied of your service . I complained many times but your executives make only fake promises & gives only date for resolving but can't be happening . Actually pblm is my family lives in Bihar and Jharkhand they use Bsnl service & I m getting call failed & root is busy from last two month or more than connection, I complained atleast a month back and they given me date tat ur pblm will be solved or fixed by[protected] . It passed again they given date and promises it will be final resolve at[protected] again date passes by pblm not solved yet . Tats h today I taken decision to mail u . I hv always a call from Vodafone and AIRTEL and many more network to take their connection by I never shown my interest because of loyalty . This is humble request to solve my pblm as soon as possible because I m getting trouble to reach my family especially my mother and father .

      In village koliya Reliance not get network but in one two place I get network so sir please resolve the network problems in koliya village sir in my village koliya Reliance not provided service daily sir I recommend you please check your connection in village koliya and check tawar connection there are many people have Reliance connection but bed network problems in koliya village they go to other SIM company like Ariel Vodafone etc. So please resolve this network problem

        Not getting any bars under range symbol.
        When tried to connect i am getting "Remote Computer did not Respond" message.
        Not able to connect since last 3 days.
        Tried contacting customer care service of Reliance netconnect, but didn't able get in contact with their customer representative, as the call gets automatically disconnected when selected the option for contacting their representative through their customer service number[protected]
        When called reliance store landline number, they don't even care to pickup the phone.

          The above mdn. you are sending settlement message and legal action are coming to my airtel number, But I requested your people I am airtel cuistomer. i am any way connected with your customer.

          But I am replied thro' your legal dept. people ( he is phoned to me last week)
          one person from land line[protected] & cell No.[protected] phoned me and threaten me to settlement the amount immediately or other wise we will discount my cellphone.

          why should I pay for others subscription, what will they related me. If you please find out the correct person to collect the amount. you don't ask or torcher my thro my cell nn. ( [protected]) if again you send the message or call for me i will go for legal action in this regard.

            I use Reliance Netconnet for the past 3-4 yrs. The service was never up to the mark. My dongle is HSD, but I never got the HSD Speed. Now in May 2016, Reliance has made it compulsory for all the CDMA customers to change their services to 4G. And they have shutdown the HSD services without any prior notice. This conversion from HSD to 4G is costing every customer 899 rs. The company is least bothered about the customers wish to change or not to change to 4G but in fact they have made it mandatory for every customer.

            This is proper pressurization being imposed by RELIANCE. Changing to some other service should be a choice of the consumer and not a compulsion by the company.

            Even I am a CDMA user from gujarat. They said if i dont upgrade to 4G i wont be able to continue. They said the cost of the dongle id Rs. 2700. They re upgrading the network, its their problem. Why should we pay the charges for new 4G dongle.

            Lagta hai ANIL ki market me udhari jyda ho gai hai. So usne paise kamane naya tarika dhundha hai. He is afraid uski halat Maliya jaisi na ho jaye.

              My No is[protected]Pune) Service, 4 days ago they stopped all the service of their fixed wireless telephone service, since i am a customer for the last 10 years.
              Till today paid for their service amounting to Rs 100000 ( approx from the date of connection). without any notice they have suddenly stopped the service. The TRAI should ask Mr Anil Ambani (who is facing cash cruch) that why he has stopped the services even when the customer are paying their bills in time.
              Their Appelate authority are not picking up the phone for the last 10 minutes for which we pay Rs 2 per minute, also without no answer.
              They have not given the toll free number. Strategy of Anil Ambani how to garner common peoples money into his pocket.

                /My reliance connection id is[protected].
                The connection is not working at all even after so many reminder mails and calls.The answer to every call is "your issue will get resolve by today, we have escalated it to higher level".They are sending bill reminders continuously but not providing the service. Can anyone tell me what is the HIGHER level and what services are being offered ??? Please help to to either resolve this issue or how to terminate the connection and get the refund back asap as it is hampering my daily activities. Ishank Dubey-[protected]

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am unable to connect to Reliance data connection of Pro-3 from last 5 days. I am contacting customer care thrice a days. Every time I am getting time like 10am, 6pm or 10pm. But till now problem has not resolved. Is reliance is giving the training for lying? Resolution to problem at Reliance is very poor. I have bad experience with Reliance from Past.
                  Reliance has disconnected the service without prior intimation of 4G up gradation. Now executives are forcing to upgrade otherwise service will be disconnected. I have WI-Pod which was purchased @ Rs.1700/-. Now again Reliance is imposing the extra burden to purchase new dongle @ 899/-. Up gradation must be left to customer wish else should be provided by Reliance to customer free of cost.

                    Some days ago my reliance cdma dongle stopped working and i went to reliance communication office, brindavan road, ludhiana. They said company has closed cdma service 15 days ago, but i didn't get any information. Thereafter one member of staff said they will provide me new 3g dongle today. I completed all my formalities but they have still not providing my dongle. I went approximately 6-7 times there for taking back but they always they will provide me. Even they don't telling what is the issue going on. Staff here is irresponsible and they are just wasting time of customers. They even are not picking up my number.

                        My cell number is [protected]. I registered for the gsm transfer on apr 25th with their dealer shree siddhivinayak infocomm for this transfer.

                        To date the transfer has not taken place and now my cell phone has its outgoing barred so i am out of communication, but the transfer is still not happening. My business transactions and communication stands affected.

                        I have purchased a top of the line gsm cell phone from the dealer yesterday, but the transfer is at their mercy.

                        Reliance is very good at poor customer service like this beyond their commitments. They are generally dishonest to the core. While their dealers have no choice but to help, reliance communications does not respond and keeps making calls for new business from their tele-call operators.

                        Surely dhirubhai ambani is moving upside down in his grave wherever it is. This is not the reliance he envisaged.

                        Wish there were some way to blackball them. Dishonest and always holding the customer to ransom. Reliance will never change... Their interest is only sales revenue.

                          Respected Sir,
                          This complain is for Reliance Telecom/Reliance JIO for Wireless Internet Service.
                          Reliance is upgrading their network to 4G and forcing their customer to upgrade their device. I received an email with the instruction and offer to upgrade my existing CDMA device to 4G (Please have a look on the attached file). I have gone through the steps and after form submission it lands to purchase the device but in the original price whereas reliance is offering the new device for the existing customer in RS. 899/-

                          Sir, I mentally got harassed by the reliance 4G upgrade, as in many ways they cheated us (customers) like, I have purchased one connection as their offer said "Lifetime Free" in year 2016. The plan was getting 1GB data free every month till year 2021 in RS. 3001/- . If they were planned to upgrade to 4G they should have been stop selling their product, now they are forcing to buy new device to continue the service by paying additional amount of RS. 2699/-. Hence it is prayed that the Honorable Department of Consumer Affairs shall be pleased to initiated immediate probe in this matter and have the concerned company "Reliance Telecom and Reliance JIO" directed to pay the monetary compensation for deficiency in service along with an unconditional letter of apology signed by the senior management of the company.

                            I purchased reliance wipod connection 3 months ago for 3000 rs
                            and suddenly my internet connection disconnected on 26th may,
                            i have paid each bill time to time..my wipod number:[protected]
                            they are saying migrate to 4g and pay again 899 rs for that extra for new device, i said no to migrate they send me 4g sim at my address forcefully,
                            now i am trying to close my connection they are not receiving call on customer care, even at 2 service centres they didnt provide me service regarding this..and my internet connection is disconnected without prior notice for no reason..even they are not deactivating my connection permanently..now i dont know whether i will get bill for this month or not???

                              This is in reference to three new gsm nos been taken of your firm with a upfront deposit paid of rs 2550/- however due to network issues have placed all the 3 sim cards ([protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) for cancellation. Approached your call center & outlet at saki naka andheri east to take the balance amount rs 1440/-& close the account so that there are no further dues payable by me.Instead of taking the amount of rs 1440/- they have gone ahead & barred my other alternate nos [protected] without no reason whatsoever even after requesting them to take the balance amount from me since do not want to be a defaulter.

                              The executive at your call center & outlet are now saying that we have to wait for 18 days to adjust the amount & thereafter will activate my alternate nos [protected] which will cripple my business.

                                There has been a serious problem regarding reliance where the customer care are not replying properly.
                                I am in roaming still the roaming has not been activated
                                There's a scheme of both home and roaming 197 but they are not providing the service nor their customer care is appropriate and not responding
                                There has been an unnecessory deduction of balance.
                                Even the right of information has been violated by the company reliance.

                                  Using netconnect internet connection i often have problems checking my data usage statistics. I started sending complaints to rcom. B. [protected]@relianceada.com but there are no responses from there. More over my connection stopped working intermittently. Now it is working but in downgraded slow mode.

                                  I need my connection revert to normal fast mode

                                    Due to your 4g marketing why we are suffering the lot.I have paid 17000 for 2 years but due to your new 4g activation project we have not only loss internet service but also unable to make normal call.. you have not given 4g updation and have blocked your working SIM also... Due to which we are suffering a lot of loss of contacts in our bussiness.To make your business more stronger why we people suffer loss in our business due to no connectivity thru network. If within 2 hrs if I am unable get my number start then we are going to take legal action action against your company.

                                    Thank God you may get rid of Reliance mobile even after paying such huge amount. In recent pass millions people have paid 49/- to reduce their OG rates as offered by the company but to great surprise the company withdraw many other services from customer's account. And forcing people to renew same scheme every year. Aaap apne aap ko khusnasib salami ye ki aap ki jaan itne se bachi other wise channel partners never gets their commission and other incentives after investing millions of investments. Badha iyaa aap ko khusnasib ho. Varna aap ko vaise vo log bakra bana hi dete.

                                      CDMA service stopped on my phone.I asked reason calling customer care service they answered that u hv to get new 4 G sim from outlets and ur CDMA handset phone will not support that sim which I hv purchased it at 42000 just 8 days ago.will Reliance refund my bill?
                                      This is very shamefully that I m not getting services from last 2 days.Can I go for take legal action against Reliance.

                                        I recharged my gsm no today through online reliance website, but as per there mentioned 89 rupe recharge with 28 day validity but i got 5 days validity, i want back my whole amount otherwise i'll have take legal action on reliance portal, bcoz you are as mentioned there recharge with validity wrong, so you will have give me back my amount
