I use Reliance Netconnet for the past 3-4 yrs. The service was never up to the mark. My dongle is HSD, but I never got the HSD Speed. Now in May 2016, Reliance has made it compulsory for all the CDMA customers to change their services to 4G. And they have shutdown the HSD services without any prior notice. This conversion from HSD to 4G is costing every customer 899 rs. The company is least bothered about the customers wish to change or not...

I am unable to connect to Reliance data connection of Pro-3 from last 5 days. I am contacting customer care thrice a days. Every time I am getting time like 10am, 6pm or 10pm. I purchased reliance wipod connection 3 months ago for 3000 rs
and suddenly my internet connection disconnected on 26th may,

Using netconnect internet connection i often have problems checking my data usage statistics. I started sending complaints to rcom. B. I have requested your customer care executive to club my both above mentioned gsm numbers and made combined bill with last date to pay by 7th of every month. I have been advised to visit reliance store and accordingly i did with written request for the same on 11.05.2016.

Till date my request has not been entertained...
