Hello,
I bought reliance CDMA dongle in the end of month of March.
Paid the bills of 2 months on time as well.
And before the due date (27 May, 2016) of payment of bill my internet stopped working.
Then i got the information that Reliance have closed the CDMA internet service and now they are telling me to buy a new 4G dongle and upgrade it.
And the dongle i have is useless and Reliance don't support hardware.

If reliance was going to close the cdma network, why did they sell it?
We don't earn money to waste it on Reliance.
We are not printing money like what Reliance is doing by looting customer's money due to the lazy worst irresponsible people in customer care team!
After 30 min of hold they answered my call.

This is not the first time i am facing such issue.
Last time i bought Reliance wipod. Within 2-3 months its hardware got damaged. i gave it to service center. for 2 months it was there. and they don't even repaired it. But sent me bills of 2 months.

I don't think decision of closing such big networks are taken in 1 or 2 months and they should have closed the sell earlier.
I want my money back or upgraded dongle.

    Hi team, i purchased reliance wi-pod-702 dongle from the store which is there in plot no.44, hosur main road, electronics city, bengaluru, karnataka 560100 and my registered postpaid mobile number in [protected] (Airtel), but now a days i am living in pune and getting too much interruption in services so want to deactivate the service.
    So, request you to deactivate the service.

      There is a big cell phone tower adjacent to residential area "dwaraka enclave" a.T.Road, maligaon charilai, guwahati - 781011, assam. It is on roof top o[censored]nited bank of india, kamakhya branch. It is very much hazard for public health due to emf as it is a thickly residential area.
      So, it is requested to early removal of the tower adjacent to public residential area as soon as possible.

        i got the migration congratulation message in my previous cdma phone. i have send sms by typing 4g 19 dig sim no send 1299.

        2 days gone but not getting network .please help me to get 4g network on my 4g handset

          I have used your netconnect+ 3.1psotpaid billing amt 686 INR since last 5 months but from last 45 days it is not working. signal not receiving properly it blinked red not green. they promises 3.1 mbps but not received 144 kbps.signal strength is very week on the name of 4G upgrading they stoped old service. I have mailed many time but nobody replying.

          Moreover, the most amazing part of Reliance Communications is their "Customer care officers". It takes 1 hour to connect them on phone. After that, they all speak in some strange language which you can't understand. very poor communication skills. There is a lot of noise in their office, so that you can't hear them. "

            I am reliance netconnect user since 2010, thro' postpaid services, using internet across south india. The dongle was bought at rs.3600/-.. From few days getting phone calls from numbers like [protected], [protected] etc., to upgrade to 4g forcebly. Also dongle to be bought at extra cost. I refused to buy new dongle as i don't want to migrate to 4g. Also my present dongle is newly bought at chennai for rs.900/- (As old dongle got broken) & reliance want to disconnect the same. I have also written email on [protected]@relianceada.com & rcomappellatteauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com. There is no response from the customer care team. When called to customercare team on toll free number[protected], they are also asking to migrate. When i asked for reference number, they are reluctant to take/give complaint number.
            Its just unprofessional on part of the company to dictate to upgrade to 4g and just close the services to loyal customers.

              There is no service at Relience centre & No Response from the Executives.

              My (Postpaid) and tarrif plan Rs 350 is running. executer said 30 paisa call will be charged but my reliance bill showing 40 paisa call. i want to change my no prepaid from postpaid. so i call reliance executive officer, he said mam plz don't prepaid ur no we will weave ur payment but same problem running again, plz check my complaint. & they are not properly attend us.

                I have visited the Reliance showroom and gave request for cancelling Netconnect+ data card. I also paid all the outstanding amounts, including for 7 days which the executive sadi that should be paid as the card will take 15 days to deactivate and will be active for next 7 days and as per the norms customer have to paid for those 7 days aswell. I paid the bill and post which call was made to person from cancellation department and they spoke with me and took the request for cancel. Service request number[protected] was provided to me as confirmation for cancellation on May 03rd 2016.
                Again I was getting calls everyday from customer care saying to stay with reliance. After which I got a call on May 13th 2016 stating that reliance have provided me an offer of Rs.175 unlimited plan for life time and to opt this plan and stay with reliance. i replied stating that no second thoughts on this as am not interested or satisfied with the response from the customer care and also the service is not good. I got a service request number[protected] for this call.
                On 28th May 2016 I received message from Reliance stating that bill of Rs.858.75 is generated and I have to pay a due of Rs.403.05. I spoke with customer care people on this but a ridiculous people hired in customer service dept. We have to really question the integrity of the people hired them and trained them. No manners and they dont know how to speak with customers. No proper response and they disconnected the call.
                I need a proper action on this as I have all the proofs of cancellation with me and i even never mind filing a compliant in customer court for these king of irritating service.

                Got a Call today from Reliance Customer Care number +[protected] at 2.47 pm. Person spoke with me said that the reliance connection is deactivated now and only pending amount that i need to pay is again RS.403.

                Am not satisfied with the billing for this amount, still am paying to get rid of this reliance network first. Also, he confirmed that the data card is not active now and all the deactivation completed.

                Also, the tricky part from them is that he said, no email communication will be sent confirming that the datacard is de-activated and also, neither i will get the confirmation message about de-activation. Just o keep everyone posted about the current situation am recording my conversation here.

                  I am Reliance Netconnect user since 2009. Using Postpaid services. From few days getting message to upgrade to 4G, however there is no message that the existing services will be stopped. Without any intimation the services are stopped. Upon visiting Aundh, Pune Reliance Communication Store, I got response that the NEW SIM and NEW Device needs to be procured and the existing device is of no use. Also they informed that in 4G first month 10GB will be provided and currently there is no plans available for the subsequent month onward. Since its postpaid connection, the bill will be raised even though the services are not used or 4G upgrade is not done. The executive at store asked to call customer care or to write to customer care. Have contacted customer care, however its always busy. I have also written email on [protected]@relianceada.com, there is no response from the customer care team.
                  Its clue less and its just unprofessional on part of the company to dictate to upgrade to 4G and just close the services to loyal customers.

                  The issue was resolved temporarily. Again the service is down since 18th June. Contacted Reliance Store @ Aundh, Pune to buy SIM, according to them, its mumbai connection I need to buy it from Mumbai and not from Pune.

                  Contacted Customer care after hold of 20 mins 2 times on day 1 and 10 minutes on day 2, only 1x speed will be available as per executive however told him that while connecting the HSD, Hybrid and 1x all have full network strength, upon clicking to Login, the network strength dramatically goes down till 0 network strength and error comes that remote computer could not be reached. Still the executive sticked to his word of 1x speed will availability. According to him I can buy the SIM even from Pune.

                  Revisited the store @ Aundh, Pune, same answer was provided that if Maharashtra & Goa's sim is provided it will now work for me.

                  Now clue less. What to do, whom to contact etc. Problem is not resolved, am without the connection and billing is on. Day after the billing cycle ends and new billing cycle will start without any service. Need resolution or stop the service with immediate effect.

                    I was one of the customer of Reliance Broadband Service and had face lots of issue with your poor service and requested for termination of all the services offered by you.

                    I have been suffered a lot by your poor service and still facing the issue while terminating the services. As per my tele-conversation with your representative i am supposed to get the refund of the bill which i have paid (as a gesture of good customer) and the same has been reflected in your bill. But I am not sure when your termination process will end and i will get refund cheque/ Demand Draft from you ? For your convenience i am listing down the service request numbers(with best of my knowledge) which has been raised :

                    Broadband Service Termination Request:[protected]Broadband Device Collected on March 5th 2016)
                    Landline Service Termination Request:[protected]Order Acceptance mail received on April 26th 2016 )

                    I have been communicating the issues with your broadband help-desk but never got any concrete answer on when the SLA will end and i will get the refunds and neither on the service termination date.

                    In every response i got the following templated answer and no details about when i will get the refund amount:
                    "The complaint about billing issue registered vide Service Request ID[protected] has been resolved. The necessary waiver of Rs. 937.34/- (including service tax) has been posted to your account for the disputed period 18.01.2016 TO 27.02.2016.
                    However, any rental charged after 11.02.2016 will automatically be reversed through the system.
                    If any issue persists, we request you kindly write to us."

                      Cdma to gsm

                      Currently reliance cdma network is crossing their cima services and they r forcing their customers to switch to their gsm network?
                      1) should we have not given chance to choose either cdma or gsm. As their cdma license is valid till 2021.
                      2) what about our cdma handset? Which will b of no use in their gsm network.
                      3) why trai silent spectator?
                      4) why no media talking of this were there...

                      This is jitendra kumar, reliance datacard no. [protected] from maharashtra, pune.
                      I upgraded to 4g. My 4g sim card no is[protected]. I checked my simcard in the newly arrived wipod (Which i got from reliance). 4g services are not there.

                      Even my earlier 2g services are also stopped by reliance now.
                      The situation is that i am without any 4g or 2g internet from last 7 days. Reliance is completely responsible for this. How you are going to compensate for this trouble?
                      When i will get any internet? Why you people never clarify anything properly to customer. Why your customer care officers are unable to clarify anything? Why they are so poor in communication? And most important, when my internet will start?

                      Reliance Communications cheated badly by selling 4G services even without any real 4G internet. Moreover, on the name of 4G, it stopped earlier 2G internet also. So, no internet at all. Just they will send bill at the end of the month for nothing.

                        Just got upgraded to 4G by RCOM, however network in IP Extension area of Delhi is pathetic not able to connect to the network. I suggest nobody to upgrade to 4g of RCOM as it is not at all working.also they don't have any information about the plans .. so not sure I am in for a bill shock. Tried calling customer care but unable to connect them for last 3 hrs . As no network . This is prime area of Delhi and no network.

                          Dear reliance before 3 month ago i start to use your cdma services. So i purchase a new mobile for rs. 3000 thousands.                           So i request you please please send me my money. Of 3000 thousands. Or please accept you are the worst, awfulness (, घटिया, बकबास) company in the segment of communication.

                            Iam a retailer of reliance mobile recharge in ranchi.My shop name is Basushree.Since November 2015 I discontinued my recharge section of my shop. I resumed services by march 2016 .Our area salesman named 'chotu' helped me to do so.But after 2-3 days my sim stopped working.Although I had 1400 INR balance with my sim it showed that as if my sim is not a valid RIM prepaid no after dialing required USSD code.(*301#).Our salesman tried his best as to my knowledge to resume my services but to no result.Then he said that a new no is to be taken and he will transfer my foregone balance in that sim, but failed to do so after his best efforts.Yhen I got the mobile no of Mr Anurag arora reliance ASM of bihar/jharkhand circle.He responed to my complaint and said that my problem would be resolved.But Its also been more than one month.I think he misses my complaint due to his hilarious duties.But due to any reason or the other my business prospects with reliance is loosing as also the company is also loosing a tiny bit of business that I would have provided if my business runned flawlessly.So kindly help me to resume my services.

                              Mai aapki reliance company ka ek GSM no use krti hu. Jiska number h [protected]. Mujhe aapki company se kai din se msg aa raha tha ki 498 ka recharge karane par mujhe 10 GB ka 3G net balance milega.

                              aapne msg mai ye nahi bataya tha ki 10gb 3g net mai kitna core balance milega aur kitna promo...jo aapko mention karna chahiye tha...
                              jaise aapne 87 rupees k msg mai mention kiya hua h...

                              Recharge karane se pehle maine reliance k customer care se b bat ki thi bt unhone b mujhe yahi bola ki aap recharge karva le aapko 10GB net balance mil jayega...unhone b mujhe ye nahi bataya ki core balance or promo balance me ye 10GB net milega...unse clear karne k bad hi maine 29-may-16 ko 498 ka recharge karvaya or uske bad jab maine apna net balance check kiya to mujhe pata chala ki 3 gb aapne core balane diya h or 7gb promo balance...

                              Ab isme meri koi fault nahi h...aapki company ne hume galat info di jiski vajah se mere 500 rs. Lag gaye or mujhe galat net balance diya aapne...isliye ab hume ye 7gb promo balance ko core balance me badal kr dijiye...

                              Agar mujhe aap msg me pura mention kar dete or customer care wale b mujhe Sahi bata dete to mai ye recharge nahi karati...aap apne customer ko puri info dijiye msg me b or phone pr b...ab maine ye recharge kara liya h to ise ab aap sahi krke dijiye...

                              Ab aapse meri ye humble request h ki mere [protected] is number pr jo 7gb promo balance h use aap core balance me badaliye jald se jald...

                                I am an existing rcom cdma net connect user since 2007, now i got message from rcom this cdma service will stop by 31st may 2016.
                                I stepped into a nearest rcom outlet (B r enterprises, j b nagar andheri (E) mumbai) on 27th may 2016 and collected new 4g sim for migration. After many attempts of migration process (Lot faced server error) i come to know that my rcom cdma net connect mdn number is register with another sim.

                                I shocked and rushed to the same rcom outlet and explained the issue. From 27th onward, i visited rcom outlet so many times and communicated rcom outlet executives over phone and even i contacted rcom customer care for resolving this issue, after all this exercise the is still unresolved.

                                Now the main point is rcom has offered the dongle cost rs. 899 for existing rcom customers i am one of them and i request rcom to help me for avail this offer and sim for the same for no extra cost.

                                  I provided Rs 1840 to Reliance executive Mohan Singh on 10 May 2016, since then executive is not picking up the phone. I visited there office and got the Number of his manager Neeraj Singh who talked to me once and he as well is not picking up the phone.

                                  I asked for Refund of my money on 23 May 2016, since then they are just sending me a drafted template saying that they have escalated it to higher authority and will get back to me ASAP.

                                  Please note that i never got any call from Reliance regarding the status. Only once i got call regarding documentation and a mail with subscriber ID[protected], but i believe that nothing is happening and who is this higher authority i don't know. There customer care executives say we can't help you as you are not existing customer with installed connection (OH GOD! THIS IS THE PROBLEM)

                                  I feel like they have hired people to steal money from us and to give no response thereafter.

                                    While writing this mail I am at the peak of my patience. This company has stolen my money and they are not even letting me to terminate my account with u as well...
                                    I have planned to have a good wifi plan so that all my family members (including me ) can surf the internet without any hassle... And then I decided to opt for reliance wipod (my bad)...
                                    I was promised that I'll get speed o[censored]pto 14 mbps.. Which was way farther from what I was actually getting.(hardly 512 kbps)...
                                    I was also promised that my bill for very first 3 months will be off by 50% but as usual it was a fake promise too... I even tried to contact the sales representative who came for demonstration.

                                    After receiving the first month bill I decided to not use this product as the performance of that product was very bad... And packed the device and kept it aside...

                                    But they keep sending me the bills continuously however I already requested them to terminate my account...,

                                    They threatened me that if I do not pay the bill they can file a suit against me. Therefore I was forced to pay the bill (even though i did not use that product).

                                    after paying 1400.. In April month for that which I didn't even used... And was promised that after that my account will be terminated but again they sent me an another bill.. There was no no. Or anything was mentioned on the website too for help.

                                    Now when I went to one of their service centre at Mukherjee Nagar...
                                    Their staff called their seniors and asked them which department handles this thing... The entire staff was clueless...
                                    This Is my humble request to you please consider my request seriously and do a strict action against this fraud company... My wipod no. Is [protected]

                                      Hi, I'm using reliance cdma post paid connection ([protected]) since 2010.
                                      As per new format of reliance i have taken new 4G Sim from shop consulted by customer care. Now there is one problem. I'm using cdma phone for older sim then...
                                      1). Do this new sim can be used in CDMA phone.
                                      (reliance world guy told be that i have to purchase a new phone)

                                      2). If first point is right just tell me that this is new service started by your company. Then it is your decision to end the service and give gsm sim then why i'm forced to buy a new phone for your 4G Sim. If there is any solution then please inform the same because if i'm going to suffer loss of money in new phone then it's hurting your old loyal customer. And i'm not ready to accept this... If there is any solution please tell. If there is no solution then i will either close this number and take new connection of any other mobile services. or will carry same number and get new connection of any other services through MNP. In first case please tell me the process of the same.

                                      3. Lot of time when i was called and given luring offers from other mobile services then i rejected all. I decided to be loyal to on company and stick to reliance only. But now your forced dicision is making me think that i was wrong. Please do something so that your customers faith do not end. and milliions o[censored]sers do not suffer due to this. Even my wife is using reliance number.
