    Bill generate, need to pay full bill amount without solving my problem.

    2nd may i raised this concern, till they unable to solve that issue. But need pay full amount again bill.

    Didnt take any complaint against bill problem.

    I'm waiting for resolution as early as possibly.

      I amit sharama, my reliance postpaid gsm is no-[protected]
      I have complaint to reliance customer care network regarding. The complaint no is[protected] and[protected] through toll free no 198/reliance web-world but they have not resolve above problem and no one try to resolve that problem. They were call and sms to me continuously for bill payment then i request to resolve the problem they told me we have get your complain only and foreword to technical section. I am very frustrated of these reply form customer care.
      O please help me and try resolve above problem.

        I am sushma my reliance gsm no.- [protected], i am not getting any incoming calls in my phone, whenever any one calls error occurs and says my no. Is switeched off. I am facing this problem from last one week & also complained to reliance customer care, but at first time they not even took my problem seriously after trying again their no. They just told me i have to wait for 3 days, without listening any thing i said to talk with senior officer but they just put my call on hold for 10 minutes untill i cut the call. Today 3 days over but without doing any thing they are saying my complaint is closed, again i have to wait for 3 days. I am bearing a lot of problems regarding my incoming calls. Customer care incharge - "tina yadav" from 4 days just saying me i have to wait for 3 days, and today when i said to let me talk with senior officer- "rekha" she just say i can't help you call after some time. I am irritated from reliance services and their officers just making fools to customers. My alternate no.-[protected]

          This is what I just wrote to their customer care email and waiting to see what resolution they give.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          This is regarding my Wipod connections numberes [protected] and [protected], I did not want to come to this point of putting an official complaint thinking that it could be resolved by calling your contact centers and getting required help.

          But since 3rd of April till date I have been really trying to deal with your company,

          between 3rd and 5th April 2016 i got endless calls from your contact centre in fact one of those 3 days i got about more than 7 calls in less than half hour and finally I answered the call and requested that I was in a meeting but still asked what was the call regarding and was told its a service call and wanted to inform me about my bill details and for the same I said that I am aware of it and my due date is 5th April and shall make the payment by or before that but yet again in less than an hour I got another call from another agent for the same so I requested that please if I dont make my payment then call me but please if you call me again today i.e. 3rd April I will make my payment a week late no matter if I have to pay a late payment charge so was assured that I shall not get anymore calls before 5th April and yet again I got a call for the same after some time same day i.e. 3rd April (which made me think that Reliance agents are just there to bother the customers).

          Anyways I started facing network issues right after 6th of April and on 13th April my connection stopped working due to non-payment and on 14th April I made my payment of 2388 between 12.15pm and 12.40pm and right after that I logged on Instacare app to see if my payment is reflecting in my account and it was reflected and showed that O/s 0.00 and just a few mins later I got a call from your contact center that it was a service call to thank me for making the payment and was told that my connection will start in next 3 hours and got a ref. number on my phone that my issue will be resolved in 3 hours and right after 3 hours 15 mins I got a message that my issue has been resolved so I tried using my connection after that but the issue still existed and my connections were not working so I called again at around 7pm and gave another complaint again was asked to wait for 3 hours but waited till next day and my connections were still not working so called again in the afternoon and asked the agent that I would like to speak to a manager but the agent did'nt do that so I asked that I would like to cancel my connections so he transferred my call to the concerned team and there I was promised by a manager that my connection would start in next 3 hours but he would make sure that they get started before that and he would make sure that he would call me and update me personally that my issue has been resolved which again never happened.

          After this again when I called again the contact center I was told that sir your payment was made and your connection started the next day i.e. 15th April but was again suspended on 16th April and I asked why and have been asking the same question again and again till date but they have never been able to answer that question and really for which I need to know how and why would the company or an employee take such an action using the power they have as they can access a customers account and do what they feel, which honestly can be fought legally.

          After all this i checked on your website for Appellate office details and got in touch with them and as your contact center same they too kept asking me to wait for 3 hours as initially they tried starting my connection was told that they have some technical issue and are not able to start the connection online which happened more than 3 times in 3 days so left it and waited till I get a call from your company asking for money which happened after 19 days and since then I am tired of explaining my issue to more than 20 agents but still have not been helped so I am sorry to say but I do'nt care to be with your company anymore, I wanted to go ahead and take my 4G cards from your center for which I went there and they asked me to wait till I get my cards from your company and then I could visit the center and get further help and for that too I was getting mails and messages that my cards were being given at a special price of Rs. 899 and suddenly I got a message that I am being given the cards at Rs. 1299 is this supposed to be a joke by RELIANCE first 899 and more than 10 or 15 messages that my cards are dispatched and would get them soon and have not got them till date and now that they are dispatched and they are for 1299, please even before getting the cards the company is playing with the customer in such a way I can only imagine how it would be after I start using them.

          Another joke after you speak to an agent you get a message that you spoke to so and so and were you happy with the resolution and its toll free to reply Yes or No but when you try to reply No it message never goes through first I though it was happening due to network issue but no as that kept repeating again and again every time I spoke with your agents, I understood its your company's trick or an agents.


          Whatsoever, my due date for 5th April was for my bill for March and I did not pay that and my connection only worked till 13th April so as far as I think whatever due I have against your company is only till 12th April as my connections worked only till that day and I don't owe an extra penny to your company.

          Hope this is resolved from your company after this mail.

          After I put big mail on top I got a call from a reliance rep. And he mentioned to me that he agrees and can see on his system that my services have been barred since 14th of April 2016 till date on this I asked him that according to them and me my outstanding should be from 18th March till 14th April which he calculated and gave me an amount of 2270 but yet insisted that I have to pay 4775 for me to start the connection and I said that's not right as you have agreed that my services have been barred since 14th April.

          On top of that yesterday i.E. 3rd june, 2 collection guys went to my place though they were told i am not at home, and told my mom that I haven't paid my dues so they have come to collect, the called me but me being busy I cut the call whereas he called again and before I could answer the call the rep cut the call in just 2 rings, so my mother being scared seeing 2 guys paid off the amount.

          Today I were given the number or their senior and when I spoke with him he said that they started my connection on 14th April and never stopped it now which is in contradiction to the previous several guys from their own company on top of this I told the guy I shall login on your website and check my own account and tell you, where I got shocked that the website is not processing my previous login data for which he tells me that sir as we are upgrading to 4G all the previous data of customers is erased, ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL?

          But luckily to prove that he is lying that my services were never stopped after 14th April I have a screen shot of my account logged on 15th April which shows my connection disconnected which I am uploading on this website.

          In short this proves how Reliance an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani company is cheating people but erasing the customers data and forcing a customer to pay for services they haven't provided.

          Also on top though they have not resolved your issue they still have the odasity to post on this website for my previous complaint that they have resolved my issue.

            To reduce my tariff rates i have recharged my number with rs. 111 on 25.05.2016. But till date my call rates are charged at re. 0.80 per minute. I already lodged a complaint in reliance store but no action is taken. My main balance is reduced from rs. 70 to rs. 20.
            On complaining about the same to nearest relaince store on lalpur, ranchi, the lady at customer service desk diverted me to their h. O at maroo towers, kanke road.Instead of resolving the complaint.

            Please do the needful to get my problem resolved and also help me to get my extra amount which is debited since 25th may back.

              Hello sir, my phone number today morning was deactivated by reliance for no reason. It worked fine till last night and I made calls also using that number. I got it recharged for rs 119 three days before. Now reliance store people told that the number has been deactivated and will now not be available for you. I insisted to get my number back but they did not gave any satisfactory answers.
              I want my number back asap because I bought it for a handsome money as it is a vip number.

              I have already given my alternate number to u I.e +91-[protected]. If in case the number is unreachable plz call after an hour or so coz there is some network coverage problem with reliance in my area as this is also a reliance number
              I think u ppl r either sleeping or of no use... Coz it's been more than a week since I have registered my complaint but no action has been taken on my issue. Shall I proceed to the consumer court??
              Man this is going to be 15 dayz since I have submitted the complaint but still I have got no resolution on the same... Is somebody hearing me there... Knock knock...

                I have purchased data card of reliance 2 month back.

                Now reliance is closing the data service for CDMA network, so the data card is becoming of no use.
                The is now telling to purchase the new 4G data card.

                There were no prior intimations from the company regarding the same.

                They have to replace the existing data cards with new one free of cost.

                  Reliance people not give me my UGC code for my rim cdma no for mobile portability facility. I am using reliance cdma prepaid connection since last 10 year, and because of network problem and bill issues i wanted to change my CDMA into GSM in reliance by using the mobile portability, but this people not give me UGC code which is required for changing network with old mobile network. i had made complaint for this in customer care but still i m facing same problem. i m not geting my UGC code.when i send a msg for geting UGC code than i got the msg that your request could not be processed please try after some time.

                    Mai aapki reliance company ka ek gsm no use krti hu. Jiska number h [protected]. Mujhe aapki company se kai din se msg aa raha tha ki 498 ka recharge karane par mujhe 10 gb ka 3g net balance milega.

                    Uski image maine aapko send b ki h... Aapne msg mai ye nahi bataya tha ki 10gb 3g net mai kitna core balance milega aur kitna promo... Jo aapko mention karna chahiye tha...
                    Jaise aapne 87 rupees k msg mai mention kiya hua h...

                    Jab humne 498 ka recharge karvaya tab hume pata chala ki 3 gb aapne core balane diya h or 7gb promo balance...

                    Ab hume ye 7gb promo balance ko core balance me badal kr dijiye...

                    Agar hume aap msg me pura mention kar dete to hum ye recharge nahi karate... Aap apne customer ko puri info dijiye...

                    Ab aapse meri ye humble request h ki mere [protected] is number pr jo 7gb promo balance h use aap core balance me badaliye jald se jald...

                      I had purchased reliance wifi data card (Connection no. [protected]) from reliance gallery in dec 2015. Device price was rs. 3, 499/-. I paid for the device plus 1 year advance rental plan rs. 7, 963/-. Now after 6 months the company says that i have to buy the new 4g device in order to continue the service. I said that its your fault that you are shutting down the service why should i bear the loss. You should have informed me while selling that the device will work only for 6 months. Now all my money paid for device and 1 year rent will be total waste. Its clear case of fraud. Cheating customers by threatening them of service termination. I want from reliance either they change my device free of cost or refund my full money.

                        I have converted my no [protected] from docomo postpaid to reliance postpaid, by mnp. After verification call was successfully. Immediately after one hour there was no network symbols in my mobile. I called the person who came and approached me he was not able to recognise my identity, then i visited the reliance store marathahalli bangalore and raised the complaint several times. But still they are not able to resolve the problem, since i am using this no past from 5 years, i have this no connected to various other services like bank and insurance etc, due to a very bad customer service given by rliance, i request who all are willing to divert your no from other network to reliance please don't do it, and bull service by reliance, kindly solve my problem asap,

                          Already I have port my RIM CDMA number into reliance GSM.They activated my number as per their verification procedure dated 10th May, 2016.But my outgoing service stopped without any notice within 7 days of activation.Then again visited to Reliance outlet and they say that number started again within one hour but after three days out going started.Now today 29th May, 2016 again same problem occur.
                          Customer care say that again submit your documents .
                          My question is that where is my previous documents?
                          If Reliance Outlet unable to submit my document since 10th May, 2016 then why Reliance started my number?
                          Its clear that "Reliance and there executives " are not responsible with customer and there documents.
                          Why I submit my documents again?

                            I was SMSed on 26/5 that Reliance CDMA network will close down W.e.f. 31/05. I immediately got a GSM instruement and secured a 4G SIM from Reliance store.                             I was SMSed on 26/5 that Reliance CDMA network will close down W.e.f. 31/05. I immediately got a GSM instruement and secured a 4G SIM from Reliance store. But since then I am unable to send the SIM no. to 1299 because there is no network.
                            As committed the CDMA network should work till 31/05 after which the company is entitled to discontinue the service. Such harassment will only encourage customers to migrate not to 4G but to another service orovider. My CDMA NO. is [protected] and the 4G SIM No. given to me is[protected].

                              I am writing this, as i have been mis informed and mis guided by the customer executives of reliance. They have asked me to change my prepaid sim to postpaid, but they have mis informed me about the rental plan freedom 425. They've told me that i will be enjoying unlimited 3G in this plan. So i was tempted by the offer, and switched my sim to postpaid. Soon then i have received an email about the plans details which did not matched with the one they offered me.

                                  I have reliance data card which im using from last year which is postpaid connection. But now facing too much prob.
                                  1st relaince change my plan without informing me.
                                  2nd the new plan provide was completely wrong actual plan as they mention on site was 999 20 gb but they provide me only10 gb. After repeatedly calling customer care the took my request and change.
                                  3rd after changing my plan im unbale to connect my net for atleast 7-8 days and after that there is no network when i asked them they told its due to 4 g migration. And they wont provide any information about when they r launching 4g. Means without using net after 15 days they are charging me for full 30days. Its their problme that they migrate to 4g. Customers didn't say to migrate. Its ok ur migrating but why ur shutting ur full covrage down atleast provide some back up man. And when i want to raise compliant they refus to take it. I just use 10 gb out of 20 gb and rest of data is un accessible still they charge me for full plan which is incorect. It is acceptable if they are providing and im not using in this scenario they can charge for full but in this case im willing but they wont provide still charging. Its something like that we are sutting our service down for 10 years but u have to pay for 10 year. Which gona do that means are u serious. Please suggest for the same

                                        I have been charged rs.150 for upgrading of reliance cdma sim to 4g sim for my number [protected] at dhamankar naka, reliance galler, bhiwandi. Dist - thane, maharashtra. They are charging for each and every customer for upgrade of sim. Our cdma sim got stopped and to start the service they are demanding rs.150 for resuming the services to the new 4g sim.

                                        Again i went for upgrading my sim [protected] they said this are charges for upgradation rs.150 in which u will get 1 gb 3 g data.

                                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Now from last 3 days the gallery is shut down and i have not recieved talktime and net pack and ny offers from it for [protected].
