Addresses of all customer care centres in tenkasi turned out to be fake. I also sent several complaints by email. No one responds. When i use the mts dongle it says rcom will provide the services. But the dongle doesn't work. Please help me. Mts number is [protected].

I want to port this number, but i am not getting any porting code as all my incoming, outgoing & sms services are banned.
I am trying to contact customer care cell but there is no response. I wrote mail to all departments but in vein.

Relaince tower are in recidental area in veraval, dist. Gir somnath. Vidhut nagar co operative housing society veraval. There are only residental area no other purpose. I have been trying to get my reliance 4g wipod service disconnected since november 2017. I have a postpaid no of reliance communication [protected] and they had stopped india vide services in october and they just sent us a bill dated for november. Because of this i am even unable to port my no and they have stopped all customer services by now.

This is really troubling for any consumer and something must be done for this.
