I was using a Reliance prepaid number [protected] but I am not received porting number as reliance has closed its connections and I am not able to use the same.I wont be able to contact reliance customer care as i was not in town.
Kindly auggest what is the process to port the number.

When reliance gsm took a shut down some of my money was outstanding in my demo sim card which i used to recharge the customers and now as reliance gsm is permanently switched off my money is also got stucked as my demo gsm sim is also not working so i kindly request to the reliance gsm communication to refund my money to my bank account.       Due to late payment of bills i stopped receiving messages and was unable to find a shop to go to pay the bill in as they had all shut down. I need a upc code to be able to port my important existing number to another service provider. I cant find any online or offline helping place, i dont want to leave relaince on a bitter note. Upc code needed. Please dont let me end my long journey with reliance on such a bitter note.

I tried to contact them but no number is reachable and i am not getting any help from reliance and there are no outlets/ office of reliance in srinagar, jammu and kashmir. I want to use my number.           This is regarding the difficulties that i am facing for porting my reliance postpaid number. The number is from mumbai location, and i am facing difficulties wherein there is no network in my area that is raipur (Chhattisgarh) due to which i am unable to send porting request to 1900 since last two months.

          I have also not received any auto port number from reliance communication in this regard.

          Requesting you to kindly look into this issue on high priority.

              Went to reliance wireless for a new agreement for a monthy cell phone service. They told me they could enroll me into a monthly contract for 70 dollars, and they were going to give me for free a jet pack. What they did not tell me was the free jet pack was not free and i would sign a contract for 2 years a extra line and monthly jet pack service. When i got my first bill i realized i had been conned. Lied to. To resolve it they said they would have to charge me even more money to restock the item that they dishonestly gave me.
              The jet pack was not free. I had to return it and btw it didnt work. These people are not to be trusted. When ever you see verizon, make sure its not reliance wireless

Example : PORT [protected] to 1900 Further, we have enabled Intra-circle Roaming arrangement with Vodafone/IDEA/Aircel and you can latch on to these operators39; network to generate/receive UPC from RCOM. PG WING DOT HEAD QUARTER.

                      Relaince tower are in recidental area in veraval, dist. Gir somnath. Vidhut nagar co operative housing society veraval. There are only residental area no other purpose. But relaince company are built up tower. With kishorbhai samani plot, he is chairaman in nagarpalika & bjp. Where are complain to solution & stop tower work i am live near this plot.                         As per M/s RCOM, mobile number [protected] and [protected]. Customer has requested for Portout of above stated 2 mobile numbers. Customer has not provided any alternate contact number hence we are unable to guide the customer. In view of above scenario, Please ask the subscriber to manually select Voda/Idea/Aircel network to generate/receive UPC from RCOM and send Port SMS as PORT space 10digit_mobile_no to 1900. PG WING DOT HEAD QUARTER.

I am being charged for nothing as I am not using this service since two three months.

                              I have surrendered the subject mentioned dongle to your reliance distributor m/s hema telecommunications, duliajan, ; assam; pin-786602 after paying rs 3900/- money receipt no: d 950 dt 27/10/2017 i told him to discontinue the service with immediate effect. However, till date it was not discontinued & i have been receiving your payment reminders. Please look into the matter to stop the service without any delay. I have the documentary evidence which is attached as photo along with this complaint.

                              Need UPC Code for Porting Out [protected].

                              Its a main number that was used and a lot of suffering has already been faced.

                              It had a balance of 50.INR.

                              I have requested to close my postpaid connection of number [protected] in oct-2017 but in Jan-2018 another bill produced. Dropped email to customer service number but no reply. The voice services of reliance closed and they still charging me. I am not able to raise service request anymore as it says already pending.

I have following complaints against company: 1. Since dec 2017 there is no network in my number, when i contacted to reliance customer care number, reliance offices at indore and also contacted toll free complaint number of reliance comm. Ltd.[protected] which i get from trai website, but i did'nt receive any sesponse from all these numbers. Due to this i faces many problems, since this is the only number through which i can communicate and only this number is circulated every where like at bank accounts, gas agency, aadhar card etc. 2. I want to port my number to other telecom service provider but i did'nt have port number. Kindly accept my complaint and give me the port number at my alternate number [protected]. And also charge penalty and charges against reliance for disconnecting there services without giving proper public notice and public announcement and without providing proper porting facility to there customer and reply me asap.                                       I have been trying to get my reliance 4g wipod service disconnected since november 2017. It is january 2018 now and i the service is still not disconnected and i keep getting monthly bills of rs. 1062. Why should i pay for services which i don't use and don't want to use? You have closed your customercare phone number. I have visitied reliance shop as well and they had assured me that services will automatically get disconnected in december 2017 and no further bills will be generated, but nothing as such happened. You have left no way for the customers to reach out to you for existing services. Tell me in which country is it legal to follow such practices i. E. Force the customers to use services and then keep generating bills? Kindly reach out to me asap and have my reliance 4g wipod services disconnected immediately and stop generating bills.

Seems like RCOM is a giant THIEF trying to rob people by generating bills. I hope a big legal action is taken against you so that you sink to the bottom and rot out of all the existing business. Shame on you for looting public out of all their hard earned money. You very well have time to scam people and generate bills without service but do not have time to resolve issues.

                                      My Reliance service are not working from 21st of December. I am trying to connect the reliance customer care, but m not able to connect. So please confirm that is there any network issue or reliance closed their broadband services.

                                        I have two reliance communication postpaid connection with me nos. Are [protected] and [protected] registered with the name jagdish sarin and i want to disconnect the service, i have tried many time to connect to customer care or searched for reliance store but i am unable to disconnect my services as no communication is happening with them. Please help to disconnect the sevices.
