Hello.


First things first, there's no scenario like I'm not getting good networks. I bought this connection in January 2016. I've been getting ~2mbps speed. I've paid this month's bill on[protected] already, I'm still getting low speed. The speed won't cross beyond 500Kbps at all. I'm very much frustrated.
I've tried to get in contact with Customer Care, but there's no response and no reply to e-mails either. I'm very much frustrated by the service.

    I observed oicl is not responding to complaints hardly responded 2%.

      I have post following complain but my issue has not be resolve, Is consumercomplaint portal is working or just forwarding our coplain and doing nothin.
      I am Rabi Narayan Satapathy, Bolangir, Odisha, I am a user of Reliance
      GSM having no [protected], but I don't have network coverage in my
      reliance sim since 3 days.I am facing lots of problem, because I am
      using this no. since last 10 years, This no. is circulated across my
      officials, friends, relatives all other transaction related to banks,
      Insurance, website, emails, LPG booking, IRCTC every where, but
      suddenly it is found this no. is not working. So without this no I
      will face a lot of problem, So let me allow to port this no. to other
      network at least. If reliance has no network in our area than at least
      let us know and allow us to port to other network, how can Reliance
      defunct my number([protected]) with out prior notice/message.

I haf requested termination request but after came call from reliance regarding confirm. that person told me within 48 hours it will sorted out but after 48 hours i had called into customer care i got message ur termination request in process.

              I Have activated my data-pack of RS197 dated[protected]approx) and get 3GN data.
              Currently i have more than 1GB data reaming but from last Sunday I'm not able to use my inter net perfectly.
              I tried to contact reliance customer care on 198 but they are not helping me, always refusing me by saying "Your problem will be resolved soon Don't wary !!!" but the fact is that still the problem is harassing me.
              The E sign is appears while I'm in home network but Internet is not working, and in Roaming E is even not appearing.
              Before Sunday there ware a good network but now there is not a network at least "10%".
              Now what i have to do ??
              Please help me...

                Hello

                I am a reliance netconnect user, my dongle number is [protected]. My billing cycle is from 07th of a month to the 07th of next month and credit limit is rs 2600. On 17.02.16(10 days into my current billing cycle), i got the attached email from reliance that my netconnect dongle was put to barred state and that my unbilled usage was rs5500. I filed two complaints (Process id:[protected] and complaint number[protected] on reliance customer care and asked for detailed usage details as i haven’t used the product much during the month. They confirmed that they would send the detailed usage details along with my next month’s bill on 07.03.2016 and that my netconnect dongle would continue to remain in barred state. You can read the detailed compliant in

                I received the reliance netconnect bill on 09.03.2016 to my registered email, without the detailed daily usage information and explanation for violation of trai regulations, which was requested multiple times to their customer care number, escalation department officials, billing department officials etc and also filed as complaint weeks ago through their customer care.

                As already explained and also confirmed by their customer care officials, my netconnect dongle [protected] was put into call barred state on 17.02.16 at 16:30 hrs. It continues to be in this state till now.
                Now please see the screenshot of the bill provided by reliance. According to this, the total netconnect day usage minutes is 14455 and night usage minutes is 306. Note that this is till 17.02.16 till 16:30hrs as after this the netconnect cannot be used as it is in barred state. As per reliance website for tarrif plans(Snapshot attached), for my tariff plan, the day time usage is the usage from 6am - 10pm and night usage is from 10pm-6am. Now calculating this during this billing period from 07.02.2016 to 17.02.2016, the number of day time minutes physically possible is 10206. Please see the screenshot of the calculation.

                Clear cheating and fraud from reliance as the daytime usage is charged for 14455 minutes when the actual physical day time minutes during this timeline is only 10206 minutes and refusing to provide detailed usage details.

                This is a clear database error. The database error from reliance side was already confirmed by their escalation department executive arun during my conversation with him on 26.02.2016. The audio logs of the conversation with customer care are available.

                So as you can probably see from here, that Reliance doesn't really care about customers, legal laws set by the National Authorities. No callback or resolution on this matter yet. Daylight fraud...

                  I have taken reliance plan of 599 unlimited which says unlimited STD and ISD calling free.But when I have started using it they said it have cap of 5000 STD minute only free.When i bought the plan it is not mentioned in term and condition but they have given wrong information and selling the plan.This plan is misleading to customer my mobile number is [protected].They have stoped my outgoing calls without informing me.Please do the needful.

                    Dear sir i would like say that its the worst service i hv ever faced in my life and at no cost i m gonna continue with it.[protected] is my no and 146 rupees have been deducted from my acount in the evening of 08/03/2016 and no customer care executive is able to satisfy me query even 72 hours later i. E 12/03/2016. Really its worst that i m facing. Automatically the data connection chnges to reliance from aircel and balance comes to nill. Plz refund me as soon as possible or i m forced to carry on the legal action along with the worst service support i m really fed up o[censored]. Shame on the managment. Kindly reply mny complaint earlier ur executives said that they dont have info cz of some technical problems and now they say they cant afford the info after three days so tell whats my mistake bloddy i hv trusted reliance or what the. I requested in mobile store to convert it from Postpaid to prepaid but they changed it in mobile sim in their database so due to mismatch of product I am not able to use it.                         Hello.
                        I am seriously very much disgusted with the service Reliance is providing. I have a Postpaid internet connection. I pay around Rs 1200 a month for internet to Reliance. But, what I’m getting? Being completely ignored by the customer service? Not getting the service I’m supposed to receive, since I’m paying money for that. Please, do something. You’re the Chairman of this company. Everyone is disappointed with the service offered by the company.

                        The same thing happens to me each and every month. I don’t know what’s wrong. On the bill cycle date, the bill is generated, but the download speed doesn’t get reset. Why’s that? It takes me days to solve the issue and plus the frustration. Seriously, help me! PLEASE!
                        There's no such thing like I'd be getting low networks, the networks are fine here. And I used to get ~2mbps speed last month.

                          Reliance "The fraud Network"
                          Dear Sir,

                          How can the "Reliance" be so cheap deducting balance every time without any reason. Today Rs.35 got deducted from my account on [protected] & when i called your customer care which is the world's most ridiculous customer ever - An executive named "Preeti" told me that my balance got deducted due to internet use even though I have enough internet balance in my account. Could you look into this & resolve this matter as soon as possible. If i do not get my balance back to my account then I am sure this time I am gonna take this fraud network to the court & other social media network..

                                I am using data connection. Due to late payment it was discnect but even afer payment connection not started. Activation process done. All time service provide number called last half hr but noone response. Ye bakawas service hai.
                                All executive only shows that they are busy but they are not giving service making fool .
                                Not satisfied and not happy with reliance. Also not happy with their executive.

                                      Today I make a recharge 20 and than 40...
                                      In the afternoon they deducted 3 rupees from my account...
                                      Without any proper information.
                                      After than in the evening they deducted 25 rupees again from my account.
                                      Even I don't know the proper reason.
                                      When I am try to contact to customers care 198 service they have been block my services as well so o m not able to know the proper reason why balance has been deducted.
                                      Or even I m not able to make a request for refund.

                                      And alternate number is [protected].
                                      I want my complete money back
                                      And 198 customers services start on my number.

This time i have been deducted of 5 rupee on this monday on account of charges of van tech zone which i have never subscribed to.
