I have paid my bill on time, then also they had suspended my number which i m using from last 5 yrs, and no one is able to solve this issue, from 5 days, they are just taking complaints and ask for 12 hrs, i m really very worried about my number which i m using for my sales, if i lost this number then my all effort of 5 yrs will be lost, please suggest me what to do?

i had already submitted my complaint on your facebook page around 3-4 times but i didn;t get any solution. now tell me what to do, i[censored] guys are not able to solve this queries then i can do only only one thing, i have to switch to other network immediately. and personally i will stop everyone in my circle, who wanted to switch in your network for minor benefits.

    I am fedup of your poor service. From the day I bought reliance wi-pod it havn't crossed 50 kbps barrier which is totally opposite to what i was told that you will be served very high speed.Even i complained about it to[protected] but nothing productive happened. Everytime they persue me to call again after some time. they asked me to erase cookies and all though there was no diffrence in the internet speed. i dont enough time to call to your customer care. please resolve my problem asap. i want an appreciable speed for what i am paying you for.

      Reliance is asking for bill payment for Account # [protected]
      Following is the email Sent to Mr. Anil Ambani:

      Dear Anil Ambani,

      It is with very high disappointment and regret that I have to directly write to you regarding this payment notice.

      Reliance was a highly respected brand and hence a communications corporate partner for my company from which I purchased an Internet Device. This account was closed long back as I no longer needed and ALL DUES PAID for which I attach a print out that I received from your own company office in Bangalore.

      I'm being repeatedly harassed by your legal department for the money I don't owe your company.

      This story goes back all they way to year 2008. There was an accounting error ( or may be even Fraud from Reliance Communications considering that I'm being harassed multiple times) from Reliance Communications which I have highlighted in the attached document.
      I have attached the file that I received from Reliance Communications.

      You can see in the document that all bills have been paid until January 2008 ( months highlighted in green) after which I requested to cancel your data card ( PCMCIA device) .
      Also your December 2007 bill surprisingly says 1460 Rs, which I don't understand how. But anyways that was paid too because I closed the account.

      Now mysteriously on Jan 23rd all your entries say Payment reversal ( date highlighted in Red) even for payments done months back. None of that money has come back to any of my accounts nor my credit card. I had already verified with the back just to make sure and also provided the bank statements to Reliance office ( Near MG Road Bangalore in 2008). After the visit to Reliance office I was assured that this is an accounting error and will be fixed. After this I never heard back from Reliance Communications until this year . And in your letter you say ( repeated reminders and statements ) !!!

      If you think you have paid back the money to my account please provide the transaction details. Also some of the bills were paid at your counter in Reliance center. How can there be a payment reversal for those transactions, please provide an explanation.

      Your communications department is extremely efficient in sending legal notices, but should they spend even 10% of the effort in providing excellent customer service your company would surely be #1 brand in India.


      P:S The number you sent to contact in case of a clarification is perpetually busy and is just a hogwash.

      You either close this right away and stop harassing your customers or I have to take you to consumer court too.

      Hopefully you'll do your best to restore the brand name of Reliance (ADA). All the best !

        Hi,

        i have visited multiple reliance outlets regarding my plan change and have had no luck on the same .I am on a 399+ taxes plan which i do not use that much for the past 3 months i have been complaining about the same and have got no resolution.
        Every time i call *222 i get to some customer care executive who conveniently disconnect the call and this time again my outgoing services have been barred due to non payment .

              Today morning after dialing *129# from my number I saw an offer of Rs 198= 1.5GB, I confirmed it by also calling 198 through ivr mode. I went to the retailer and did the recharge, after recharging I checked my net balance it was only 1GB, I didn't received another 500 MB, den I called up your customer care 198, after making several attempt I was able to connect to the customer care. I told him the issue, he checked his system and told me that there is no such offer on my number, then i told him to take a complaint, but he neither took any complain nor he resolved the issue, he then connected me to the supervisor the supervisor also did the same kept me on hold and checked and told me the same thing and he also didn't took my complain after my several request and disconnected the call. My issue is that if there was no such offer then why it was shown on dialing *129# or on calling 198 .I have also attached a screenshot of the offer. This is not right, this is cheating, you are showing something and giving something.
              Hope will get a proper resolution from you.

                              I registered network compliant but my complaints has been closed by technician without solving the issue, it was happen to me many times. Only network which allow Technicians to close the complaint without customer knowledge and customer has been fooled many times.

                              Customer can't contact the representative directly, there's is no such facility to hear customer complaint directly, everything via phone only and they never solve the complaint in 10days

                                  I was complaining your customer care about how they sent me a text which stated that for rs. 294 I will be getting 2.5 GB 3G data plus 1.5 GB 3G Data more. But they only provided me with 2.5 GB 3g data and while I Was on The phone, they activated a VAS all by themselves which resulted in the deduction of my balance of rs. 75. This is not a professional attitude and I request you guys to return my balance otherwise me and my family will port from reliance.

                                      Dear Sir
                                      I am using your network operator number. My number is [protected]. This number is registered with Komal Pandey Id.
                                      I am using this number with approx 6 year with your operator. But unfortunately I am saying that The service of customer is not good. You can say this is very poor as compare of another operator customer care.
                                      On 15 jan I was recharged my number with 200 amount through paytm but by mistake I entered wrong number and that is [protected]. After that I contact with paytm customer care via mail and he replied same day to me and said that Plz contact with our operator customer care. After that firstly I conatct with reliance outlet but He did not help and say to contact to customer care. After that I contact wits customer care on 198 toll free number but He did not help. After that I contacted [protected] number to Reliance Authiroty Appelet on 16 Jan and he registered my complain with[protected] complain number. And He said that your problem will be slove max within 3 day. But My problem did not slove and after 3 day I called again than They said that sorry I have need that mail which was send by paytm to you so plz forward us. I forwarded that mail to the Appelt Authority and emil id is rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com but My problem did not slove after 3 days I called again and he retrait same statement and I forwared mail agail to Reliance Appelleat Authority. This process is retrait till now and My problem is not sloved. I am the msg to you which was sent to Reliance Appelleat athourity by me. You can see and can check call detail my number that I have called a lot of call to Reliance Appelleat Authority.

                                        I have been suggested an offer pack by an executive from reliance communication for porting my sim to their reliance scheme as on 02/1/2016 after submitting all my require docs & cash of Rs. 950 including my outstanding bill. He have fled away and never turn up. I have tried reaching all the possible point at Reliance however vain.

                                        CAF no.[protected]. They are cheating and executing fraud.
