I am Mathivanam.M from Chennai. i have applied for Reliance SIM "BAASHA 499" scheme through Mr.Kuppuraj for one month back in our office. still i didn't get activate my sim and he did not help or support to me. he did not pick up the call or someone attend and said he is busy. i dono where is he comming from. now helpless and i have lose my money Rs.300/-. this is way to treat your customer and i am very disappoint...

Dear Sir

today we have send a complaint about block of SIM No -[protected], Forther we would like to bring to your notice that just now we have already found my SIM from one of gentlemen.

So we are requesting that please DO NOT BLOCK the above mentioned SIM as i am withdrawing my complaints....

My subscriper id[protected] and the internet is not working everyday after 6pm to morning 6am. Could you please help to fix it...

I already put a complaint against reliance communications and my complaint [ ID : 1228479 ] is this, the matter of payment of 1500/- towards reliance communications, which I wrongly paid on 16 dec 2015; but still I am not contacted by any reliance representative, if any one wants to contact me to resolve my matter then plz contact at [protected]; [protected]...

14/- deducted from main balance for VASshort format D2C activation. However i have no knowlwdge about it and do not want it. I want my money back else i will go for other telecom service....

I registered network compliant but my complaints has been closed by technician without solving the issue, it was happen to me many times. Only network which allow Technicians to close the complaint without customer knowledge and customer has been fooled many times.

Customer can't contact the representative directly, there's is no such facility to hear customer complaint directly, everything via phone only and they never solve...

I was complaining your customer care about how they sent me a text which stated that for rs. 294 I will be getting 2.5 GB 3G data plus 1.5 GB 3G Data more. But they only provided me with 2.5 GB 3g data and while I Was on The phone, they activated a VAS all by themselves which resulted in the deduction of my balance of rs. 75. I am using this number with approx 6 year with your operator. But unfortunately I am saying that The service of customer is not good. You can say this is very poor as compare of another operator customer care.

Sir, my reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. There has been a constant balance deduction from this number inspite of regular complaints. Every time I complain they refund me my balance and assure me that no further deductions will be made. But still balance gets deduct5ed and it has become very difficult to contact the customer care wxecutive.
