Dear All,

Please go through this link, to know about my issue, which I already complaint on this 3 months ago, but no one took proper action and now I am tortured by this Reliance Communications Agency.

This Reliance Communications have shared all my contact details (like my family members contacts and my friends contacts) to collection agency who are behaving like Gunda's and Rowdy's.

They keep on calling my friends & families and use abusing words to them and shouting at them unnecessirly. They used to spoil my name & reputation w.r.t them and really now I am ashamed of this Reliance, that I was a customer. When my friends/families call back on those numbers then it says wrong number.

Our family and friends are frightened with this. I am a poor man, and this company is behaving like a devil and I don't know what to do.

Please help me to get out this issue. Now I am going to register an FIR in police station. Really these companies are spoiling our names and sharing our privacy numbers to others.

Today, nearly at 2:30 PM, I got a continuous call from this number +91 [protected]
When I attend the call then no one responses. And if i call back on this number then it says, "Please check the number, you've dialed"

What you people are playing politics with me. I am a poor man. Please don't disturb me anymore.

    I have port my no [protected] from Idea to reliance. in Reliance this number is running since last 4 - 5 month. suddenly they have stopped service on this no.

    They are saying that proof of documents are not receipt. I have resubmit proof of document with photo to Reliance Web World, Vapi Road, Opp. HDFC Bank, Silvassa on 30.01.2016 & they are saying we have send to document to Reliance. I am calling on helpline & they are saying still not update prof of document in system.

        I have received the email, but not addressing my query. The bill has been sent for Jan-Feb instead of the quoted period of Nov-Dec. How can the customer care department be so careless that they do not even go through the query, but is always in a hurry to close the same??? Highly disappointed.

          Sir, my reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. There has been a constant balance deduction from this number inspite of regular complaints. Every time I complain they refund me my balance and assure me that no further deductions will be made. But still balance gets deduct5ed and it has become very difficult to contact the customer care wxecutive. Reliance is having the worst customer satisfaction service as if they don't value our interests. Kindly refund me with my balance and ensure for no further deductions.it has become too irritating to see regular deductions. Don't feel like using reliance anymore though has been using it for past 9 years.

              Hello.
              I have been a reputed Reliance customer for quite a while now. However, I keep facing this persisting issue of amounts being deducted time and again from my account without a rhyme or reason. IT HAPPENED AGAIN..

              I had recharged on Feb 7th 2016 with a denomination of Rs198 which is supposed to be 1.5 GB Data and 28 days validity but what comes next. Today is Feb 16th and the validity shows as Feb 15th which sums up to the fact that I am not able to use the internet and moreover. I today see that my account turns zero after having 1812 MB o[censored]nused data. Has my Rs 198 gone down the drain? Why is this harassment all about?

              I keep calling and leaving request's but in vain. I was also supposed to be receiving a call from customer service but no one has called back yet. Why should we be cheated and not get the worth of what is being paid for.

              Somebody help please. Thank you very much.

                I did recharge of 133 rupees today in which I should get benefit according to given in reliance website but I did not get any balance or benefit of this. Also when I spoke to customer care they are talking very rudely.And I have screenshot of their website in which it is mentioned that what benefit should I get from this recharge and also I have payment receipt.

                Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

On a daily basis we are trying to reach the customer support for help.Today I spoke to Pandi Kumar at 9.00 PM to get assistance with the internet connection. He was very much rude on the call.                         Bad Experience at Reliance Store Adyar

                        I just went to reliance store to re-activate my data card, they charged me Rs200 for activation and said it will activate after 4 days. I wonder it took only one day when i got it as new connection and posted the query. The store in charge responded it will take 4 days. In between went and checked they said in one day it will activate

                        After more than a week time till the connection not activated, so went to store again they were acting as if something happened. Sir we are just working for your connection only some RHS number not mapped. I have given instrument for confirming the number.

                        As my work got impacted, i asked that need connection by today. Then one guy suggested there is exchange offer for old device and get new device for Rs700 and high end model is Rs1100 and connection will get activate in 10 min.

                        Then i asked already paid Rs200 so reduce and give the device for Rs900. Then he started checking with other guy and said no sir the device cost is Rs1800 and offer is Rs1500. we will reduce Rs200 and give the new device for Rs1300. Now, i understand this guys trying cheat and said why you changing the rates now.

                        Then these guys said wait for tomorrow morning you will get the connection with old device. Today, i called them several times and couple of times they attend and said will get back in 10 minutes. Thus for no call from them nor the connection got active.

                        Am a HCL employee and I checked with one of the reliance sales person at our campus he said the, the device offer price is Rs1300 and there is no exchange require.

                        This is show how the reliance store sales person tried to cheat unethically. No Transparency, No Honest, No Professionalism!!

                          On May 2015, I have requested to cancel my account and I have paid my overdue amount. Now I got a notice from lawyer. It seems they didn't closed the account and if I asked the outlet where I requested for cancellation was also saying that, you have not done a cancellation. When I requested for cancel, the higher officer is also spoke to me and asked the reason for cancellation and I gave the request letter along with my proof.

                            this is to inform you that, my mobile number is [protected] is deducted total 83 rupees frequently! 3 times i recharge amount of 10 + 10+ 70 rs but now my balance is 0.01, i use this sim for only and only 3g data, my data balance is remain 1468.24 and validity is[protected], after this without any information and without any authority service provider deduct the amount after 3 time recharge,
                            my com plane no is[protected] on dated 11-feb 2016, as per customer care authority given time line is 24 hr but 96 hr left but my issue is remain same. Again I recharge 10 Ras amount on dated 16/2/2016. My balance 7.70 but few time latter my balance is nil

                              This is regarding today's instance when I went to the store for complaining about the closure request of my connection as my dongle is damaged and I do not want to continue the same plan. The store executive -Amol Latte was rude and not supportive at all. The request was not taken by him on priority, instead he told that customer care will be looking into it within 7 days. My query was why the closure request is taking so much time but he replied in rude way that "do whatever you want but I will not take this request" If this is the way to treat customers than...bye bye Reliance. Also I will log a complaint with nodal officers.

                                  One SMS recieved from RM-Reliance on 11/12/2015 that due to upgradation from 2G to 3G connection will be discontinued w.e.f 12/12/2015 to 15/12/2015. when connection was disconnected i was connect to your call centre for this regards. They told me to recharge Rs. 11/- on my number. accordingly i did the same, But till today no connection is restored.I met local reliance customer care centre located at Patna. & informed me that old 2G connection has been withdrawn.I had pre paid GSM connection having balance Rs.612 (apprx.) is still lying. My mobile connection number is - -[protected].

                                  So, i am requesting to you that kindly restart my GSM number with my previous balance immediately otherwise I will go to consumers forum with my this claim.

                                      Hello dear reliance broad band..we are using your worth less services from past 5 years with a very little signal and many times in hybrid mode.from past 3 months we r unable to get even that little signal .we spoke with you'r customer care many times for termination.But they are always asking us to wait for a call back from your side without giving any complaint numbers.. And keep on generating bill for past 4 months with out any coverage in my area..Customer care people are also told us that there is no coverage in my area.but still want us to pay the due amount and reluctant to give a complaint number against coverage issues.. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible..please terminate my account.we already experienced a lot with Reliance so don't need any more.

                                        I have already complained but there is no response from you.

                                        Req for termination

                                        Please check the interaction I had on[protected] for which I have again asked for termination of datacard no [protected] and service req no[protected].

                                        Mistake happened at Interaction no : [protected] on 07 Sept 2015.

                                        Please give me re-embursement of Rs 1254 which I have pay to terminate because of Interaction no : [protected].
