Bad Experience at Reliance Store Adyar
I just went to reliance store to re-activate my data card, they charged me Rs200 for activation and said it will activate after 4 days. I wonder it took only one day when i got it as new connection and posted the query. The store in charge responded it will take 4 days. In between went and checked they said in one day it will activate
After more than a week time till the connection not activated, so went to store again they were acting as if something happened. Sir we are just working for your connection only some RHS number not mapped. I have given instrument for confirming the number.
As my work got impacted, i asked that need connection by today. Then one guy suggested there is exchange offer for old device and get new device for Rs700 and high end model is Rs1100 and connection will get activate in 10 min.
Then i asked already paid Rs200 so reduce and give the device for Rs900. Then he started checking with other guy and said no sir the device cost is Rs1800 and offer is Rs1500. we will reduce Rs200 and give the new device for Rs1300. Now, i understand this guys trying cheat and said why you changing the rates now.
Then these guys said wait for tomorrow morning you will get the connection with old device. Today, i called them several times and couple of times they attend and said will get back in 10 minutes. Thus for no call from them nor the connection got active.
Am a HCL employee and I checked with one of the reliance sales person at our campus he said the, the device offer price is Rs1300 and there is no exchange require.
This is show how the reliance store sales person tried to cheat unethically. No Transparency, No Honest, No Professionalism!!
