        I was using reliance communication net-connect+ data card for over six years from 2009 to 2015 during the course i have generated more than 50, 000 worth of revenue to reliance, I never defaulted from baying the bill not even once in 60+ months.

        In December 2015 I saw an advertise in Muadalpalya Reliance center that we can upgrade the old data card to new Reliance wi-pod, hence I decided to upgrade the data card and purchased the new Wipod data card and have been using it currently. As per the offer the store person took my old data card number and said that they will waive off the bill of the old data card, I also had made a payment of the usage till last date on old data card.

        I used to get reminder calls, emails, sms on a daily basis for 9 months. I got irritated by these calls as i don’t like getting reminders to me for payment. Literally i used to come out of meetings, calls, conferences to answer these calls and used to explain the whole history again. Now I have Reliance communication sent me a Legal notice regarding due payment.

        I am feeling being cheated by this company, first they release the offer to upgrade and then for sake of this amount they send such notices. You should be ashamed for treating the old customers for being loyal customer for many years

          Please find below complaint details which i sent to but got response give us interaction ID to take appropriate action which nobody gives before activation

          Hi Dear Sir,

          I am writing this letter to you to explain how your employees are giving pathetic services to
          customers.

          1st Instance on 20th Dec 2015:

          I had got call from one of the sales member & they explained the offers and I had agreed to go for
          Rs.499 plan. They asked me to send a my voter id & photo to Email ID (altainfo.[protected]@gmail.com) which I
          have sent on 30th Dec 2015 & 5th Jan 2016. However there was no action taken by them and I called
          multiple times but there was no response.

          2nd instance on 21st Jan 2016:

          I had called to one of the sales person, then he gave me this number Ph:[protected] after speaking to
          him, he asked me to resend the documents to email id telecomdsa.[protected]@gmail.com on 21st Jan 2016. Till
          now I have called more than 6-8 times but there is no response or action from them.

          3rd Instance 28th Jan 2016

          Finally I thought to call to your customer care to check the status. I have called from my colleague’s
          reliance prepaid number on 198 asked for the information but they redirected me to *222 which I didn’t
          get through then again called on 198 and explained, they gave out other number [protected] for postpaid
          services. When I called again it connected to prepaid desk & after insisting for information they asked
          me to go back and check where you have submitted the document.

          Please tell us how someone will pay and use your services if this the situation.

          Finally i am facing problem that neither my previous network active nor current reliance. since from 15 days reliance unable to to activate one sim card. whenever i call customer care they asked me to call on 59090 to active but i am not able to dial that because it shows only emergency call

              I m using reliance prepaid mobile number [protected]. company deducted VAS services Rs. 15/- and Rs. 10/- balance every day without any activating service.
              when i try to stop this service by send a message by write 'STOP' to 155223
              i got reply that no service is subscribe from my number. now how i stop this VAS service and refund all my deduction amount.

              I called up more than 3 or 4 times, you can check my history i usually asked to stop my services but they again asked for the same by saying AUTO RENEWAL. Guys please deactivate my all services and refund my balance. As i am prime customer of your service, you can check my history i recharged with more than 500 each month. Either you refund my amount and stop services or i will switch to other network.

                  I have Reliance Internet connection with user I'd no.[protected], the connection was not working from 20th January to 14th February .We have made several request to reliance to resolve our issue but they only gave assurance., Surprisingly the connection nearby our house were working, hence on 13 the February we have applied for new connection for Reliance and paid the installation amount of Ra's 1480 through cheque and new line was put in order and our connection have started., The cheque was debited from our account on 17th February .
                  Now the question is why they have given a new connection when the old connection was supposed to be repaired which they have not resolved and harassed us and let our work suffer.
                  We have All details of the complaints made to them, we want our waiver for the Paris the connection has not worked and the amount they have charged for the new connection.
                  They should also give us the loses incurred and expenses made towards our daily calls to there consumer complaint no from our Tacoma and idea mobile no.

                        I am a reliance gsm user fron raipur CG. i recharged for an amount of Rs.133 on 20th feb 2016 on which as per plan company should give 1GB DATA+Rs.5 CORE TT+ 1p/sec for 90 days and plans validity is for 30days. they gave Rs.5 TT and am charging as per 1p/sec for my calls but i didn't got 1GB data till now and my balance is deducted on gprs usage and on asking from there customer care support they are telling me that deduction is right i want either my money back or 1GB data what plan promises or strict action should be taken against such fraud thing company is doing with me.

                          Hello!

                          I had purchased Reliance broad band net connect in in oct-2010.
                          As I started using initially the speed was good. But later it became very slow.
                          Fortunately I had wifi, then I stopped using Reliance from past one year.
                          I am trying to call and informed that I need to terminate the connection but none of them are responding properly. Even now tried calling but no representatives are available. Is says wait for 5 mins...
                          I would like to terminate the connection. Kindly let me know the procedure to terminate. I don't want to continue any more. From past many months I am just paying the bills. Now please see that it is terminated, I will not be paying bills anymore.

                              I was using reliance broadband internet from years, in july 2015 i gave request for the plan change but after one month instead of changing the plan they disconnected the internet without prior information so i complained many times in customer care phone number but it was of no use then i mailed to [protected]@relianceada.com as given below

                              My user id[protected] and i am using reliance broadband from more than a year, i was using 2 Mbps Thunder unlimited plan and i was paying the bill monthly. But last month i had given change of plan from 2 Mbps to 4 Mbps and monthly billing to quarterly billing plan, and one person from reliance also called for confirmation to that person also i told the same but suddenly on 27th- July the connection has been terminated without prior information.Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and i am expecting a callback from you people as soon as possible

                              but i didn't got any reply but after 2 months of sudden termination of internet i got call from reliance saying i need to pay the remaining bill which i refused since i had payed all the bill but after that i got call from customer care executives but i had explained everything even after that from one month i am getting calls from the lady saying herself from consumer court and she is telling that a case has been filed against me which i didn't agree but i got call many times threatening me to forward the case to court but the thing is i did not even receive any COURT NOTICE regarding the issue but the person is telling that the notice number is dl407/16 and the person calling is telling to call to[protected] and asking me to settle the issue if i dont want the case to be forwarded. I did not receive any legal notice from lawyer and if case has been filed i did not even receive any court notice to hear my answer .Really fed up of this Reliance .Please help me

                                  I m using reliance prepaid mobile number [protected]. company deducted VAS USSD services Rs. 3/-balance every day without any activating service.
                                  when i try to stop this service by send a message by write 'STOP' to 155223
                                  i got reply that no service is subscribe from my number. now how i stop this vas ussd service and refund all my deduction amount.

                                      I don't believe this to be the culture of RCOM.
