I had recharged net pack of 77 rupees (10gb)for 28 days on 7 Feb 2016.next day my net bal got zero.I made the complaint.their excuses are
1.no data showing
2.they need 4 days till then wait
3.contact after some time our system is updating
4. Technical problem dial after 2 hours
5 you didn't recharged

They also deducted My 50 rupees with lame excuse you have subscribed some service.
I will suggest all my friends not to use reliance sim otherwise you will not get anything except headache .

    I paid bill of postpaid number [protected] towards reliance on 16 dec with two entries 500/- and 1000/- through online mobikwik wallet, which was in actual a wrong entry bcoz the number was already ported to idea and the bill should be paid to idea operator, but this was my mistake, when we talk to reliance store, as they have checked the amount of 1500/-shown extra by 18 dec 2015. They simply guide me for refend, Mr.pankaj kumar (recovery manager at bathinda) followed this case and I provide him receipts from mobikwik of paid amount for requesting refund.but this time he fails to provide me satisfactory answer and never pick my call, even reliance store employees told me that this is not in their hands, mr. Pankaj can do this.now I am totally harassed by Mr.pankaj kumar, as he just giving me excuses, not doing job.kindly help me to take my money back.

      I had paid bills for every month and requested reliance team to close my account in the month of Dec'08 still they generated bill and asked me to pay in the month of January. Which I disputed with their area manager (Datta Dharmadhikari) and he gave me a confirmation on call that there will not be any more calls from Reliance team about same. I had no idea what was happeneing on their system. And considering they have settled my bills I was relaxed.

      however, Now after 8 years, I have received an E-Notice from some gmail account stating I need to report at District Court for this case.

      I had raised a request for the company TATA Tel due to wrong details provided by sender. I have closed that case and raised this one.

      This is regarding some internet connection at the address which I was staying in the year of 2008. I have recently received a E-Notice from some swift.ta.[protected]@gmail.com email address which I do not think Tata Tele Services would use for such purpose. However, this was regarding some account number [protected]. I don't even remember I had this connection at the address mentioned in the notice. And I dont think I hold any liability to pay any unnecessary amount for any such connection.

      I had sent email to [protected]@relianceada.com and have got reply that they see my bill still pending 1304/-. I have replied to their email however, I have not received any reply from them.

      I also contacted their helpdesk however, the advisor was not able to give me proper information about what is happening.

I got a call from Reliance call centre no. was [protected] offered me for MNP. when i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person and he conformed the details. Next day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. His Name was Karan ( [protected]). he collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 300/- rs. and issued a receipt having serial no.-3749 dated 09/02/16. the receipt is representing Channel Partner of Reliance communication named Great India Communication, Having address- 169/3, 2nd Floor, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19, E-mail ID- gic.[protected]@gmail.com, contact no. [protected]. Next day I got a call from [protected] and conformed my details and said tomorrow house verification will done. This conversation was on 11/02/16. But i have no update till now that whats going on. No one receiving my call on [protected]. When i called to sells executive Karan ( [protected]) he replied that this is not his bussiness. i want to know why they are cheating ????

          Strange phone calls on my number.

          We regret to inform you that we are facing the network issue in our office and we have registered several complaints against the issue but we haven’t received any service from your technical departments.

          We are using 7 corporate Reliance numbers in our organisation and in all the 7 numbers we are facing the same issue since last 8-9 months.

          We also suggested to send your technical person to resolve the issue or else to affix the Reliance booster so that the network issue is solved.

          It’s really disappointing to write this mail to the Chairman of such esteemed company as we haven’t received any response from your responsible management persons.

          We would be highly obliged if you could take your valuable time to go through the appended mails and give us some solutions.

            I Ritesh Verma having mobile No. [protected], recharged STV 301 on 7th feb.16. But unfortunately by today morning I am unable to call to any number, whenever i call to any number it shows the message " THE VOICEMAIL BOX FOR THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST".
            As this offer (STV 301) is valid for 1 month. And when I recharged my main account the balance deduct from my main account.
            So i request you to please solve this issue ASAP because this is my official no. I am facing so many problem or else i will have to take legal action.

              I have requested to close my postpaid connection(mob. [protected]) and got confirmation of reliance account close request no.[protected] on 29th July 2015. I have also paid final settlement bill(7th Aug 2015) and have stamped and signature from Reliance web world manager on the receipt. Suddenly now I am getting repeated threatening calls from some lawyer's office and they are saying pay the bill in half an hour otherwise ready for consequences. I have complaint about 2 things
              1) If the final settlement has been done why I am receiving these disturbing calls.
              2) Has reliance hired some recovery agents specially girls which are talking rudely on phone as well as threatening customers.
              3) We are not responding in the same language because we respect ladies but reliance should stop such practice.

              Thanks Reliance Customer care for calling customer through proper channel !!
              As discussed please find attached the receipt provided to me from Sajannagar navlakha Indore M.P. Reliance web world when I personally visited them on 8th of August 2015. Also to be sure I have asked them to write the termination request confirmation ID and its date along with final bill paid. Executive name is also mentioned Manoj Saxena in receipt. I am happy that at least you are looking into the matter and hope you understand that once the Reliance designated person confirms the termination to customer and ask him to pay the final bill that is what maximum we can do.

              Yes I got a call from Reliance Retention team and they informed me that in future I will not be getting any calls regarding this and it can be a technical fault where system is not showing the number terminated but Reliance communication is going to take care of correction.
              Thanks a lot for taking care of this . Can you please provide me service request number or any other identification so that this communication can be refereed again later ? Because I need to be assure that In your records also this number is terminated as per July 2015 which I already made all the payments and in future no claimsbills will be demanded.

              Repeated calls does not stopped but when I told them that Vikas Sharma from Reliance Communication Retention team who spoke to me to resolve the issue has accepted it as technical fault and assured me that you will not be getting calls again, they say can you do one thing send us the request mail and bla bla...
              I am not going to again follow up on this issue by sending mail to anybody, if retention team head from reliance communication assures customer then why can not people calling can connect within reliance communication or they have hired third party recovery agents which can not even tell their employee ID in Reliance Communication. Reliance Communication should reply back on this through this forum.

                I have ported my Number [protected] from Airtel to Reliance 2 week before. Last week my outgoing calls were barred due to my address verification was negative. And i was advised to call [protected]/[protected] to complete my verification. I am continuously calling this numbers and asking them to send an executive to my address for verification, but still now no one has came to my place. From today morning my Incoming calls are also barred.

                If Reliance cant send person to do the verification then why they are barring my calls. I have already raised a service request[protected] but no luck. Is there any option to port my number back to my previous service provider (Airtel)?

                  See attached screenshot of my mibile no. [protected] balance.
                  I have checked my mobile balance 4 days ago then my mobile balance was 243.65(see attached screen shot).

                  I checked my mobile balance on 14/2/16 at 6.30 PM then my mobile balance was rupees 201.96. I have also received SMS.
                  I again check my mobile balance on 14/2/16 at 7.30 PM then my mobile balance happened 192.96(See attached screen shot), while i not make any call or SMS and not activated any service.

                  I make call only 20 rupees from 10/2/16 to till time.

                  Imcorrevtly Rupees 30 deducted from my mobile balance, so please refund.

                      my name is Ankit and I am reliance GSM's customer since over 3 years with the hope that one day they will improve their infrastructure and now days I have completely lost this hope since they are launching 4g where their 3g network is still imaginary and perfect for sending alert ads time to time.
                      My gsm number is [protected] and 80% time my phone is not reachable when I am at office and at home. If I am outdoor then only people can connect me. Almost all my calls are currently transacting through my friend's & colleague's mobile phone and asking myself why do I have my phone? Within this week I am going to start process for porting this ****.

                          Hello sir, Today[protected] at 6:20 Am, I received a message and the message is " You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service for 13 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free)."
                          Please look into this matter. As m not an earning member and I stay far off my place in Delhi . Far off from my family and friends and doing my graduation. So every money counts for me. I had many options while selecting a sim but I trusted reliance and made a purchase. And if I get treated like this where I can't easily the customer care executive's number to tell my queries then I would not suggest anyone in future to get reliance and soon would deactivate this number too. Hope i would get a positive response from your side. Thank you

                            I had recharged my Reliance Hello Phone with Rs. 1000 through net banking. But i just received Rs. 33.36 as balance out of it. Instead of 870.36
                            I tried to contact all the service center numbers. But every service center says not my department and asks to talk to another number. They started with 198 later *333, *396, 30339696 but no solution. Tried complaining over email, but no positive reply.

                              I Was using data card no ([protected]) connection of reliance due to bad service i given for cancellation request after giving the request still my connection has not eat canceled also they are sending bills to pay the out standing i had a discussion with one of the reliance customer care officer in the month of sep regarding the cancellation of data card they ask me to pay outstanding then the connection will be canceled as per there conformation I made the outstanding balance and I given the request through customer care also I sent a email to the customer care mentioning that
                              I am using data card on reliance no [protected] i want to cancel the connection with emitte effect i spoke to your customer card officer i am not getting the proper resonance since iam already made the payment kindly take this mail conformation as a request.after giving the cancellation request they should cancel my connection,
                              Everything has mention clearly kindly refer my mail dated 10th of sep after wards there was no usage data since I was given for the cancellation why should I pay the outstanding kindly check and update me.

                                  I have tried porting my reliance number [protected] to Vodafone on 9th February. To clear my outstanding bill of Rs 149, I paid Rs 500 (350 extra). Received an from Vodafone saying reliance has denied my porting request because I have outstanding dues. I contacted customer care and my unbuckled amount was Rs 2. Since I already paid 350 more than required, my total outstanding was negative -348. Yet reliance communications has the audacity to refuse my port request. Moreover customer care representative says she cannot take a complain not give a reference number for the so called 'escalation' of my issue. This kind of childish schemes is regrettable by a company of such esteem.

                                  What support? You mean when your executive calls and tells me that if I port to Vodafone, it will be to Vodafone CDMA and not Vodafone GSM? Have you ever heard of Vodafone CDMA?
                                  What is the point of that call? Nothing is resolved.

                                    I was call 3 time in Reliance customer care but all time told me system is not update call back after some time...this process going 3 days and the cansalt person is Heranyam, Deepak Mahakud And last call taken by priyanka ...

                                    I request you please check my call and take imedeate action over this matter...

                                      I bought a Reliance Wi pod max in Pune. but it not activated. If I call customer care they are saying the documents are not uploaded. But If I check with Reliance store, They said you have to submit all your documents again. They are just wasting my time and money. can someone help ? my alternate number is [protected]
