My Subscriber ID is[protected] and connection is in the name of B K EKANATHESWARA. Im mailing u in regards to Waiver for the period 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016 (12 Days)

I would like to inform u that my internet connection was not working for the period 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016. In this regards i have made couple of calls and have registered couple of complaints also. Please go thru my complaint nos:

1.[protected] Dt 05/02/2016 [closed on 07/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
2.[protected] Dt 07/02/2016 [closed on 09/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
3.[protected] Dt 09/02/2016 [closed on 11/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
4.[protected] Dt 11/02/2016 [closed on 15/02/2016 - Issue not solved]
5.[protected] Dt 15/02/2016 [closed on 16/02/2016 - Finally the issue is solved]

6.[protected] Dt 17/02/2016 [called to claim for waiver - closed on 18/02/2016]
7.[protected] Dt 18/02/2016 [closed on 19/02/2016]

I would feel very regret to tell this that Customer Care Support team is of completely no use. There is no support to us (The Customer's) in regards to any complaint we give. This is not the first time i have come under such a situation. Im a customer of yours for the past 5 yrs i guess. Whenever we call to the customer care to register a complaint, the complaint gets closed without even confirming it from us to confirm weather the issue has been solved or not. They are least bothered about the issue being resolved, they just want the complaint to be closed within 2 days. Even if we call back to the customer care and ask why the complaint has been closed prior to resolving the issue, every time we get the same reason telling " SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED " and they tell us that the complaint has been closed by the back end team. Is it not necessary for the back end team to contact us to confirm weather the problem is been solved or not before closing the issue. They never do. Its ridiculous.

I sincerely request you to please go thru the above mentioned complaints which i had registered on 05/02/2016 to 18/02/2016.

1. On 05/02/2016 i call to the customer care to register a complaint because my Internet Connection was not working. But alas, the complaint gets closed on 07/02/2016. The problem was not solved at all. Still my internet connection was not working.

2. Again on 07/02/2016 i call to customer care to register a complaint. Again, as usual the complaint gets closed on 09/02/2016 prior resolving the issue.

3. On 09/02/2016 i call back to the customer care to register a complaint. Superb, the complaint gets closed on 11/02/2016 without solving the issue. Hats off to you guys. U guys rock. What a timeline. Every two days the complaints gets closed even though the problem is solved or not.

4. On 11/02/2016 fed up with the customer care i call to the Applet Authority hoping they would help me in this regards. But, as usual again the complaint gets closed on 15/02/2016. I was totally blank now. Whom to ask for help now.

5. On 15/02/2016 i again called up Applet Authority to register a complaint. " Thank god the issue was solved on 16/02/2016 "

Now my concern is...

1. Why is the complaint getting closed without solving the issue nor contacting the customer ?

I would request you to please go thru all my calls i have made to the customer care. Every time i call to the customer care i request them not to close the complaint without contacting me. But every time they used to close the complaint without contacting me.

I sincerely request you to please advise your back end team to contact us (The customer's) before closing any complaint.

1. Now, since it took 12 days to solve the issue (05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016) i called on 17/02/2016 to claim for a waiver. But as usual the complaint gets closed on 18/02/2016.

2. On 18/02/2016 i call back to the customer care to claim for a waiver. But again the complaint has been closed today (19/02/2016). I now completely loosed my patience to call back to the customer care for the support.

1. I sincerely request you to please refund me the amount for the period 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016 for which my internet connection was not working.

2. I sincerely request you to please go thru all my calls made during 05/02/2016 to 16/02/2016 so that in future it does not repeats.

3. I sincerely request you to please advise your back end team to call back the customers before closing any complaint.

4. Finally, I request you to please go thru my mail and respond me in regards to this issue.

    I receive call from this number [protected]. she say i am calling Nisha from reliance communication office IT park Chandigarh. she call me regarding my bill amount and say you pay only Rs.500/- and other amount way off by company.I pay Rs. 500/- by receipt no -1031 dated 19.02.2016, but other amount will not be way off and my outgoing call facility will be disconnected. Many time i call customer care but they say we have not responsible for way off . The number [protected] is out of service this time. I have all recording of this incident and number.Please solve my Problem and take any action of this number.

      I'm a customer of Reliance GSM. They usually deducted balance from my number. Calling 198, *333 are not possible because those lines are always engaged and can't connected. So, I post on Reliance Mobile's facebook page about these incedents. Without solving my problems they banned me to post on their fb page. I request you to let me post.

              On 23rd 2015 I called Reliance customer service at 022-022 – 30005555 . I spoke to Miss Nisha & Miss Gunja. I requested for closure of this account. I paid pending bills of July and August, along with pro rata amount upto 23rd August. I was advised that I could pay additional Rs 150/= AS SLEEP CHARGES - the account would be available in case I wanted to restart within 2 months. IF NOT USED THEN THE ACCOUNT WOULD AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE.
              Inspite of Paying Rs 1622/= as advised above, Reliance kept raising FALSE bills for Sept Oct and Nov. They have been harassing me thereafter with calls and sending me court notices from some gmail account (reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com)..
              I have explained on phone on 2nd February 2016 and by e-mail the full background. They do not read the mail but continue to harass me. They also have no speaking manners and do not listen properly when I explain to them. They also do not bother to check with Reliance Customer Services.
              I also wrote to Reliance customer Services ('[protected]@relianceada.com') for copies of audio recording of my discussion of 23rd August 2015 - but they regretted that they do not keep such recordings.

                  Sir, I used Reliance netconnect and had it disconnected it in the last year sep and i was told by the customer care representative that the connection was closed.After that recently in january I was told that i has to pay another 778Rs or else i have to go to a lokadalat.So i paid the due amount of 778Rs(please find the attached tax receipt for the same) and i was told by the customer care that the connection was terminated successfully.i thought this wont happend again next time.

                  .But today i got a another mail of the same type saying that i was still due of 201 and is asking me to meet some advocate, lokadlat.How many times do i have to do this closing procedure.i ran out of patience tolerating this Unjust collection f money even after the termination of service and i want to complain about this

                  As a big company, it is not good on its part to blackmail customers like me everytime with 700 and 200 rupees saying. that much amount is due for termination or otherwise have to approach an advocate and lokadlat.

                  please find the reecipt for 778/- i paid to terminate the connection and kinldy ensure that they wont repeat this thing again

                        I purchased reliance broadband connection in July 2011.
                        When I had speed issues every other day, I called them, emailed them. Their Customer care people used to respond like a robot, whenever I try to explain the issue they have same answer for everything.
                        After a while, I was tired and thought of changing the broadband so I registered a cancellation request and a refund as it was a PREPAID connection. Their customer executive called me and assured me that the connection won't have any issues and please keep the connection. So I kept it. Same thing happened again I again launched cancellation request, that thing happened for at least 3-4 times. and meanwhile connection was not working for several days so they promised me that wavier will be adjusted in next bill, then it wasnt adjusted in next bill, I again complained and they again told me wavier will be adjusted in next bill, and my billing cycle was 6 months. so 2 years passed that way, now when I ask them about the wavier they always reply me like a ROBOT without reading my whole email.
                        They always tell me your connection didn't have any issue in July - Aug 2015. Always the same response. I want the wavier for the year 2014 and 2015 that was adjusted in next bills. they don't listen to the complaint.
                        and Slow speed issues. TRAI authority of india tells providers to maintain at least 80% of the promised speed. now I had 2MBPS connection and they used to provide me 200-500kbps connection. my mobile's 3G was way faster than that. and I can understand their policy of no wavier on slow speed, but that should be regulated too. if I get slow speed for 5-7 days per month it's okay with me. but when I am paying in advance for 6months for 2mbps connection and I get 300kbps for almost whole month than that's just cheating.

                        Cheater called me and responded(lied) as they always do. We have escalated your issue to our concerned department. Fraud company. I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give zero star.

                        Well, your customer care people call me and ask the same thing every time, there is no solution on the problems.
                        And I now I have to tell you that I have 2 other connection of 2mbps unlimited plans of reliance broadband in my Office that are working fine, but I am going to turn them off just because you have cheated me with my home connection. I am paying 8000+ Rs for the office connections that I am going to cancel very soon.
                        Cheaters never called me back after I explained the issues and mental torture I have been through after there so called service. Always the same answer "we have escalated your issue to our concerned department." and they never call back and after complaining again they ask all the old details again and waste my 20 minutes. Everytime!
                        the cheaters never called me back now I am going to legally launch complaint in the, http://consumeraffairs.nic.in/
                        I will pay the fees and legally go through with it now. As they are neither solving the problem nor they are even reading the emails. Same reply all the time.

                          This is related with the Reliance mobile service, Today(19FEb16) morning onwards for Techzone VAS service Rs 5 for each time has been deducted, till now 3 times got deducted.

                          I have not subscribed for any kind of VAS services from Rcom.

                          Please look into this presently I am at Itanagar, Arunachal

                          The amount has been waived but from Yesterday night 10 PM onwards again the amount is getting deducted (balance came from Rs.192 to 160) for the same VAS service.

                          I am attaching the images for your reference. Please resolve this issue permanently. There is a psychological impact in my brain due to this issue.

                          Dear Concern,

                          This is big concern that after relieving from the torture of Techzone VAS service. Now suddenly the Rcom is charging me with Hungama VAS.

                          Once again I am repeating that I have not subscribed any VAS services. I am fed up with this. Someone please look into this seriously. Iam attaching image for reference.

                            I am not able to make calls since yesterday as ur ivr keeps saying my balance is low which is not the case as current balace is 24

                            Your internet also stopped working

                            You deducted balance of approx 30 unnecessarily

                            I ported my number from Vodafone to you last month for service but it seems ur service is worst than Vodafone.

                            Ur local stores are of no help n they do not know what's happening

                            I have called, used live chat and escalated it multiple times using your android app but instead of resolution, all i get in reply is it will another 24 hours and services requests are getting closed without even giving resolution.

                              I surrendered my reliance postpaid number in the month of august i was told that my security money will be send at my home adress in the form of cheaque it has been motre than months i didnt receive anything and when i am visting rcom web world they are not helping me out inspite of sending so many mails to the company .Pls take strict steps.

                                It's been a terrible experience with Reliance Netconnect now. Suddenly my balance thrown to 0 before end validity of prepaid recharge of 28 days. I am sure it was error from Reliance end. Reliance then asked to recharge immediately to get access. I done accordingly. Now it is showing recharge FAILED without any reasons. I selected plan from Online Recharge option page which I always do.

                                Now reliance are saying balance is 0 and after completing you are saying we cannot process. Then what should we do. My internet is down since last 3 days now and still not get resolution to my problem.

                                This is harassment to customers. They initially made balance 0 as I used only 7-8 GB of 15. They made it 0 before validity expires. Then asked to recharge ad now recharge is also shown FAILD and now asking to wait for 24 hours. What sheet is it?

                                  I am mailing you from Jaipur Rajasthan VKI area, My outgoing calling is not working & I am trying to calling customer care at 198 but not picking my call. One's they picked my call after 10.00 mins then I was discussed my issue then they reply its technical issue and disconnect my call. This issue is going from last 1 month. If this not solve as soon as possible then I will go to Consumer Court, I am paying you then you are liable to serve me service.

                                  And I want to discuss another thing coordinate to Rajasthan Circle Customer Care Manager and talk about customer feedback, we calling customer care and they put our call on hold till 10 to 15 min and in night no one pick any calls of customer.

                                    I bought a post paid connection in Coimbatore, where my company was reimbursing the bill.
                                    Now I have shifted to Delhi and my present company has already given me a new number and a phone.
                                    I want to deactivate my number. I am not using it for last 4 months, but I am getting the bills every month. The customer care person in Delhi says that this can be done only in Coimbatore, since it's a different circle. The Coimbatore executive says this can not be done on phone. What do I do ?

                                      It is hereby to inform you that i am a reliance prepaid customer having mobile number:+91-[protected]. Yesterday i.e. on 18/02/2016 at around 12:59am, i was browsing internet, but suddenly a message came for a VAS shortformatD2C being activated on my number and an amount of Rs24 has been deducted from my account, for which i haven't subscribed for.I call to 198 and spoke to one representative of Reliance namely Hena at 12:51pm on[protected] but no feedback hasbeen received yet. This has become a mental harrasment because of the fact that this is the 3rd incident having with me, earlier on 24/12/2015 and 02/02/2016, the same problem occurred.
                                      So, i request you to please look into the matter and refund my charged amount .
