I purchased reliance broadband connection in July 2011.
When I had speed issues every other day, I called them, emailed them. Their Customer care people used to respond like a robot, whenever I try to explain the issue they have same answer for everything.
After a while, I was tired and thought of changing the broadband so I registered a cancellation request and a refund as it was a PREPAID connection. Their customer executive called me and assured me that the connection won't have any issues and please keep the connection. So I kept it. Same thing happened again I again launched cancellation request, that thing happened for at least 3-4 times. and meanwhile connection was not working for several days so they promised me that wavier will be adjusted in next bill, then it wasnt adjusted in next bill, I again complained and they again told me wavier will be adjusted in next bill, and my billing cycle was 6 months. so 2 years passed that way, now when I ask them about the wavier they always reply me like a ROBOT without reading my whole email.
They always tell me your connection didn't have any issue in July - Aug 2015. Always the same response. I want the wavier for the year 2014 and 2015 that was adjusted in next bills. they don't listen to the complaint.
and Slow speed issues. TRAI authority of india tells providers to maintain at least 80% of the promised speed. now I had 2MBPS connection and they used to provide me 200-500kbps connection. my mobile's 3G was way faster than that. and I can understand their policy of no wavier on slow speed, but that should be regulated too. if I get slow speed for 5-7 days per month it's okay with me. but when I am paying in advance for 6months for 2mbps connection and I get 300kbps for almost whole month than that's just cheating.
