Regarding employee behaviour

Balance deduction

Every time I complain they refund me my balance and assure me that no further deductions will be made. Unnecessary balance deduction

Money deduction

It got damaged on 30th January and I submitted the same to the nearest Service Centre named NANAK COMMUNiCATION, GANDHI MARKET, AMBALA CANTT., HARYANA on 1st Feb 2016 and after multiple calls and harassment I finally got it replaced on 18th Feb under warranty(after 18 days, not justified).

Reliance fb page banned me

I'm a customer of Reliance GSM. They usually deducted balance from my number. Calling 198, *333 are not possible because those lines are always engaged and can't connected. I paid pending bills of July and August, along with pro rata amount upto 23rd August.
