since 19/02/2016. This is really surprising when still 0.41 MB 3G Plan
is left and 2G Plan is still Unconsumed.

In anticipation of an earliest course of action to resolve the same.

    My id is [protected] and i had to terminate my connection cause it was not woking since the 26th of September 2015 and i waited for 5 months for you to fix it but there was no progress from your end. Now you have giving me a bill for which I have to pay 200 rs or so for the month of January and February and i don't get what is the bill for as for that month the net was not working for a single second let alone a day. Elobrate to that, as I find it unfair to pay for something I was unable to use. I have applied for waver multiple times now and every time you keep reducing 100 to 200 rs and saying you have to pay for the month of January when there was no net active during that period. Before that I had paid for the month of September hoping reliance would fix my net but that did not happen and infact my account has gotten to minus 200 or 300 rs or so. That I am not even asking for back. Plz give me a proper reply as I have messaged you a few times and i still haven't received a reply.

      Dear Sir,
      I have been using my mobile : [protected] since few days in reliance network postpaid. But without any intimation my services have been stopped. When tried contacting customer support, they have informed that due to documents issues DOT has blocked the services. But how come one bar the services without prior intimation to the customer. I didn't even received a message nor a call from Reliance or DOT team in this regard to submit the documents.

      Please do the needful in this issue.

        Hello,

        I have received an advocate reconciliation notice from Reliance communications thru mail dt: 19th February, 2016 which I replied on 22nd February 2016.

        This is regarding non-payment of sum Rs. 188 for CAF #[protected] / MDN # [protected] which was demanded from me after connection closure.

        I have never refused to pay 188 rs despite the fact that this bill was sent to me after I closed my connection.

        Still out of courtesy, I tried paying the bill online but it was not accepting due to technical glitch on their portal, after which i contacted to customer care.
        Customer care is still not able to resolve this issue and I am not able to make payment online.

        The emails I wrote to them asking for resolution also went unanswered from their end. I had got SMS to call someone named Ansari which I did and he never picked up.

        I have moved out of India now with family and can only make online payment which have already offered multiple times to them still this notice was issued to me via email.

        I feel this is highly unprofessional & unethical practice from Reliance communications to harass their ex customers.

        Please help with resolving this dispute in positive manner.

        Reliance is the most unethical company with recovery agents hired to threaten the customers. They do not process termination request and then say customer "Half an hour mein bill payment nahi hua to dekh lena". If we can have combined action please let me know.

          I purchased a new wi pod in dec 2015 . I recharge this wi pod on 8th feb with 999 amount.  and after recharge it is not working then i called to ur customer care  they cant solve the problem. Then i go to your services center at gtb nagar. But  all service providers are not working perfectly . after 12 days they gave me a diffected 2nd hand lava wi pod who is not working it is not giving wifi signals . i dont know what to do now. i thaught why i purchased ur product. i dont have time to go to ur service center again and again and again. your service team is poor who cant satisfy a single custumer. i dont want to waste my  1500rs device amount  and 999 recharge amount . now i want ur help.             I recharged with 197 jalsa pack on mo no [protected] they give me only 3 gb internet usage but in they plans it showing unlimited internet i attached image of it.

              My Id is [protected]. A lot of my programs and games are not able to function properly cause all the ports are closed from your end and are not open. I have called your customer service regarding the same and they have no clue what I am talking about as they are technically incompetent to handle it. There is an port forwarding option in my reliance lava wipod Model number MF802s but I am unable to use it. I have pay to use it internet properly and just cause i can browse the internet or watch videos on youtube does not mean my experience is complete there are other things people use the internet for too. You wouldn't like it if i paid just a part of my bill saying that this is all i can do now would you?. Also the net is my area is poor at best as it looses connectivity from time to time i.e the speed goes from 4mbps to .000 mbps time and again. I live in mumbai not some village high up in the mountains where you have to painstakingly provide internet. Please reply about this as i am tired of talking to incompetent customer service executives and you do not reply to my mails.

                I call to reliance for postpaid connection, they came to my house but unfortunately there was no 4G network .so we refused to take their 4g plan, now Rahul sen from salt lake kolkata reliance employee, Mob no; [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] . and they are asking to pay 99 rupees for home visit . without proving any receipt form reliance. when i refused to pay, they are misbehaving with us on call.

                      Sir, my reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. There has been a constant balance deduction from this number inspite of regular complaints. Every time I complain they refund me my balance and assure me that no further deductions will be made. But still balance gets deduct5ed and it has become very difficult to contact the customer care wxecutive. Reliance is having the worst customer satisfaction service as if they don't value our interests. Kindly refund me with my balance and ensure for no further deductions.it has become too irritating to see regular deductions. Don't feel like using reliance anymore though has been using it for past 9 years.

Is [protected] i am facing this problem from last four days, every day reliance is deducting around 25rs towards VAS services like TECh Zone & Hungama services but i had never activated those services. whenever i call to customer care they refunded my amount but they are not resolved this issue permanently. so whenever my balance is deducted i call to customer care, repeatedly am doing this from last 4 days. please give me the permanent solution for this. very poor service by reliance .
                        Today also 10rs was deducted.

                          This is Gangadhara.M, I am currently part of Reliance Postpaid Service and my Mobile number#[protected].


                          Please consider this email as escalation on Reliance service, I am writing this email for "NOT RECEIVING MY HARDCOPY OF MY POST PAID BILL"


                          I been calling your Reliance customer care 198 and raised a complaint multiple times but still i did not received my HARDCOPY OF MY BILL.


                          I wanted to check what is stopping the Reliance service provider to send the HARDCOPY of Postpaid bill, i did registered complaint by calling 198 but its of no use.


                          I am getting false information from Reliance customer care 198 team, they were saying my Bill has already been dispatched (1st complaint), the Bill was reverted back to Reliance(2nd complaint) and the Bill was not delivered since customer house door was locked (3rd complaint).


                          I have been given with false promises and false updates from Reliance Customer care team and team who updated that my house door was locked was strongly disagree.


                          I am not getting fruitful response from Reliance customer care, i had requested the customer care representative to escalate the call to their floor manager/duty manager/Team lead on the floor, they said, concerned team will call me.


                          In placed a call to 198 customer care on following dates 15th, 17th, 18th February 2016 and spoke with Kavitha, Bharathi, Rathna, Velu and Jyothi (Today) customer care representative, these are the below answer received which are incorrect


                          - Bill already been sent to your Residential address

                          - Bill will be sent in 10-15 days

                          - Complaint has been forwarded to Higher Authority

                          - Coureer person unable to locate Billing address

                          - House Door was locked.

                          - Jyothi said, She will be transferring the call to floor manager/TL but she put me back to Reliance IVRS Queue.

                          - One of your customer care representative said, her manager will contact me.

                          - One of your Customer care representative said, her manager is busy now, they will arrange for call back.

                          - No call back made to me about this issue by any of your TL/Manager


                          With all above answer what i got to know that Floor manager /TL's were denying to handle the customer call, since in one of the call, i am talking to my manager/TL about this issue, as per one of your customer care representative update, her manager is busy, as of now not possible to transfer the call.


                          I request concerned authority to to send my hardcopy of my Post paid bill ASAP, if the same not sent by end of this month/next month, I will be porting out from Reliance network...

                              I am recharge with 96rs and no facility given me by reliance. I recived msg for 96rs rechage which is mentioned in bracket(RC 96 RCd successful Enjoy TT of Rs. 75, All calls at 30ppmin for 90 days.n 500 MB Data for 30 days.)but this service is not given on my mobile no. When i call to Costomer support executive he said me to you are recharged with 96rs which is FRC so you will not get any facility for this recharge because this facility is available for new connection
                              Plz help

                                I had ported my Telinor sin in reliance at that time reliance had told me that I will got 1GB 3G net and unlimited local calls but now company changed this offer I have recharged today then I knew it and I got only 1000 minutes, My humble request to you please solve it as fast as.

                                  Myself J K Arora owns the Reliance netconnect dongle no. [protected]. It got damaged on 30th January and I submitted the same to the nearest Service Centre named NANAK COMMUNiCATION, GANDHI MARKET, AMBALA CANTT., HARYANA on 1st Feb 2016 and after multiple calls and harassment I finally got it replaced on 18th Feb under warranty(after 18 days, not justified).

                                  Even the activation was not done by the service provider and I still had to go to service provider and get it done, which again took 2 days (don't know why it took 2 days to update the new RSN no in the system which is 2 mins job). Finally today I got the dongle in working condition. It means for 22 days in total I was not able to seek the services.

                                  Both service centre and service provider were assuring me the waiver for out of service period. But today when I called the customer care number and asked for the waiver or extension of days for the period of non service, he simply denied saying they can't do the same because I hold the advance rental plan and they can't offer me any monetary waiver. But I would have had the normal postpaid connection, I would have got the waiver.

                                  I am completely shocked for this illogical comment that the person holding Advance rental plan can't avail any sort of waiver and on the other hand person paying every month end can get the waiver. How illogical is this?. Person who has already paid for 3 months can't avail the waiver and the person who has to pay post month usage can get the waiver because he is having some outstanding amount and waiver against that can be possible. Is this justified or make sense from anywhere?

                                  I was told by the service provider that I should get the waiver when I will opt for the advance rental plan next time for the amount calculated for days of non service.

                                  Kindly help me out with any justified reason for not offering the waiver for the advance rental customers.

                                    I am Jyoti live in gtb enclave I want to inform u that in our area there is no network since last 7-8 months sim always show in roaming pls fix this problem asap otherwise I will port my 3 numbers to other network because in my family had 7-8 sim.

                                      My reliance sim [protected] has been deactivated though incomg cals still active but i cant recharge it service centre guys said it wil be reissued again but not to me i requested to take my form again if needed but they were totaly uncoperative. I am an advocate if my no. Is issued to zm1 else it wud affect my reputation n profesnal life seriously. Wil sue the company if problem is not adressed here asap.

                                        The worst network..unnecessarily deduction from maun balance for vas service every time u talk to the customer care they say no vas activated still how can they deduct balance.irritated with reliance service.
