My Reliance data card No: [protected], requested for cancillation on 6th sept 2015, the requst No:[protected] through cust care.
On 29.09.15, I settled total due amount. Even then I received SMS alret for monthly regular bill pay due amount Rs.343.90..., Called to cust care(Re No:[protected] and informed the status. I got reply that no need to pay, which will be adjusted with in 48 hrs.
Even though not using data card from 1st sept 2015... and had several communications with cust care... Till date the issue was not sorted out and further I am getting trethening phone calls from legal department sevaral times([protected]).
I am feeling very bad about functioning and operations of Custmer care department and other departments of Reliance communications which are connected with my issue.
I expect which will be solved as eary as possible.

    I have a postpaid no with reliance name of akhilesh verma from starting i was not use any internet with my mobile, when i have free 50 mb data.

    On last month i have used internet with my mobile 17.81 mb only, balance is 32.19 mb discounted, but in my bill from your side you are charged 145.92 Rs.? what is this when i already have discounted internet data so why you charged in my bill?

    what is the problem? if you are not give proper services, then i am port this no with other mobile service provider.

    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      I have sent mnp(jan 27th) through reliance number which [protected].and 29th I get call from reliance customercare and given one special offer which is 197 unlimited.so feb 5th I recharged vit 197.now the customer care telling that this offer not eligible for [protected]. So I need justice.

            I am your customer and using reliance no " [protected]" from past 2 months.

            Yesterday DT 4.2.16 a service RSMS by default is Activated on my number without my authority.on same day I deactivated this service. I also talk to customer care for the refund of my money.but they regret to do so and saying I have requested this service.but I havent requested these kind of services.

            I requested u that please refund back my money. This is not the concern of money but the fraud messages that the company dumping on their customer.most of the people become victim of these kind of services.and company take the advantage of this.

            Please do the needful at earliest and reply me soon..what you can do to your customer. If you are unable to do so. Please provide me the number and the mail id of your senior or concerned person who can resolve my problem.

                I have bought the wipod and it has been a month. I called customer care but they are total amateurs and they dont have any knowledge. I hardly get 300 kbps speed.
                Reliance if you cannot rectify the issue i request you to buy back the device and i will go for a better service provider as your is hopeless.

                  Since from 7 days My Number is not working, I asked in Many Reliance
                  stores . In Every Reliance store they are saying the problem will solve within 5 to 6 hours.

                    Bought a reliance sim on 18th December 2015, because the representative assured me that it has 3g option. Put a Rs.255 3g internet recharge on 17th Jan 2016. The 3g pack was credited to my acct only after repeated complaints. Was still unable to use 3g. After speaking to customer care executives multiple times, I was informed that 3g was not active on my sim. Have lodged 5 complaints with the customer care executives since then, and each time, am told to wait for 24 hours, but have got no update on the same till now. Speaking to their senior team leaders has also had no effect until now. I have lost out on the 255rs as the validity is almost over, as well as im spending half an hour every day connecting with the unhelpful and ill-informed customer care executives.

                        RELIANCE GSM NETWORK ISSUE on MOBILE[protected]

                        This is to bring to your notice that a telecom network glitch we, residents of Patna: precisely, are encountering currently. The service provider in this issue is primarily Reliance GSM. I have lodged numerous complaints Vide SR NO.[protected] DT: 01.02.16 AND[protected] DT: 07.02.16 and reported to the concerned authorities in the past few weeks, but the problem persists.
                        There is a network issue in this region that Reliance GSM subscribers are facing as of now. The network vanishes in my area frequently but when I move out about 500m away from the building, the network signal returns. This also happens with several other subscribers in my area. Consequently, I often I have to divert my number, but I am not able to receive important SMS.

                        It is my sincere request to you to kindly resolve this issue. We, the residents, will be greatly obliged for your efforts.

                              This is in regards of the threat calls i had received from Reliance communications.Below email copy would suffice the story.I did make the payment on Jan 28th.However, Reliance has not done anything to the shoddy and rowdy treatment they have done.Is there a consumer law which protects consumer from such shabby things?


                              Hi Reliance,

                              I had been using the datacard number XXXXXXXXX4 from May-2015-Dec 2015, I had registered for auto billpayment for all bills generated by you and i believe as a customer i have been prompt in my payments(Free to check the payment history)

                              Today I received a call from [protected] stating you have registered a case against me for non-payment of last due.I was shocked yet was extremely unhappy about this incident.First of all, the person who called claimed she is not from Reliance but from some entity representing you in this case against me. Second of all, this is first time i am getting any information about non-bill payment.Needless to say, the person representing you has been extremely rude to me in the call.


                              Now, I did check with the bank and your customer care regarding the number [protected].Reliance.Online customer care was unable to provide any information regarding this number or the incident we speak about. I checked with my bank and they do agree they have not made the final payment as the bill was not sent across from the vendor as the billing date was 20th and the connection was closed on 14th.


                              Few things to point out:

                              1. In all my relationship with Reliance, the payment has always been prompt.And i do believe the relationship lasted almost 3 years .
                              2. If the payment has not been received, do you not have a proper protocol to check with customer in email, or our phone especially if he/she has been a great customer? There should be a basic business etiquette that is anticipated from your side, even if it is not gentleman's one.

                              3. I can understand a case been registered for non-payment of high amounts, I could also understand if the customer has been bad/non-ethica..But when you had a good customer who has never missed any payments and hold a dignified place in society, is this how Reliance treats customers? Relaince being Rowdy, i would rather say.


                              Now we have two choices:

                              I understand i owe the final payment based on my discussion with my bank and i am willing to pay the final dues.Neither me or the bank was aware of this non-payment till today until this ugly incident from your side.I am unable to make the payment online and not in a position to visit a reliance store because of my schedule.If you could make a provision to make online or have someone collect the cheque from my side, we can close the things amicably.


                              If you are pursuing a case against me in Court of law, and that you are adamant to mistreat me, well then i guess we could take it either directions.


                              I would like to state that this ugly incident has made me to decide that never ever to resort to any of your services.It has been a mistake from my side to be a loyal customer to your services.I never had any such history with any entity with all business entities happy to entertain me as a customer.


                              You may let me know of your choices and we shall move accordingly.

                                    My no is [protected]. I had recharge 2g unlimited pack of rs 219 for 45 day on 10 jan 2016. It work only 20 days and when i complaints ( comp no[protected] about this they start give different diffrent excuse to me that their is no pack in your no. Some time you are not eligible for this pack. One of them told me you had recharge 3g pack. And they closed my complaint Without solution. Again i make another complaint no is[protected] regard my problem. But they are not solving my problem.

                                      Hello last month i switched my vodaphone number to relaince postpaid the number worked for 15 days then my outgoing stopped then i contcted evry perosn in relaince and they said my documents were not cleared so i gave them my new documnets again and now its alsmost 18 days my outgoing is still not on i have been calling relaince persons every day and getting the same response it will get activate tommorw mr rahul sharma is the onw who sold me this relaince number he is reliance exective his number is [protected]
